Dear team, our child wanted to use your outdoor area, the slide, today, but it was so dirty that we let him go. The service is great, very friendly, and the food is delicious. We'd love to come back and hopefully the slide will be clean next time. Thanks in advance!

Easy to reach, plant based burgers are very tasty. Unfortunately, the ice cream and sauce are not as good compared to McDonalds. Ice cream tasteless and sauce not that chocolaty. Service staff are very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy, including the toilets.

How can you put someone alone at the checkout or to pack the orders, who has to look at each individual burger individually, turn it over and then think about what he is doing for 30 seconds? An absolute nightmare at Burger King - 30 minute wait for hot air! What was THAT?! We stood in line for a whopping 30 minutes just to wait for a few tasty burgers, while the counter behind the counter filled up in piles like a skyscraper made of cardboard boxes. And instead of someone keeping track, there was an obviously overwhelmed (probably new) employee who flipped (!) every single burger as if he were on a treasure hunt. Hello?! What exactly is the system? Wheel of Fortune? We politely pointed out that we had been waiting for ages - and what came back? NOTHING. No “sorry,” no “we’ll take care of it right away,” no nothing. Ignorance has truly reached new heights. When we had enough and wanted to cancel - logically after this "service" catastrophe - we were allowed to wait another 5 minutes. This is not fast food, this is a test of patience with a bad ending. Conclusion: If you have the time and nerves, you can get a lesson in customer frustration here. I recommend to everyone else: go somewhere else. Even the closest food truck in the middle of nowhere has more system than this.

Sometimes you get lukewarm fries and lukewarm burgers. But it always depends on which team is on duty. If it's the wrong team, I'd rather go somewhere else. For the money it should be fine.
