A wonderful Japanese restaurant with a carefully crafted menu. Easily one of the best sushi I’ve had. The rice was cooked and seasoned to perfection and all the ingredients blended together perfectly. Udon noodles were amazing as well. Will be back for more once in town.

A large selection of dishes and sushi. Great homemade iced teas and other drinks. I highly recommend the desserts. They're also something completely different from what you'd normally get.

Unfortunately, after the renovation, it's twice as large but only half as beautiful and half as good as before. The lovingly designed Japanese ambiance is gone, replaced by a mismatched miscellany of various furnishings. Where has the wonderful tree with the cherry blossoms gone? Unfortunately, the quality of the food has suffered as well. The once super delicious food is now only mediocre. It's a shame! Only the service is still as friendly as it used to be. One can only hope that Ruby will quickly return to its old values ​​and quality – then we'll be happy to come back.

Top sushi 🍣 was super delicious and everyone was very friendly.

We were passing through and decided to pull off the highway for a good dinner instead of stopping at a gas station. We weren't disappointed with our choice of this restaurant. The sushi and hot main courses were delicious and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and fast.

I can't say anything about the food, but it looked good. Unfortunately, we didn't even get a chance to order our drinks. After waiting for over half an hour at a table where the previous diners' leftovers were still visible, we got up, identified ourselves, and were then harassed. After that, we left.

I wouldn't have expected such a nice shop in Limburg. Prices and food are top-notch. It can compete with Frankfurt 👍

The food was really great – fresh, tasty and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, the young waiter at the entrance was very unfriendly and really spoiled the first impression. It's a shame, because with better service the experience would have been perfect.

I became aware of the Rubi in Limburg through a recommendation and can really only recommend it. Due to the size of the restaurant, you should definitely reserve a table, especially in the evening. The service is courteous and quick. The lemonades on offer are very tasty. The sushi is top notch in terms of both quality and presentation (dry ice, see video)! The tiny drawback is the small tables; if you order a selection of sushi for two people, it becomes borderline cramped with drinks on the table. The price matches the quantity and quality offered. I'd love to come back.

We were looking for a good Japanese restaurant and to take the tension away: this is it! We had two sushi sets and udon with katsu. So incredibly tasty and fresh. The best sushi I've ever had. You will definitely feel full and it is simply an experience to eat there. The toilets are also very clean and stylish. We were simply amazed by the atmosphere in the restaurant. The decoration on the ceiling makes the restaurant even more beautiful and is a real eye-catcher. We'll be back!

So we've now tried it twice over time. The first time was okay, the second time was a disaster. I specifically typed into my cell phone which roles we would like. The waitress wrote down something completely different, which was later discovered because the note was still within reach. We ordered 8 different rolls. One was duplicate, one was wrong, one was completely missing. The best thing about it was that we had ordered a roll with chili threads, which were apparently no longer available. Here they simply put powder over it, but wanted to charge the same price. Things like that always make me feel better. So we sat there and didn't eat anything to get to the bottom of the whole issue. We told the waitress that it didn't all add up and she wanted to let her colleague know. Wait another five minutes, the colleague comes and we explained it to him, he wanted to clarify this with the “sushi man”. Is that how you say it? I find it a bit inappropriate, but okay. Two minutes later he wanted to give us feedback. Waited another 10 minutes while he stood around in the box office area and we asked ourselves what kind of theater this actually is? And then he came up with the solution: He wanted to offer us some appetizers in return. I don't understand why? If I want appetizers, I order these. We ordered sushi because we wanted sushi. To be honest, the whole thing became really stupid for me, if I may say so myself. We then paid for what was right, but of course we didn't eat what was wrong. Extremely unsatisfactory in itself and a reason why we won't be coming back.

We tried Set 4 Special Sushi and Inside Out Roll the Hot and Spicy Tuna. It tastes amazing, very tasty sushi! I can especially recommend the Volcano Roll! New update: We ordered Volcano large and small again and the pink salmon roll large. Overall a bit expensive, but you eat quality.

You can enjoy Japanese-themed food in this in-restaurant under various cherry and other tree replicas on the ceiling. The ingredients are well chosen and the selection is plentiful. In terms of taste, the Rubi is solid to delicious. The sushi rice was a little under-acidified, which suited me, but according to my wife it took away some of the authenticity. Overall, the Rubi is recommended.

