McDonald's in Ibbenbüren

Ich bestellte zwei Flurrys. Sie sollten fertig sein, waren aber nirgends zu finden. Der Manager war mürrisch und unfreundlich zu den Angestellten. Schließlich bekam ich den Flurry, aber es war einfach nur Softeis mit einer Kugel ungenießbarem Zeug obendrauf. So sollte es nicht sein. Außerdem fällt auf, dass die Gäste dort... na ja, egal. Ein Laden, den ich nie wieder betreten möchte.

Sind ganz selten mal da essen ist Ok

Lieferung hat heute 1 1/2 Std auf sich warten lassen. Bei einer Strecke die laut Google in 7min zurückgelegt wird. (5km). Dann fehlen Teile der Bestellung und der Rest ist kalt. Ersatz für fehlende Artikel kann man bekommen, muss man aber selbst in der Filiale abholen. Ansonsten kommt es sehr häufig vor das Bestellungen auch vor Ort unvollständig oder falsch gepackt sind, wir prüfen inzwischen immer die Tüten bevor wir nach Hause fahren ob alles da ist. Leider wirklich nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Extra verpacken die günstigere Burger und nehmen Soßen als perfektes Gewicht für die Waage , einfach Betrug

Früher bin ich gerne zu diesem McDonald's gegangen. Unter dem damaligen Franchisenehmer Eckstein war die Qualität deutlich besser. Seit die Filiale von Vos geführt wird, hat sich meiner Meinung nach leider vieles zum Negativen entwickelt. Immer wieder werden Produkte vergessen oder verwechselt, Bestellungen falsch zusammengestellt und die Wartezeiten sind deutlich länger als früher. Auch geschmacklich hat die Qualität spürbar nachgelassen. Insgesamt macht die Filiale heute einen deutlich schlechteren Eindruck als noch vor einigen Jahren. Der einzige wirklich positive Punkt ist das Servicepersonal. Die Mitarbeiter sind weiterhin freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, auch wenn bei den Bestellungen etwas schiefläuft. Die 2 Sterne gibt es daher ausschließlich für den guten Service. An der Qualität und Organisation sollte dringend gearbeitet werden.

Wir bestellten sechs Cheeseburger, bekamen aber stattdessen Chickenburger. Die Burger sollten wir mitnehmen, und da das Restaurant 20 Minuten entfernt war, konnten wir sie nicht abholen. Schrecklich! Überprüfen Sie die Burger unbedingt zweimal!

Heute durch den Drive ein MC flurry, ein MC sunday und einen Milchshake. Mein Sohn braucht für einen MC sunday eigentlich gute 20min, heute war der Becher nach 7 Minuten leer, ähnlich war es mit meinem MC Flurry. Geht gar nicht. Der Mitarbeiter am der Funksprechanlage musste ständig alles nachfragen, da er es nicht richtig verstanden hat und selbst nicht gut der Landessprache mächtig war. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Top, es war sehr voll aber das Essen kam schnell. Scheint sehr gut organisiert zu sein.

McDonalds halt. Ist da wenn man es wirklich braucht. Schnell, mal was auf Reisen, nachts angetrunken... (Gibt halt bald einen an jeder Milchkanne... Und Öffnungszeiten oft rund um die Uhr.) Ansonsten: Nicht lecker. Nicht ansprechend. Nicht günstig (sondern sogar sauteuer) Wirklich miserabel sind die Pappstrohalme. Nach kurzer Zeit schmecken Shacks mit Pappgeschmack. Oder Bambuslöffel im Flury... Manchmal ist nicht mal das was heiß sein sollte, heiß... Die Gegend liegt voll mit McD Müll.

Mecces halt, Zur Zeit etwas langsameren Personal, dauert also etwas länger am McDrive.

Standard McDonalds welcher anderen Filialen in keinem Punkt nachsteht. Allerdings werden bei Bestellungen im Drive in gerne mal einige Sachen vergessen

Sehr sauberer McDonald’s mit gepflegten Toiletten und einer tollen Außenbeleuchtung. Das Essen war frisch und heiß, genau wie man es sich wünscht. Auch der Aufenthalt vor Ort war angenehm. Komme gerne wieder!

