McDonald's in Aschersleben

Today I visited the Mc Donald in Aschersleben. Takeaway food. Things were missing, food was cold, food gives you a stomach ache, there was hair on the burgers because some people don't wear hair coverings. Eating gives you a stomach ache Unfriendly staff, there's nothing else you can say except that some staff should be replaced otherwise more customers will be scared away.

The worst McDonalds branch ever. The ladies can't even do wraps. Arrogant and impossible behavior from the staff. The manager letting such people loose on the customers is incomprehensible. I really don't know what they are imagining. Change the staff very quickly. Then maybe better reviews will come again. ZERO STARS...

Everything was as expected. Not much going on at the time. It happened relatively quickly - 4 customers ahead of me. It was clean and tidy. 👍

So my burgers were cold, the cheese on my cheeseburger wasn't even really melted, my fries weren't salted and there was only a mini blob of chocolate sauce in my milkshake.

The staff was unfriendly... The behavior of one of the employees was not good at all. She mopped the floor so wet that a young man slipped and his knee hurt. Staff cleans first (don't get it wrong, of course, you have to do it), but when customers are waiting for their order, you should also finish it, not wait forever for nuggets that were just out and only then went into the deep fryer. Of course the burgers were cold, rolls like cardboard, not to be enjoyed, tray stuck everywhere, probably because a previous person spilled something. A few years ago it tasted good and was edible. Unfortunately, things have slowed down a lot in this branch. It's just that no one in charge will read that anything changes there.

The staff is nice and friendly, the table service is quick but it would be great if the tables were a little cleaner, otherwise everything is ok.

A classic Mekkes! Expensive, dirty and unfriendly! Often they still glue the tables, the trolleys for disposing of the trays are so overcrowded that they have to be stuffed on top of each other and many employees are just really stressed! Savings are generally made at the wrong ends here. Hui on the outside and yuck on the inside. Unfortunately, due to a lack of sensible alternatives, it is often the number 1 contact point...

Today we visited this McDonald's at 2 p.m Since we were out and about with our Mali dog, I went to the store shortly beforehand to ask if it would be a problem to take the dog in (I got a nice hello, of course the dog needs water?) Shortly got the dog out of the car and the MA was already standing in the door with a bowl full of water, waiting for us great 😊 The order was quickly placed at one of the digital terminals After a short wait we got our food brought to the table. The meal was complete and the employee who brought us the food was also very polite. The restaurant is currently clean and tidy. The sink in the men's room doesn't work. There is a note stuck there that tells you to use the sink in the disabled toilet. From our point of view, we cannot understand the poor rating of this McDonald's. visited this restaurant on September 1st, 2024. The order was placed and paid for at 3:44 p.m. The order wasn't ready until 4:32 p.m. There is no service for delivery of orders to the table as all the signs are scattered around the room and cannot be returned. The tables are dirty, the employees don't wipe them down. They only started preparing the order after we contacted the staff twice, but as soon as they started preparing they stopped. until we found out from the restaurant manager where our order was. He said if they don't place an order on time, it disappears and employees don't see it and therefore don't fulfill it. The faucet in the men's room didn't work and I couldn't wash my hands. If you are passing by, I do not recommend you to visit this restaurant.

Absolute rubbish, we wait 46 minutes for our food, the entire staff is completely overwhelmed, maybe all employees should undergo proper training, the fries are cold as a joke and there is far too little ice cream, it's not really ice cream but more to drink.

You have to know, three out of three orders on different days were missing things, ranging from fries to a Big Tasty Bacon. You only got this when you asked, after all you had already paid for it. Another point that sends shivers down my spine, a very corpulent employee often snacked on the fries. So all I can say is, you know.

Unfortunately, every time I went to McDrive I was shocked to see that an overweight employee helped herself to my fries and ate them with relish.

Today we were disappointed again. First there were problems placing the order in the MC Drive. Then we stood at the serving window and could see how completely confused the employees were trying to process the orders. A lady seemed to run 10 times to get the 3 items from the order receipt, which we could see, into the bags. There was an employee standing right next to her, constantly waving her braid back and forth over the bag of food. Well, at the end we realized again that not all of the things were actually in the bag. We paid, so it's not that bad if you don't bring the entire order home with you. Thank you for such poor service.

Only ate some ice cream and even that took a long time to prepare. You can't eat anything else anymore. Much too expensive and delicious is something else

So, this rating applies to Aschersleben: tables and underneath are usually really dirty, often no milkshake, very often no table service, ordering sometimes takes a long time. If you use other branches as a comparison, this falls away.

Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, food was missing when ordering at the drive in. Today we ordered food again for almost 50 euros (for 4 people) and apart from the sauces, the Mc Chicken Classic was also forgotten. Unfortunately, today was my last visit there.

