Food high quality and mostly very creative. Were there at lunchtime. In my opinion, it could have been a little more sophisticated in one or two courses (e.g. with zander). What impressed me most were the “Snacks around the world” and the dessert (Komuntu). Great value for money at lunchtime!

This restaurant visually impresses with its airy interior and a very beautiful view over Limburg. That positive first impression is immediately continued in the culinary sense. A rigorously thought-out menu impresses with a variety of fine flavors. Delicious from start to finish. In our case, a pescatarian diet (previously announced, of course) was also taken into account in detail. Very attentive. The service was friendly and competent, with a few minor hiccups. Overall, a wonderful fine dining experience that only leaves the question unanswered: Does a trip around the world without cheese really just become a road trip?

A beautiful and unforgettable evening. The menu was very interesting and we liked everything, we definitely enjoyed the food. Everything is perfect here: the quality of the products, the perfect preparation, the creativity of the dishes and the attractive presentation! I would call it the art of cooking. The staff was very friendly and looked after us well throughout the evening. But I would have some Suggestions for improvement... It would be great if the staff could present the dishes entirely in English. Unfortunately, I didn't like the fact that a waitress who served us was wearing a lot of bracelets on both hands. That seemed inappropriate and somewhat unprofessional. According to HACCP - this is the hygiene regulation - no rings, watches or bracelets may be worn. Bacteria settle under the jewelry and the risk of injury is not insignificant. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience in a cozy atmosphere. Thank you.🥰

We had the lunch menu at 360°, and after booking in advance it was no problem getting the menu in a vegetarian version: At the beginning there were two rounds of snacks, including a quail egg filled with mushroom cream, a dim sum with duck or a tart with char and char caviar. After this fantastic introduction, two types of bread and butter were served before the first course began. All courses (beef tartare, pike perch and guinea fowl) were extremely artfully prepared and, even for us with little fine dining experience, easy to understand and simply delicious. At the end there were variations of white chocolate followed by two other sweet little things. The service was very attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was modern, bright and airy with a great roof terrace. For us it was a great experience with a great price/performance ratio, we were definitely not here for the last time.

Incredibly enjoyable evening with the excellent host Rebekka Weickert. Great ambience in the stylishly furnished restaurant “above the rooftops of Limburg”. Alexander Hohlwein's cuisine cannot be compared and you simply have to try it. Breathtaking! I can only warmly recommend the “road trip”. The wine pairing was also excellent and complemented the dishes wonderfully.

A great evening in good company in a restaurant that easily deserves the rating (in my opinion even a little underrated - I'm excited to see when the second one comes). The atmosphere is relaxed, as is the service. The greetings from the kitchen and the petit fours were all works of art in themselves. I would describe the courses as having a French and Asian touch. Great combinations. For me, the seafood and dessert stood out. The presentation was 1A, rarely seen so beautifully. The selection of dishes was “wow” and always appropriate. Thanks to the kitchen team for this menu. Small suggestion for improvement, we missed a drinks menu. Regardless, the prices for drinks were absolutely fair.

Just a few days ago, in my last review, I reported and raved about the fantastic food at the Zeiskamer Mühle in the Palatinate Forest. However, the universe, which is currently dealing with me very lovingly, immediately showed me that there are still greater improvements in life: Namely in “360°” in Limburg. I had heard and read so much about it. I've really wanted to go there for years. For this reason, let me first mention in all (im)modesty that 30 to 40 years ago I was able to experience and enjoy many of the best star restaurants in Germany and France, both professionally and privately. I'm just telling you this so that you can see that I know to some extent what I'm talking about or writing about. However, let me start with a critical note: The fact that the menu is declared as a “trip around the world” is a clever, but still a marketing gimmick. Clear echoes of Asian cuisine cannot be overlooked, but this only has anything to do with a real trip around the world with a lot of imagination. But it doesn't matter at all! Everything that is brought to the table in an almost endless series of the greatest delicacies requires no imagination whatsoever, only taste buds that are ready to open themselves to the greatest and most unrivaled enjoyment that I have experienced in a long, long time and beyond all measure was able to enjoy. I'll save you from describing the individual courses in detail now. You can better see this in the photos and the photographed menu. By the way, the Amuse Gueule alone consists of six courses. In addition to the fantastic taste quality with an infinite number of (spice) nuances, the extremely artistic presentation is undoubtedly worth mentioning. The tweezers and apparently hundreds of tiny flowers rule the kitchen. An optical and epicurean dream. Rounded off by accompanying wines, it immediately becomes clear that the "Somellieuse" and host of the year, Rebekka Weikert, knows her craft down to the last detail. Only through this perfect marriage of fantastic dishes and superbly matched and outstanding wines does a menu like this become a complete work of art. And that this is indeed the case, as head chef and rising star of the year Alexander Hohlwein ensures with skillful and professional precision as well as the transport of this work of art onto a multi-colored canvas, which is underlined by equally impressive dishes that are finely coordinated with each course . Just like the perfectly attentive young ladies in service with their impressive and unusual “service clothes”. Here every cogwheel of enjoyment meshes smoothly with the other. Anyone who says: "That's correspondingly expensive" doesn't know that such works of art are actually priceless. Both in terms of the immense material and personnel costs. And in particular, what concerns the priceless artistic touch of this total work of art, which deserves that you will remember this very unusual experience in the "360°" even years later. And then YOU deserve it too!!

