Everything was new, very clean, unfortunately it wasn't like that otherwise. Burger and fries good.

Great food, pleasant that you can still sit there even after midnight + ordering possible via terminal. Unfortunately, not all tables were clean or almost none of them were top notch. Waiting times are also a bit long.

The staff very rude and unfriendly Disastrous service

Unfortunately I had to leave because they didn't want to accept my order. I was directed to the screens. I left again.

Sorry but that is the worst Burger King I have ever seen. The Sprite tastes like dishwater, the burger itself wasn't good, normal, topped, fries straight into the bin, service really unfriendly. Best to avoid this place.

Review of the drive in: Had absolutely unfriendly employees, ordered long chicken with cheese, no cheese on it. Ordered onion rings, took them out way too early, and they were barely browned. Only the cheeseburgers were okay. I hope that was just a blip.

You can always find a seat, it's always clean, you can sit outside or inside. You can often get burgers with really hot meat here. Today 09.04.24 16:05:51 Cashier 024 an older gentleman who could be the shift manager made sure that the "new guy" really makes a Trippel Whopper. It took three minutes, had super hot meat, and also plenty of lettuce and tomato on top, which is often reduced because the triple Whopper would otherwise be too high. Great, keep it up. Best know Burger King.

Since I rarely go to Burger King and use this shop as a quick alternative, I have to say that I think that's the only time I enjoy my orders. Even if my rating isn't a comparison of those who eat there every week, I'm sure I'll find some visitors who follow a similar rhythm to me :)

Well, I go there because the grandchildren want to or because there's nothing else besides the highway. Regardless of BK or McD, it tastes the same and fills your stomach. The staff was friendly.

I was in this establishment on 03/23/2024, 2:21 am time. I bought a Big King, Donut, and Brownie menu using a coupon, they mixed up the sauces for me and forgot to put the Donut. The fries were cold and had burnt potatoes, I also took the Whopper menu, the Whoppers were edible, but one Whopper was cold. They put the onion in, unfit for consumption, it simply cannot be used, it’s onion skins, they pack it haphazardly, all the French fries are at the bottom of the bag initially, just scattered. I was also in this establishment two weeks ago and they forgot to give me 5 sauces!!, that is, not just one sauce!!, I also ordered a strawberry milk drink, but I got a vanilla one... I'm disappointed in this diner.

The waiting times are abnormal. The employees are unable to process multiple orders at once and prefer to stand around until one is finished before starting the next. In addition, half the order is wrong. (Plant based instead of meat and vice versa - that's not possible!) If it takes 20 minutes from ordering to eating, I'd rather go to a normal restaurant.

I find the terminals very cumbersome. Very helpful staff.

Waited a long time for food. Burgers were lukewarm and the tables were really disgustingly dirty. Some of the seats had muddy footprints on the benches. Not recommended.

This was by far the worst visit to BurgerKing in a long time. Actually, I only had good experiences in Oberursel. UNFORTUNATELY today I got a piece of meat instead of plant based. This is extremely disrespectful and absolutely intolerable. Plus it took half an hour. Very sad. KLG

I haven't been here since the pandemic. It was remodeled, which I thought was really nice compared to back then. Unfortunately, everything is digital these days, so it takes a while to get to grips with the machines. I still prefer talking to people when I order something. I love the Big King XXL but the prices have all risen so sharply. 8€ for a fast food burger alone? Oof.

Cold fries. I cannot order my menu with salad at the terminal. But the employee says don't order anything here, you terminal. Ordering and paying via the app like at Mc Donalds isn't possible either.

I had finally convinced my family not to just want fast food from the restaurant at the golden M, and then the Burger King in Oberursel doesn't have any King Nuggets. That cost me half an hour's drive.

I've ordered here several times, both in the drive-thru and at the counter in the restaurant. The food was always ready quickly, hot and tasty according to a fast food restaurant. I will eat here again.

Why the self-congratulation in English - many customers couldn't understand most of it. "...no preservatives..." could be confused with something else. Food took over 20 minutes. The numbering system displayed is not comprehensible. 6 measly onion rings for €3.79; then in many places you get half a pizza!!

Food was very tasty and not “mashed” as usual. The employee at the checkout was very friendly, but unfortunately couldn't provide enough information about vegetarian products and allergens. The waiting time still has room for improvement, but it was also well attended, so no problem. Unfortunately, all the tray trolleys were overfull and there was no room for more trays. Even after consumption, nothing was emptied/replaced. There were a few napkins and a few fries on the floor, otherwise very clean and modern.