Oh oh...food, okay, just fast food Mäckes... When we wanted to leave the restaurant this evening, we couldn't get out because the door was locked. The door to the outside area facing the parking lot was also locked. After several attempts to leave the restaurant, I asked an employee what was going on. He answered me that the restaurant is now closed, closing time, and that's why the door is locked so that no more guests come in. Since it is a public building with public access, these doors must be kept open as escape routes! I've never experienced anything like that, where you can't get out of a restaurant! Are you crazy!? This is irresponsible and can become a death trap for guests in the event of a fire! Employee training is urgently needed! If someone from the trade inspection office eats and then the door is closed, the door stays closed forever! It's a good thing that the employee opened the door for us, otherwise we would have committed the offense of deprivation of liberty. 😉

Order by cell phone, pay on arrival and then take everything with you. Staff friendly, atmosphere modern and burgers as expected. Everything's o.k.

The last experience with the food I can only say please check the order otherwise you will be like me extremely dark burgers.

Basically a normal McDonald's branch. What bothers me immensely is that often only some of the terminals work and lately there has almost never been table service (no numbers at the terminal). If you advertise and offer it, this service should always be available. But food is at a normal level.

Now just underground service. Half of the order was missing. Ordered from Mc Drive. If only the staff were nice... there was a crowd while I was putting the order in the footwell. Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse.

The sauces for the meal were missing, they asked politely, and a young MA gave out the sauces. Then another MA came to the table and said all the sauces were there. Today 4/24/24, 9:00 a.m. We ordered breakfast with mini pancakes and there were sauces.....i.e. 3 sauces, got 2. My little daughter asked in a friendly manner and the little cheeky service person was of the opinion to inform my child in a snotty tone that the same sauces would be mixed together for two people. Hello...have you ever thought about the fact that this might not be desired? I ask myself what right one has to speak to children in this way. The staff forgets that it is a service. Accordingly, you behave in a friendly manner. And we're not talking about hygiene right now.

Compared to other McDonald's, this location has regressed rather than evolved. I used to enjoy being here, but now I can barely stand the coffee in McDrive. If you do venture in, only 1/3 of the self-service terminals still work. The table service stands haven't been around for a long time; you sometimes have to queue in front of the counter for a quarter of an hour to get a simple coffee. This coffee comes *attention to the irony* in a very environmentally conscious disposable cup, as the dishwasher has probably stopped working for years in solidarity with the ice machine. Well, at least there are now only cardboard straws so that you can drink your smoothy quickly enough in the summer before it dissolves happily.

Was at mcdrive with friends at 1:30 and according to the sign it is open until 2 a.m. unfortunately no one served us even though there was still time until closing time. They simply ignored us and didn't even say that they weren't serving anyone anymore. Please get better!

Burgers and nuggets for the kids are really great But the “manager” “the one in the white coat” is a mega disaster. Totally overwhelmed even though the local capacity is only 75% occupied.

Worst staff Staff argue with you and claim you didn't say it, even though you said it three times with sauce. The employees should really think about whether this is the job they like to do. If I could, I would give zero stars.

No matter what time of day I go there, I always get my latte in a cup. I understand it when there are no dishes left, that happens BUT in Asl I have never been given a glass or a cup

Hier wird es immer schlimmer! Erst wird man angemeckert, weil man sich nur mit Impfausweiß und Personalausweis legitimiert statt mit Handy und nun wird einem 11 jahrigem Kind der Zugang verweigert, weil Ferien sind und es deswegen angeblich nur mit test rein darf?? Von der unfreundlichen Behandlung mal ganz abgesehen!

It's getting worse and worse. The hut is packed, the staff is understaffed, terminals 2 of 4 are down, so there's a long queue and long waiting times until the food is ready. The dish cart was overrun and people were already stacking their trays. The car was so full that while we were waiting there, the staff didn't even come to wash the tables or empty the service car, which took over an hour. You could also have hired the cleaning lady to put away the dishes from time to time. I wouldn't have been allowed to be the branch manager there; I would definitely have coordinated there differently. We were disappointed.

Catastrophe! First of all, the long waiting time because only 2 terminals were open for ordering, as was often the case. The second thing is...something is always missing from my take-away order. I got into the habit of looking in the bag in the car and counting. Today a cheeseburger was missing, when I went in and complained about it, there wasn't even an apology. At home I noticed that instead of a HamburgerTS there was an MCRib in the bag. This was definitely the third time we were missing something. I wonder if this is always wrong with us or with others too. The third thing is...we wanted to get something to eat there on Sunday around 9 p.m. Closed for technical reasons...that was the second or third time.

The staff is now very unfriendly and unmotivated again. With starvation wages, no wonder. No please and no thank you... Service desert Germany Food without love and without taste Prices are no longer comprehensible. Portions are tiny

Echt voll, Personal unfreundlich und gestresst, Technik mit Bestellnummer und Tischreservierung nicht eingesetzt.

Dieser McDonald's in Aschersleben ist soweit sehr gut viele Parkplätze, Essen, Service auch das bestellen im Gebäude alles top, aber das Ambiente ist irgendwie kalt.

