Very quick to prepare, fresh and delicious.

A small but perfectly formed restaurant with very friendly staff. Our order was ready exceptionally quickly, hot, and fresh. The empty tables had all just been cleaned.

Fantastic here, by far the best Burger King I've ever eaten at. Great team, burgers look like they do in commercials. This was my first time!

There's a sign on site saying "Closed from 5 p.m. due to illness." It's a shame that they can't even change the opening hours online so customers don't make the trip for nothing.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the bad reviews here, but I guess people rarely write reviews when everything was great. Our food was freshly prepared and the staff were friendly. They also have ordering kiosks, which I always consider a huge plus. In the attached picture, you can see that they didn't skimp on the cheese sauce on the chili cheese fries. Overall, all the burgers were very juicy, and the plant-based chicken burger was incredibly crispy and delicious. I would definitely come back again.

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly! The downside is that it's only open until 8 p.m., which is a real shame, as many guests arrive after 8 p.m.

For me, it was great. I was served quickly, and my order wasn't mixed up (even though I added extras to my burger). The sandwiches were well-assembled, compact, and nothing was falling apart. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. Plenty of seating, and everything was clean.

I'd rather not give it a star at all. The staff were unfriendly. Instead of "Your food is ready," we received a rude "Would you like anything else?" On top of that, the food was completely rubbery and as if it had been sitting there since this morning.

Worst burger I've ever had at Burger King. Also, the fryer oil must have been ancient; everything fried tasted truly rancid. Next time, I'll get a dry bun from a gas station.

Please just close the store. Either they don't have enough meat, so they can't offer it to many people. Or the machines don't work. Or, what's also often the case, the store is closed. No wonder the other store is making money.

The taste was acceptable, but the first burger and one of the fries were forgotten!! Service? Terrible! The store has been renovated, but it's gotten worse!! Barely any menus available!!! Close your store and that'll be it!!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Burger King to anyone. The larger the order, the more annoyed the employees become. I was given the wrong order twice, and the employees weren't amused at all that I insisted on my correct order. After I finally got the correct order, I realized everything was already cold. I had to throw the fries in the trash because the feeling of eating them with them was simply disgusting. I ordered a burger without tomatoes, but it still came with me. As someone with allergies, it was an absolute disaster to fish the tomato out on my own. After the problems, the burger was pretty solid, but it wasn't anything special. The drink mostly just tasted like water. Most of it ended up in the trash. A real shame! With more effort from the Burger King team, the end result could have been much better. Please decide for yourself whether you want to come here or not. But I'd rather waste my money than come back here again.

Food was prepared fast, burgers were fresh only minus is that burger meat was without salt and pepper so we had to put them into them.

I ordered 13 euros and was only supposed to get a burger. After I said no, the employee said, "Digga, take it." I said, "No, I want my order," and he replied, "Oh, dude." Maximum load.

Loading is closed without registration. Coming here was a disappointment!!!

I have to collect myself first, I was just there and wanted to eat something. After we ordered at the terminal (a total of 8 burgers, chili nuggets and fries with jalapenio/cheese. The order was ready very quickly, you could tell... the burgers were cold and already gray :( ... the fries were mushy, the cheese sauce was cold. When asked if this was normal, there was no answer or apology. They then brought us new burgers and fries, but not in a very friendly manner. Oh well .. We will definitely avoid this branch!!! And certainly don't recommend it!!! On a side note, if you are a branch manager you should treat your employees with respect. Don't shout at them and list every mistake, no customer has to notice that.

You don't even know where to start. The older lady is more than out of place! She's really cheeky and not the least bit customer friendly! We actually wanted to eat there, but after we saw our cheeseburgers we forgot! They were cold and looked like they belonged in the trash! Exactly the same thing with the fries, they were neither fresh nor hot! The way this woman treats the employees is just as bad, it's borderline! It is incomprehensible how she is allowed to work there!

The nuggets were a disaster, tasted old, dry, sticky and were only lukewarm. For a family pack of 20, it's a waste of money. The burger was only semi-good.

On April 16, I arrived at 7 p.m. According to Google, it was open until 8 p.m., but Burger King was closed and there was no one there, as if someone had forgotten about the place.

Had takeaway. An hour after eating it, I had terrible stomach cramps, and it continued for hours. Staff was quick & friendly, ambience is also bright & inviting. But there was definitely something wrong with the food.

We wanted to eat something here. After 10 minutes of placing our order in this control panel and completing it, we discovered that you can apparently only pay by card. I reject this payment method. So we looked for something else.