6 stars for the various little surprises before and after the menus. Unfortunately the zander was a failure, the best thing on the menu was the black cod. The little pigeon would have benefited from some potato accompaniment. The wine accompaniment complemented the respective bites well, even if I didn't like most of them on their own. The outdoor seating is simply great when the weather is nice.

A truly lovely dining experience, the "World Tour" menu lived up to its name. The composition of the individual dishes were wonderfully coordinated. Feel the vision - and experience it with every step. We also found the generous “greetings from the kitchen” very positive. The service was charming and guided us through the evening in a pleasant manner. A cheerful and friendly atmosphere rounded off the evening perfectly. You feel welcome. Price/performance for a menu of this quality was absolutely fine. We will be back.

The food really deserves 5 stars, even if the portion sizes are very manageable. Since the menu was called "World Tour", we would have been happy to find out which dish can be assigned to which region in the world. What we cannot understand is that there is no alternative vegetarian menu. This is very unfortunate and will prevent many people from coming to eat with you, and it is simply not up to date. The furnishings are also getting old; black wooden tables in this style were fashionable in the 90s. The view of a rather neglected terrace and cobwebs in the toilets are also not appropriate for the price.

A really nice restaurant with a great view, right next to the train station. We had made a reservation there for lunch and to be honest the restaurant is quite difficult to find. You have to drive outside, next to the shopping arcade, into the building and to the 3rd floor. We hadn't seen any other sign pointing to the restaurant. But once you find it, it's just perfect. Fantastic service and great dishes make it even more fun. The lunch menu is very good and the wine list is also really great and has very moderate prices! We will definitely be back next time we visit Limburg!

Star menu, a special experience for lunch! We have days off and would like to serve something extraordinary. And if you still have time, if you're afraid of the price of the big evening menu, we'll help you here at a high level! The ambience is spacious and chic, the view from the roof terrace, which is certainly wonderful in summer, is just in the wrong direction of Limburg, but the operator certainly can't do anything about that. Assessment and photos refer to the three-course lunch menu for €47.50. You can reward me with a triple greeting from the kitchen at the beginning, the three planned courses with starter, main course and dessert and another final greeting from the kitchen from the sweet heavenly world. With a bottle of water and a glass of wine per person, a wonderful experience at an almost unbeatable price, on par with a Michelin star restaurant. And you feel very hospitable and the food is simply delicious when you have time - a real alternative to the big evening menu.

