McDonald's in Heiligenroth

In the last corner you will find this McDonald's. You get the feeling that citizens can buy a few drugs in the backyard for dessert. But that's just an aside, it doesn't really matter. The food here tastes just like everywhere else at McDonald's. So you can't get more than two stars anyway, especially given the outrageous prices that McDonald's charges. Now about this McD in particular: The worker at McDrive didn't understand us. Language level A1 at most. That's ok in itself, but my wife just couldn't order what she wanted. After four attempts, she gave up and simply didn't order anything.

Ordering via Lieferando is 99% never possible. Lieferando will be switched off again during the ordering process. Let it be. When something is delivered, which is extremely rare, either something is missing or the wrong food is in there.

You almost vomit when you use the toilets. Smell and cleanliness disaster.

Food was ok, it's just Megges. Service is terrible, the orders are immediately clicked away on the display, so in a noisy environment you have to pay attention to the shouts of the employees who speak poor German. If table service is selected, the number of the person setting it up is not brought.

McDrive encourages you to hit the rims. In addition, my sill is now broken because there is a hill in the driveway to slow down that is 15cm high. Then I lost the food.

Loading is the last thing! The driveway and the mcdrive suck.

Sorry, unfortunately not good. Absolutely every time something is missing. Ordered a burger today, checked to see if it was the right one, yes... drove home and gave it to the wife. The Rösti is missing from the Big Rösti... Wow. Look again, at first it seemed that once you had bitten into the cold burger, you should simply put a hash brown in it. It wasn't done and I got a new one. Still, it's just not fun to order there. 30 minutes of time and wasted fuel for 10 km. Not the first time something was missing or cold. Fries are often not even cooked through, limp and disgusting. Sauces have been forgotten extremely often, or cheese with the Big Rösti. Ambiance is really nothing. Rest stop atmosphere. It's better to drive a few km further to Mogendorf.

You regularly forget something at the Big Rösti, today you forgot the Rösti again, it's always best to check your order straight away before you get home.

Can the good Mr. McDonald's in Heiligenroth perhaps hire COMPETENT staff? Then I wouldn't have spent €17 on ONE HAPPY MEAL but would also have had the rest that I ordered and paid for. If I could give 0 stars it would have been 0! Literally EVERY TIME in Heiligenroth something is missing or wrong! Impossibly real! Oh and my son's food was cold too. More than outrageous!

Unfortunately, another bad review :( if you have allergies and want to take certain things out of the burgers, that will never, really NEVER be done. Whenever I get something and drive home, I always see that there are things in it that I keep mentioning that I can't eat. I really don't know why you don't just leave things out from the start and you always have to drive by/come twice and always have to let us know that something needs to be changed🫤 it's a real shame

I was at McDonald's in Montabaur and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The toilets were already unpleasant - the strong smell of urine made it almost unbearable. Still, I ordered a budget meal, but both the hamburger and fries were lukewarm and inedible, so I had to throw them both away. The hygiene in front of the counter was also worrying, the floor was greasy and left an unpleasant feeling. The staff was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. As is well known, the fish stinks from the head - this is where the store manager needs to urgently intervene to bring the cleanliness and quality back to an acceptable level.

Even as a customer who has just ordered/paid, the toilet is not free. Even after asking the staff, I had to pay for the toilet. It's a shame I won't visit this place as often anymore.

Nice service and actually a normal atmosphere. I don't know what people think when they go to Megges and it's a star restaurant expect it's a Megges doesn't complain to you. Food like in every Megges and the rest too. But the service can be emphasized again: they are nice people.

Last night I brought in another 20 nuggets. The nuggets were so fresh that I burned my paws and yet they were cross-fried! An absolute dream, you rarely eat such good nuggets at McD! Thanks!

You know MC, but we weren't so happy here... The straw for the milkshake was missing, when I asked - the first employee apparently didn't understand - the second lady gave me a straw without a word and left again. The present in the HAPPY Meal was missing, but we only noticed when we went out. Of course my daughter thought that was stupid.

The staff totally beside themselves. There were only two tables occupied in the restaurant, but all the tables were dirty. Had to point this out several times. When the food was brought, after I pointed it out again, the ketchup and mayonnaise residue on our table was finally removed. Afterwards the tables and under the tables were swept. It just looks disgusting everywhere there, even though there are few guests. Bon appetit.

