The food was very tasty. You really can't complain about that. However, I have to say that the prices are an absolute disgrace. For what we paid, we would have paid much less somewhere else with the same quality and I say that as a passionate sushi eater.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for a sushi platter (for 3 people). Customers who arrived much later were already paying before we even had food. Unfortunately that didn't work at all. The platter costs over €110 and was actually quite tasty, but nothing special. You can get significantly cheaper sushi for this quality without having to wait forever. Plus it wasn't much, none of us were full. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot recommend it…

I've always eaten sushi there since the beginning, as Limburg doesn't really offer much alternative. However, as a long-time customer, I noticed that I wasn't valued and that the quality had become really bad! 1. Employees (service) have become very unpleasant and unfriendly 2. Food does not correspond to the photos or what the employee said 3. Price performance is no longer the same as before

A visit to Rubi had been on our to-do list for a long time and on Saturday my son and I were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The decor is very attractive and incredibly comfortable. We opted for a mixed platter, hoping to capture exactly our taste, and we weren't disappointed. It was very tasty and here, too, the eye eats - the arrangement on the slate board was fantastic, every single sushi surpassed the other 🍣🎇😍 The service was quick, friendly and polite, although the waiting time after clearing away was a bit unpleasant. We were not asked for any additional drinks, coffee or dessert. Five (!) employees were more or less busy behind the counter, the restaurant itself was only occupied by three tables with a total of eight guests at the time. Nevertheless, after several unsuccessful attempts at eye contact at the counter, my son had to point out that we would like to pay. I can absolutely understand this situation when the staff jumps from table to table when the dining room is full. However, given the small number of guests, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of attention to visitors and we would like to see this for ourselves on a second visit. We award a well-deserved four stars for the first visit and hope to be able to “hand over” the fifth one afterwards 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We ate at Rubi's today and were absolutely thrilled with the food. I had the set 4 with various sushi and my partner had the corn chicken with teriyaki sauce. The taste is really great, but the portions and the amount of sauce and vegetables could be a little larger for the price. We rounded off the meal with mochi, which was really delicious! Service was very top, the employees are friendly and helpful. We would like to come again!

We had such a nice anniversary dinner here! The wine we had was amazing, our sushi was delicious and special with a little anniversary note. We also had various flavours of Mochi which were out of this world. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The sushi rolls are delicious, served nice for Instagram and food blockers with dry ice steam, but that's just decoration. For the price I would have expected a larger portion. Not that I don't know what an appropriate P/L ratio is, but the portions are just too small - above all, the 'content' of sushi is known to everyone. Despite inflation etc. the purchase prices are not exorbitantly high. Service was very friendly and accommodating - the Vietnamese waitresses were also very friendly. The ambience seems a bit cold for my taste, but overall that's just a matter of perception. I would say it's not my priority location, but still worth visiting if you're nearby.

The food is very tasty and also very nicely prepared. Ambiance is beautiful, with a cherry tree in the middle, even if it's not real of course. The only drawback was the dessert. Mochi ice cream only 2 balls for 6€ and the Japanese pancake was very hard.

We only had limited knowledge of Japanese food, but we were given very friendly advice at Rubi and were totally enthusiastic about the food. We have been here for 2 days in a row and regret that we are going home again tomorrow. Next time we'll eat here again.

Because of the great reviews and pictures, we were really looking forward to the evening. Service was very accommodating, as was the presentation. The sushi was ok, but nothing special. There are many better ones with more quality for the price.

The restaurant itself is super beautiful with the flowers on the ceiling. Great, full points. I don't think the seating options with the hard back wall are good, and you can hardly see anything of the direct main street. The food itself was good. The rolls with chicken and avocado were very tasty, I know the fried ones better. Now for a few not so nice points. The toilets were dirty, untidy and in need of renovation. Furthermore, the service needs to be worked on. They don't want to sell you drinks and you're left sitting at the table with a lot of empty glasses. Totally annoying and doesn't have to be that way.

Excellent food, fresh and delicate

As always, the food was great! Unfortunately, the service was completely overwhelmed, we had empty glasses and the wrong thing on the table for almost 1.5 hours, and no one asked if we (there were four of us) wanted something to drink, only after repeated requests. By the time dessert could be ordered, it was sold out.

We were warmly welcomed and the service was excellent. The food was of high quality and pleased our taste buds. The ambience of the restaurant is really special and contributed to us having a wonderful evening. We look forward to coming back and enjoying more culinary experiences.

A beautiful restaurant with good food and delicious homemade lemonades. A bit expensive, but you don't do it every day. The menu is clean, in fact a few pictures would be nice, but you can use the QR code to switch to the online menu... if the reception - depending on the space - is enough for the pictures 😅 We'll be back 🍣

We ate there for the first time and had to wait 15 minutes despite having a reservation. Other guests behind us had to wait with reservations and a queue formed. After we got a table, we were allowed to wait again for our orders. Unfortunately, my husband completely forgot about the drink and it was incredibly difficult to summon a waitress because they always looked away or had their heads down. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time for the food. We were informed that it would take longer than usual, but for cold dishes it was an extremely long waiting time of <1 hour. the food was beautifully prepared. The taste was good. The atmosphere was way too loud. Unfortunately, we were unable to order any additional drinks or dessert due to the lack of service. Price-performance ratio is relatively high compared to Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. We wouldn't recommend it.

Eine absolute Bereicherung für Limburg! Neben exzellentem Sushi (Preise entsprechen der absolut herausragenden Qualität!) auch sehr leckere japanische Hauptgerichte und Vorspeisen. Die Inneneinrichtung schafft absolut authentische Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Präsentation der Speisen sehr ansprechend. Für Auge & Gaumen ein Genuss. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Immer ein muss wenn es mich nach Limburg führt. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man die Japanische Küche mag.

Wirklich gute Preis Leistung. Sehr frisches und leckeres Sushi. Mit eines der besten in der ganzen Umgebung. Leider was den Lieferservice angeht sehr unbeständig. Wenn Sie mal liefern ist alles Tip top, aber obwohl Sie Partner bei Lieferando sind kann man zu 90% nicht bestellen da durch Personalmangel eine Bestellung bzw. Lieferung nicht möglich ist weil kein Fahrer vorhanden. Hier würde ich mir mehr Zuverlässigkeit wünschen. Finde ich total schade.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Leider ist der Service an manchen Tagen sehr unaufmerksam. Man musste mehrfach nach fehlenden Gerichten fragen. Getränke kamen teilweise andere als bestellt. Alles in allem sehr gutes, leckeres Essen. Mit ausbaufähigen Service.

Endlich mal ein guter Japaner in Limburg - endlich mal Sushi, das den Namen verdient. Die Auswahl und die Qualität insbesondere der klassischen Sorten wie Malis oder Sashimis sind herausragend, aber es gibt auch sehr spannende, modernere Varianten wie die Extrem-Rolls. Die Fischqualität ist sehr gut und die Portionen sind ausreichend. Der Preis ist somit - obwohl gehoben - auch gerechtfertigt. Bei der Abholung muss man die Location bedenken, denn es gibt dort recht wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.

Rubi is een klein, maar goed Japans restaurantje. Je kunt er heerlijke Japanse gerechten eten maar ook hele mooie Sushi. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke Japanse smaken. De bediening is vriendelijk, vlot en attent. Super gegeten.

Super leckeres Sushi. Haben eine Tisch für 2 online reserviert. Super nette Bedienung. Das Sushi wird frisch zubereitet und ist geschmacklich sehr gut.