The food is really delicious, but the service on a Saturday evening was a disaster. We waited a good 45 minutes for our drinks. We had ordered starters, but the main courses came to the table first. Then we had to wait a few more minutes for cutlery, etc. After we had already started with the main course, the starters arrived at some point. Food - was very tasty! Except for the absolutely overcooked and mushy edamame, what a shame. Drink - we had the Rose Dream and the Peach Breeze which were incredibly good! Ambience - I've been to a few Japanese restaurants, but this was by far the MOST BEAUTIFUL decorated restaurant I've ever seen. Thank you for this wonderful atmosphere! Parking lot - we parked a little further away because we didn't know there was parking in the back yard. Conclusion: Prices are correspondingly high for sushi dishes, but very tasty and the staff was really very friendly (by that we mean every single employee there). Due to the waiting time and the overcooked edamame (the peel stuck to my fingers), I unfortunately have to deduct a star. Nonetheless - It's worth visiting again.

Great food, great service! We reserved a table for Saturday evening and went without any problems. We were served quickly and well on site. You can vary each dish, for example half vegetables and half meat. We had the 24 vegetarian platter, the salmon/cucumber sushi and the mango tango sushi. All highly recommended! Especially the Mango Tango and the fried sushi rolls from the vegetarian plate. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back 👍👍 But quality also has its price, and the dishes are correspondingly expensive. But absolutely justified for the quality, taste and service!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for a sushi platter (for 3 people). Customers who arrived much later were already paying before we even had food. Unfortunately that didn't work at all. The platter costs over €110 and was actually quite tasty, but nothing special. You can get significantly cheaper sushi for this quality without having to wait forever. Plus it wasn't much, none of us were full. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot recommend it…

A visit to Rubi had been on our to-do list for a long time and on Saturday my son and I were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The decor is very attractive and incredibly comfortable. We opted for a mixed platter, hoping to capture exactly our taste, and we weren't disappointed. It was very tasty and here, too, the eye eats - the arrangement on the slate board was fantastic, every single sushi surpassed the other 🍣🎇😍 The service was quick, friendly and polite, although the waiting time after clearing away was a bit unpleasant. We were not asked for any additional drinks, coffee or dessert. Five (!) employees were more or less busy behind the counter, the restaurant itself was only occupied by three tables with a total of eight guests at the time. Nevertheless, after several unsuccessful attempts at eye contact at the counter, my son had to point out that we would like to pay. I can absolutely understand this situation when the staff jumps from table to table when the dining room is full. However, given the small number of guests, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of attention to visitors and we would like to see this for ourselves on a second visit. We award a well-deserved four stars for the first visit and hope to be able to “hand over” the fifth one afterwards 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We ate at Rubi's today and were absolutely thrilled with the food. I had the set 4 with various sushi and my partner had the corn chicken with teriyaki sauce. The taste is really great, but the portions and the amount of sauce and vegetables could be a little larger for the price. We rounded off the meal with mochi, which was really delicious! Service was very top, the employees are friendly and helpful. We would like to come again!

The sushi rolls are delicious, served nice for Instagram and food blockers with dry ice steam, but that's just decoration. For the price I would have expected a larger portion. Not that I don't know what an appropriate P/L ratio is, but the portions are just too small - above all, the 'content' of sushi is known to everyone. Despite inflation etc. the purchase prices are not exorbitantly high. Service was very friendly and accommodating - the Vietnamese waitresses were also very friendly. The ambience seems a bit cold for my taste, but overall that's just a matter of perception. I would say it's not my priority location, but still worth visiting if you're nearby.

The food is very tasty and also very nicely prepared. Ambiance is beautiful, with a cherry tree in the middle, even if it's not real of course. The only drawback was the dessert. Mochi ice cream only 2 balls for 6€ and the Japanese pancake was very hard.

The restaurant itself is super beautiful with the flowers on the ceiling. Great, full points. I don't think the seating options with the hard back wall are good, and you can hardly see anything of the direct main street. The food itself was good. The rolls with chicken and avocado were very tasty, I know the fried ones better. Now for a few not so nice points. The toilets were dirty, untidy and in need of renovation. Furthermore, the service needs to be worked on. They don't want to sell you drinks and you're left sitting at the table with a lot of empty glasses. Totally annoying and doesn't have to be that way.