I last visited 360° in January 2024. This was my third visit there after October 2021 and January 2020. Service: I received a very warm welcome. The small team was very friendly and accommodating. Eat: The menu was once again very carefully planned and implemented with great skill. I found the quality of the dishes and other components to be excellent overall - I would emphasize the often complex aromatic structure. I enjoyed all the dishes at least very much. Fish and seafood continue to be a focus, which I really like. I would still describe the cuisine style as international. Wines: I would also still rate the wine accompaniment as excellent. I at least tasted all the wines very well. Ms. Weickert, the sommelier and hostess in the restaurant, has once again made a varied selection from various European wine-growing regions. These all went very well with the dishes. I would particularly highlight an excellent cuvée from Burgenland, an excellent Barbera d'Alba and an excellent Silvaner from Franconia. Presentation: Overall, I would describe the presentation of the dishes as good to very good. I often found the decorations very appealing. I would particularly emphasize the often very successful textures, which I would describe as a particular strength of the cuisine. I really liked the presentation of the wines, often informative and always with a nice atmosphere. Price: I would now describe the price-performance ratio as excellent - both in terms of food and wine. In summary, I would further say that the gourmet restaurant not only meets the very high expectations, but exceeds them - in some cases very clearly. The performance really impressed me again. A wonderful experience. The ambience is very stylish and promises fine dining. The ingredients for the various dishes were creatively combined and the coordination of flavors was inspiring. We were there on New Year's Eve and what can I say, it was beautiful! The restaurant was very decorated in white/gold and the welcome from Mrs. Weickert was very warm. Wir haben bereits zum vergangenen Jahreswechsel am mehrgängigen Silvester Menü teilgenommen und waren eigentlich sehr angetan und hatten uns auf dieses Jahr gefreut. Leider hat es dieses Jahr unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, im vergangenen Jahr war es weitaus raffinierter, auch hat man dieses Jahr alle Beteiligten an großen Tischen platziert, was dem intimen Charakter Abbruch tat, auch die Speisen waren längst nicht so üppig, wie im vergangenen Jahr und es gab lediglich 1 statt wie in 2022 2 Rotweine. Sehr schade, wir werden wohl nicht mehr wieder kommen. Leider scheint als hätte auch hier der Profit mittlerweile Vorrang vor der Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Schade!

Wir waren das erste mal im 360* zum Lunch. Der erste Eindruck… hier hat man Ruhe, die Tische nicht so eng gestellt, wenig Deko, nichts lenkt ab, schöne leise Musik im Hintergrund. Das Dreigang Menü war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut, der erste Gang Garnele erfrischend anders, gefolgt von einer sehr guten Ente und ein top Dessert. Alle Zutaten waren hochwertig und schmackhaft. Ich bin jedes Mal aufs neue begeistert. War jetzt schon einige Male mit meiner Familie im 360Grad essen, auch mal in großer Gruppe und es war jedes mal fantastisch. Direkt beim Reinkommen wird man herzlich von der Chefin begrüßt, die, nebenbei erwähnt, als Sommelière eine hervorragende Expertise bezüglich der zum Menü passenden Weine gibt. Ihr Mann, der Sternekoch und Küchenchef Alexander Hohlwein kreiert Speisen auf höchstem Niveau. Gerade die Amuse Bouche sind jedes Mal ein Highlight. Darüber hinaus ist das Ambiente des modern eingerichteten Restaurants sehr ansprechend und der Blick über Limburg sehr schön. Ein weiteres Highlight ist, dass man dem Koch beim Zubereiten den Speisen durch ein großes Panoramafenster in die Küche zusehen kann. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

über den dächern von limburg an der lahn, liegt dieses licht durchflutet restaurant 360°.... zweiter akt: heute waren wir wieder im restaurant, dieses mal auf der terrasse. wunderbar hell im kreise der eigenen friedlichen bienen. wir hatten das menü mit vier verschiedenen positionen. excellente küche, meisterlich zubereitet. sehr aromenreiche, delikate produkte wunderbar zusammengestellt. ein genuss aller sinne. erster akt: für mich war es ein kulinarisches erlebnis, nach so einer langen corona pause , endlich wieder etwas für augen und gaumen. zu genießen, dies in schöner umgebung mit freundlichen service. mit genügend abstand im restaurant und auch bei schönen wetter auf der großzügigen terrasse sitzen, schlemmen und schauen. die speisen sind schön angerichtet und perfekt zubereitet. meine wachtelbrust war so zart, saftig und auf den punkt gegart. das aroma, leicht exotisch, gut abgestimmt. für mich eine sehr gelungene mischung aus eigengeschmack der wachtelbrust mit den beilagen. ein wahrer genuss.. ganz individuell und einzigartig, diese kreation von alexander hohlwein. das wiener schnitzel mit warmen kartoffelsalat und preiselbeeren, alles perfekt zubereitet. der kartoffelsalat mit frischer salatgurke, fein abgestimmt. die preiselbeeren waren so intensiv und frisch zubereitet. ein fest für gaumen und augen...nach dieser langen pause. alexander hohlwein und sein team, ist nicht nur für limburg ein gewinn, auch für frankfurter die gerne mal eine kleine reise nach limburg machen möchten. es lohnt sich sehr....

