Burger King in Oberursel (Taunus)

A Burger King like many others, but cleaner like many others. It just takes a while sometimes.

It used to be good, now it's just a money grab. Big King XXL is only as big as a hamburger with 2 patties. They were still cold too. Forgetting half of it when serving it and then getting soggy when you complain.

In fact, I don't write any applications at all. But... I have no choice. With all due respect, this Burger King has nothing compatible with gastronomy and franchises. Without Mr. Valentin this store could be closed completely, I wouldn't miss it. I would rather not eat anything than ever order anything there again. Clearly always be careful and control your true. It never matches what you ordered. Sorry but the truth needs to be told sometimes.

Drive-in took forever, even though the restaurant itself was completely (!) empty. A burger was missing, there was mayo instead of ketchup.

We got food for 3 people, the fries tasted inedible (we threw them away), king nuggets tasted like they were from the day before. Burgers were ok.

The best Burger King I know. Very clean and quite empty. The journey is uncomplicated and relaxed, and if you behave well you can get an ice cream for free.

I recently visited Burger King in Oberursel and was very happy with my experience. The hamburgers were fresh and hot, the fries were crispy and the drinks were well mixed and sufficiently carbonated. Another disappointment... Several times parts of the order were missing or incorrect. You order a menu using a code and instead of the two burgers included in the menu, you only receive one. The staff simply doesn't understand you! Special requests or extras cannot be accommodated because they lack the linguistic know-how. And instead of getting an extra for a burger, it's just left out... I can't understand it. There were also long waiting times even though the counter was empty. Please put staff at the counter who can also understand orders!

I ordered a Big King XXL there. The meat was raw! Raw beef is a major health risk.

This is definitely one of the better Burger Kings I know. Parking spaces, toilets and order terminals are available and in good condition.

Non-carbonated Cola, not cold and no ice cubes. Whopper had more ketchup than is healthy. Fries were as bland as McD's.

I know a lot of Burger King in Germany and this is by far one of the worst when it comes to service. First it takes forever to go from ordering to serving the food. At the end of the day we find ourselves in a fast food restaurant based on the principle of ordering, delivery quickly and enjoying. Here, however, I waited over 20 minutes for it to be prepared and then an employee who had been a Stark Pigment employee slammed the tray onto the counter without comment, no please. Not a good appetite. Just nothing at all for the customers before me and after me it was just as much better. Burger King Germany should urgently work on your staff and not hire every idiot. Be sure to check orders. Yesterday I even had to complain twice about an out-of-home order because a menu was omitted. The first time I only got the missing fries, only the second time I got the missing King Nuggets.

We were there in the evening a few days ago. The drinks are really warm and hardly carbonated. There are 3 stars for the service because we got extra ice cubes. But the drinks weren't tasty! The tray carts were overflowing... There were no more fries... We probably won't be back that quickly! Too bad.

Ordered something on site at midnight / the fries were super cold and a Memphis bbq was missing. In the Drive True from BK in Oberursel you should be patient. Unfortunately it's not new that you have to wait over 15 minutes with 4 cars in the front.

After a long wait, even though there weren't many customers, the food arrived. The food was cold. The fries were very dry and cold. The burger was ice cold. The shift manager Mr. Khali was extremely disrespectful! He became loud and was not customer friendly. After a lot of back and forth we got new fries. You would think that this is a normal Burger King branch. During the almost 45 minutes (almost an hour!) waiting time, we were almost hungry. There were 3 of us - while we were waiting, groups of 6-7 people were already eating because they ordered individually. In the end the numbering was over 70 numbers ahead when we finally got our food, which was of course now completely cold. I rarely write bad reviews, but I strongly advise any larger group not to visit this branch if you want to eat together!! The term “fast food” seems like pure satire here. Well, a Burger King. The store is clean and bright, recently renovated. You can also sit outside, but it is quite noisy because of the street next to it. I've been here at Burger King for a very long time. The food is very good. But the unfriendliness of the staff is so wrong that I don't want to eat here anymore. When you ask politely about something, the little man starts cursing. I am of the opinion that such employees cannot and should not wear the Burger King brand!

I was in this establishment on 03/23/2024, 2:21 am time. I bought a Big King, Donut, and Brownie menu using a coupon, they mixed up the sauces for me and forgot to put the Donut. The fries were cold and had burnt potatoes, I also took the Whopper menu, the Whoppers were edible, but one Whopper was cold. They put the onion in, unfit for consumption, it simply cannot be used, it’s onion skins, they pack it haphazardly, all the French fries are at the bottom of the bag initially, just scattered. I was also in this establishment two weeks ago and they forgot to give me 5 sauces!!, that is, not just one sauce!!, I also ordered a strawberry milk drink, but I got a vanilla one... I'm disappointed in this diner.

The waiting times are abnormal. The employees are unable to process multiple orders at once and prefer to stand around until one is finished before starting the next.
