Terrible, unfriendly, and incompetent staff; you practically have to put up with being rude if you have a question. And a 40-minute wait in a fast-food restaurant is outrageous!

I really like this branch; I've never encountered unfriendly staff, a dirty table, or unclean restrooms. Everyone there always makes an effort to be friendly and accommodating. The children even get a little something sweet now and then, and every extra request is accommodated without complaint. Thank you for that!

Burger King usually has pretty decent fries. The ones we got here had probably been sitting in the display case for a very long time. They were the worst fries we've ever had at a Burger King. The portion size also left a lot to be desired, considering that the large portion costs well over 4 euros. If they're going to be that expensive, they should at least be fresh and a decent portion.

Burger King is usually my choice for quality and taste. But here one of the staff is standing at the checkout pulling loose skin from his lips and the burger smelled like lighter fluid. Worst place ever.

We called today for the first time, because we rarely go there, to ask how much a certain meal costs, as they can't seem to manage to post the prices for their overpriced meals in their app for marketing reasons. After we asked the question, the caller simply hung up. The male child-like voice probably thought we were playing a joke. The second time, it worked all of a sudden, because it was probably the store manager on the line. Very dubious.

After a long time, I've been to Burger King again. It's so cold here that you feel like you're in a cold storage room. They don't even have heating here. The employees are pulling faces like someone has died. And yes, for 2 burgers and 2 tortillas, 2 drinks, 2 fries, €50, I don't know. I find that a bit expensive at McDonald's. I've never paid so much.

There was no mayonnaise left, and the burgers weren't really warm either. Update: Three years after we were here, we thought we could give it another try. After waiting 30 minutes and no one was there in front of us, we left. We weren't even acknowledged. So we won't risk another try here.

Cashier number 202 has failed the IQ test a maximum of 202 times, failing the test. We had to wait 30 minutes after entering the store until it was our turn, even though the store was empty. However, putting together our order took longer than the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Both employees at the counter were engaged in a competition of incompetence—one puts it on the tray, the other puts it back down. That's how the work time goes. It was the first time I've been to Burger King in a long time, but it will also be the last. In the time I've been there, I've seen more complaints and protests than the cashier has active synapses.

Not even worth a star, Friday night, and we had to wait 30 minutes to order. Three other people came in, and we were simply ghosted. This is typical Burger King. There's no self-ordering system. If you wanted to order something, you had to first look at the screens and then order. The screens only showed what you were supposed to order. You had to first request what you wanted to order. How is the customer supposed to even know what's available? The kids' play area with the touchscreens didn't work at all. The tables weren't clean either. The order came quickly, though, and, for once, it was hot.

Friendly staff. The burgers were very fresh and delicious. The restrooms were clean, but a few things could use some maintenance. Otherwise, highly recommended 👍

Since none of the Asian restaurants are open at 4 p.m. on Sundays, I ordered a chicken mozzarella meal from the drive-through. Unfortunately, they only serve sweetened drinks, apart from water or Coke 0 :-( No lactose-free milk or plant-based alternative for the café latte. Instead of the balsamic dressing I ordered, I found a yogurt dressing at home, which I can't tolerate due to my lactose intolerance. There's still room for improvement. The burger tastes better than the competition, and the restaurant, including the restrooms, is very clean 👍🏻

Restaurant was not kept clean scales overcrowded, sad but unfortunately true. We waited a full 30 minutes and then we were told to chill out. It doesn't work at all Too bad we then went to McDonalds. Order online? Unfortunately no. But there are these charming order terminals in the store - the modern version of the queue, only without the social contact. Also beautiful. So you tap your way through the menu, which somehow always reacts a little slower on the screen as your hunger grows. Instead, you briefly feel like a pilot in the cockpit - except that instead of heading to Mallorca, you're heading for a chicken nugget. The staff? Mostly friendly, even if you realize that the terminals are intended to help, not replace. If you prefer something classic, you can also go straight to the counter. But be careful: you will probably be looked at with a slightly pitying look - as if you had brought your fax machine with you. The waiting time is okay, the food is solid BK quality, and at least after your visit you appreciate how convenient it is to order from your couch - which is unfortunately not possible here (yet?). Conclusion: Burger King Weißenfels is a hybrid of digital progress and charming “that’s just the way it is”. Not a place for those in a hurry with an affinity for apps, but just right for everyone who appreciates being able to get their own Whopper via touchscreen. 4 out of 5 stars – one star deducted for the lack of an online upgrade, but plus points for the real experience.

