If you arrived half an hour before the end of your shift, you shouldn't hope to get anything to eat. Not all employees are to blame, but something obviously needs to change. The person at the podium was very rude. I won't come back until something changes.

Thirty-five minutes before closing time, they refused to serve us. The shift manager was extremely rude when we asked why we couldn't get our order. I can't recommend it to anyone and won't be coming back.

It's quite OK if you're a little hungry. Otherwise, it's better to go to the bakery.

My order contained only a "chicken" wrapper—no meat. This is a disgrace, enough to make me never set foot in your restaurant again. 10:40 PM

A good branch of the McDonald's chain

The food is left without a heat lamp because an apple turnover is missing. After 10 minutes, the employee packs the apple turnover with the remaining cold food. Aside from the fact that a burger was missing, he also included the cold apple juice in the bag.

The employee at the counter was uninterested and very unfriendly. Quite arrogant.

At McDonald's you always get the same quality, you always know how it tastes.

During the ordering process at the terminal inside, glass cleaner was eagerly sprayed next to us just as we began entering our order, and we inhaled it. We were just leaving the terminal after completing the payment process when a spray of glass cleaner hit the terminal from behind. It's incredible how empathetic the cleaning staff was during the cleaning process, taking customers into consideration. Instead of cleaning the dirty tables in the dining area, since there were no guests in that area at the time, they sprayed and cleaned the area where customers would have come into direct contact with the spray. I wonder what goes through the minds of such employees? After we had chosen a dirty table in the dining area among all the other dirty tables and benches, the cleaning staff had also finished spraying the terminals and followed us into the dining area...😳 The server who brought our order to our table could have used a spray of glass cleaner. Extremely unkempt and unfriendly. The food was lukewarm and dry. The ice cream has shrunk to half the portion at McDonald's. We've had enough of McDonald's for now.

I once lived 200m away and was there twice in two years. Either you eat so little that you don't puke, but then you're still hungry. Or you eat your fill and then have to throw up 🤢 Because you feel so bad afterwards and then you're hungry again. A vicious circle

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. The team/shift leader (a gentleman with a black braid) is very friendly and helpful and also pays attention to cleanliness. Every table was cleaned promptly after every customer. It more than deserves the 5 stars, I'll be happy to come back :)

Cold food service can hardly speak German, the MC Donalds are becoming more and more ridiculous in my opinion. Dirt on every table...

Never ever, be fooled by strange waitresses, right down to the food, which is supposed to be a paddy, which isn't and everything is so >overpriced that even Americans like me laugh their heads off about it, it's at most a condition but no menu and the milkshake tastes like nothing... Once in the USA then you think what is this.... 😂😂

Opening times are incorrect. I stood in front of a locked door and didn't get any breakfast.

I can't understand the bad reviews. A lot of effort was put into decorating the outside area. The kitchen was clean and there was a pleasant atmosphere. The food was hot and delicious. There was no waiting time. It would have been desirable for the terrace to be set up when it was almost 20 degrees and sunny. Otherwise, thank you for your hospitality. Burgers, fries, and drinks are quite good. Salad is usually quite fresh. Absolutely fine for a quick bite to eat.

Food was hot and well prepared. Just the way I like it. Keep it up🤗 Staff friendly and helpful.

I like everything except for the fact that the crew made me feel unwelcome, no smile, not even a hi, kinda rude, but because the place was clean and the music ok, I'd still recommend it to friends🥰

We were there for breakfast, 2 adults, 2 children, right at 9:00 a.m. Service was okay, food was good, but the men's restroom was underground, no light, urinals were off the hook and unusable, the floor was sticky, in short, the restroom was a disgrace. Judging by the conditions in the rest of the restaurant, we shouldn't go there again...

They always forget the shitty sauce but the crack from the parking lot is great!

Update to my review (see below): A new owner or restaurant manager and the situation has improved rapidly. The staff is friendly, hardworking and accommodating. Old rating: Disastrous. Food was cold as always. The staff has to serve a customer 3. because the language barriers prevent the customer from getting what they want and then they yell at you why you didn't order at the self-service machine. The new tenant seems to place little value on service. Of course we're talking about McDonald's here, but I know others that work there too.

So the branch manager is a complete disaster, yells at his employees to go home when the store isn't full, then he rushes me as a customer at the ordering machine and transfers his bad mood to customers who pay expensive money! Plus is completely unfriendly, there should be some leadership training or you should reconsider hiring him in this position, he is completely overwhelmed with this position. As a company you should act as quickly as possible!

Unfortunately, the burgers were only lukewarm and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. An employee tried to mop the floor, he spilled water with a paper cup and then spread it around the restaurant with a mop, mopping up is somehow different!

