You can eat there, but they aren't the fastest there. So the word “fast food” is perhaps a little inappropriate. One employee (Sat, September 7th) can't manage to enter a code (probably tried 4-5 times, the second one who helped him can't remember 2 cokes (small and large without ice). When we're with the staff, Thank God they already got rid of the screaming, hysterical and cursing hyena. That was a complete disaster in the store. But there are also lovely, fast and friendly employees (e.g. Mathilda, Martina or something like that 🙈) who always do it make sure we come 😊

Burger 🍔 King just received a large delivery, I was actually amazed at how much attention was paid to quality and freshness of the goods, the cold chain was hardly interrupted, quickly and quickly, and the unloading was done very professionally... during which I had a veggie burger 🍔 , which was absolutely delicious...I'd love to come back...

Waited 25 minutes for two chicken nuggets burgers and a long chicken menu. There are a few points because the store is really very clean and the employees were nice. But they have to harmonize better with each other.

Yes, just normal Burger King The service was good, unfortunately a bit slow. As always, this can have several reasons. I wanted a hot blondie for dessert. Unfortunately the microwave was broken. Otherwise a nice shop recommended.

Waiting times are too long for a fast food restaurant, which is partly due to the fact that orders are not processed in order. Then you finally get your food and are disappointed that 2 menus contain cold fries and cold burgers. The tables had not been cleaned for at least 1 1/2 hours, which was evident from the receipt on the neighboring table. Overall an absolute no go!!!!!!!

I ordered a plant based cheeseburger, swallowed the first bite and realized it was a meat patty... so please, you can't be serious. I went in, returned the burger and said that there was meat on it, the reaction: uhhh, but there is plant based paper on it, what did you order 🤦🏽‍♀️ well, I presented the receipt and when I complain about meat on a PLANT BASED BURGER what did I order? No apology nothing. Service really underground. I had the burger replaced with a plant based patty. In my opinion that is the least. I'm really disappointed and angry!!

Nice service but the waiting time was a bit too long. Food is no longer hot, but you don't know any different. Tables were clean.

A Burger King like others. Food is usually tasty and fresh. Some of the employees are very friendly and accommodating! Every now and then very long waiting times at the drive-in due to understaffing. It's great that you can get your money's worth here as a vegetarian!

Long waiting times due to lack of employees. Stinky toilet and the dining room was just way too warm. Why do you have air conditioning when the door to the outside area is wide open? Very disappointing and I can happily forego another visit. The taste of the food was okay.

Two burgers with the wrong patti, how the hell can that happen. Chilli Cheeseburger Fries cold. Cola instead of regular Zero. Everything was messed up and then unfriendly.

Good fast food restaurant interior is nice but simply designed. Food is, as expected, nothing extraordinary but not bad either, just fast food.

The Burger King has been modernized and doesn't look bad. However, it is not cared for. It's sticky everywhere and there's rubbish lying around. With the new ordering system you can finally use PDF coupons from the Internet. The staff always stood in the way when you only arrived with the number and not the printed coupon. But that doesn't help if the food doesn't taste good either. The last few times the burgers were always cold and inedible. This shop spoiled my desire for Burger King at first. We'll keep our distance from the chain.

It is dirty and every table is neither tidy nor cleaned. The employees are unable to take the order and point to the order terminals, two of which are defective and one does not respond at all, the only functioning machine is stuck. The Burger King has been modernized and now also has ordering terminals. You can now put together your meal easily and conveniently and, above all, without any time pressure. Our order was prepared quickly and tasted good. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the building, the playground is compact and has a slide tower.

I always like coming here. But the cleanliness could definitely be worked on. Floor dirty and tables need to be cleaned more often. Otherwise everything is good so far. That's why there are only three stars.

For an unbelievable 15 years I've been waiting for the display to work in the drive and for the order placed to be checked/compared!! And then the renovation takes place and it doesn't work again. If I have a large order and after leaving the house you notice that something is wrong and I am referred to the note “please check the order immediately, no exchange after that” (of course with 5 cars behind you), I'm in trouble!!!