I recently went to Burger King in Weissenfels and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and the order arrived quickly. As expected, the burgers were tasty and well prepared. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and clean, although there were a few minor issues, such as some tables not being cleaned immediately. The service could have been a little faster on this point. Still, it's a solid place to grab a quick snack and I'll definitely stop by again.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. What took some getting used to, which can already be read in some reviews, was the realization upon entering that there are no ordering terminals, but that you go to the checkout in the old school way. At this point, however, it wasn't a problem because it wasn't particularly crowded, things went quickly and we were able to talk to strangers ;). What I think is great about Burger King is the vegan offering, which is more varied and tasty than the competition. The food was prepared quickly and at the table and now the best part: people enjoyed sitting down here. Tables and chairs are more than attractive, I have never seen or experienced it so clean anywhere else. The branch manager herself went around again after we were the last to leave and wiped down the tables again. The toilets were also strikingly attractive, so the branch should also receive special praise.

But there wasn't a jalapeño on this burger... so pure cheese sauce with meat and a bun, wow very tasty... No wonder that NO ONE wants to go to this club anymore. I prefer Meggens 100x more. Like so many reports before me: waiting times far too long, few staff and the “food” was even better. That's why I didn't go to McDonald's, but now everything is just as bad. In the future, fast food will be preferred at home and made by yourself.

It's a real shame what happened to the store....! We picked up food today and stood for about 30 minutes until it was our turn to order... Almost half of the order was missing or there was something wrong in the king jr menu, there were cheeseburgers instead of the nuggets that were ordered, Quetschi wasn't there at all, instead of multijuice there was apple juice..... Both of us were missing the lattice potatoes even though they were ordered, the chili chess Friese wasn't there either so we paid for it for free and the long chicken was packed very listlessly and fell apart more than anything else..... We were happy to be there but that will probably change now, it's a shame...

If there are more than 5 guests it takes too long for a fast food restaurant to receive the food

I love the food at BurgerKing... but it's always a tragedy with the staff and the ambience... the staff is usually annoyed and bored... and is somehow not happy that a guest comes in... (Private conversations go ahead) you get the feeling! And it is expected that the customer knows immediately what they want and what the product is called... especially since the menu/advertising is shown too quickly on the TV so that you can't even tell what, for example. There is a new advertised burger/menu... you have to wait until the picture appears on the TV again.. of course that takes time when you order.. so the staff is annoyed! Unfortunately, the menu with the standard range is not immediately visible and is hanging on the wall to the right... it is not pointed out either, I think it is expected that the customer knows this or sees it straight away..? When an order is placed, the counter calls out loudly what has been ordered and hopes that the right customer will come to the counter and pick up their order. This can definitely be problematic if there are several customers. You can't regulate this with a table number and go to the guest bring like other restaurants? From a technical point of view, everything seems careless/bare, as if it's about to close... TVs off... music on or off or just too quiet? Everything is rather expansive instead of inviting... no wonder that the parking lot a few meters away from the competition is almost always full and there are more guests sitting there than here... you just feel more comfortable sitting down there and eating there. Too bad

First of all, something good: The employees are extremely friendly and competent. Unfortunately, I don't understand all the positive reviews... Even in the Dead Sea there isn't as much salt as on my fries... absolutely inedible. In addition, the rest of the food was prepared incorrectly... 2 tortillas (1x BBQ beef, 1x chicken without sauce/mayo) and we got a beef without sauce on it and a chicken with mayo... Unfortunately the money was completely thrown out the window :(

The service here is a disaster! There are no order terminals, which is actually standard in 2024. That's why one employee has to take care of taking and putting together orders alone. Of course he's lagging behind. You wait forever to be able to order and feel ignored by the staff. The empty tablets are piled up next to it, not a pretty sight. Fast charging stations in the parking lot would also be appropriate these days so close to the motorway. Other BK branches can do it too.

The employees are always friendly and the burgers are, at least for us, always freshly prepared. We like it here. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but if you want freshness, you should understand that. For us, by far the best BK in the area.

Very nice Burger King. Here you can still order traditionally at the counter and not just via the self-service terminals. There are also two game screens for children - I've never seen anything like this in a BurgerKing before and I'm really excited about that alone. There was, among other things, TicTacToe, painting, Sudoku and memory on it. If we are passing through again, we will definitely stop again.

American "delicatessen restaurant"... for quick hunger. And that brings us to the main problem: the three specialists behind the counter are extremely overwhelmed with more than two customers. A little headless and reorganized... Fast food is different...that was more like "slow food". Two customers in front of us, but after just under half an hour we already had our menu... with kind advice, even complete. But the burger was delicious...