Immer noch ein riesiger Haufen Müll aus Einwegverpackungen.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Besuch bei McDonald’s. Wir haben wirklich nur zwei einfache Eis bestellt: einmal ein normales Eis ohne alles und einmal ein Eis mit Oreo und Schokosoße. Trotzdem wurde die Bestellung komplett durcheinandergebracht. Erst haben wir ein Eis nur mit Schokosoße und eins nur mit Oreo bekommen, obwohl beides zusammen auf ein Eis sollte. Danach wurde das Eis noch mehrfach zurückgenommen und wieder falsch gebracht. Insgesamt wurde es dreimal falsch gemacht. Die Mitarbeiterin hat leider überhaupt nicht richtig zugehört und wir mussten die Bestellung ständig wiederholen. Am Ende hatten wir ehrlich gesagt gar keine Lust mehr zu diskutieren und sind einfach mit den falsch gemachten Eis weggefahren. Für so eine einfache Bestellung sollte das wirklich nicht passieren. Sehr chaotisch und enttäuschend.

Ich hatte einen sehr interessanten Besuch in dieser Filiale. Das Essen ist soweit ok, Chickenburger wie in jeder anderen Filiale aus 5m Entfernung mit den Füßen auf einen Haufen geschmissen und lieblos in den Papiermüll gewickelt. Schmecken tut er aber. Ähnliches galt in meinem Fall für den BigTasty Bacon. Vor Ort wurde ich ausschließlich auf Englisch bedient. Ist kein großes Problem, aber dennoch sehr eigenartig. Da es sich hierbei nicht um dem Flughafen Berlin handelt und eher davon ausgegangen werden kann, dass deutschsprachige Kunden kommen. Da die Mitarbeiter vor Ort es irgendwie nicht hinbekommen haben meine App Bestellung zuzuordnen sollte ich einfach neu bestellen. Das verneinte ich, da ich bereits in der App per Paypal bezahlt hatte. Nach etwas hin und her ging es dann doch. Der Bildschirm für die Bestellungen, was in Vorbereitung und was zu Abhlung fertig ist wird hier nicht genutzt. Die Bestellungen werden einfach alle weggeklickt und ausgedrucker Bons auf die Tüten geklebt. Daher standen vor der Theke erstmal ein paar Leute ohne Plan rum, da ihre Bestellung zwar als abholfertig markiert, allerdings noch nicht fertig gestellt wurde. Irgendwie so ein Analog/Digital-Remix was da veranstaltet wurde. Allerdings waren alle sehr freundlich und das Essen war, wie bereits angemerkt, so wie man es in anderen Filialen eben auch erwarten würde. Daher konnte man dort eher mit einem Schmunzeln als Wütend rausgehen. Edit: Es kommt immer häufiger vor, dass in meiner Bestellung etwas fehlt oder ich was anderes bekomme als bestellt. Hier muss man immer reinschauen was man bekommt. Ist super, wenn man mal eben in der Mittagspause auf die Schnelle was zu Essen braucht -.- Edit: McDrive nicht besetzt. 5 min wie ein Idiot "hallo" gerufen und bin dann doch rein. Big Tasty lieblos zusammengeschmissen und Chickenburger vergessen. Ich denke ich werde lieber eine Straße weiter zu Burger King gehen

Eher einer der besseren Mc Donald's. Service ist super nett, manche Bestellungen werden jedoch teils falsch zusammengestellt und manchmal sind die Burger schon kalt und die Pommes labbrig. In Summe aber verlässlicher was dir Qualität angeht als manch anderer Mc Donalds.

Heute habe ich diesen McDonald’s besucht. Ich habe 23 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet: einen Big Mac, 6 Nuggets, einen Cheeseburger, eine Cola und einen Energy-Drink mit Johannisbeere. Die Bedienung war sehr langsam. Das Personal hatte offenbar keine Lust zu arbeiten. Die Burger waren trocken und schmeckten wie vom Aldi für 2 Euro. Die Nuggets waren zäh wie Gummi. Eine große Enttäuschung. Ich werde diesen McDonald’s nicht mehr besuchen. Fahren Sie lieber nach Osnabrück.

Bieten Lieferservice an aber Bestellungen die man um 19 Uhr macht kommen erst um 22:45 Uhr ?!? Und das auf einem Montag ... Schlechtester Service ever !!!!

Wir haben zwei Kaffee zum Mitnehmen bestellt, warum diese beiden Café knapp 30 min gedauert haben ist mir ein Rätsel. Auch das unsere Nummer zum abholen bereit stand und dann ganz verschwunden ist und uns keine Mitarbeitende Auskunft geben konnte ist kein Kundenservice.