Wanted to redeem points via the Burger King app. It didn't work and we were fobbed off very rudely by an employee who said that nothing arrived in his cash register. When we saw that the points in the app were still gone, we asked again and he told us very, very rudely that it didn't work and that we should contact support. We have rarely experienced something so rude! Then another employee came and kindly gave us our milkshake.

The rating is not aimed at the employees, but I can choose food that isn't available! That's not possible, it's not possible to pay out, only a replacement item and I still pay an extra charge. Not my fault so I think this is to the detriment of the stores. Staff very friendly!!!

I was surprised, the employee was very nice and provided good service. After paying, the food was ready within 1 minute. (5 stars for speed) The food tasted accordingly. The bread was bubblegum-like and the fries were hard. With such nice employees, business should be booming, but freshness also plays a role. My experience summarized again: Nice staff, food not fresh enough and the atmosphere was very clean and empty!

The employees were extremely unfriendly and totally annoyed. When I asked why I had the wrong food, the answer was that they can't do magic and they didn't help me, so fries or die the shop is the last thing. No wonder they are so criticized are rightly not advertised once and never again

Extremely bad branch. 2 out of 4 order terminals are out of order. At the checkout you will be asked to order at the terminal. And the code to collect points cannot be scanned at the order terminal. And goodbye.

You have to order at the terminal and they don't even offer cash payment (at the checkout). There is no way to order at the checkout and pay in cash. There should still be people who DON'T want to pay for everything by card!!! The employees are bored out of their minds.

Absolutely do not recommend. Vending machines don't work properly. Service has no idea and is not helpful at all. They don't even know their own menus. Just terrible and not suitable for children at all.

The employees are always very friendly and the food always comes relatively quickly and tastes good. Unfortunately, every now and then something gets forgotten. So it's better to check your order straight away. If something's missing, you'll of course get it.

Everything is great as always, the food is delicious and fills you up, the bikini bottom burger is unfortunately only plant based and is really cruel, but it's nowhere to be found so that's the only negative. Otherwise the staff is always cool so everything is fine

Not recommended, the rolls are dried out, the Orion Rings don't taste good, I can only recommend everyone to continue driving.

I've never experienced anything like that before, just as normal, I sat down at the front of the terminal waiting for my order to be picked up, an employee came and said that they don't have something that I ordered, it can happen and it's not a bad thing for me at all, since we have it If I didn't eat the alternative that was offered, I obviously wanted the money back and that was apparently a mistake. Was immediately told that you couldn't pay it out because it was ordered at the terminal. Yes, I'm sorry, but as a customer I can't do anything and I don't buy anything that I don't eat. The lady simply slapped a euro on the table and when I said that I had paid more and that for two menus, her colleague intervened and became totally unfriendly. That was the last time I visited Burger King. An absolute no go to deal with customers like this. I don't need to be yelled at for a mistake I didn't make.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Burger sind in anderen Filialen definitiv besser und frischer belegt… was für die Preise schon sehr schade ist. Was uns aber extrem enttäuscht hat, obwohl nicht viel los war, fehlten uns 2 große Burger für jeweils über 8€ und die Soßen für die Nuggets auch…auf dem „cheesy Nacho Lover“ fehlten die Nachos… verstehe nicht, wie so etwas passieren kann, wenn alles vom Display abgelesen wird. Leider erst zu Hause gemeldet. Beweisen kann man es ja nicht. Diese Filiale werden wir in Zukunft meiden, schade.

Ein sehr guter Ort um Mal nach einem langen Tag dort zu essen der Service aber man hatte viel zu lange gewartet wo wir alleine waren das wegen 4 Sterne

Edit 07/2023: Ich muss das unten angegebe nochmals Bestätigen. Wir waren zufällig nach knapp einem Jahr urlaubsbedingt mal wieder in der Gegend. Weiterhin alles bestens. Essen war lecker und das Personal wieder supernett. Original: Ich war erst skeptisch beim Burger King an einem Autohof zu halten, muss aber sagen, es war die beste Filiale seit langem. Es waren 3 Personen vor mir und ich habe mit etwas Wartezeit gerechnet. Ich war aber nach wenigen Augenblicken bereits dran. Ich habe große Menüs für 4 Personen bestellt. Darunter auch vegetarische Burger. Hier bin ich aus anderen Filialen Wartezeiten von bis zu 20-25 Minten gewöhnt. Nach ca. 5 Minuten hatte ich bereits alles Bestellte auf meinen Tabletts. Das Essen war schön heiß und richtig frisch zubereitet. Der Salat auf den Burger war knackig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hatten den Laden echt im Griff. Das Ambiente könnte natürlich besser sein, aber es ist halt ein Aurohof. Habe nichts zu beanstanden gefunden. Daher volle 5 Sterne.

