I wouldn't give one if I could... You don't expect much, but when you order something and only stupid comments come from you, it's a disgrace. Since the friendliness seems to have passed the employees by, this McDonald's only gets 1 star from me.

Ice cream was liquid when delivered to the table.

It's become very expensive, but if nothing else is open, you'll have to drive around every now and then. The last few times I stopped at the drive and just drove again because no one understood my order. But it's not that bad, there's another Burger King around the corner 👍🏻

When I saw an anti-Islamic sign on the front door, I turned back. You should boycott a store like this on principle. 🤮

Actually it's only 3 ½ ⭐️. Clean at first glance - on second glance you saw a lot of tables that weren't clean. There were not enough table tents for table service. The meal took a while and the wrap was probably in the packaging for too long, so large pieces stuck to the paper. Everything still worked somehow, but it could have been better. The staff was friendly. There are electronic toys for children to pass the time, and there is a charging station with two connections from EWE for electric car drivers.

Today I let myself be tempted... the new M. It took all of 14 minutes for a burger. In the end you got a burger that was carelessly shoved into the box.

The standard burgers are ok as always 👌But the ice cream machine is turned off or is often broken hours before closing time is not possible. Even the iced latte saves on ice cubes (last time 4 pcs that melted after 1 minute). Big Tasty Bacon continues to be great Quality assurance should take a look. Kind regards

It's like McDonald's, it's the same everywhere

A much needed break on our way home from Croatia. Our 3 year old daughter enjoyed being able to play a bit without being in a car seat.

All burgers were freshly prepared, but the staff was completely overwhelmed. Maybe because of a traffic jam on the highway. Toilets weren't exactly clean, the cleaning schedule was empty, as was the toilet roll.

It's just a McDonald's 😄 I think it's good that more vegetarian dishes are slowly becoming available. However, only the PlantBased Burger and the fries are tasty. But I come primarily for the coffee. What I still find shocking is that the staff in every branch are overwhelmed because I return the reusable deposit. Apparently McDonald's has so little interest in the reusable system that my family is almost the only one using it.

Woman with short black hair totally unfriendly, I think she only works there because of punishment, catastrophic person, because of such a person she doesn't feel like eating immediately, I don't say hello

A simple order takes 30 minutes because no one speaks German anymore. You still get the wrong food. Fries are no longer salted.

Unfortunately a little below standard - areas separated (2 hours before closing), dirty tables, sticky floors and burgers carelessly "thrown together" - unappetizing - just fast food - if nothing else is open and you're hungry... But luckily all branches taste the same

I had a McRib and a Big Tasty. There was far too little sauce on both of them. The McRib in particular was far dry. Due to time constraints, I didn't complain. But I'll drive by next time. Positive: the burgers were ready very quickly.

Really nice McDonald’s. Very quick service, really relaxed atmosphere. It was refreshing to see the predominantly female staff and age diversity.

Faulty tablets, order placed via the app. On one device it was successful, after 20 minutes of waiting the application showed that the order had been received (the order was supposed to be delivered to the table). The payment could not be processed on the second device, despite a working card and money in the account.

Stressed staff You arrived shortly before the end of breakfast time, you ordered in advance via the app, you were at the counter at 10.29 when you gave the number and you were told there was no more breakfast, even if you had already paid, sadly

McDonald's Weissenfels. Wow...any new breakfast menus SOLD OUT. SERVICE RUDE HIS MOTHER... Employees are so slow...if they worked slower the food would probably be bad. So on the whole I only go here because the latte macchiato tastes good.

Arrive at 9am for breakfast and there are no more scrambled eggs or toast. So there are only 3 items left to choose from. No scrambled eggs for breakfast 🤔🤔🤔🤔?? This is the very last thing. Never again McDonald's!!!

A few years ago you could still eat normally here and the food was warm and tasty. But recently there have been some Dullis in the kitchen who apparently can't read. Making mistakes is totally human and can happen to anyone. But within about 3 weeks it happens and constantly making the same mistakes is a bit strange. Every time I choose cheese because I don't necessarily tolerate it. Every time I ordered two, they all came with cheese. At breakfast, at the Bacon Egg and Cheese, I canceled the cheese and got: cheese and no bacon, even though the burger's label clearly says 'without CHEESE'. Please work on your reading difficulties because if every customer gets that, it's quite an impudence to ask for money for it!

Visit to the MC Cafe: A very rare, positive feeling when enjoying coffee in the MC Cafe area. Everything is very clean, there is a vase of flowers on every table! (which is certainly due to the personal commitment of the 50-year-old German employee behind the counter), the other (German) colleague promptly clears away the trays that have been put down and you notice personal commitment! In comparison to other branches in the Leipzig area, where the customer can be grateful that they are being served at all, but still have to get the coffee cream they ordered themselves, and the employees' displeasure fills the entire room, this is a special, positive, beautiful moment Maybe 20 years ago it was standard everywhere. We would love to come back here.

