Burger King in Ibbenbüren

I would prefer to give NO star, very bad service, I waited a long time and then the food arrived cold. The fries tasted like oil and some of the burger was still raw!! I will never go here again, things are going very badly 👎

I loved Burger King. But I was very disappointed last night. It's a shame, I probably won't come back for a while.

The burgers were not fresh. The barbecues were freshly made but the sauces could have been served separately.

Coffee was very cold and after an hour I got my order and it didn't taste like the other Burger King. My last excuse is service wasn't good

Classic Burger King, in terms of products and ambience. Right next to the highway, so easy to reach. Always friendly service so far. It was rarely very full, so you can get there quickly

Unfriendly staff who are very difficult to understand. And the burgers used to be better quality. Simply no longer recommended today. Price/performance no longer fits at all

Very dreary atmosphere, with flickering lights while eating. The food at the branch seemed a bit tougher than usual at the other Burger Kings. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the service was very slow, but still made a very nice impression 😊

Can only give 4 out of 5 stars because unfortunately the entire tablet return system was overflowing. It wasn't very crowded. As always at BK, the food was very good. The food we ordered was prepared quickly.

The chili cheese fries often have far too little chili cheese sauce, so you can also order normal fries

Final snot... terminals way too close together. You can't order without being jostled 5 times The volume in the store is like that of a children's play paradise. Not to be endured. Finally! It's time! Burger King is no longer a fast food shop! Despite - or because of - the electronic ordering, it took a full 20 minutes from entering to receiving the complex menu. Tray sticky from below. One drinks machine is out of order - the other is largely empty! Seriously thinking about moving the title of "worst Burger King" from Breuna to Ibbenbüren!

The playground was warm like a sauna... The place could be more clean.

Some of the fries were still raw. The burgers were cold and the salad on them would have been more for the compost. I've never had such a bad meal at Burger King. In addition, the staff was more busy bitching than taking care of the customers.

3 menus ready and warm within 5 minutes. Vegetarian Whopper tastes like a regular Whopper. Great for a meat eater. clean toilets, nice terrace. (A low sink for the children)

Perfect place to stop on any drive between DE and NL. We've stopped here 3 times over the past year and always been pleasantly surprised. The food is what it is, but as a rest stop on a long drive it has everything that's needed: clean toilets, friendly staff and a place for kids to let off some steam.

Children's menu ordered, without asking which drink we wanted, we were charged and then had to drive up. Who got a Coke wanted to exchange it and have a Fanta. Afterwards my 5 year old told me it didn't taste like Fanta, we looked and it was Cola mixed with Fanta. Our child is already excited and is given caffeine (cola) without permission

We ordered four menus that should have included drinks at 0.5, but they were handed out to us at 0.4. I tried to call for over an hour. Nothing. Nobody has time to answer the phone. Even if it's full you can do it quickly.

No Polish language in the menu. It's Russian but not Polish. It's just fast food.

The food is, as you would expect from Burger King, simply delicious for me. The employee who works here and made our food didn't pack all the dips and didn't make our 2 King Fusion Oreo at all. I had to say something first and that can't be right. The ambience is typical Burger King.

I'd rather go next door to McDonald's. They have HEATING UPDATE: Tried it this summer. What can I say ? This time the air conditioning is broken at 40 degrees. This store is an absolute joke

Subterranean...there is never an order that isn't wrong or missing something, even if it's the extra bacon or mayo. That can not be that hard ????!!!! If you were to add it all up, I don't even want to know!!!!

Nice clean Burger King. A great detour for the trip to Bremen. Food three stars because the drinks were not carbonated and tasted disgustingly like syrup. These self-mixing machines are just terribly disgusting, good idea, drinking was really disgusting.

Most disgusting Burger King in my life. None of the food was properly cooked, the employees were extremely unsympathetic and lazy and it was dirty everywhere. Absolutely not recommended, save yourself the money.

Somewhat of a sub-par Burger King experience : order came out incomplete. When asked where the rest of the order was, the response was "I only made the salad". No ownership for customer success there!

There's a car in front of you on MC Drive. The order has been placed and you wait behind the serving window. After 15 minutes I reversed out of the drive. What kind of fast food is that? I'm at McDonald's now. 3 minutes to order. Without words

I've eaten here several times and sometimes got 4 milkshakes instead of 2 because our order was a little forgotten, but you don't get upset about free milkshakes. However, we have been there a few times at 1-2 a.m. and then this Burger King was closed, even though the opening times say until 3 a.m., just like on the signs on site. If this shortcoming could be remedied and at least the opening times adjusted accordingly, I would be happy.
