Today they showed again what they're not capable of... The new garlic pepper chicken nuggets I ordered were just packed up for me. Honestly, I order something, get the bag, and go home. Should I now take apart every burger and check every box? They even managed to pack me a big rösti that (surprise surprise) didn't have any rösti on it!

I love guys like Joost there, who drive around every week in a Mercedes since childhood and take the stuff, so that they have to go to the gym several times a week to get some exercise XD

I recently visited McDonald's in Weißenfels and overall, I was very satisfied with my meal. The quality of the food was good, as you would expect from McDonald's. The fries were fresh and crispy, and the burger was deliciously prepared. However, there was one major drawback regarding the staff. Unfortunately, communication seemed suboptimal due to language barriers, which somewhat hampered service. The staff sometimes seemed unmotivated and weren't always able to answer customers' questions satisfactorily. Overall, it was a mixed experience, as the food was good, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope the team can work on communication to improve the experience for guests.

My husband and I went to McDonald's in Washington for the first time in a long time. Service was friendly, but the employees were very rude to each other. What was really stupid and extremely annoying was that we paid for everything and relied on everything we ordered being in the bag. But when we got home, we discovered that two items were missing. Hence the rather low star rating.

Well, I've been there a few times, and every time, something was forgotten. From sauces to burgers. Today I was there again, and today I got 18 nuggets instead of 20. If you do that for 100 customers, you save a lot of money. I can't understand the price increases if they're ripping off customers like that.

The Matrix food tasted good, as always. When the fries were forgotten in the first order, they replaced it with a large portion. Great... the cold iced coffee is amazing.

I don't know what's going on there at the moment, ordered 2 separate burgers at the drive-thru as a meal but got 2 of the same in the same packaging, the toy from the kids' meal was begging again, yes you can/should check straight away to see if everything is in it, but I don't unpack every burger and check for ingredients, please work more carefully

A bit conflicted. The sellers are nice and we go here often. The only negative thing is that something is always missing. A burger here, a bag of fries there. If you don't control it directly, you'll have a rude awakening at home. Otherwise.. tastes like everywhere else 😝

The Big Tasty was great – fresh, juicy, exactly how it should be. My homies and I felt really comfortable, also because of the artistically designed walls. Pleasant atmosphere, gladly again!

The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot! The fries and curlies just taste sticky. The salad is "chopped" into huge pieces, so you would have to eat it with a knife and fork. Cucumber was simply put in half cut. With the Happy Meal you can no longer choose the toy because the sellers supposedly don't see what's in it, even though the picture is on the packaging 🤷, drinks are watered down and the milkshake always tastes like a different kind than what was ordered. The fact that this branch is still open is nothing short of a miracle. No matter when we were there last year, something was always missing or something was given out that wasn't even ordered. The staff is overwhelmed, whether morning, lunch or evening. But today the bird was shot down. We ordered 2x 20 nuggets, 2 cheeseburgers and 1 salad, we received 2x Mixbox nuggets/chicken wings, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 salad, 2 milkshakes and an ice cream. After placing my order, I waited 25 minutes to order a latte at the cafe. After waiting another 10 minutes for my takeaway food, I sat down at a table and an employee came straight away and called up my number (the display screen hasn't worked for months). Food was on a tray, I said that I wanted it to take away, and that was answered snidely...then wait here at the front, we've been calling for you for 10 minutes. There was enough staff, a normal number of visitors and, as always, things went haywire. And putting a new employee at the checkout who wasn't quite sure yet and then allowing her to work out is the bottom drawer. I'm not even talking about hygiene.

Despite ordering via the app, we waited more than 20 minutes for the order. Then instead of 2 Cokes without ice cubes, one Coke and one water with a hint of Coke flavor were handed out. We order extra without ice cubes and then... *bottomless impudence*. My child also wanted Pokemon cards, apparently you couldn't read them properly and he got some other toy. And we had to wait some time on the intercom until our order was taken. Of course it's stressful at peak times, but leaving a beginner or overwhelmed person there alone doesn't cross my mind. A McDonald's. We were there for a breakfast stopover. Everything is ok and not yet overcrowded. Clean and tidy. Near the highway. In the commercial area. Lots of parking spaces.

McDonald's offers the usual standard menu, but wait times can vary greatly. Especially during peak hours, it can sometimes take over 20 minutes to receive your food. The staff works quickly, but the high demand still causes delays. Another negative point is that you occasionally encounter beggars in the entrance area, which somewhat dampens the atmosphere. However, if you can handle longer wait times and expect exactly what McDonald's offers everywhere, you won't be disappointed here.

