That was the best McDonald's in Germany, it had even been officially awarded?! What happened to it when I look at the reviews?

I can't afford to comment on the food. .. It's worth stopping "just" for a coffee... And when it comes to the decor and atmosphere of the fast food bar, it is very poor. . at the level of my country, Poland. It's a pity that the owner doesn't care about the customer.

The best MC Donald nearby, no comparison to the place in Neu-Anspach.

Super organized, very friendly staff

Sitting a little out of the way in the garden for McDonald's is really nice in the summer. Service at your place so you don't have to stand around forever.

Ordering from the machine works well, no long waiting times

Food was fresh. Waiting time was a bit long.

I haven't been to this McDonald's in a long time. It is no longer on one of the routes I used to drive a lot. This time it was extremely busy when we came, even though it wasn't exactly the usual rush hour. Accordingly, it took quite a long time until we had our burger. It felt like 15 minutes, but it could have only been 10 minutes. But it was by no means less. But this was less due to the kitchen - the employees worked professionally and quickly - and more due to the large number of orders (including delivery services). I was a little disappointed with my burger this time. The patty had a bit of a bad smell to it and had a strange aftertaste when I took the last few bites. There was too much dressing on the burger and the bacon was balled up under the patty instead of on top - but hey, that's a luxury problem. Luckily I still had the curly fries. So far they always taste great and are always crispy. My 'halfling' had a junior bag. As has often happened in other branches, the desired toy was forgotten or forgotten to offer it. Luckily for the child, I am now a dad with experience and asked my daughter to ask about the toy straight away... But the employee was very friendly and really tried to select and offer all the Minions available to choose from. We sat outside to eat. The view here isn't particularly spectacular, but we didn't come to look, just to eat. I'm actually not that picky and no one has done anything to me, but I have to complain again about the tables outside. I had the impression that these could use a basic cleaning. I was definitely glad to have a tray with paper on it. Like everywhere else at McDonalds, the game dice were a bit old. My daughter really wanted to play TicTacToe with me. Then I squeezed myself in too. Maybe it's possible to attach the turned parts to the outside if the cubes need to be rebuilt. But here too: 'luxury problem'. The toilets were clean and the electric sliding doors were great because you no longer have to collect a handle or knob after washing your hands. Since the 'store' was so full, the parking lot was also full. Unfortunately with some SUVs standing around with their legs apart. I still squeezed into the penultimate narrow gap and by the time we got back the SUVs were gone too. All in all it wasn't that bad. That's why there are 4 out of 5 stars everywhere.

Hygiene rules are adhered to perfectly, the store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Modern McDrive and app works without any problems.

Order was brought to the table.

It was dirty in this branch. Dusty, tables were dirty, we cleaned them ourselves before eating, and there were leftovers under the tables. I have now only taken two photos of the dusty wall. You can only wish that the kitchen was clean. The service person who brought our food was very nice.

Worse than ever! No food ready after 30 minutes.

Really stable for fast food here in Oberstedten, always empty, meaning there is hardly any waiting time and there are vegan options

Ordering online for delivery is hardly possible. Delivery time only until 9.30 p.m. and on a Saturday is just not possible. Then I had to drive there and pick up the food. Otherwise, there are often no couriers nearby. There's still a lot of room for improvement.

Unfortunately, still cold fries when you come in the evening. Shake, what is that? Cleanliness in general, especially the toilet, leaves a lot to be desired. The only positive thing is the nice staff.

It's just a mc, it's not good but not bad either

It's starting to annoy me that McDonald's doesn't have milk shakes, but they've been on every menu for about 20 years. At least you can now document it on Google 😜.

Basically the little man's Burger King

One of the best (if not the best) McDonald’s in the area. Very clean, not crowded even during weekends.

This was the tastiest Iced Coffee Shake Caramel I have ever had!!! For anyone who wants to try it, a tall, middle-aged man prepared it. A few days later I was in Schwalbach to drink another one and it wasn't as good as it was here!!

Atmosphere much better than before

I've known the branch since it opened 20 years ago or so and have always enjoyed eating there during school hours/free periods. Ambience (very modern furnishings, McDonald's TV, quiet, secluded seats, there used to even be karaoke evenings - I don't know if they still exist, I can't rate the toilets) and service (waiting times at McDrive are never great, the cash register is always busy, competent Employees) are good. However, the quality of the food is a matter of luck, it is either very good or so-so. Conversely, short waiting times at McDrive also mean that the food is not always completely fresh, but usually comes from the display, which is normal in a fast food restaurant, but is prepared "freshly" (by McDonald's standards). of course always better.