Very unfriendly staff. The shift manager sets a “good example.” Not a single table was clean. There were leftover food and garbage everywhere on the floor. Maybe the health department should take a look. Hygiene not a trace. The worst Burger King I've ever been to... Really sad and frustrating. Just advise everyone not to eat there...

Incompetent implementation of the order. Additional options and entire articles were forgotten. Some additions (ice cubes) were added, although not chosen. Possibly an isolated case, possibly the staff was inexperienced. Was just there by chance while passing through. But I won't be a customer there again.

Very unfriendly employee at the drive. A friend was talking to the driver and the employee got upset and said the last warning and you can drive through the next one. Otherwise he was always at peace. At the front window you could hear the employee saying to another employee that I was going to rush here and everything was getting on my nerves. This doesn't have to be in front of customers.

Visit on May 5th, 2024. Two ladies and a gentleman at the counter. All three very unfriendly be it drive or in the store. Loud and hectic shouting from the employees makes it seem very uncomfortable. Total chaos behind the counter!

You order goods worth €68.79 and pay €1 extra for the long chicken king menu because you want cheese on it. What can you get with a burger without cheese? If the line is there with glasses, it works better than it does for the man today.

Fries over-salted and cold. Burgers also cold. They had probably been there for a while. Non-carbonated drinks and then soggy service. BK had to keep an eye on it!!

This Burger King was completely fine and everything was clean. I was there around midnight and it wasn't busy. The service was quick, friendly and I have no complaints.

Parked cars are only too happy to block the entrance to the drive-in and the employees don't mind. This way you can also make your work easier.

The food was ok, the team at the counter was obviously trying hard and very nice, but a lady who was angry at the tables was extremely rude and assumed that we were leaving our trash behind, even after we had assured us several times that we would clean up .

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to your Burger King branch in Heiligenroth. The food was cold and tasteless, the drinks had no flavor and seemed diluted. Instead of a decent portion of chilli cheese fries, I only received a handful, and the chilli cheese sauce, which was only really a few drops on the fries, was an insult. When I reported my dissatisfaction to the employee, I was told that everything was fine. But this definitely does not correspond to my experience and also not to the standard that I am used to from other branches. In other branches, the portions are fuller and more generous. In my opinion, this experience makes your branch the worst in Germany. I will definitely not come back and will also warn my friends and family against visiting this branch.

The food was ready quickly, but it was cold and inedible. The branch manager doesn't feel addressed and hides in his office. Poor employees, the store is lost with such management.

The tables should have been clean!! That was very unpleasant and unfortunately there were hardly any seats left and I was forced to take a dirty, sticky and dingy table. The tray wasn't exactly clean/hygienic either. Food was okay. Staff friendly.

I arrived almost 10 minutes before closing time and already had a guilty conscience. However, the lady at the counter was very nice and even took my order with a smile, even though she was cleaning. I wouldn't have expected that at this time! A big compliment to the team present and especially to the nice lady who gave me two burgers despite the end of the workday. This is not a given ;)

I am normally a Macdonald guy, but I was pleasantly surprised. Hot fries and very friendly service. The place was clean and good seats.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as we didn't eat there. We left the restaurant after they refused to open the slide for children. The statement was “We’re not allowed to.” By the way, the weather was mild to sunny with no rain.

We were there again today. The burgers took 5 minutes, which is what I expect with a fresh one. It was hot, well topped and very tasty. No deceptions like with the big M!! The staff was very friendly and kept the store nice and clean.