Der „kleine Chef“ in diesem McDonalds ist einfach nur unfassbar freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. So ein Service habe ich noch nie in eine Mc Donalds erlebt. Er hat seine Berufung gefunden und das sollte wirklich lobend erwähnt werden. Ganz toll. Vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis.

Am Tresen hieß es, man könne nur über die elektronischen Anzeigetafeln bestellen, nicht persönlich. Keine Ahnung, ob das stimmt oder ob die einfach nur zu faul waren, Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Wir sind dann in das andere Restaurant die Straße runtergegangen und wurden dort von einem echten Menschen bedient.

Niw wieder. Haette ja gerne etwas gegessen aber die baertige Bedienung wollte keine Bestellung aufnehmen uns hat mir mitgeteilt ich koenne nur ueber die Computer bestellen. Beim King nebenan ging eine menschliche Bestellung. Also werde ich in Zukunft direkt dort hingehen.

Dem Kind einen spielzeugwunsch zu verwehren ist schon ein Armutszeugnis.

Bestellung zum Mitnehmen (2 Wraps und ein Happy Meal). Unsere Nummer war zunächst die einzige die auf dem Display stand zur Bearbeitung. Von dort dauerte es ca. 15 Minuten bis sie auf "Abholbereit" stand. War sie aber immernoch nicht. Es ging auch sonst lange Zeit nichts über den Tresen. Dann 2 nachfolgende Nummern die abgeholt werden konnten. Dann verschwand unsere Nummer ganz von der Anzeige. Ich sprach 2mal eine Mitarbeiterin an, die mich geflissentlich ignorierte. Dann nach mittlerweile knapp 30 Minuten Wartezeit hat ein männlicher Mitarbeiter die Tüte rübergeschoben. Auch er ignorierte mich und erst recht den Unmut den ich äußerte. Letztendlich wurde (natürlich) dem Wunsch, die Tomaten wegzulassen auch nicht entsprochen. Was für eine miese MC Donalds Filiale.

Das Essen ist sehr Luxuriös . Ich habe meinen Big Mac verspeist es war sehr lecker. Danach musste ich auf meiner goldener Toilette kacken.

Essen wie immer gut aber JEDES MAL fehlt was 😤 heute in der Eile einmal nicht kontrolliert und nur drauf geachtet das die Kids Boxen richtig sind und wieder fehlt gefühlt die Hälfte. Nervt richtig wenn man bedenkt wie teuer das ist. Ärger mich mal wieder über mich selbst und das man einfach nicht in der Lage ist an diesem Punkt des Service zu arbeiten.

Many years ago, I worked and trained at a McDonald's myself, so I'm honestly very surprised by the service today. We pre-ordered via the app and then drove to the drive-thru. At the order kiosk, we weren't asked to wait; we were simply ignored. No one even spoke to us. Only after several cars had pulled up to the second kiosk and their orders had been taken were we able to give our order code. We waited over five minutes at the kiosk alone, and then another 13 minutes at the drive-thru. In addition, two personalized orders weren't processed, even though they were correctly entered in the app. I understand that things can get stressful in everyday life, and I generally understand that. However, there are standards and procedures in place, especially at the drive-thru, where service times are crucial. "Fast food restaurant" is no longer an accurate description here. It seems that basic procedures that used to be standard practice are now barely functioning. It's a real shame.

We actually really like ordering from McDonald's, but it's so annoying; something's always missing or prepared incorrectly. We've had to get into the habit of always double-checking the bags. We've probably lost hundreds of euros because of this. And on top of that, apart from the manager and a few of his colleagues, the staff are often incredibly unfriendly.

Just ordered through Lieferando, same problem as earlier this week. I included a note for the restaurant: 2 cheeseburgers without pickles or ketchup, but received the exact opposite. I immediately called the woman on the phone, who said it was Sunday and that I should order during the week. She said that had been overlooked, but it had happened during the week before. I paid for the family bundle and didn't get what I ordered. The woman on the phone said arguing wouldn't help! I worked at McDonald's myself for 3 years; things can happen, but we usually sort it out. This woman wasn't willing to give me 4 cheeseburgers that the kids wouldn't eat. Thanks, McDonald's.

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, my hand on my watch, and no one even asked if I wanted to order. It was like I was invisible. I hope the McDonald's manager finds out about this, because if he doesn't, he'll file a complaint.

It's McDonald's, after all... Same everywhere, but the service was excellent today. My order arrived quickly. I didn't wait even 5 minutes.

Feeding with Fast Foot. Well, not so nice...