Waiter (one) in particular treats customers with contempt for not speaking their language, an absolute lack of respect and a lot of arrogance, a very bad impression, the bathrooms are disgusting, please, that can't be done

Was there late in the evening during the week. There was still a lot going on and the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. Then it's better to do it or just McDrive before you put yourself through such a situation. But after a very long wait, the food was as expected.

It's a shame that you have to give at least one star. Dirty toilets, upstairs closed so that it is far too busy downstairs, waste bins overflowing, no receipt from the order column, tables not cleared. With the fries you get bags of mayonnaise or ketchup, how do you eat that or where do you put it? My children wanted to eat something at Mac while passing through, but I thought it was really bad. Zero stars as far as I'm concerned.

Eat as it should be. Service unfriendly. Upper floor locked so you can't even use the toilet! Hardly any parking spaces. Everything was full of packaging...

Truly the worst McDonald's ever. Order incomplete, milkshakes finished, cold fries. And dirty, the trash cans were not emptied, making it one big mess, both inside and outside.

Empty MC Drive.. 10 minute wait for 1 cappuccino. Hardly any activity in the house itself. What did they almost stupidly not understand?

Sorry, just underground. The table was endlessly dirty, there were no servers available, there was no way to clean anything yourself. Everything littered. The health department should take a look here. I really had a real disgust here.

When I ordered, I specifically stated that I wanted the fries hot and crispy. What I got was this: the fries saw the deep fryer very briefly as it flew past. I ate some of it on the way because 5 minutes later when I got home the things were already ice cold and there was nothing crispy at all! The fries were totally limp and some of them weren't cooked properly on the inside. In the photo you can see one and the same fries. You can clearly see that there is nothing crispy about it.

Ice machine broke again in the evening, but it works again in the morning

The service was very attentive, which is unfortunately the only positive thing. The tray return is completely overflowing with rubbish, the leftovers are piled up on the tables, nothing is cleared away, the floor and tables are sticky - unfortunately really underground. The food was of typically McDonalds poor quality, but not to be expected otherwise.

You know McDonald's, but what really bothers me is that the food is put together without gloves and the burger is then pressed together with the palm of your hand. What about gloves? It's now standard in every bakery.

Everything is always at the highest level, but there is a but. When we ordered a burger and asked for 3 cutlets, they only put a sticker on it saying there were 3 cutlets, but forgot to put them in the burger. Not pleasant. But we did not return from home, far away

Chaos in the “parking lot” starts well. Chaos in front of the ordering machine, everything is very tight here. A device is defective. We were ignored for minutes at the order counter. So get in line at the machine. As always, works perfectly. Since not all numbers are displayed, our food was overlooked and only handed over when we asked. The cleanliness in both the rooms and the toilet is subpar! There are leftover food everywhere. Tables are dirty. Paper for wiping hands is missing in the toilet. The drain in the sink is blocked. The Dyson hand dryer works, but since no one wants to wait that long, people run out without washing their hands. One of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to.

This was by far the most disgusting McD I have ever been to. Mud on the floors, food laying around, disgusting toilets, no toilet paper. Will not be going here ever again.

Absolute disaster, rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's. Only one toilet was open, the disabled toilet, no paper neither one nor the other. Everything messed up and dirty! Really disgusting!

I can only add any negative comments that have come along. It's just terrible how the majority of the staff don't represent the store properly! Be it hygiene and or adhering to the framework times when it comes to serving out the food. You simply can't get hot food there - ever!

The shop is absolutely not recommended. Employees are unfriendly and listless. Tables are not wiped down, straws are only available for milkshakes and it's best to bring your own napkins.

Unfortunately not a good McDonald's location. The upper floor was closed even though there were enough guests. Toilet on the upper floor didn't work completely either. Not very clean downstairs and the tablet return completely overcrowded. Actually there was enough staff to keep everything in good shape.

The McDonald's is OK. However, quite small and usually rather dingy. I don't like going here. Everything seems rather untidy.

Disgusting cola. Too little carbonation. Meat in the Mc Rip is just a thin slice of meat. And the chicken nuggets feel like a foamy mess. And tastes like construction foam. Really scary. That was the last time. It used to be an experience. Staff was very nice.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Also the toilet visit. I couldn't fault the food, nor the cheap menu price. With these menu prices you can at least go out to eat every now and then without having an empty wallet.

Classic McDonalds, except for the behavior of the staff. Training in how to deal with customers seems to have been swept under the table. The worst customer service at fast food chains to date...