The branch is new, clean and modern for McDobald's standards. What McDonalds still can't do is build a nice, cozy restaurant where you want to linger and then order more and more often. It is and remains cold, impersonal and intended to make quick money. However, the expensive prices speak against this plan. Today I had a Hamburger Royal with cheese, a McRipp and a Cola and paid almost 15 euros. You do this twice a year because the food almost gets stuck in your throat. If I go to an Italian, Turkish or German home-cooked restaurant, I have a “real meal” and pay less. It's a shame because purely from a taste perspective, I've loved the food at MCDONALDS for 40 years. But what's the point if you can only afford 2 cheeseburgers with a coupon...

The usual McDonald's -stamdard.when things have to go quickly. .

Yesterday I had 3 fries, 3 hamburgers, 1 snack and nuggets, 1 cola. Only 1 frieze was warm, the rest were all cold. You couldn't enjoy it. Hamburger isn't worth 2.10 euros anyway. Zero taste. Staff addressed no response. No more Maces, 3 fewer customers

Quite a standard McDonald's restaurant with a small children's playground area. It's located somehow aside from major roads and residential areas, which determines its smaller busyness.

Ich habe am Wochenende für meine 4 Kinder und mich bei dieser Filiale eingekauft Zuerst das Positive: Die Bestellannahme am McDrive war freundlich, flexibel und hat sogar beim Bezahlschalter noch eine Nachbuchung angenommen. Fand ich gut und war positiv Überrascht. Negativ: Nach dem Cheesburger war meiner Tochter zwei Tage schlecht - leider kann ich nicht mehr die Qualität des Burgers nachprüfen. Allerdings hatten wir auch einen 9er Chicken McNugget bestellt. Es waren leider nur 8 in der Packung. Meine Empfehlung: prüft auch die Anzahl der Nuggets ... man weiß ja nie was beim McDrive alles nicht auffällt.

One of the better McDonald’s. It’s located in a good place and is open for most of the day. I’ve placed probably over 20 orders here and they’ve never been wrong, even though I usually make special requests like no sauce. The only problem is the staff problem. It’s frequently short staffed, making it so if you pay by cash or want to order in person, you may have to wait a while. The bathrooms are a bit dirty, but better than most fast food bathrooms

Zum Mitnehmen vergessen Sie immer was und schauen nicht so richtig was bestellt wurde.

Drive in Mitarbeiter leider sehr unfreundlich

Teurer, als andere McDonald‘s-Restaurants im Umkreis (z.B. Kronberg, Rödelheim,..). Keine Haus-Gutscheine über die App. Normale Gutscheine funktionieren auch nicht alle. Für einen McDonald’s nur sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten (bis 1 Uhr). Essen und Service in Ordnung. Fahre daher lieber zu einem anderen McDonald’s in der Nähe.

Die Burger mehr oder weniger wie immer ok, Pommes gehen bei Macces irgendwie gar nicht mehr, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache 😉

Bestellung vollständig und warm. Nur die Pommes kamen wohl etwas zu früh aus der Fritteuse ( weich und fettig), ansonsten hat aber alles gepasst

Leider hat auch das nachgelassen....alle haben ja die gleiche Struktur und Vorgehensweise...leider ist hier in Oberursel etwas schiefgelaufen...das Brötchen war kalt und sehr unordentlich verpackt....das Service sehr genervt....schade.

Essen war früher besser und der Service ist katastrophal. Verstehen kein deutsch, man muss alles 2 bis 3 Mal wiederholen. Dann ist jedes Mal die Eismaschine für Softeis kaputt. Das Ding da für die Kinder da draußen könnte man auch in was bessere austauschen

Mc'es halt. Kinderecke war vor Jahren mal da mit eigenen Raum da war es noch leider und angenehmer an kalten Tage

Standard MC Donalds. Mitarbeiter an dem Tag waren sehr freundlich und super schnell, obwohl es eine Stoßzeit war ( Mittag Wochenende)

Haben nur einen Schokoladenkuchen gekauft. Mussten dafür lange warten. Der Kuchen selbst war leider sehr trocken, bzw. lag wohl schon lange in der Auslage. Die Qualität dieses Mc Donald's ist nicht mehr so wie früher. Nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Burger und Pommes, Pommes im Restaurant heiss und lecker und Chicken Burger immer noch mein Favorit. Bei der Hitze war es schön kühl im Restaurant :)

Essen kann ich nicht einschätzen, aber die Toiletten sind premium.

Leider wird man relatib schlecht verstanden was man bestellen möchte, vielleicht mittlerweile auch ungewohnt wenn man nicht am Terminal bestellt.

