Very nice and helpful team 👍🏼 Food is freshly prepared - but unfortunately it's not tasty ☹️

We were well served by lovely Isa, the mouse thought of everything and was super friendly! We were already in a good mood when we ordered!

As always, it's full, there's hardly any reception in the store and card payments seem to take forever. The food tastes okay, the staff was also friendly, but they seemed quite understaffed. There are enough parking spaces, but not lit Addendum: Something has changed, the store looks fresher, tidier and more modern. The staff was super friendly

Waiting 1 hour for your food on a Sunday evening has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. Rarely bad service!

Unfortunately, we had a haphazard team 3 orders at one table completely wrong Attempts to fix it weren't so successful either

There is a self-service drinks machine, the citizens and fries were at least above average for BK, the staff are relatively friendly, the places are clean and were kept clean during our visit. There were reusable cups and padded benches instead of hard chairs. Recommended!

It's been a long time since I've been as positively shocked as I was today at Burger King. Everything was clean! Finally a branch that pays attention to hygiene and you can also eat on site. Visiting time 1:30 p.m. Great and keep it up!

Unfortunately, drinking isn't that great. Syrup is not mixed properly, entire cups full of syrup splatters.

The Burger King branch in the Warburg industrial area leaves a rather disappointing impression. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a messy atmosphere: there is rubbish on the tables, the floors appear sticky and the air is permeated with a mixture of frying fat and stale fast food smells. The staff seemed disinterested and stressed even though the restaurant was almost empty. One has the feeling that the focus here is more on speed than on customer satisfaction. The ordering is also chaotic. The ice cream machine is often broken, orders are not recorded correctly, and waiting times are unreasonably long, even when there are hardly any customers in the store. The constant requests from employees to ask if you've really done everything right doesn't seem very professional and contributes to a frustrating experience. But the real low point is the food. The burgers, which look juicy and fresh in the advertising, are prepared here in a completely careless way. The meat is dry, almost tough, and the rolls seem soggy. Even the fries are a letdown - cold, soft and without any crunch. One wonders whether the fast food concept actually still works here or whether we are dealing with a fast food disaster. The quality is simply inadequate for what you expect for your money. The price-performance ratio is anything but justified. The prices are too high for what you get served and the portions are too small. Given the low quality and poor hygiene standards, it is difficult to take the branch seriously. In a city that has many better fast food options, this Burger King branch unfortunately has nothing to offer that makes it worth visiting. As an addendum, I would also like to mention the employee M., who responded to us yesterday evening in such an unpleasant and non-customer-friendly manner, which brought us the highlight of this unpleasant experience. From now on we will only visit the newly opened McDonald's to enjoy American culinary specialties after denting our armor in the pub.

People constantly say the ice cream machine is broken. A friend works for you... you lazy people just don't feel like cleaning it up. Just for fun I called all the Burger Kings in the area, they are broken everywhere. Thanks for nothing

There are always long queues at the drive-in! Totally sucks. And very often the orders are wrong.

It's extremely expensive here, just scammers. I normally pay 12 euros for a King Section menu and here the 15 euros are just a shame

The staff at this branch is inattentive and the tables are not clean. This is not the standard I'm used to from Burger King. I don't recommend this branch.

Clean tables, food was warm, very nice staff...

High-brained employee comes and sprays all the tables with cleaner with a spray bottle. You don't spray around in the guest room when people are eating there. I stopped eating my food and stopped drinking my Sprite. Burger King Warburg once and never again.

Great shop, the employees are always nice (at least for me, I know people who aren't like that), the food is what you would expect from a fast food shop, etc. But these drinks machines, hey, how I love them. You can mix practically any drink you can imagine and even add ice cubes, very easily with the push of a button. The only thing I don't like is the new design of the store after the renovation. But hey, the food is still awesome

When I was there, everything was really 1A. On longer journeys there is always a break at BK and it was probably one of the best branches I have been to so far. Fresh preparation and competent team.