Unfortunately this restaurant is very cold and the music is also very loud.

Best McDonald’s in a long time, friendly staff

McDonald's is a place of its own; everyone can find something there. Of course, it's not healthy, but people still go there to eat, and that's a good thing. Everything in moderation, and then it's not a big deal. Only in autumn and winter does it get quite cold in the restaurant; it gets drafty. There's a lot of variety for children, which is great. Unfortunately, the burgers have gotten smaller, which I think is a shame for the money.

Actually it's only 3 ½ ⭐️. Clean at first glance - on second glance you saw a lot of tables that weren't clean. There were not enough table tents for table service. The meal took a while and the wrap was probably in the packaging for too long, so large pieces stuck to the paper. Everything still worked somehow, but it could have been better. The staff was friendly. There are electronic toys for children to pass the time, and there is a charging station with two connections from EWE for electric car drivers.

Today I let myself be tempted... the new M. It took all of 14 minutes for a burger. In the end you got a burger that was carelessly shoved into the box.

The standard burgers are ok as always 👌But the ice cream machine is turned off or is often broken hours before closing time is not possible. Even the iced latte saves on ice cubes (last time 4 pcs that melted after 1 minute). Big Tasty Bacon continues to be great Quality assurance should take a look. Kind regards

A much needed break on our way home from Croatia. Our 3 year old daughter enjoyed being able to play a bit without being in a car seat.

All burgers were freshly prepared, but the staff was completely overwhelmed. Maybe because of a traffic jam on the highway. Toilets weren't exactly clean, the cleaning schedule was empty, as was the toilet roll.

It's just a McDonald's 😄 I think it's good that more vegetarian dishes are slowly becoming available. However, only the PlantBased Burger and the fries are tasty. But I come primarily for the coffee. What I still find shocking is that the staff in every branch are overwhelmed because I return the reusable deposit. Apparently McDonald's has so little interest in the reusable system that my family is almost the only one using it.

I had a McRib and a Big Tasty. There was far too little sauce on both of them. The McRib in particular was far dry. Due to time constraints, I didn't complain. But I'll drive by next time. Positive: the burgers were ready very quickly.

A few years ago you could still eat normally here and the food was warm and tasty. But recently there have been some Dullis in the kitchen who apparently can't read. Making mistakes is totally human and can happen to anyone. But within about 3 weeks it happens and constantly making the same mistakes is a bit strange. Every time I choose cheese because I don't necessarily tolerate it. Every time I ordered two, they all came with cheese. At breakfast, at the Bacon Egg and Cheese, I canceled the cheese and got: cheese and no bacon, even though the burger's label clearly says 'without CHEESE'. Please work on your reading difficulties because if every customer gets that, it's quite an impudence to ask for money for it!

Visit to the MC Cafe: A very rare, positive feeling when enjoying coffee in the MC Cafe area. Everything is very clean, there is a vase of flowers on every table! (which is certainly due to the personal commitment of the 50-year-old German employee behind the counter), the other (German) colleague promptly clears away the trays that have been put down and you notice personal commitment! In comparison to other branches in the Leipzig area, where the customer can be grateful that they are being served at all, but still have to get the coffee cream they ordered themselves, and the employees' displeasure fills the entire room, this is a special, positive, beautiful moment Maybe 20 years ago it was standard everywhere. We would love to come back here.

Das betrifft nicht nur diesen MC Donalds sondern alle Gaststätten dieser Kette. Leider sind die Wartezeiten seit Einführung der Bestellautomaten um einiges länger geworden. Zur Zeit wartet man selten weniger als 15 min auf seine Bestellung. So wie früher, ich geh mal schnell zu MC Donalds, das ist nicht mehr. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum viele Leute, auch Familien mit Kinder, die ich kenne MC Donalds mittlerweile meiden. Wir waren gestern nach einer Sportveranstaltung mit 9 Leuten in der Filiale, nach 30 min hatten dann endlich alle etwas auf dem Tisch. Und von den Preisen, na gut, schweigen wir einfach. Das liegt ja nicht nur an MC Donalds, auch wenn ich der Meinung bin, daß man diese einfach mal mitnimmt um Profit zu machen. Aber keine Angst, bei der Konkurrenz (BK) ist es nicht viel besser, nur sind dort die Burger größer. Aber das ist jedem seine Sache, was man mehr mag.