25 minutes of waiting and then the wrong burger is rather disappointing. Has the feel of a big city McDonalds. Totally full, the employees seem stressed and overwhelmed. The store seems to be running smoothly, but I, for one, am glad that there are enough alternatives.

It's worth a visit, friendly helpful staff. Friendly guest room, bright and cozy. It invites you to relax and linger.

Apparently the employees are allowed to take the rest of the McFlurry home with them in the evening, otherwise I can't explain why they get so little ice cream every time.

I was just at Mcdrive and placed an order for a Big Mac and a McChicken classic....we got our order, looked in and saw that there was a BigTasty Bacon in the bag instead of a Big Mac....I took it out and said that we didn't order this Big Tasty Bacon and would like to have a Big Mac because we ordered.. She said no, we ordered it and she can't take it back even though it wasn't even open..... Even the boss who was there didn't take him back After a lot of back and forth, I gave him the BigTasty Bacon back and drove away angrily...we won't be ordering anything else McDonald's Lampertheim

After a break of several months, the new “M” was reason enough for a quick visit to the drive-in counter. The burger exceeds the (not particularly high) expectations and is absolutely worth the reduced €5 in the test phase. Otherwise, my impression of the branch: Staff is friendly, ordering via app is no problem, preparation is very quick. Payment via app didn't work for whatever reason. Overall, the branch is well above the usual McDonald's average.

Cheaper than the Mc Donalds in Viernheim and the ambience is too more beautiful.

Quite ok but not the best McDonald's

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant for a long time and now I know why all the tables and benches are dirty and crumbly. Cleanliness is probably not taken into account here. The outdoor area is expansive, the sun is shining, the umbrella is not opened and it would take work. The playground closed for no reason. Well 🫤 there is a lot that needs to be improved. The staff was not unfriendly but friendly and not unemotional in any way. 😶 In the picture the mush you call ice cream. Say something different on the billboard.

You forgot my apple bag. I was looking forward to it so much, I think it's a real shame. Otherwise everything else was as usual, food was hot and tasty.

My kids love it there, I don't. I don't like fast food. My kids like it, sometimes it's clean there, sometimes it's not. This time it went quickly, other days you have to wait a bit

Waiting times are too long for a fast food restaurant as there is usually only one cash register open. There are also frequent changes in personnel, so the employees there are sometimes less friendly, sometimes not friendly at all. And of course the health factor. Saturated fatty acids predominate in the fat content. Frying fat isn't exactly healthy. Every now and then if necessary.

Regular Mc Donalds food.l. Service has improved during the last years

Yesterday we wanted to eat there with a small group. When we wanted to look for a place, we were shocked to find that not a single table was clean and there was nowhere for us to sit down. Leftover food everywhere! This can't have been due to a lack of staff, there are a lot of employees behind the counter. There wasn't actually so much going on that it should have looked like that. Even at the food counter there was some kind of liquid that generously covered the floor. I wonder what's going on with the McDonald's? Do you have to put a shop like this in front of people in such a dirty state? What does it look like in the kitchen?

Playground for children has been closed for several years. I wonder why it's even there

Come Monday evening around 8:00 p.m., there was only one person before us waiting for their order. We had to wait 20 minutes for 2 Mc Smart menus after payment at the terminal. Having worked in fast food myself, it's a shame to make a customer wait so long for such a small order.

Unfortunately the shop is getting old and no longer well maintained!!

Something is constantly being forgotten. It feels like the staff is getting worse and worse.

Forgot nuggets when ordering. So after I drove there again I got the cold nuggets from 15 minutes ago that were still lying there. When we got home we found a carelessly smashed and squashed burger... that was the last big order there

I have to admit that I love the food❤️from Mr Do it is very varied and freshly prepared Every single one of the employees is so friendly and hard-working yes, loving each other I also noticed several times that the bosses or supervisors are just as 🌷 employees as their colleagues I recently found out that there is a McCafe again in Lampertheim and you can get it for little money. I'm so excited because breakfast combined with coffee is amazing 💝 I would like to thank all McDonald's employees and especially McDonald's for this varied menu I ❤️LOVE ❤️ IT❤️

As soon as there are 5+ people in the store, you wait half an hour before you can even order. Of the 4 order terminals, only 1 works and the people at the checkout almost fall asleep.

It's actually a normal McDonald's, Except the playground is closed.

Tasty and clean but sometimes dirty

Bad! With a cheeseburger you get a stack of napkins that is almost as high. For a complete menu with a burger oozing sauce, not a single one. There is a lot of ice in the drink, unless it is almost 30 degrees outside.

