Burger King in Ibbenbüren

Unfortunately, I repeatedly received the wrong (significantly overpriced!!) burger in the bag. Additionally, something was missing repeatedly. Now I always have to unpack every burger to check if the contents are correct. This is incredibly annoying and wouldn't require a review if it weren't an isolated incident... Furthermore, the ice cream machine is often "broken."

Very friendly staff, quick ordering, food just right. The woman who was there on Tuesday knows how to be friendly in restaurants.

Unfriendly stuff! Rude and point us to outside with our dog. We went to McDonald and other Burger King’s many times. We have never had any problem with bringing our dog inside. There is no any sign indicating no dog allowed at this Burger King. Very unpleasant dining experience. Never come back here again!

It used to be my favorite Burger King, but not anymore. The food is cold for the second time, the tables are dirty, and the trays are completely overflowing. I gave them another chance, but it keeps getting worse. The food is cold, the floor is sticky with dirt. What's going on? I hope they do an inspection sometime soon.

A great place to stop before the Netherlands. They cook quickly, take out orders without mistakes, there is a children's room so that the children can stretch out on the road, and there is a gas station nearby.

The chicken nuggets were cold and tasteless; they looked like they'd been sitting there for ages (hope we didn't get sick). The fries were also partly cold and sometimes not even cooked through. The men's restroom smelled. There wasn't an option on the order screen to remove cheese from burgers, but luckily we could do that at the counter. The man kindly helped us.

The long chicken burger wasn't freshly prepared and was quite squashed. The cheeseburger was dry and only edible with liquid. There was only one filling station operating, and not all drinks were in stock. (Lunchtime on a Saturday)

I was here on a Thursday afternoon and was really pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is easily accessible, there's plenty of parking, and there's also a drive-thru, which is very convenient. The food was fresh and delicious. The fries were hot and crispy, just as you'd expect. You can also take advantage of great discounts with the app. What particularly struck me: The employees were very friendly and helpful. Despite being busy, they worked calmly and professionally. I was served with a smile and never felt rushed or disorganized. Such friendly service is unfortunately not a given everywhere these days, so kudos to the team! The branch itself was also clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. But the ice cream machine wasn't working, so I couldn't order dessert. That was a bit disappointing, because I was actually looking forward to some ice cream.

Compared to a year ago, the food is much fresher and the service much better. It's just a shame that the ambiance needs a makeover. However, it's already noticeably cleaner, and the staff are making every effort to clean up the trash left by lazy guests as quickly as possible and maintain hygiene. It can always be better. But you're on the right track.

I stopped by this Burger King with my children today for lunch while passing through. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Like you see on receipt I order: Chili cheese burger 2 portion frise one with extra jalapeno. I was in rush and on motorway ( in the car) I saw, that they give me wrong sandwich( crispy chicek instead chilli cheese) and I ordered two portions one classic and one with double jalapeno but was without jalapeno!!! Inside air conditioner wasn't work and was so hot. Bad smell in the toilet ...

We got something from them 4 times in 3 months and each time the order was wrong or something was forgotten... sad.

Great location, plenty of room for our camper. What struck us was how expensive fast food has become! €55 with 2 adults and 2 kids..

They have no use for bus drivers here, even if you come with 50 guests. From now on this Burger King will no longer be visited and will of course be forwarded to other drivers within the company

But alas, if more than three people enter the store hungry at the same time - then the apocalypse apparently breaks out behind the counter. Chaos becomes king, and ordering becomes a gamble with many losers…mostly the customers. Because of my job, I eat fast food more often than my cholesterol level would tolerate. In the last three months, parts of my order were forgotten four times. The highlight: Two portions of nuggets were missing - but the sauces were already lying lonely and hopeful in the bag. Like a bad joke: everything is there except the food. The problem lies less in taste than in the system. Either there is a lack of staff or there is a lack of structure and team mentality. Maybe both. Sure, fast food is not a wellness holiday - but a minimum of overview would be desirable. What also stands out: the customer service. At McDonald's I once picked up a forgotten burger just like that - friendly, accommodating, without discussion. Here? None. There is discussion, doubt, and sometimes even a bit of bitching - as if I had secretly put the Whopper in my pocket. It's a shame, because the potential is there. But right now it's a bit like a bag of chips - you never know what you're going to get. An extra chilli nugget / an onion ring or no fries at all. Surprise! PS: By maximizing the number of seats, all sound insulation has disappeared - eating in the restaurant is therefore either pleasantly quiet (if you're alone) or as cozy as a jumbo jet taking off next to a rock concert. Have a good meal.

I like the burgers. Order terminals are available and work reliably. There is a self-service machine for drinks. You don't actually come into contact with staff anymore. Whether I would like my snack like that, honestly, probably not.

We were there on Friday lunchtime. After a long wait, we received our order and discovered that it was neither complete nor correct. The restaurant was not well attended at that time, and the toilets were dirty and in some cases there was no paper. Many tables were dirty, there was leftover food on the floor and the trolleys for trays were completely overcrowded. When we complained to a gentleman, he seemed totally overwhelmed and had little understanding. Really a disappointing experience today, we are used to different things.
