Food arrives super fast thanks to the employee's sprint.

Tonight I wanted a chicken nugget, but we got a chicken burger. It was prepared carelessly and without sauce; the bun was papery when I bit into it, probably left over from this morning. Even our Dobbermann wouldn't touch the burger.

Very unfriendly staff who are quick to roll their eyes! The McFlurry is now only half-filled. (Had had it three times in a row, so it's not a coincidence.) They constantly forget things when ordering, and the wait times at the drive-thru are ridiculous! Pure chaos. It used to be different.

Ordered inside for €60 and then something was missing again. Thanks to the fact that the child didn't get fries or nuggets in the Happy Meal, let alone a toy/book!!! And to make matters worse, you can't even pay cash at the counter for online orders anymore! But if you order directly at the drive-thru, you can pay cash there... unbelievable... It's absolutely outrageous that something is always missing from the order at McDonald's in Aslès-Longitude, and everything is just carelessly thrown into the packaging!!!

What a dump! The blonde is incredibly unfriendly. She should quit, that scumbag!

I bit into my McSpicy and almost threw up... the meat was rock hard. If that happens again, I'll give you guys a disability card. What a waste of money...

You wait an extremely long time for your food. The burgers are placed on a tray, and then at some point the fries are put in the fryer. As a result, all the burgers were completely cold and some of them were even wrong. Thanks, never again.

We ordered a Happy Meal for our son today at 10:28 a.m. The McDonald's drive-thru confirmed that it was available. Unfortunately, instead of the nuggets we ordered, the meal included small pancakes, which we unfortunately didn't notice until we got home. Our son was quite disappointed. The mistake must have been during the preparation. Not nice.

Leider hat der McDonalds in Aschersleben in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Überfordertes und teils unfreundliches Personal in Kombination mit umständlichen Abläufen. Gerade gab es wieder ein Erlebnis mit mit einem gestressten und überheblichen Mitarbeiter im Drive-In. Ergebnis nach einem unschönen Bestellvorgang:ein komplettes Menü fehlte am Ende in der Tüte. Schade - wieder kein positives Einkaufserlebnis.

Mega slow service at MC Drive even though there was no one in front of me.

I thought it was just another McDonald's. We were there at lunchtime, and a friendly employee came to the door and held it for us. We were there with children, so another employee came and gave them crayons, coloring pages, and coloring books. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean, which isn't a given at every McDonald's. When we got our food, we almost fell off our chairs when the employee who opened the door for us asked us shortly after if everything was okay. It was almost like being in a real restaurant. It tasted just like a McDonald's. The employees all spoke German, so we were able to chat and communicate. Overall, we were extremely pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.

Probably the best McDonald's! Top-notch service, German-speaking staff, burgers stacked "neatly"! Even the restrooms are clean, and the kids got something to color. We were quite impressed 😅

We were here on a Sunday around 6 p.m. It was busy, and the staff were extremely busy. Despite the hustle and bustle, they were very friendly. We had three McSmarts, one Happy Meal, a coffee, and ice cream. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, only half of the food arrived...because it was so busy, there were leftovers on the floor, and the restrooms were dirty. There's plenty of parking, and there's an outdoor seating area with a play area for small children.

The table and seats had to be cleaned by the customer! Furthermore, something was missing from the order, and when asked about it, the employee rolled her eyes. Unnecessary behavior.

So the new Mango Flurry would be worth considering, it tastes really great 🔝

The staff were sometimes unfriendly. I received a burger without meat, even though I had ordered it. When I complained, I was accused of deliberately eating it.

I'm usually a good McDonald's customer, but in 20 years, I've never experienced such chaos as I experienced tonight at this branch in Aschersleben. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and even when I asked, there was no information about the whereabouts of my order. The entire team was completely overwhelmed. A crowd formed, waiting for their orders. The display board with the queue numbers was broken. Incorrect orders were constantly being given out. After half an hour of observing the chaos, I drove home. I never received my food.

Today, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even blew up some balloons for me, which I was actually very happy about, even though it was just for fun. I can highly recommend this.