Sehr cooles Ambiente mit Blickmöglichkeit in die Küche. Wir hatten die Weltreise mit Weinbegleitung. Jeder Gang war ein Erlebnis für die Geschmacksnerven. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Für Limburg eine Offenbarung und ich bereue sehr, hier nicht schön Früher eine Reise unternommen zu haben😉

SORRY ... Der Zugang zum Lokal ist optisch stark verbesserungsfähig. Der Fußboden des Lokals bedarf dringend einer Grundreinigung und Neuversiegelung. Die als Raumteiler genutzten Textilvorhänge sind vollständig zerknittert und teilweise fleckig. Das Essen selbst war optisch und geschmacklich in Ordnung ... aber mit 45 Euro für ein Mittagsmenü überteuert.

Dinner, Weltreise 7-Gang Menü, fabelhaft! Perfekt abgestimmte Komponenten, angemessenes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, ruhiges Ambiente und arbeiten des Personals. Verbesserungvorschlag: bessere Wegweisung zum Restaurant, flexibler werden bzgl Sonderwünsche, mehr professionelle Servicemitarbeiter, was verständlicherweise schwierig ist, bei dem stolzen Preis aber bestimmt machbar.

Sehr exklusives Restaurant , tolle Aussicht über Limburg a.d.Lahn, die Bedienungen lassen zu wünschen übrig, sehr starre Blicke, es wurde nie gelächelt, man hat sich nicht wirklich wohl und nett behandelt gefühlt .. Zum Essen, dies war sehr lecker, das 3 Gänge Menü, reichlich waren die Portionen es gab sogar ein Gruß aus der Küche.

Wie meine Frau mal sagte: Saugeil!!! Immer wieder ein Höhepunkt. -- Nur diesmal schien etwas nicht zu stimmen. Die schlechte Stimmung war spürbar. Weihnachtsstress? Kann passieren, sollte es aber nicht. Trotzdem: Bis zum nächsten Mal, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Hier passt einfach Alles! Vom freundlichen Service bis hin zum einmalig leckerem und feinem Essen. Top Niveau, wir fahren dafür alleine 1 Std mit dem Auto dahin :-)

Perfekt. Wir hatten gestern zu fünft einen echt genialen Abend. Das 6 Gänge Menü war echt der Hammer. Jeder Gang ein Genuss, alles perfekt zubereitet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ich kann es jedem der gute Küche und elegantes Ambiente zu schätzen weiß nur empfehlen. Weiter so !!!!

Stilvolles Restaurant mit großzügiger Dachterasse. Unaufdringlicher, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Erläuterungen und Erklärungen zu Speisen und Weinen. Haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und das Menü (7 bzw 4 Gänge plus Grüße aus der Küche) sehr genossen. Parkplätze auf dem Werkstattgelände, Zugang zum Lokal etwas versteckt...auffälligere Beschilderung wünschenswert für "Ersttäter" (vielleicht gewolltes Understatement). Gerne wieder!

Ein wundervolles Geschmackserlebnis der gehobenen Küche. Waren am letzten Samstag zu 4 hier und sind auf "Weltreise" mit 4-5 Gängen gegangen. ;-) Ein rundum gelungener Abend, wir waren sehr Begeistert. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Vielen Dank, liebes 360° Team, für ein grandioses Silvestermenu in der Foodbox! Ein Feuerwerk an Genüssen, dass wir in unserer Küche leicht umsetzen konnten! Damit war ein toller Abschluss eines zugegebenermaßen anstrengenden COVID-19 Jahres und ein guter Start in ein hoffentlich viel besseres 2021 gesichert! Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie im neuen Jahr wieder geöffnet haben, und wenn wir dann wieder bei Ihnen im Restaurant speisen dürfen!

A new restaurant has arrived. The Tafelspitz from Grabenstrasse has found its new home here. Very tasty Hessian/Rhine-Hessian dishes await and pamper the palate. The ambience is simple and modern. The food was very tasty. Welcome to the new location and good luck in the new premises.