I had a Royal TS today. It came in the wrong packaging, which was far too small for the TS. But that wasn't all. They simply used smaller rolls because the original size wouldn't fit. Naturally, this made the meat 2 cm too wide, but nobody seemed to mind. Never again will I buy from this place.

I ordered the McSpicy and received the wrong burger. Never again will I drive without checking. I was very annoyed.

Ordered two 20-piece nuggets at the drive-thru on October 27th at 6:45 PM and received one in a bag. Considering the price for the 20-piece nuggets, that's extremely poor service!

We ordered at 11:38 on a Friday. The food didn't arrive until 11:55. So, this is definitely not fast food! The food was cold, and the Big Tasty Bacon was completely ruined. The meat patty was broken into several pieces and was just sitting in the box.

Don't trust any statistics you didn't fake yourself. 🥸 Why is it that the goods are ready for pickup, but only digitally? 🧐 The reality is still 10 minutes away. 😒 Is it due to a process error? 🤨 I can't imagine that, because then it would spread throughout all stores. 🤓 Rather, I suspect the motivation lies in shining in internal comparisons, according to the motto "all good inside, all bad outside." 😒 This nasty practice, which detracts from customers and distorts internal statistical records, usually comes from individuals. 🫵🏻 The customer service employees seemed to be more challenged to handle a certain amount of stress here. They were trying very hard! 🫣 Rather, this review is intended to target precisely those who are content to shine based on false information. 🤥 That's not the case! ☝🏻 Should this be read by the reviewers, I would suggest, from experience and after reading other reviews with similar information, adding approximately 8 minutes to the average serving time to get a more realistic picture. 🫠 This would then also confirm the rather negative reviews here.🤐 Potential advertising measures that suggest fast service would in the future be misleading advertising based on falsified data.

Totally overwhelmed and totally unprofessional! They have the order ready for pickup but still have to wait another 15 minutes. The main thing is that the statistics are correct.

It's OK, but many tables and benches are already (or still are) dirty and sticky. The fries taste like old oil, but otherwise everything's OK.

Chaos when there's a lot to do. This has happened several times when picking up, for example, just now (hence the review) I paid for a burger but got the wrong (cheaper) one.

I only got one coffee tomorrow and it was really bad🤮sorry but that's probably a matter of taste 🤷‍♀️

What's going on at the MC in Ibbenbüren? ❓ Orders are often missing something, burgers are just slapped together, fries are lukewarm, tastes so-so, the staff are completely stressed and overwhelmed. 😵‍💫😩

We've already had three takeout orders where something was missing. Language barriers are so severe that someone who understands you has to come first. The store is going under on its own.

2. Ordered twice, half was missing or incorrect. On the second order, I ordered 2 ice creams and a milkshake and got 3. When I complained, it was discussed; they were obviously too stupid to read and didn't recognize their mistake. While I was eating, they swept under the table, which isn't appropriate, and it's dirty.... Never again!

We went to McDonald's around 4:30 p.m. today to quickly get some drinks and ice cream. 2 Cokes, 1 McFlurry, and a milkshake. After 20 minutes, we asked at the cashier. When they realized we'd been forgotten, they moved us up. However, we got the wrong McFlurry and the wrong milkshake, which we then had to complain about again. Not worth the visit; we'd rather go to Burger King.

Unfortunately, McDonald's Ibbenbüren is getting worse and worse. I just wanted to order two caramel macchiatos, which I did to take away. I waited and waited, but after a 15-minute wait, I thought, "Can coffee take that long at a fast-food restaurant?" I asked at the cashier, and the response was a shrug. So I asked for my money back, which was very quick, all at once. Thanks for the service. Then off to the gas station for two coffees, wait time 1 minute 40 seconds 👍🏻

The cleanliness in the dining room and the restrooms left a lot to be desired. I'm not used to that from Mecces... There was a lot of dust on the counters in the restroom area and plenty of cobwebs in the ceiling decorations above the tables.

For as long as I can remember, I've been going to McDonald's in Ibbenbüren, but it's getting worse and worse. Sure, it's busy on a Sunday evening, but that doesn't excuse the fact that they simply pressed the order number even though it wasn't ready. The ice cream was already 80% melted, the fries were cold, and the cake was placed askew in the bag, so all the strawberries fell out. So, service when the manager isn't there is a complete disaster!

