Sadhu 3 in Berlin

Nice experience at this Sadhu. The Dal tadka was nicely prepared. The bhindi Sabzi was nicely done too but a bit too oily. The roti here is really amazing. The panner Tikka was a nice try. The samosa overall is pretty good. Friendly and welcoming staff

Friday evening after work, hungry and not in the mood to cook, child hungry too so on the way home we decided to come here. Called quickly to ask for a table and a very nice lady told us that we were allowed. We arrive in 20 minutes and we find a nice relaxed atmosphere. After ordering, beautiful, delicious starters come that were eaten in 5 minutes. Then another dream: we generally like this cuisine, which is why we have often been to restaurants like this, but we were really amazed here. The consistency, the colors and the taste were great here. I was once again somewhat shocked at the price: for what we ate and the quality, I would have expected a higher price, so it was another nice surprise. We've been somewhere else and had worse eaters for even higher prices. Here I felt like we were on a beautiful, happy island. We didn't take any pictures because we were very hungry and the food was just too tasty. Please stay like this because you are excellent. Greetings from three new customers :)

Maybe the best indian food in Berlin, we asked them to make it spicy and it was very delicious. They also serve you very late which is a huge plus, we ordered food at around 10:45pm (on a Thursday) and it was no problem, thanks again for that, if you want to dine late this is the place for you. Highly recommended, will go back for sure.

Endlich mal wieder ein Restaurant mit fairen Preisen (auch beim Wein, wo überall sonst in der Gastro in Berlin sonst aktuell so unverhältnismässig zugelangt wird). Wir hatten einen wirklich feinen Rosé für 13 EUR pro halbem Liter - erstklassig! Auch mein Thali war spitze - Riesenportion für 19,90 EUR. Der Service ebenfalls top - sehr freundlich und nah am Gast, obwohl der Laden (verständlicherweise) brummt. Das Ambiente gemütlich. Von solchen Restaurants kann Berlin nicht genug haben - bitte mehr davon!

Bad experience with this restaurant

They offer very nice food. The chicken in my stew was super tender. The meal came with a starter and an espresso afterwards free of charge. Great service, great location, reasonable prices! I would go there again.

For me this is not a restaurant but a Food Therapy or I would say a Stress Buster 😅🫶🏻! 10/10 on every single dish I have ordered so far!! Staff hospitality is excellent , I feel like home everyday time I come here.. All the staff members are really well behaved and serve with smiling face! Special mention for Rohit who always takes care of the needs! Coming to the food, Best in Berlin so far. I mostly have ordered Non veg or Veg Thali:- Lamm curry, Butter chicken, Daal Makhni all are super delicious. Authentic curries and every single Dish is well prepared!! Price performance ratio is excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant for Pakistani/Indian Food!!

You only deserve 5 stars. The service, the prices (especially the lunch menu) and then a great location in the sun. The entire menu is REALLY DELICIOUS, a top selection for vegans and here you will be really full and not get mini-saving portions. I've found everything I've eaten here so far to be delicious and I've probably brought 10 friends with me for lunch and shared my insider tip with them. If you like it spicy, then they make it really spicy, which I really appreciate, because unfortunately you often don't get really spicy food in Germany. Stay the same <3

Clear recommendation! Unfortunately, aluminum packaging is no longer appropriate when ordering at home. Packaging made of waterproof cardboard would be better here. Other restaurants can now do better.

I recently ordered Chicken Zalfrezi, Sabzi Korma, and Laccha Paratha, expecting authentic Indian flavors. Unfortunately, the dishes were a big letdown. Instead of the spice and bold flavors that these dishes are known for, the food tasted sweet, as if sugar was added, which is not what we expected. The lack of spice made the meal very disappointing, especially considering this is a restaurant known for Indian cuisine. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a real Indian food experience.

Very tasty food at a really good price. Most dishes are still available for under €10. Sadhu is definitely the highest quality Indian restaurant I know. The toilets are very clean and we were often asked if we liked everything, if everything was OK... So you can tell that it is very important to the people who work in the restaurant that the visitors enjoy their stay. After we paid the bill, we got a coffee on the house, very nice👍 I can also highly recommend the cocktails. It's worth coming there from 6 p.m. because it's happy hour from then until midnight. In my opinion, this restaurant more than deserves 5 stars in all categories.

This was sublime! Maybe I’m just deprived from good south Asian cuisine, but coming back to Berlin after years of mediocre food in basically the rest of Germany, feels like coming home. Maybe, Sadhu had it even harder, because expectations and anticipation was high, but they did not disappoint at all. What can I say? This was more than I expect from a restaurant in this category, very attentive service, reasonable prices, exceptional food. Thanks for having us!

We looked for a relaxed restaurant for dinner and found it. The waiters were very friendly and the food was delicious. The portions were good too. I was more than full with soup, bathura and main course. Gladly again.

Had fish masala curry with chapati (roti). The taste and flavour were good. Papad and salad were complimentary, i liked the mint chutney especially that they have for papad. Would be great if the amount of oil can be reduced in the curry. Apart from that, I would like to visit again.

A blend of Indian Pakistani taste, service, and atmosphere. This place really makes me feel like dining somewhere in India. Taste is superb , I would recommend tandoori chicken, one must try it for the sake of Indian flavour and vibes. Service I must say is quiet professional and satisfactory. The restaurant where it's located is really good and soothing, a blend of crowdy but peaceful.

Great service and very good food without glutamate. Lunch offer unbeatable in terms of price-performance. Food tip: Aloo Gobi. The boss himself works here, which is clearly very positive. Very good team. The best Pakistani/Indian restaurant I know and generally my favorite restaurant.

Yesterday late evening was my first visit to Sadhu and I was very happy with my experience there! The gentleman that greeted us was very friendly as was the service throughout. I can't remember what my friend ordered but my Chicken Jhalfrezi was excellent. I was even given a kind warning about the spiciness of the dish which I waved off in an overconfident English way 😄. It was spicy. Would recommend! Ps My friend and I stayed a little late as we hadn't seen each other for over a year but this resulted in a delaying the staff in their clean up. Sorry for the inconvenience. Looking forward to my next visit.

The service is right. Very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. There is usually a starter salad, which is included in the price and is delicious. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace on Stargarder Str. It is covered and well maintained with large parasols. After your meal you can get an espresso or Yogi tea on the house. The waiter's question about whether it should be spicy should be taken seriously :-)

I recently visited this place and had an outstanding experience with their Mango Ice Tea, Chicken Korma, and Paneer Tikka. The Mango Ice Tea was just perfect. The Chicken Korma featured tender chicken in a rich, mildly spiced creamy sauce, and it perfectly paired with Indian bread and basmati rice. The Paneer Tikka was marinated to perfection, with a smoky flavor. The restaurant had inviting decor and attentive staff. Overall, it was a fantastic culinary journey through Indian flavors, and I can’t wait to return. Just reminded me of home…Highly recommended!

They delivered us stale food. The potato in samosa was smelling bad, and evidently stale. They should be inspected for food safety. Don’t go there to avoid being sick and food poisoning from their food.

Wooooow it's so crazy good! Lamb Rogan Josh was perfectly satisfyingly spicy and salted lassy is just so so tasty.

The marinated chicken in yoghurt was excellent! The mains with lamb were also very tasty, but on the salty side. Had gulab jamun for dessert. It had a good consistency and was noticeably cheesy, which I appreciated. Service was good. Overall, very satisfied.
