Hatten jeder eine Pizza und einen Chefsalat der was wirklich gut war. Pizza haben wir schon bessere gegessen, der Platz war nicht gerade angenehm da es sehr gezogen hat, fand ich schade da wir eigentlich vorbestellt hatten und ins hintere Eck sitzen mussten.

Wir waren zum Abendessen in dem Restaurant Man kann innen sehr gemütlich sitzen Außen gibt es auch genügend Plätze auf Holzstühlen, leider ohne Sitzkissen Da so schönes Wetter war, sind wir außen gesessen Bedienung war sehr freundlich Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl an Pasta, Fleisch und Pizzen Meine Frau hat die selbstgemachte Pasta gewählt. Diese war sehr lecker, leider war die Portion für den Preis aber übersichtlich. Kein Vergleich zu der Spaghetti Carbonara am Nachbartisch die dazu noch günstiger war Meine Pizza war dagegen schön groß und lecker Nachtisch war ebenfalls sehr lecker Fazit: auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Super Pizza aus dem Steinofen, richtig mit Feuer beheizt. Super zudem sehr nettes Personal und faire Preise. Ich komme sicher wieder!

Die Lage ist fantastisch, man könnte meinen, man säße auf einem Balkon in der Toskana. Das Essen ist hervorragend und der Service tadellos.

Ein solider Italiener mit richtig guter Pizza! Der Teig ist schön knusprig, die Zutaten frisch und geschmacklich überzeugt das Ganze auf jeden Fall. Leider wirkt die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte moderner sein. Trotzdem insgesamt ein zuverlässiger Spot für gute Pizza – 4 von 5 Sternen!

Super leckeres Essen und schneller und aufmerksamer Service. Die Pizza ist perfekt. Der Rosewein war auch sehr gut. Der Tintenfisch ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Immer gerne wieder.

Besuch am 10.03.2026 Gestern Abend war ich in diesem wunderbaren italienischen Restaurant und ich muss wirklich sagen: eine der besten Erfahrungen, die ich je in einem italienischen Restaurant gemacht habe! Schon beim Ankommen wird man vom Personal unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Dieses Team ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und schnell wie zu Hause. So einen Service erlebt man wirklich selten! Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr einfach: herzlich, gemütlich und typisch italienisch. Man sofort diese besondere Stimmung, die den Abend noch schöner macht. Auch das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Jeder Bissen erinnert an einen Italiener. Ein großes Kompliment an das beste Team: Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Freizeit. Ich würde den Herbst gerne wieder sehen!

Die beste Pizzeria von Schwäbisch Hall - und außerdem sehr familienfreundlich: Unser Kleiner hat sich sehr gefreut, dabei zusehen zu können, wie seine Pizza gemacht und im Holzofen gebacken wird. Da gehen wir doch gerne wieder hin 👍

There were four of us in the evening. The food and service were very good, and we had a delicious meal. The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu could be a bit more exciting, in my opinion. One minor drawback: initially, all the tables were occupied, and consequently, the noise level was quite high in the relatively small space. Luckily, we had only reserved for 7:30 p.m., and it gradually became less crowded.

Excellent food. I'll be back. There's still room for improvement in the attention to ordering. There were eight of us at the table, and everyone was served at the same time. High praise, especially to the kitchen.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. The food was very good, and the value for money was also good. The service was very friendly and pleasant. It was a bit louder at the neighboring tables, and there was a lot of laughter, which might bother some guests. Personally, however, I found this contributed to the positive atmosphere. It was surprisingly busy for a Monday evening. We did have to wait a long time for our food this time, but that was different on previous visits. All in all, a very nice restaurant. We would gladly come back.

Very disappointing! We waited a long time to be seated, waited a long time for our dishes, and waited a long time for the bill. We were regular guests of the previous owners because the restaurant is very cozy and the wood-fired pizza oven is visible. The food there is delicious and the staff are absolutely nice and accommodating. Also ideal for vegetarians and special requests. Absolutely recommended!

We went sightseeing in Schwäbisch Hall. We had made a reservation for 6:30 p.m., and at 6:29 p.m. we were called asking if we were still coming. That was pretty strange, I've never experienced that before, unless you're late. We then asked ourselves whether the table would like to be passed on immediately. When we arrived there were already people waiting for a table but sorry, that's not possible. We were there at 6:32 p.m., so we were definitely in the frame. Our little son was very tired and slept on the bench in the middle of us, with his shoes on our lap, meaning he didn't make any mess or noise. The waiter already looked annoyed. In general, snooty was very important to all the waiters. 1 star for this very good lasagne. Pizzas were extremely bad, especially the Pizza Chef for €15.50(!!) you can expect good food. We had to wait a long time for our food. The service would have been ok if this snootyness hadn't been on display. When we made our reservations, we were also informed that the table would be passed on at 8 p.m. Making money is probably the main goal here. Never again, but we live too far away anyway ;) It's better to go to another restaurant, for example Alt Hall, although the prices are higher but the food is also very good!

Two stars are already high, and are only intended for the tasty pizzas. Service and friendliness apart from the junior boss is completely unacceptable and definitely puts guests off. A small excerpt: Reserved table already occupied despite being punctual. Or: Apparently everything is reserved, but almost everything outside and inside is free. Cheeky sayings and expressed arrogance when asked. Senior boss makes a lot of noise because of umbrella. And last but not least, the kitchen is already in closing mode at least half an hour before the restaurant closes. In the end, after years, it was just too much for me to invest good money in the store.

Great, friendly staff and the starter and the pizzas we ordered completely convinced us. You can see and taste straight away that the pizzas come from a wood-fired oven. We can highly recommend the Pulcinella, everything fits here. We'd love to come back.

Good food and reasonable prices.

If you want to make a reservation you just get the answer that you should come by because they don't reserve anything anymore even though there is space. You would then have to pay the expensive parking fees directly only to find out that you would be turned away again on site. Very disappointing.

Very nice atmosphere. We actually wanted to eat outside, but everything was already taken. We ate pasta with truffle sauce and pasta with zucchini and scampi in saffron sauce. The pasta was homemade, at least that's how it tasted, and cooked just right. The sauces were excellent. It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant like this in my hometown.

People here are more concerned with defending empty tables from possible guests than taking orders. Where the priorities are set like that, you don't have to settle down.

Very tasty Italian cuisine in a nice atmosphere. The pizza fresh from the wood or stone oven 😉 what else is there to say....mega! The service is authentic, friendly and courteous. However, it is advisable to reserve in advance, otherwise you will be left without a table. We like to eat in the restaurant, but even if we plan to have lunch together from the shop, the Pulcinella team does a great job of getting all orders warm and ready for collection on time. Ordering by telephone is possible! We would definitely like to come back. The price-performance ratio is absolutely appropriate.

Food was good except for the salad, which was simply very sobering with too little dressing, 2 pieces of tomato, 2 wheels of radishes and 2 slices of cucumber. Service was a bit inattentive.

Was here for dinner today. I was greeted by the tasteful furnishings with the wood-burning stove behind the counter and the beautifully set tables with fabric tablecloths. Friendly waiters. The excellent and well-topped pizza was a poem. The prices are reasonable. Reservation seems recommended.

Ok as a delivery meal but for a visit to the Ristaurante it's quite inadequate given the price.

They certainly try to do Italian cuisine but unfortunately it is only a delivery service. Seafood starters were a bit bland. No olive oil, just flavored with lemon. The ricatoni pasta with Bolognese sauce from the oven had no taste. The presentation of the food and the culinary focus of the restaurant is a dying gastronomy. We will avoid this restaurant.