So I was there today and got myself a milfshacke and my paper straw broke. I couldn't suck anything through it anymore. Then I wanted to get a new one and the old idiot at the counter didn't want to give me a new one. The real juice shop, Burger King, is better anyway!!!!!! Never again MC's

You don't even get served at the drive-thru anymore. I stood at the column for 15 minutes, everything was empty, and then I drove away again....

The service staff and shift managers were extremely courteous and friendly. The wait for the food wasn't long. The food was warm and very juicy. The burgers were very generous.

This place is a disaster. The floor is sticky, as if no one has mopped it in weeks. Bacteria are rampant. The hygiene department needs to step in and close immediately. They got upset at Burger King, and here it's just disgusting. Unfortunately, I can't upload the photo.

Deliberately giving it one star, and that's still too much!!!! I ordered an "Iced Coffee Shake" for €4.09. I got half a cup of frozen water in the form of ice cubes, some coffee, and whipped cream. A disgrace and in no way a reasonable price-performance ratio.

The McD in Aschersleben is basically a solid representative of the brand. 4 stars because I get the impression that they're not keeping up with the cleaning here and there, even when it's not that busy. That sounds worse than it is, but I've seen better at other McDs. I still enjoy eating there every now and then.

Keine Servietten eingepackt und zum wiederholten mal schon wieder die zwei Eis im Kindermenü vergessen. Kann doch nicht sein das man die Bestellung jedesmal am Tresen wieder komplett auspacken muss, um zu kontrollieren ob alles bestellte und bezahlte auch wirklich dabei ist.

Today I went to MC with my family for the first time in a long time. Absolutely a disappointment the food was cold. I didn't get what I ordered and the invoice was immediately withheld. I can't recommend this shop more. There is a discussion between four people behind the counter where the napkins are, but a simple order is no longer possible. Thank you never again.....fortunately there are other providers.

It's been a long time since I ate at McDonald's in Aschersleben. Was very sobering. Cola was non-carbonated. Milkshake was only half full. Food was cold. Actually not recommended.

I've never waited so long for my order and then the fries were still cold. If the staff doesn't feel like it, the branch simply closes.

McDonald's is kind of standard, Fast service, the offer is well known. Ice cream 🍨 with chocolate sauce always works. Coffee is good too.

Only go there if you have extraordinary merit, such as a great certificate. My kids love it "occasionally" and your feedback is positive. It's not my first choice.

A McDonald's like any other. However, ordered (also paid for) in the McDonalds app and picked up in the drive thru. I was initially rudely rejected and told I hadn't paid anything. Later found out that it had worked... and didn't even get an apology!

I had to clean the bench at the table before I could sit down. The table looked like a testing ground for food samples. But there are napkins. Food looks as if it had been taken for a walk with a vibrating plate for an hour. It has nothing in common with the pictures on the great billboards. A refreshing towel for the McRib that has been drowned in BBQ sauce (and has entered into an intimate relationship with the outer packaging) “is actually no longer given out like that”. Straws are only added to soft drinks with gnashing of teeth, as they are no longer actually possible. Why else? For the coffee?! When I mentioned the dirty bench to the waiter, he just shrugged his shoulders. Isn't it part of good behavior that as a service employee you at least apologize? Total underperformance. I did this again after over a year for the sake of my kids. A lot has changed...

Very good shop, the service and cashier understood you, the clientele was quietly happy and not shouting like in other shops in this chain.

3 cars in MC Drive, still have to wait 20 minutes. Enough MC employees in the store, but no apparent reason for the long waiting time, other than MC employees having no plan. There is more organization and quicker processes in an anthill. If you go here in January and want to be home for Easter, you should think twice about visiting. Today I visited the Mc Donald in Aschersleben. Takeaway food. Things were missing, food was cold, food gives you a stomach ache, there was hair on the burgers because some people don't wear hair coverings. Eating gives you a stomach ache Unfriendly staff, there's nothing else you can say except that some staff should be replaced otherwise more customers will be scared away.

The worst McDonalds branch ever. The ladies can't even do wraps. Arrogant and impossible behavior from the staff. The manager letting such people loose on the customers is incomprehensible. I really don't know what they are imagining. Change the staff very quickly. Then maybe better reviews will come again. ZERO STARS...

Everything was as expected. Not much going on at the time. It happened relatively quickly - 4 customers ahead of me. It was clean and tidy. 👍