Netter zuvorkommend Service, freundlich und mit kostenloser Extra Portion 🍟[wahrscheinlich weil sie die Gläser nicht wie auf dem Bild hatten, nachdem ich nachgefragt habe sondern nur die Papbecher 😉] Mann hat da seine Ruhe und es kann bei schönem Wetter auch draußen gegessen werden, natürlich nur auf eine handvoll Tische beschränkt. Öffnungszeiten sind hier unterschiedlich.

Kleiner Burger King, integriert in eine Tankstelle, Nicht die meisten Sitzplätze. Der Service ist super , denke bei uns war ein neuer Mitarbeiter am Schalter, er wirkte etwas verunsichert aber dennoch hat alles geklappt. Es dauerte zwar etwas aber wir haben alle mal klein angefangen. Das Essen war super frisch und lecker , auch die Sauberkeit war top im Lokal.

Was erwartet man von burgerking in zwischen. Das sie schnell und lecker sind, wir können sagen das Team von diesen burgenking (am Bäumchen, total tankstelle) hat sich mühe gegeben das sie schnell was es essen betrifft sowie im Service ihr Versprechen zuhalten. Selbst auf allergie Fragen konnten Sie schnell und präzise Antworten, danke dafür.

Ein BK eben, wie überall. . Hervorzuheben waren die beiden weiblichen Bedienungen hinter dem Tresen, nett und herzlich 😉

Super Laden 🙂 Das Essen kam zügig, alle Tische waren sauber, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt und macht auch richtig satt. Ich kann es dort nur empfehlen.

Hier werden zuerst Mal kalte Burger dem Kunden untergejubelt hat man den Eindruck, erst beim zweiten Versuch bekam man einen warmen.

Mittelmaß. Wenn der Käse auf dem Burger vergessen wurde bekommt man die Scheibe einzeln nach. Das entspricht glaube ich nicht der Unternehmensphilosophie. Oft sind die Bürger auch trocken und warm gehalten.

Anlaufpunkt für die vielen LKW Fahrer. Klein aber völlig ausreichend.

Der beste Burger King in der Region, meiner Meinung nach. Einige Besucher kann ich nicht verstehen, ich bin sehr oft dort und habe noch nie ein Burger gemisst, geschweige denn unfreundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt. Jedoch muss sich jeder selbst ein Eindruck machen ob es ihm passt oder es nicht den Vorstellungen genügt.

Freundlicher Service - trotz der Affenhitze (37 Grad draußen und nur mäßig funktionierender Air Condition drinnen).

Man muss wirklich betonen wie zügig und koordiniert die Mitarbeiter die Bestellungen hier abarbeiten. Allerdings ist es schade, dass es nicht möglich war auf unser Eis noch ein paar smarties drauf zu machen. Ich wäre bereit gewesen dafür die 30 Cent mehr zu bezahlen, statt dessen heißt es einfach, das geht nicht und man hat einfach das nächst teurere Eis eingebucht ohne zu fragen. Damit haben wir es ohne genommen. Sehr schade, es hätten durchaus welche drauf gepasst.

Pommes nur lauwarm, Burger schmeckte alt (Brot ledrig, Patty trocken). Einrichtung wirkt improvisiert, so z.B. keine Steckdosen.

Super höfliche Personal. Qualität der Burger eine Katastrophe. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr bei Burger King aber so hatte ich es nicht in Erinnerung. Trockenes Brötchen, trockenes Patty. Hier passte leider gar nichts.

Met 80 middelbare scholieren hier 7 uur gestrand ivm kapotte bus. Personeel was fantastisch; gratis ijsje en drinken en we werden ook nog uitgezwaaid toen de vervangende bus er eenmaal was!! Mit 80 Gymnasiasten, die wegen eines kaputten Busses hier 7 Stunden gestrandet sind. Das Personal war fantastisch; kostenloses Eis und Getränke und wir wurden auch zum Abschied gewinkt als der Ersatzbus ankam!!

Das beste Burgerking Deutschlands, wenn nicht sogar der Welt!!! Vor allem die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, dieses Burgerking zu besuchen.