First of all, we were positively surprised by the design. This is definitely a really nice McDonald's with comfortable benches and wooden wall dividers. Plenty of ordering kiosks are available – great. The store was clean overall, including the restrooms! It was quite busy, so it took a while for the food to arrive, but it was warm and delicious. Unfortunately, a hot bag was missing, but we asked an employee, and it arrived less than two minutes later. Overall, we were satisfied.

Today we placed an order at McDonald's. When we got home, we discovered that half of the order was missing – the French fries and ice cream weren't included. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. My husband didn't check the order when we picked it up because we trusted the restaurant and didn't expect something like this. We paid for the order, but in the end, we didn't get what we paid for – instead, we only suffered frustration and loss. This is especially disappointing because the order was for our children, who were very disappointed. Please investigate this incident and take measures to prevent this from happening again in the future.

The lattice potatoes were very crispy. Everything else was also perfect. I can recommend it.

They set the order to "ready for pickup" on the monitor, even though it's still being prepared. I've noticed this happening several times. It's pointless to ask the staff about it due to language barriers. My two drinks took about 12 minutes, but they were ready for pickup immediately after ordering.

I had an icecream but it was quite small, not knowing it was normal I left a review using the receipt code to get another one discounted. That one was a normal size. After asking a manager about it, he did not apologize for the mistake with the first order or try to make up for it, instead I got blamed I did not come to him about it. I felt very attacked, very unpleasant.

The staff doesn't even talk when they throw the food on the table. The tables and benches are dirty. And the tables were dirty too, but the 4 was okay. There are cobwebs everywhere in the store. We always liked the McDonald's in Ibbenbüren, but unfortunately, it's not anymore.

I hope the company loses its stock value. They're just taking away my regular seat! You call that customer service? That's how you treat regular customers? You'd better go to Burger King!

A very nice outdoor area, something I've never seen before. They really put a lot of effort into it. The service there was also excellent.

I'm really pleasantly surprised. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. All the other branches could learn a thing or two from this.

For me, today was the last time after several misunderstandings. It's hard to understand the woman at the drive-thru, and she probably doesn't understand much either. After my Happy Meal today only contained two fries and not what I ordered, I've really had enough. The same problem happened yesterday. Sure, it can happen sometimes, but not all the time.

Very nice branch! Great indoor and outdoor areas, very fast service, and friendly employees. Highly recommended.

Tables, floor, and chairs were absolutely filthy. I'd rather not write about the restrooms. Even considering it was a Saturday afternoon, hygiene shouldn't be overlooked. Ugh.

I like going to McDonald's, but the one in Ibbenbüren is always a disappointment. When I got home, after three minutes: the fries weren't crispy, the Big Mac was lukewarm, and the cheeseburger was completely missing! I paid over €14. That's pretty outrageous. But I guess it's my own fault because I didn't check everything at the checkout. And yes, there was no receipt included either. So there's no point in going back and complaining. But I can leave a review here. By the way, this isn't the first time that parts of the order have been completely missing. Bad employees, bad management? I have no idea why that is.

Whenever I eat here in Ibbenbüren, I have to urgently use the restroom 40 minutes later. Strangely, it doesn't matter what I eat. It's a shame, really, because I'd love to eat there. The atmosphere and staff are very good.

Yesterday, on June 21st, I went out to eat with two children and one adult. Great 👍 I was able to charge my electric car there, and everything worked. While charging, I placed our order using the McDonald's app and collected points at the same time. All the meals were delicious and served warm. The service staff were all friendly. The restrooms were clean, too. The McDonald's Ibbenbüren is well run. Keep up the good work.

Good for dogs.. we always ordered patties for our Kangal, which he was then allowed to eat outside with us at the table.. next to the table, of course.. they did not add any seasoning to the patties upon request.. there is also a water bowl available, but it does need to be refilled occasionally.. by the way.. Rest in peace Brutus.. we know how much you loved the patties.. there are now lots and lots of patties for you in dog heaven.. the staff loved feeding him the meat.. since the shop is close to the Aasee, we always went around the lake twice, then had food at Mc'es.. there was a good selection for the dog too.. he wasn't really convinced by the plant-based nuggets.. they tasted like meat, but didn't smell like it 😂 really a picture for the gods..

Two stars for the friendly staff and the delicious coffee. You really need to do a proper cleaning. Tables, floors, benches, everything was dirty. The cracks behind the seat cushions were especially bad. The sugar and cinnamon mix for the pancakes had been out of date for over a month.

Got takeout. Two cheeseburgers were missing, the ordered ketchup was missing, and there weren't enough straws. Tried it for the first time in a while, but was disappointed again.
