Nothing was settled here, we waited over 30 minutes until the 2 burgers were even prepared. Never again Burger King Ibbenbüren. I have a different understanding of “fast food”

Finally! It's time! Burger King is no longer a fast food shop! Despite - or because of - the electronic ordering, it took a full 20 minutes from entering to receiving the complex menu. Tray sticky from below. One drinks machine is out of order - the other is largely empty! Seriously thinking about moving the title of "worst Burger King" from Breuna to Ibbenbüren!

The playground was warm like a sauna... The place could be more clean.

Some of the fries were still raw. The burgers were cold and the salad on them would have been more for the compost. I've never had such a bad meal at Burger King. In addition, the staff was more busy bitching than taking care of the customers.

3 menus ready and warm within 5 minutes. Vegetarian Whopper tastes like a regular Whopper. Great for a meat eater. clean toilets, nice terrace. (A low sink for the children)

Perfect place to stop on any drive between DE and NL. We've stopped here 3 times over the past year and always been pleasantly surprised. The food is what it is, but as a rest stop on a long drive it has everything that's needed: clean toilets, friendly staff and a place for kids to let off some steam.

Children's menu ordered, without asking which drink we wanted, we were charged and then had to drive up. Who got a Coke wanted to exchange it and have a Fanta. Afterwards my 5 year old told me it didn't taste like Fanta, we looked and it was Cola mixed with Fanta. Our child is already excited and is given caffeine (cola) without permission

We ordered four menus that should have included drinks at 0.5, but they were handed out to us at 0.4. I tried to call for over an hour. Nothing. Nobody has time to answer the phone. Even if it's full you can do it quickly.

The food is, as you would expect from Burger King, simply delicious for me. The employee who works here and made our food didn't pack all the dips and didn't make our 2 King Fusion Oreo at all. I had to say something first and that can't be right. The ambience is typical Burger King.

Subterranean...there is never an order that isn't wrong or missing something, even if it's the extra bacon or mayo. That can not be that hard ????!!!! If you were to add it all up, I don't even want to know!!!!

Nice clean Burger King. A great detour for the trip to Bremen. Food three stars because the drinks were not carbonated and tasted disgustingly like syrup. These self-mixing machines are just terribly disgusting, good idea, drinking was really disgusting.

There's a car in front of you on MC Drive. The order has been placed and you wait behind the serving window. After 15 minutes I reversed out of the drive. What kind of fast food is that? I'm at McDonald's now. 3 minutes to order. Without words

I've eaten here several times and sometimes got 4 milkshakes instead of 2 because our order was a little forgotten, but you don't get upset about free milkshakes. However, we have been there a few times at 1-2 a.m. and then this Burger King was closed, even though the opening times say until 3 a.m., just like on the signs on site. If this shortcoming could be remedied and at least the opening times adjusted accordingly, I would be happy.

Typical Burger King dishes. As always, there were normal ordering machines for ordering. Coupons worked without any problems, as did contactless payments. Half open kitchen. So a lot to see. Employees were friendly. Food was hot and tasted good, Burger King 1A standard. The mixing machines are very nice. Cold Sprite with strawberry syrup mixed with hot Long Chicken and Crispy Chicken: what more could you want? Outdoor area with a view of the roundabout is very good for stalking. Will visit again if needed.

This was our third time there, but unfortunately it was a disappointment again. The fries and burgers didn't taste fresh at all. (Old oil) so tasted and smelled. Unfortunately never again. P.s The BK in Lingen on the B70 is highly recommended!

The food itself is very tasty. They just won't find us there anymore. Were there with our son. Two older children (too old for the play area) moved the safety mats. So it became dangerous for smaller children. A mother and the children pointed it out, the mother insulted them and threatened them and the staff did nothing. Never again!

The employees were super nice, the premises are good too but I go to Burger King because I'm hungry and that's the problem. There is a sign saying it may take a while because the burgers are freshly prepared, but they are still cold 😞! How can that be? Can they actually fry the patties cold at Burger King? We had the same experience in another Burger King shortly before, so I think there is an urgent need to improve this place. The fries were hot and crispy. My conclusion: If you don't want to blow the food for your children, order a burger and if you want hot food, you get fries 😒. For us, the Burger King issue has been settled and with the prices we also want hot burgers.

Hello dear team in Ibbenbüren. I was I used to go there several times on weekends with my family. But I've never experienced anything like last weekend at Burger King. As usual, we all ordered something and surprisingly it didn't take long. To be honest, I have never seen a Burger King that had so many employees in the checkout area. Five employees were at the front around 6 p.m. Well positioned! Food came very quickly and everything was hot and fresh. An employee was in the lobby and asked about your well-being. I assume it was the restaurant manager. Because he constantly gave instructions to the others. Very very pleasant stay. Something really happened there. Thanks for that . Food ordered 2 menus and a children's box! Paid and should wait. After 5 minutes the lady came to the car and wanted the receipt, saying that she had to prepare the food now because it had been deleted or pushed away. Ok, another 7 or 8 minutes later she came with the order, that can happen. I drove off and bit into the long chili cheeseburger burger and thought I had a rag in my mouth!!!! Cold!!!! Really cold not a bit warm just baaaah!!!! Brought out the next citizen, crispi chicken! Exactly the same!!!!! Immediately turned around and didn't complain too much, just said it was cold and who should eat it. The lady rolled her eyes and went into the kitchen to remake the two burgers or have them made. It happened pretty quickly, 2 minutes later I had it too. Everything went well again and of course let it taste first and then it was warm. My little one with his children's menu too. But yes exactly but! Even in the children's menu there were no toys that the little ones always look forward to the most! Not great in there either! Well, I've never experienced something like that where so many things go wrong with an order. Very disappointing to have such poor service for what is now an expensive order! Been there last time.

Typisch Burger King. Jedoch kann man sein Getränk kostenlos selbst nachfüllen was ich super finde. Hinzu kommen Geschmacksrichtungen von Cola, Sprite, etc. die ich noch nie gehört habe, aber eine geniale Auswahl bieten.

We're left with a Burger King but the black-haired woman at the drive-in counter doesn't work at all! So unfriendly! Luckily, there was a very nice colleague in the restaurant who was very accommodating. As a small note, I would perhaps give the lady some training on behavior or customer service.

Das Essen hat geschmeckt, die Pommes waren früher viel besser..., das Ambiente ist kalt und rein funktionell, hier möchte man nicht länger als nötig verweilen. Auch das war früher viel besser...

Pommes leider labberig. Burger ungleichmäßig belegt und kalt. Einer war quasi mittig zerrissen. Alles in allem gibt es bessere Filialen.

Das Essen und der Service ist für so ein Fast Food Restaurant ganz okay bis gut. Das einzige was echt sauer aufstößt ist, dass die Getränke (man zieht sie sich selbst) pipiwarm sind und so gar keine Kohlensäure enthält.

Guter Burger King nettes Personal schnelles Essen, geschmacklich einer wie der andere.

Super Spielbereich für kleinere Kinder. Hat uns auf dem Weg in den Urlaub den Tag gerettet. :)