Everything is a bus ride, not particularly for me, no parking, no friendliness.

McDonald's, the food was as you would imagine. Ordered quickly from the machine and received quite quickly. Burgers were hot and fries were crispy. The boys were happy...and I had a delicious coffee.

Always eat the same thing. Had to wait a long time. Well, not the force!

We like to go to Mc'Donalds. But something definitely needs to be done to keep it tidy and clean. I'll say: "Luckily the napkin dispenser was full so we were able to pre-clean our table ourselves." But we still preferred to eat from the tray. I won't even start with the toilets.

Unfortunately, McChicken and FiletoFish have become even worse than they already were. This borders on physical harm. Absolutely not worth the money!!!

Das betrifft nicht nur diesen MC Donalds sondern alle Gaststätten dieser Kette. Leider sind die Wartezeiten seit Einführung der Bestellautomaten um einiges länger geworden. Zur Zeit wartet man selten weniger als 15 min auf seine Bestellung. So wie früher, ich geh mal schnell zu MC Donalds, das ist nicht mehr. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum viele Leute, auch Familien mit Kinder, die ich kenne MC Donalds mittlerweile meiden. Wir waren gestern nach einer Sportveranstaltung mit 9 Leuten in der Filiale, nach 30 min hatten dann endlich alle etwas auf dem Tisch. Und von den Preisen, na gut, schweigen wir einfach. Das liegt ja nicht nur an MC Donalds, auch wenn ich der Meinung bin, daß man diese einfach mal mitnimmt um Profit zu machen. Aber keine Angst, bei der Konkurrenz (BK) ist es nicht viel besser, nur sind dort die Burger größer. Aber das ist jedem seine Sache, was man mehr mag.

Freundliche schnelle Bedienung, gutes Ambiente

Beim Mc Drive wird ständig essen vergessen mit in die Tüten zu packen, einmal nicht nachgeschaut, hat man nur die Hälfte der Bestellung zu Hause.😡 Heute haben 3 Burger gefehlt.

Schönes Restaurant zum verweilen. 😉 Update : Der kleine Kaffee kostet mittlerweile 1.99 € Früher bin ich nur wegen den 1 € Kaffee extra zu MC Donald gefahren. Heute bekomme ich ihn woanders billiger. Kaffee 100% teurer, und 50% kleiner. 🥺

Normaler McDonald's. Meistens sehr gut besucht. Bestellung über die App manchmal nicht möglich. Ansonsten recht flott.

War nur mit meinem Sohnemann dort (auf Wunsch von ihm).

Haben per App bestellt, ging alles sehr schnell.

Heute zum Feiertag ziemlich voll - grade noch so einen Parkplatz...Drinnen aber keine Hektik, flotte Servierung unserer Bestellung. Wir waren zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Laden ist wie jeder andere auch

Jedes Mal wird was vergessen oder essen zu kalt,genervte Mitarbeiter uvm.

Wc sitz sehr tief im männer wc... Burger wie immer gut

Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht für den Service geeignet. Mitarbeiter sperren Terrasse und Sitzbereiche ab 23 Uhr ab und schließen das McCafe. Leider sehr enttäuscht was aus dem McDonald's geworden ist. Wenigstens war meine Bestellung heute vollständig.!

Früher habe ich gerne hier gegessen und habe mich stets willkommen gefühlt. Leider ist es mittlerweile so dass, das Personal überfordert mit der gesamt Situation ist, Bestellungen nur halb gepackt werden und man immer unfreundlich behandelt wird. Sehr schade!

Leider kommt es jetzt schon öfter vor das entweder es fehlt was, zum Beispiel hab ich 2 mal 20 Mc Nuggets bestellt und hab nur eins bekommen aber für zwei bezahlt. Oder es ist das falsche.

Die Bildschirme zum Selbstbedienen sind etwas unpraktisch aufgestellt, sehr eng und direkt neben der Tür. Außerdem funktioniert das Touch Feld nicht immer richtig. Sonst aber ok

Nach minutenlangen warten vor der MC Café Station, während 7 Mitarbeiter herum liefen wurden wir durch lautes Rufen einer älteren Mitarbeiterin dazu aufgefordert, dass wir doch direkt bei MC an der Kasse bestellen sollen. Wir wollten zwei cold brew Latte Caramel, wurden auch gefragt ob zum hier trinken oder mit nehmen, bekamen dies jedoch in einem Pappbecher mit Papier-Strohhalm, der Muffin kam auf einer Serviette.. dies wurde auch im normalen MC Bereich zubereitet und nicht in dem dafür vorgesehenen mc Café Bereich.. sorry, aber wenn ich meinen Kaffee in einem eigentlich tollen MC Café bestelle, wo Gläser Tassen und anderes vorhanden sind, warum bekomme ich ihn dann serviert in einem to Go Becher? Mit Papier Strohhalme? Wo auf den Bildern mit mega guten Geschirr geworben wird? MC Donalds WSF... So schnell nicht wieder...