This Börger King is idyllically located at one of the busiest intersections. The food was tasty (by chain standards), but unfortunately there were only a few employees present today. However, it rotates like squirrels. ONE point was deducted for the overflowing return container, which forced guests to leave their trays on the tables. Update: We had the pleasure of visiting the drive-in last night. It offered plenty of time to slow down, chill out and maybe read an audio book or two. The service staff has apparently been further reduced. The food was tasty given the circumstances, but also due to hunger. Update2: We once again had the opportunity to visit the drive-in. As a bonus, since the employee didn't speak our language, it led to some fun while ordering. We ended up buying a little more than planned, which helped our hunger. The taste was ok considering the circumstances.

An absolute cheek in front of the Lord. I asked an employee to please give out the food hot because the last time the food was really cold, then she said: what do you think, how should I do that? I don't do anything.And the burgers were ice cold and the nagguets were also plant based.Never this Burger King again.

Gutes Essen, frisch zubereitet, sehr freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente ist wie in jeder anderen Filiale auch. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass häufig ein Mitarbeiter rumläuft und sauber macht.

War alles gut, schnelle Essensausgabe und sauber.

Schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Bun könnte etwas mehr getoastet sein.

Ging schnell, war gut und ich danach satt 🙌

Bin sehr enttäuscht die Burger waren Furztrocken und kalt absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Nach dem Auspacken dachte ich, ich hätte fälschlicherweise statt eines Big King nur einen Whopper bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter hat ihn dann genommen und aufgeklappt, um mir zu zeigen dass wirklich zwei Patties drauf lagen. Diese waren aber so klein, dass sie selbst halb-auf-halb übereinander gelegt nicht mal bis zum Rand des Buns reichten. Der Käse kalt, der Salat lieblos draufgeworfen. Habe einen neuen bekommen, der war zumindest warm, aber auch ziemlich mickrig.

Bestellung über über eines von mehreren Terminals getätigt- inklusive Einscannen des Rabattcoupon aus der BK App. Hat alles schnell geklappt. Von Innen sah alles ordentlich aus. Das Essen war in 3 Minuten fertig und verpackt zum mitnehmen. Hat wie immer geschmeckt 👍🏼 Drive In ist vorhanden - ein Parkplatz 🅿️ auch

Burger King bietet alle Gerichte vegan als "plant based" an. Daher Gesamtnote 5 Sterne!

Wurde leider schon zwei mal am Drive-In falsch "beliefert". Besser immer nochmal in der Tüte nachsehen. Sonst alles gut.

WLAN gut. Toiletten gut. Wartezeit lang (20 Minuten nach Bestellung). Essen ungesund und lecker.

Nur Probleme mit den bestellbidschirmen, wollte mir immer nur Menü andrehen. Mitarbeiter war so nett, mir meinen wopper so zu verkaufen.

Personal in der neu umgebauten Filiale schien etwas überfordert, Bestellnummersystem wie bei McDonald's, fertig gestelltes Tablett blieb länger stehen, da Nummer 758 bereit, aber mehrmals 558 gerufen wurde. Schade.

Whopper: schlecht bzw nicht gewürzt. Insgesamt: unterdurchschnittlich

Grundsätzlich ok. was ich sehr schade finde, das diese Filiale keinen Lieferservice anbietet. Daher nur 2 Sterne bei Service.

Freundliches Personal und das gesamte Restaurant ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt

Man sollte sich nicht als Öffnungszeit 01:00 Uhr auf die Kappe schreiben - wenn dann Bestellungen zum „hier essen“ als Mitnahme rausgegeben werden und man dann aufgefordert wird bereits 0:25 Uhr das Lokal zu verlassen. Zusätzlich teilweise schon kalte und abgelegene Speisen gehabt. Leider traurig aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Normal BK Frass aber schmeckt. Pommes immer sehr klein hier obwohl ich eine große Portion bestelle. Ich wollte mal einen plant based whopper probieren, aber naja war am Ende nur ein normaler whopper mit Fleisch in der plant based Verpackung 😂 Die Dame heute war auch überfordert und irgendwie gestresst beim Drive-In. Sie hat mir erst zwei Getränke geben wollen die ich nicht bestellt habe 😂

Wie gewohnt leckeres Essen aber nach dem Umbau finde ich es nicht mehr schön innen

Der Inhaber könnte mal mehr Personal einstellen dass man nicht 20 min warten muss bis man überhaupt erst bestellen kann. Nicht das erste mal dass das Personal dann auch noch sehr unfreundlich ist

ich habe 4 Burgermenüs bestellt, 2 Burger waren nicht so, wie ich bestellt hatte. Als ich mich beschwerte, dass dies nicht der Burger war, den ich wollte, warf das Personal wortlos zwei andere Burger auf den Tisch. Es ist schade für Ihr unhöfliches Verhalten, obwohl Sie etwas falsch gemacht haben