Mir kommt es so vor das nur Hörgrschädigte dort arbeiten. Auf jeden Fall werden sie bei dem ständig lauten gepiepe krank. Wie kann man das auf Dauer nur aushalten.

Mc Rip war heiß und lecker. Pommes waren okey. Personal war freundlich. Essen wurde auch am Tisch gebracht.

Wie kann man ein gutes Restaurant so verschlimmbessern, dass sie die Jugend sträubt, dorthin zu gehen. WLAN ging nicht und trotzdem sollte mein Sohn an diesen Automaten. Sorry, für solchen Wahnwitz gibt es keine Sterne!

Bestellung am Tresen nicht möglich , ist aber nicht sichtbar. Das Lokal profitiert davon , dass es kein Zweites in der Nähe gibt. Essen in Mc Donalds Qualität. Service unterirdisch.

Da wir jetzt schon des öfteren nur die Hälfte der Bestellung bekommen haben . Macht sich gut wenn man 3 Junior Tüten bestellt und Zuhause fest stellt das nur 2 in der großen Tüte drin sind und dann auch noch Burger verwechselt wurden

Eine Bestellung unter 30 min ist nicht möglich, da aus Personal Gründen nicht alle bestell terminal geöffnet werden, was auf Nachfrage so gewollt ist .Damit wird aus meiner Sicht leider das geschäftsprinzip eines schnell Restaurant völlig verfehlt, leider kann ich MC Donald Aschersleben nicht weiterempfehlen da auch vom Restaurant Leiter keine Änderung vorgenommen wird, da nach seiner Aussage es so gewollt ist.

Wir waren für einen kurzen Stop in der Filiale und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war lecker, die Pommes etwas zu gesalzen, aber das war nicht ganz so dramatisch. Alles im ganzen ein guter Mc Donalds mit netten Mitarbeitern.

Nicht nur das immer wieder, essen vergessen wird. Heute mussten wir mc donalds anrufen das sie ihr mc drive aufmachen. Das mc drive war überfüllt und die location wegen umbau geschlossen, heißt es gab nur mc drive!!! Wie unfähig muss man sein. Müsst Ihr wissen!

Selbst ein Stern ist für diese Bude noch zu viel Unfreundlichkeit wird da groß geschrieben Burger einfach in die Packung geknallt..... haben ausgesehen wie schon mal gegessen naja zum Glück nur auf der Durchreise gewesen

Wenn man keinen Stern geben könnte würde ich es machen ! Ein Eis und zwei Apfeltaschen, 40 min warten und keine wahre erhalten!!! Ihr solltet etwas an eurem Personal und deren Motivation machen! Sind nach dieser unzumutbaren Wartezeit ohne unsere Ware gegangen es gab keine Rückerstattung.

Als Barzahler ist man dort minderwertig. Wir haben 10min gewartet um zu bezahlen. Auf Nachfrage wurde patzig geantwortet. Ein Sorry hätte es auch getan. Stattdessen wurde man angemault, dass sie nur zu zweit sind. Man konnte ihr gegenüber gar nicht aussprechen. Kartenzahler habe es dort leichter. Nie wieder gehen wir dorthin! Kundenservice 6!

Ich habe es sehr oft erlebt, dass wir Abends gegen 22-23 Uhr hinfahren und das Restaurant ist zu, man kann nur das Drive benutzen. Auch am Freitag wo das Restaurant bis um 2 geöffnet sein sollte. Was soll das? Ich will das Drive nicht benutzen. Es ist furchbar! Tagsüber wenn man da hin fährt und man was essen möchte sind die Tische immer dreckig egal ob viel los ist oder nicht. Gestern (17.11.23) waren wir kurz nach halb 10 am Abends dort und es war wieder zu nur Drive war offen. Wir fahren jedesmal wenn es zu ist zu den Konkurrent Burger King und das Restaurant ist jedesmal voll wenn McDonald's zu ist. Kein Wunder. Es ist echt schade.

Das Personal am Drive in ist mehr als nur unfreundlich. Da kommt nicht mal ein Tagesgruß. Die Pommes waren latschig, der Burger war kalt. Der bestellte und bezahlte Latte Grande entpuppte sich als schwarzer kleiner Kaffee und der Ketchup zu den Pommes fehlte gänzlich. Ja es ist eine Kette aber nichts desto trotz ist das unter aller Kanone. So macht Fastfood essen keine Laune..

Am Abend ein schnelles Mc Drive , gut und satt geworden

Und wieder mal schnell zu MC Donalds und schnell einen Kaffee trinken und ne Kleinigkeit dazu. Der Laden sehr kalt, man kann die Klima auch im Herbst ausschalten, Personal was ein lustlos Eindruck aufgelegt hat und keinen Tischservice obwohl der Laden fast leer war. Also wenn das hier immer so ist kann man diesen Laden auch meiden, so wie ich es machen werde.
