Everything was double-minded when we asked why it was so expensive. We say with the invoice we didn't order that much a okay sorry ciao and we didn't get an apology and neither did we get our money.

We were ordering at Driver's. The employee doesn't understand and makes the entire wrong order and just looks angry and says that's how much it costs

In the Drive True from BK in Oberursel you should be patient. Unfortunately it's not new that you have to wait over 15 minutes with 4 cars in the front.

After a long wait, even though there weren't many customers, the food arrived. The food was cold. The fries were very dry and cold. The burger was ice cold. The shift manager Mr. Khali was extremely disrespectful! He became loud and was not customer friendly. After a lot of back and forth we got new fries. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience!!!

You would think that this is a normal Burger King branch. During the almost 45 minutes (almost an hour!) waiting time, we were almost hungry. There were 3 of us - while we were waiting, groups of 6-7 people were already eating because they ordered individually. In the end the numbering was over 70 numbers ahead when we finally got our food, which was of course now completely cold. I rarely write bad reviews, but I strongly advise any larger group not to visit this branch if you want to eat together!! The term “fast food” seems like pure satire here. I don't think there's much need to report that the tables were mostly completely dirty and the tray tray carts were no longer usable after the meal because they were completely overcrowded - when the staff can't even handle the orders.

I've been here at Burger King for a very long time. The food is very good. But the unfriendliness of the staff is so wrong that I don't want to eat here anymore. I was in this establishment on 03/23/2024, 2:21 am time. I bought a Big King, Donut, and Brownie menu using a coupon, they mixed up the sauces for me and forgot to put the Donut. The fries were cold and had burnt potatoes, I also took the Whopper menu, the Whoppers were edible, but one Whopper was cold. They put the onion in, unfit for consumption, it simply cannot be used, it’s onion skins, they pack it haphazardly, all the French fries are at the bottom of the bag initially, just scattered. I was also in this establishment two weeks ago and they forgot to give me 5 sauces!!, that is, not just one sauce!!, I also ordered a strawberry milk drink, but I got a vanilla one... I'm disappointed in this diner.

The waiting times are abnormal. The employees are unable to process multiple orders at once and prefer to stand around until one is finished before starting the next. Unfortunately, everything is digital these days, so it takes a while to get to grips with the machines. I still prefer talking to people when I order something. I love the Big King XXL but the prices have all risen so sharply. 8€ for a fast food burger alone? Oof.

Cold fries. I cannot order my menu with salad at the terminal. But the employee says don't order anything here, you terminal. Ordering and paying via the app like at Mc Donalds isn't possible either.

Gutes Essen, frisch zubereitet, sehr freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente ist wie in jeder anderen Filiale auch. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass häufig ein Mitarbeiter rumläuft und sauber macht.

Schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Bun könnte etwas mehr getoastet sein.

Eine etwas andere Art seine Mahlzeit zu bestellen

Nach dem Auspacken dachte ich, ich hätte fälschlicherweise statt eines Big King nur einen Whopper bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter hat ihn dann genommen und aufgeklappt, um mir zu zeigen dass wirklich zwei Patties drauf lagen. Diese waren aber so klein, dass sie selbst halb-auf-halb übereinander gelegt nicht mal bis zum Rand des Buns reichten. Der Käse kalt, der Salat lieblos draufgeworfen. Habe einen neuen bekommen, der war zumindest warm, aber auch ziemlich mickrig.

Bin sehr enttäuscht die Burger waren Furztrocken und kalt absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Bestellung über über eines von mehreren Terminals getätigt- inklusive Einscannen des Rabattcoupon aus der BK App. Hat alles schnell geklappt. Von Innen sah alles ordentlich aus. Wurde leider schon zwei mal am Drive-In falsch "beliefert". Besser immer nochmal in der Tüte nachsehen. Sonst alles gut.

Nur Probleme mit den bestellbidschirmen, wollte mir immer nur Menü andrehen. Mitarbeiter war so nett, mir meinen wopper so zu verkaufen.

WLAN gut. Toiletten gut. Wartezeit lang (20 Minuten nach Bestellung). Essen ungesund und lecker.

Personal in der neu umgebauten Filiale schien etwas überfordert, Bestellnummersystem wie bei McDonald's, fertig gestelltes Tablett blieb länger stehen, da Nummer 758 bereit, aber mehrmals 558 gerufen wurde. Schade.

Whopper: schlecht bzw nicht gewürzt. Insgesamt: unterdurchschnittlich

Grundsätzlich ok. was ich sehr schade finde, das diese Filiale keinen Lieferservice anbietet. Daher nur 2 Sterne bei Service.

ich habe 4 Burgermenüs bestellt, 2 Burger waren nicht so, wie ich bestellt hatte. Als ich mich beschwerte, dass dies nicht der Burger war, den ich wollte, warf das Personal wortlos zwei andere Burger auf den Tisch. Es ist schade für Ihr unhöfliches Verhalten, obwohl Sie etwas falsch gemacht haben

Häufig als Drive In Kunde dort gewesen. In den letzten Wochen fehlten immer wieder Teile der Bestellung. Habe mich telefonisch beschwert, worauf die Managerin zurückrief und mir neben einer Entschuldigung die nächste Bestellung komplett kostenlos gab. Eine schöne Geste aber mir ist es lieber dass es gar nicht erst passiert.

Der Hamburger ist extrem trocken die Zwiebel Ringe sehr kalt und bloß nicht aufs WC gehen die Herren Toilette läßt sich nicht mal abschließen und war eine reine Katastrophe absolut nicht begehbar vor der WC Schüssel lag ein Haufen das hab ich so noch nicht mal auf Autobahn Toiletten erlebt

Hier ist alles so, wie man es in einer Systemgastronomie erwartet. Das Essen ist so wie in allen anderen BK auch. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, das Personal nett. Man kann auch im freien sitzen.

Wenn ihr den nicht kennt, solltet ihr den besuchen, sofern ihr Fastfood isst. Erfahrungsgemäß hat der BK nichts auf Stock, also nichts liegt in dem Warmhaltebereich. Die Burger werden in der Regel frisch zubereitet und das in kürzester Zeit. Die Burger schmecken sowas von gut, mit anderen BKs nicht zu vergleichen!! Danke an das Team!