Really, I'm going to Warburg especially to go to Burger Kind there, I ordered a long chicken, king nuggets and a big king menu, and it doesn't taste the way it should, you could taste the oil on the fries was already old and the big king as well as the long chicken both tasted like they had been lying around since yesterday, with the king nuggets you could taste that the chicken was no longer good. So even though it is a fast food restaurant, some criteria should probably be met.

Wie Burger King nur nicht so wie man's üblich kennt, mein Essen war frisch, lecker und die Pommes richtig heiß. Freundliches Personal besonders der Flitzer, unsere Blicke haben sich öfters mal getroffen, hatte nur leider nicht die Mut dich anzusprechen. 🙈

Sehr schneller Service und die Burger sind hier auch noch sehr Heiß, nicht wie bei anderen Filialen, wo sie laut warm sind.

Es ist ein schlichtes aber gutes Fast Food Restaurant. Das Essen ist geil und lange warten tut man auch nicht. Es ist ok manchmal hinzugehen wenn man einfach Lust auf Fast Food hat

So meine Freunde, bin begeistert. Hab mir mal wieder nen Big King bestellt. Optisch und geschmacklich der Beste, den ich je gegessen habe. Service top, schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Also hier gerne wieder.

Essen ist gut, wir bevorzugen immer den Crisby Chicken Hamburger der ist sehr gut

Also der Burger 🍔 King hat sich komplett gewandelt denn Er wurde renoviert und sieht jetzt suuuuuper aus nur die Außenanlagen müssen noch gemacht werden denn die sind sowas von hässlich das geht ja gar nicht und Neue Reklameschilder wären auch nett 😊

Schon witzig, das dieses BK viel besser ist, als das im 10 km entfernten Breuna. Hatte hier noch keinen Grund zum klagen

Sehr freundliches und lustiger Service,hat sogar das vergessene Essen uns ans Auto gebracht.

Lecker Essen so ab und zu mal. Mit Coupons aus der App sogar noch gespart, aber die Preise haben doch ganz schön angezogen. Die Pommes schmeckten als wenn sie schon länger fertig waren. Payback konnte man über keinen Weg nutzen und somit sind uns die Punkte auch durch die Lappen gegangen. So schnell nicht wieder.

Lecker jedes Mal, haben dort auch unseren Mitarbeiter des Vertrauens am Schalter :) Ist immer lecker und man kann sich nicht beschweren, wenn etwas fehlt einfach freundlich nachfragen und alles gut. Bitte niemals die chilli Cheese Nuggets aus dem Sortiment nehmen, esse ich am liebsten.

Schon beim reinkommen, roch es unangenehm. Der Rösti war eine graue Masse, die nicht durchgebraten war. Die Bestellung war ohne Gurke... bekommen haben wir mit Gurke. Die Mitarbeiter haben in regelmäßigen Abständen die Tische gereinigt und die Abstellwagen geleert. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass auch einmal die Touch-Screens am Bestellterminal gereinigt worden wären. In der Cola hat die Kohlensäure komplett gefehlt.

Auf der Durchreise kurz angehalten, der Laden war nicht voll. Essen wie von Burger King gewohnt. Das Personal ist eher distanziert. Die Toilette allerdings ist dreckig. Angeblich regelmäßig kontrolliert laut Schild, was ich bezweifle. Sie war schmuddelig und roch penetrant nach Urin. Der Boden war völlig klebrig und verdreckt. Personal war genügend vorhanden. Kann ioch nicht empfehlen.

Drive-Thru ist super, schnelle Lieferung, Nettes Personal. In-Store Bestellungen brauchen oft sehr lang.

Dieser Burger King ist ein eher bescheidener Ort zum Verweilen.

Von allen Fast Food Läden klar der Beste. Essen ist immer schnell da, schmeckt gut und die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich kann mich über nichts beschweren.

Trotz Renovierung ungemütlich! Die Wände sehen aus, als hätte man sie bei der Renovierung vergessen!

Wenn man in einem zu 25% besetzten Laden von einer MA an der freien Kasse zu diesen ohnehin schon besch***, überdimensionalen Touchpad geschickt wird, welche kompl. besetzt waren mit Bestellenden, kann man nicht mehr als zwei Sterne erhalten ...
