We ordered through Wolt, meal named - Chicken Tikka Masala, it was fantastic! Blown away, really! Portion size, flavour, spiciness, softness of the chicken meat was awesome. Thank you!

Speechless. Best chicken in Berlin!!! I was living in Berlin for 6 years, never had a better chicken (maybe only fine dining). Insanely polite, very attentive and caring. Coming from the Oberbaum Bridge, it's just a few meters on the left. There are many restaurants along this street. There are indoor and outdoor seating options. You can also order takeaway, which is clearly very popular. The extensive menu offers a nice selection and variations of Indian cuisine. You should also try the lassi yogurt drink. There are different spiciness options depending on your taste. The many spices and herbs make for very tasty dishes. The generously portioned dishes are very filling, and the value for money is excellent.

We ordered dinner on Saturday. Vegetable curry and Rogan Josh. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The vegetable curry had almost no sauce, but too much oil. The spice level was just right. But it could have been spicier overall. Now for the Rogan Josh. We eat Indian food quite often. And my husband can't get enough of it. But this meal surpassed everything. The first bite left him breathless and his eyes watering. He still hoped he'd just bitten into a chili pepper. Unfortunately, it didn't get any better. His eyes were red, his nose was running, and his voice was croaky. Men want to be heroes. But even he realized he couldn't finish this meal. Over half ended up in the trash. We actually like garlic naan, too. But now a piece costs €3.90. There's no justification for that. It's a shame, but we won't order from here again.

One of the best restaurants we have visited so far, delicious food. If you like Mango Lassi, then I recommend the Mango-Coconut Lassi.

Wow! I’m at a loss for words. This place is amazing. The quality of the food you get is proportional to the price of the food. The staff is super attentive and nice. We even got a free shot😱. Totally recommend!

Delicious food with very tender chicken, friendly service, generous portions and extras, and fast preparation. Just be ware of the spiciness, it was more than i expected.

I’m honestly speechless about this place! It’s rare to find somewhere with such high-quality food and service at such affordable prices. The soups were absolutely amazing! Sadhu was our favorite spot during this year’s trip to Berlin. 👍🏼

I don't know why they served yesterday my duck Tikka hidden in peaces of white cabbage. I think it was decoration. There wasn't also sauce extra. The Naan with it was also served cold and the salad came 30 min before the other food arrived, it was old, the dressing was not fresh, I could see it from the colour of the tomatoes and the carrots: they were dry. The service was OK, but they need to learn to serve, you cannot retire plates across the table. I appreciate the Chai I got for finish the meal because I was not expecting this. I was two times here. The first time was ok, but I don't know what happened. Schade!

Lad os starte med det positive. Maden bar veltilberedt, selv om risen virkede lidt tør. Og lokalet var pænt og rydeligt. Bordene blev hurtig tømt, efterhånden som gæsterne var færdige. Det knapt så gode kommer så nu. Vi havde bestilt bord, men det virkede som de bar overraskede da vi sagde det. Der bar et ledigt bord som vi fik, men jeg kan ikke lade være med at tænke på om det rent faktisk var reserveret til os. Og der gik længe før vi fik lov til at bestille, selv om vi tydeligt tilkendegav at vi var klar. Og dernæst ventede vi godt 40 min på at få serveret. Så samlet set bør de se på deres processer i restauranten og i køkkenet.

We waited barely 15 minutes to be allowed to order, and 40 minutes to be served, but overall the food was slightly above average

Good Indian food and very good service

Good place for a lunch or dinner. Pretty diverse list of dishes and nice service. During the week there is opportunity to take a business lunch. Small soup, salad and main dish will be around 10 Euros, but it is pretty crowded at this time.

Food good but charged more than what the menu says.