Dieser McDonalds ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Der Service war in Ordnung und die Bedienung war auf Zack. Das Essen war sehr schnell am Tisch und war frisch zubereitet. Die Toiletten waren sauber und sehr modern gestaltet. Im Außenbereich bietet dieser McDonalds für Kinder eine Möglichkeit zum Klettern und Rutschen. Auch draußen kann man sich am Tisch bedienen lassen. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch einen McDrive.

Habe gerade ein Big Tasty Bacon als Menü am Mcdrive Schalter geholt. Als ich ca. 5 Minuten später zu Hause angekommen bin, musste ich feststellen, dass man mir Pommes statt der bestellten Kartoffeln eingepackt hat. Der Burger war noch dazu kalt. Ein Anruf wurde mit der Begründung ein weiterer Kunde hätte eine ähnliche Bestellung aufgegeben zurückgewiesen. Somit müsste auch dieser Kunde die falsche Bestellung bekommen haben.

Hier kann man in aller Ruhe sein Essen genießen.

Wir haben Doppelcheeseburger gegessen. Die waren matschig. Wir haben besseres erwartet.

Sauber, schnell, Parkplatz gut. Wohl der beste McD, den ich bisher erlebt habe.

Super nettes Personal, Marvin und Georgius machen ihren Job gerne und das sieht man! Schön solch freundliche Gesichter im McDonalds zu sehen. :)

McRib leider etwas "mager". Kenne ihn sonst mit mehr Zwiebeln (und Sauce). Reinigungstuch hat gefehlt. Freundliches Kassenpersonal. Sehr viele Servietten auf dem Tablett. Obwohl der "Laden" voll war hat man es dem Personal nicht wirklich angemerkt!

Sehr nettes Personal (haben mir sogar Wasser für den Hund gebracht). Man kann schön draußen sitzen, das mit der App Bestellung und Tisch Service ist sowieso super (praktisch mit Hund ^^). Wenn McDonald's jetzt noch das Angebot an gesundem Essen erweitern würde, wäre ich wohl öfter hier :-)

-Der Servis ist sehr nett -Es ist auch sauber -Ich ärgere mich beim Fishburger das da nur ein mini Streifen an Käse da ist. Das ist eigentlich mein lieblingsburger aber das ist echt ein witz. Es ist alles teurer geworden Dann muss man nicht auch noch bei so Sachen sparen.

McDonald's Oberstedten Der neue Pächter sperrt Hunde aus hygienischen Gründen aus. Dass aber die Toiletten derart verschmutzt sind das man sie nicht nutzen kann ist wohl normal. Das sich Mitarbeiter mit Handschuhen an der Nase herum fummeln und dann weiter Speisen zubereiten ist wohl auch nicht gerade hygienisch. Das die Qualität und Temperatur der Speisen abgenommen hat ist wahrscheinlich auch ok. Verschiedene Mitarbeiter sind äußerst unhöflich. Ich persönlich Frage mich was an einem unter dem Tisch liegender Hund für hygienische Probleme aufwerfen soll. Teilweise ist der Boden des Lokals so schmutzig das man erst einmal die Essensreste zur Seite schaffen muss, die Tische schmutzig und verklebt. Die Tische wenn sie mal sauber gemacht werden mit demselben Tuch abgewischt werden mit dem zuvor die Sitzfläche abgewischt wird ohne zu wissen um welche Flüssigkeit es sich handelt, das ist Wohl Hygiene pur. Dann zu äußern man möchte dem Kunden ein hygienisch einwandfreies Lokal anbieten zu wollen und deshalb Hunde ausgesperrt empfinde ich als lächerlich

Wir gehen ab und zu mal bei McCafe einen Kaffee trinken. Der ist eigentlich ganz O.K. Was in letzter Zeit aber auffällt: Es ist sehr oft nicht sauber im Lokal, Tische und Stühle sind verschmiert und werden selten gereinigt. Die Wagen für die Rückgabe der Tabletts werden nicht rechtzeitig geleert und quellen über. Zu wenig Personal, dadurch oft lange Wartezeiten. Personal mal ganz O.K. manchmal unfreundlich und schlecht geschult. Hier gibt es viel Spielraum nach oben. In anderen McCafe´s haben wir schon oft bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

McDonalds eben. Der erste der im Bad Homburger Einzugsgebiet geöffnet hat und der steht jetzt auch schon ein paar Jahre. Die Burger sind auch hier wie in jedem der Filialen gleich. Ganz am Anfang war dieser optisch eher wie ein American Diner ausgestattet (draußen stand ein rosa Cadillac), das hat mir persönlich viel besser gefallen. Man bekommt hier alles was das Fastfoodherz begehrt.
