One napkin for 3 people with a child in MC Drive. No balloon when asked, even though everything was full at the first window. Staff was totally unfriendly. Thank you once and never again.

A BurgerKing like many in Germany...very close to the motorway and easy to reach...thank you for taking a break.

The food and the waiting time are OK. The burgers and fries are known to be warm to the touch. It is also clean. It's a fast food restaurant.

Got scammed out of 4 cheeseburgers at the drive counter this evening!! That's almost 10 euros! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Chilli cheese nuggets were undercooked and tasted brutally disgusting. I was also given completely the wrong burgers. Unfortunately by far the worst BK in Augsburg and the surrounding area.

I was at the McDonald's drive-thru at 1 a.m. last night and had the pleasure of being served by an extremely friendly and humorous employee. His polite and personable demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. The service was simply outstanding! My order was served quickly, and both the fries and burgers were nice and hot. A big thank you to the nice gentleman for this positive experience.

Is everything okay? That used to be a really good BK branch with really good hot burgers and fresh burgers. But for about a year now, things have really left a lot to be desired. But actually it started since BK only offered these boring specials, almost always the same thing. Nevertheless, the branch has really deteriorated. At first the burgers arrived significantly slower for me as a customer. Well, you have to prepare them fresh for me because of an allergy, but it's always been that way. I only get incorrect orders, either the cheese is missing or something else is wrong. Since I unfortunately only notice this when I get home, because I actually hope that the burger is the way I want it and I don't bite into it on the way, but just check briefly to see if everything is included, it's really bad. Sometimes it contains exactly what I ordered, sometimes it's the wrong burger in the wrong packaging, sometimes everything is really cold (I live 5 minutes away), sometimes something is mixed up. It's also often the case that "newer" staff are really unfriendly, sometimes sit on your ears in the drive-thru and are really slow. That's a real shame because the branch was really great. You got fresh, hot burgers, fries were great, drive-thru was also good and there were rarely any mistakes. Maybe it will happen again, but for now I'm sticking with my pretty poor rating. There's a lot of room for improvement and it's also become expensive for quite poor quality.

We go to McDonald's every now and then and have been happy so far.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. What took some getting used to, which can already be read in some reviews, was the realization upon entering that there are no ordering terminals, but that you go to the checkout in the old school way. At this point, however, it wasn't a problem because it wasn't particularly crowded, things went quickly and we were able to talk to strangers ;). What I think is great about Burger King is the vegan offering, which is more varied and tasty than the competition. The food was prepared quickly and at the table and now the best part: people enjoyed sitting down here. Tables and chairs are more than attractive, I have never seen or experienced it so clean anywhere else. The branch manager herself went around again after we were the last to leave and wiped down the tables again. The toilets were also strikingly attractive, so the branch should also receive special praise.

Took an incredibly long time for three orders, staff unfriendly, bk dirty