Decent McDonald's. The service was very friendly.

Staff behind the counter gossip about customers. Food cold. When asked, we didn't get any mayonnaise. Restaurant itself clean.

The employees work without gloves! Some women have their hair down. Because of hygiene, I don't think that's possible!

The upper floor, where there are a lot of seats and the toilets, is (always?) cordoned off, even if everything downstairs is full. The machines often display errors indicating that the login did not work. If, after waiting 10 minutes, you tell the employees "these are technical problems, we don't know why or what we can do about it, but we can't redeem the coupons." Burger King 300m away is happy, toilets are open, service is quick and even the vaunted coupons work.

10:58 p.m., there is still over an hour until closing time. There's nothing like a cozy atmosphere when all the chairs around you are noisily put up. You feel welcome there and like to stay and eat. There were lots of tables around us and some of the seats were dirty. Leftover food on the floor. If only the toilets were at least clean.... Apparently no one has felt responsible for it for a long time. But standing behind the counter with 5 people. Oh yeah, cocktail sauce out, whipped cream out, Cirly Fries cold. Runs in Heiligenroth.

Nette Mitarbeiter schneller Service. Die Qualität und der Service steigt und fällt je nach Team welches die Schicht hat. Der Sachverhalt mit dem Tablett Wagen und dem Tischen abwischen musst noch geübt werden.

Am Samstag den 13 Januar gegen 22:40Uhr wurde mir während meines Aufenthaltes im Mc Donalds mein Ventil von den Reifen gedreht von einem schwarz gekleideten Mann (falls du das liest ich hoffe du schmorst in der Hölle und angezeigt hab ich dich auch, du Penner) sodass ich einen Platten Reifen vorfinden musste. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und pumpten mir sogar den Reifen wieder auf. Vielen Dank nochmal🙏🏼

Absolute Frechheit! Nur noch ein Viertel-Scheibchen Käse auf den Burgern kennt man ja - ärgert sich, zahlt trotzdem. DAS brachte unser persönliches Fass aber zum Überlaufen: Über McDrive bestellten wir vegane Produkte. Die Mitarbeiterin fragte noch einmal nach und wir wiederholten "vegan". Sie fragte "ohne Fleisch?" - wir antworteten mit "Ja". Ausgepackt haben wir dann zwei Artikel für jeweils 4,89€ - die Ware wurde also voll berechnet - von der Fülle des Inhalts kann man sich auf den Fotos überzeugen. Die Schichtleiterin erklärte unfreundlich auf unsere freundliche Info, dass es sich hier um ein Missverständnis gehandelt haben muss, dass wir ohne Fleisch bestellt haben und auch kein Fleisch bekommen haben. Die Burger gibt es nicht vegan, so ihre Aussage. Diese Information hat uns die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter leider nicht gegeben. Die Übersicht "Veganes, Veggie & Co." ist irreführend. Co. meint scheinbar chicken - also Hähnchen... Wenn der Kunde etwas bestellt, das es auf der Menükarte nicht gibt, muss er darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Hierzu sollten natürlich alle Mitarbeiter*innen die Produktpalette auch kennen. Wir bekamen unser Geld NICHT erstattet!!!!!!!!! Absolute Frechheit und grenzt für uns an Betrug.

Hier ist irgendwas schief gelaufen: 1. Das McDonalds befindet sich nicht in Montabaur sondern in 56412 Heiligenroth 2. Das Bild zeigt auch nicht das Restaurant der Fastfood-Kette sondern das nebenan liegende chinesische Restaurant "Taipan" in Heiligenroth. 3. Auch alle Bewertungen betreffen das Restaurant "Taipan"

Kann mich bisher nicht beschweren. Die obere Etage ist noch nicht ausgebaut/fertig. Essen ist super und bisher immer warm gewesen, paar wenig Sitzplätze zur Stoßzeit.

Für mich gehört beim Tischservice dazu, dass Servierten gereicht werden! Sonst TOP

Der Meckes Mülheim-Kärlich fand ich das Personal viel netter und kompetenter Ausrufezeichen aber letztendlich schmeckt es überall gleich nur der Service schwankt von Filiale zu Filiale! Aber das interessiert die McDonald's mache vermutlich nicht hauptsache die Kasse stimmt!

Toller Ort für einen leckeren Snack und das Personal ist aufmerksam.