We had planned to go out for Pakistani food with our colleagues after work. No one had heard of the restaurant before, but everyone was pleasantly surprised. There was a good atmosphere, very friendly staff, and incredibly delicious food. The chicken jalfrezi was perfectly seasoned, and the basmati rice was very fluffy. I've rarely eaten such soft chicken. Complimentary salads, rice, and various dips and sauces were served on the house. Highly recommended and definitely not our last visit.

I love Indian food and definitely this is one of my favourite places in town. Good dishes, reasonable price, good amount of food and also nan selection. Mango lasi very tasty, although I would appreciate it a bit colder. Over all, a good option to try if you are in the hood.

The food is absolutely fantastic! Was recommended by my Taiwanese friend and found the best Indian food in Berlin! As an Indian, I struggled to find good Indian food here, but thank God I managed! You no longer have to cook at home to enjoy good food! The Punjabi thali is my absolute favorite! And the naan is good too! I would recommend trying the lentil soup too! The serving staff here is also very nice.

I was here on Saturday evening and surprisingly got a seat without any problems. The restaurant looks beautiful, the plants including decorations on the table sound real. The food was really good, the naan bread was fresh and really tasty. The service was really attentive, really pleasant. No long waiting times, everything came super quickly, the toilets looked good and were clean and you could pay by card, which is not a given in Berlin. I'm thrilled. I had a starter, a main course, naan and two drinks and got a bill of €25, which in my opinion was absolutely justified.

I went to this restaurant with my friends, including a friend from India, and we all agreed: the food was delicious and authentic. The service was very friendly, often asked if everything was OK and looked after our well-being. The prices were also very fair, and the portions were really generous - so big that we even had to take away the rest that we couldn't finish. It was my first time in this restaurant, but I will definitely go there more often. Absolutely recommended!

I was here about a year ago. It was super delicious and I still think about the chana masala today! Next time I'll come back! The chai was also authentically delicious. I really liked the Pakistani food (samosas wow, chana masala also wow, chutney wowowowo)

Nice experience at this Sadhu. The Dal tadka was nicely prepared. The bhindi Sabzi was nicely done too but a bit too oily. The roti here is really amazing. The panner Tikka was a nice try. The samosa overall is pretty good. Friendly and welcoming staff

Friday evening after work, hungry and not in the mood to cook, child hungry too so on the way home we decided to come here. Called quickly to ask for a table and a very nice lady told us that we were allowed. We arrive in 20 minutes and we find a nice relaxed atmosphere. After ordering, beautiful, delicious starters come that were eaten in 5 minutes. Then another dream: we generally like this cuisine, which is why we have often been to restaurants like this, but we were really amazed here. The consistency, the colors and the taste were great here. I was once again somewhat shocked at the price: for what we ate and the quality, I would have expected a higher price, so it was another nice surprise. We've been somewhere else and had worse eaters for even higher prices. Here I felt like we were on a beautiful, happy island. We didn't take any pictures because we were very hungry and the food was just too tasty. Please stay like this because you are excellent. Greetings from three new customers :)

Maybe the best indian food in Berlin, we asked them to make it spicy and it was very delicious. They also serve you very late which is a huge plus, we ordered food at around 10:45pm (on a Thursday) and it was no problem, thanks again for that, if you want to dine late this is the place for you. Highly recommended, will go back for sure.

Endlich mal wieder ein Restaurant mit fairen Preisen (auch beim Wein, wo überall sonst in der Gastro in Berlin sonst aktuell so unverhältnismässig zugelangt wird). Wir hatten einen wirklich feinen Rosé für 13 EUR pro halbem Liter - erstklassig! Auch mein Thali war spitze - Riesenportion für 19,90 EUR. Der Service ebenfalls top - sehr freundlich und nah am Gast, obwohl der Laden (verständlicherweise) brummt. Das Ambiente gemütlich. Von solchen Restaurants kann Berlin nicht genug haben - bitte mehr davon!

Bad experience with this restaurant

They offer very nice food. The chicken in my stew was super tender. The meal came with a starter and an espresso afterwards free of charge. Great service, great location, reasonable prices! I would go there again.