This McDonald's was in Lamperheim, Germany, and from my experience, McDonald's is delicious over there. You can definitely taste the difference in the food quality . Germany appears to like their citizens and are not trying to kill them, unlike here in the US

Many burgers are cold or not really warm!!!

It was delicious and everything was fresh. What we didn't like was that up to 10 teenagers ate in there and behaved like an ax in the woods. Insulted each other and said worse words. Unfortunately, if you're there with children, it's absolutely cheeky. The staff also reacted very late.

Ordered at the car counter on 1/5/24. Like every other Mac Donald, I was scammed. After complaining, she asks where the missing hamburger is. No excuse for a snotty goodbye.

Könnte ich 0 Sterne geben, würde ich es tun. Bin schon ein langjähriger Kunde, aber so eine Inkompetenz habe ich noch in keinem McDonalds (International) erlebt. Ich wollte nur einen McFlurry, der ausschließlich mit einem Coupon der vor Ort eingescannt werden muss, kaufen. Dieser hat nicht funktioniert. Bisher hat es in jeglichen Filialen funktioniert und man konnte immer eine Lösung finden, wenn es nicht der Fall war. Aber nicht hier in dem McDonalds in Lampertheim. Heute, am 04.11.23 bin ich um 18:40 in den Laden rein und wollte mir den besagten McFlurry für den Aktionspreis von 2,50€ kaufen. Ich stand an der Kasse und wollte den McFlurry kaufen. Nach kurzer Zeit hat sich eine Dame hinter den Tresen hingestellt und hat mich angeschaut. Ich dachte, dass man zumindest eine Begrüßung erwarten könnte (auch wenn es nur eine Fastfood Kette ist). Aber naja, das habe ich erstmal hingenommen. Nun habe ich der Dame meinen Code aus der McDonalds App vorgezeigt, vorauf sie ihn abgescannt hat. Nun hat der Code nicht funktioniert. Erneuerter versuch. Wieder fehlgeschlagen. Nun habe ich die Dame gefragt, was ich tun muss, damit ich den McFlurry für den Aktionspreis kaufen kann. Es wurde daraufhin einfach mit der Schulter gezuckt, was der Gleichgültigkeit entspricht. Dieses Verhalten ist gegenüber Kunden respektlos. Ich werde diesen McDonalds in Lampertheim nie wieder betreten und allen Bekannten, Freunden, sowie auch allen meinen Social Media Kanälen, davon abraten dort hinzugehen. Wenn sich der Eigentümer dieses Ladens bei mir meldet und eine Lösung anbietet, werde ich mir es nochmal überlegen. Sie haben ab jetzt 7 Tage Zeit.

Eis wird auch immer kleiner aber dafür teurer.

Diese MC Filiale ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. WC', Gastraum, Tische, Bänke und Stühle sind runter gekommen. Servietten, Pfeffer und Salz erhält man nur auf Nachfrage. Alles in Allem ist diese Filiale nicht zu empfangen.

An sich baba auf die 1 aber geht da nach 21 Uhr nicht mehr hin junge Trauma Haare in Pommes 😭😭

Kleiner MC Donalds mit freundlichem Personal. Es gibt nur ein kleines vorwiegend digitales Angebot für Kinder. Den Spielplatz im Außenbereich kenne ich nur gesperrt.

McDonald's eben ... Essen war warm und schnell fertig. McDrive vorhanden und ein paar Plätze zum draußen sitzen. Toiletten vorhanden und zugänglich, allerdings (bei meinem Besuch) nicht sauber... Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, für Gehbehindert vor der Tür, Tür ist aber nicht elektrisch! Seit ein paar Monaten zwei Parkplätze für EAutos ausgezeichnet, allerdings ist Esäule nicht in Betrieb

Fehlen dauerhaft Produkte. Das Essen wird kalt serviert. Der Burger ist unordentlich, sieht aus als hätte eine man es vor dem servieren geschüttelt.

Sehr nettes Personal, Essen kam erst zu spät aber nach Rückfrage ging es dann flott und es gab als Entschuldigung ein Eis für meinen Neffen. Alles top! So macht man aus reklamierenden Kunden zufriedene Kunden.

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert. Natürlich ist zwar Fastfood, aber so 3-4 mal im Monat geht.

Wir haben heute im MC Drive bestellt, letztes mal hatten wir Mehrwegbecher genommen und wollten die heute wieder füllen lassen, stattdessen haben wir das Pfandgeld zurück bekommen und wegwerf Becher. Wir haben bei der Bestellung extra gesagt, wir haben Mehrweg, aber es versteht bei euch ja keiner etwas und zuhören will auch keiner. Na ja dann eben wieder wegwerfbecher. Wenigstens habt ihr diesmal nicht vergessen, kommt ja auch recht selten vor und Lauwarm war es auch noch.