Längere Wartezeiten und starke Temperaturunterschiede einzelner Produkte innerhalb einer Bestellung.

Es war mal angenehm, die Zeiten sind vorbei.

Es war sauber, das ist sehr wichtig, der McRipp ist in der Soße ertrunken, sollte nicht sein.

Es wird leider immer schlimmer es wird mittlerweile immer was vergessen.

Obsługa ma wywalone totalnie, byle odjebać swoje i do domu. Jedzenie przygotowane bardzo niechlujnie. W zamówieniu brakowało szejka waniliowego ale po angielsku nie szło się dogadać trza było Googla translatora użyć, nie polecam tego miejsca.

Wir waren Freitag um 22 Uhr hier. Die Burger und Pommes waren frisch zubereitet und haben geschmeckt. Leider haben wir vergebens nach einem sauberen Tisch gesucht. Obwohl wenig Kunden innen saßen.

Das Essen war frisch zubereitet. Allerdings eine sehr unsaubere Lokalität. Überall Krümel, Essensreste und im WC kein Toilettenpapier. Das darf einfach nicht sein.

Wie immer ist das Problem mit den neuen System der Zubereitung ein Thema. Leider werden dadurch die Bestellungen zu langsam bearbeitet. Frust macht sich breit wenn man dann noch auf deutsch eine Frage hat.

Serviettenständer war leer und die Sauberkeit der Toiletten war auch nicht top.

Bin wieder mal enttäuscht aber hab es jetzt begriffen. War am 30.12.2021 um 18,38 Uhr und hab zum mitnehmen bestellt. Wegen der corona Situation haben wir diesmal nicht vor Ort kontrolliert und musste dann feststellen das wieder was fehlte. 1 5er Mighty Wings hat gefehlt. Irgendwie hab ich das Gefühl das es mit Absicht ist. Als ausrede Stress, lass ich nicht mehr gelten. Wenn der Laden voll ist klappt es besser, allerdings ist dann das Personal unfreundlich. Heute hab ich das erste Mal nach langer Zeit freundliches Personal erlebt. Das hat ich lange nicht mehr die Bestellungen sollten trotzdem nicht leiden müssen. Ich denke ein Bogen darum ist besser. Schade eigentlich.

Waren gestern am DriveIn.Dauerte lange, Pommes noch wappelig und der 1955 schmeckte furchtbar. Soßen trieften raus und wir haben keine Servietten bekommen. Uns ist der 1955 Burger vergangenen.

Bin öfter da (gewesen!), wohne vor Ort. Fazit der letzten Bestellungen (alle McDrive): - Saucen zu bspw. ChickenNuggets fehlen bei jeder zweiten Bestellung - Einmal komplett andere Bestellung erhalten - Letzte Bestellung: 4 Artikel bestellt = Nur 3 erhalten, von diesen waren 2 komplett falsch - Auf Burgern (zweimal) war kein Belag, kein Salatblatt, kein Käse, keine Sauce, keine Gurke - Nichts! Trockenes Brötchen mit einer Scheibe Gehackten! - Servietten sind nie dabei - Wartezeit ist gut zum Musikhören, ich schaffe meist 4-5 Titel, nach 18 Uhr auch schon mal 8-10. Warterekord: 53 Minuten. Einziges Plus: Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich bin ein Geduldsmensch, aber die Häufigkeit hat mir jetzt gereicht, zumal ich immer zu Hause esse und die Fehler dort erst merke! Ich teile diesen Text auch der Filiale mit.

Komme hier nicht so oft vorbei. Bei der letzen Drive-Bestellung war ärgerlich, der zusätzlich bestellte und bezahlte Ketchup war nicht in der Tüte. Heute beim bestellten Big Florida Beach wird auf dem Bild geworben mit gebratenem Speck und saurer Gurke. Der Zubereiter hat dies wohl noch nicht so oft gemacht - es fehlte. Wenn man schnell den Schalter räumen will, schaut man sich doch das Produkt in der Tüte nicht an? Ist das Masche oder nur Wiederholungsfehler? Auf alle Fälle nicht schön.

Kassenpersonal total überfordert und langsam, haben 45 min warten müssen obwohl nur 2 Kunden vor uns standen. Obwohl wir schon am Terminal vorgewählt haben kam sie mit dem Coupon nicht zurecht. Das Servicepersonal war genau so überfordert wenn ich nicht nach 45 min nachgefragt hätte hätten wir noch länger warten müssen da sie die Bestellung verschlammt hatten. Nach weiteren 15 min bekamen wir endlich das Bestellte was auch ganz gut war. Was wir noch bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit Tische worden nicht abgewischt, Hunde haben den Fußboden voll gesabert. Was sollen Hunde in einem Restaurant ? Woanders dürfen sie noch nicht mal in ein Imbiss .