After a renovation or change, you always have great expectations. Since then I have been there a few times and wanted to enjoy the delicious food. You have to bring a lot of time with you. During the first few attempts I always thought that this was a start-up phase at speeds that would improve. Unfortunately the service and the kitchen took the cake this evening. Well, it was rush hour just before 8 p.m., but still, 40 minutes of waiting in front of the counter for 5 burgers and an ice cream has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. If there were negative stars, full marks, simply unbelievable. Meanwhile, of course, there were still customers who had their money returned and a lot of incorrect food and drinks in the dispenser. Think about how this could be better...

Beautiful BK, newly renovated and with a charging station for your cell phone (if you have a cable with you) otherwise nice location and friendly staff. Toilets are super clean!

3 employees have never seen such a bad Burger King and you can expect to wait an hour and then if the order is complete you're lucky, which rarely happens.

Was there on Carnival Tuesday, there was a huge rush of customers and unfortunately only 2 service staff were on duty. Despite some very annoying and drunk customers, the service was nice and attentive. I'll definitely come back, not just because it's around the corner from me.

Waited half an hour for my small order of 2 burgers, a hot blondie and a fries in the restaurant. When I asked how long it would take, service just answered yes, it was our turn and didn't even look at me. 15 minutes later it was ready and the waitress just mumbled a dry sorry. Food was cold, there were no fries at all and the hot blondie was a soggy soup with chunks in it. I have no idea why they can't do that, but the previous employees were more competent. VG

Were there yesterday around noon at 3 p.m. Service staff unfriendly and rude. A strong manager packed my order, and I still thought that this order would one day be complete. Wrong thought. At least 2 burgers and a fries were missing. There was nothing going on and the lobby looked like it had been bombed. Tray cart was full. The employees preferred to ask for a smoke break. Instead of doing the lobby, the manager and at least two employees disappeared. Toilets were a disaster. Lost myself as a customer. Better go for the golden M

Unfortunately, after the renovation it takes forever to get your food. None in front of me, waited 10 minutes. Maybe hire 1-2 more employees. McD shows how it can be done quickly and well. Until then, I'll stay away for now.

We were passing through and visited this restaurant for the first time. We were served quickly, the food was freshly prepared and delicious. The restaurant and also the toilet were clean. We were very satisfied.

Some coupons can only be redeemed at the cashier's, then you stand in line at the checkout and are not served for 10 minutes. Then it says the coupon for 20 nuggets is not redeemable even though you can order 6 and 9 pcs. Staff absolutely unfriendly and overwhelmed. We always enjoyed going there more often, but since the management changed, everything just has to be quick and, most importantly, cheap

Even though there was nothing going on, it took an awfully long time (24 minutes), so everything had to be freshened up. The fries were great but they were ice cold. The employee was very rude when I asked why it took so long.

I wanted to have a nice meal with friends, but we were really disturbed by the staff. There was constant shouting throughout the store and no consideration was given to the customers. Carnival music was playing at full speed and the employees were dancing around behind the counter like they were in a chicken coop. A store where I was definitely the last time. Your service is getting worse and worse. There were 5 people at the checkout and 3 cars in the drive. You sniffed and as a team you cursed at each other with words that children don't want/shouldn't/shouldn't hear.

Fries are small instead of large, when asked they say they are the big ones, burger patty plant based cold, after ordering two coffees it becomes apparent that the machine is broken. There are good Burger Kings and there are not so good...

Nie wieder, dachte die Freundlichkeit würde nach dem Umbau besser, ganz im Gegenteil. Schuchtführerin dunkelhaarig noch unfreundlichen als vorher. Coponbedinungen sind meist unbekannt und man wird eher noch angepampt. Diese Diskussionen habe ich beim goldenen M nicht, was wieder dafür spricht einen Bogen um das Restaurant zu machen. 18.01.24 Heute musste ich mal nicht über die Einlösung der Coupons in der APP diskutieren und dachte jeden hat eine zweite Chance verdient. Leider wieder ein Reinfall, ich hatte essen für die Kollegen und mich in der Pause geholt. Nach 11 Min hatte ich das Essen endlich. Es fehlten 2 Burger 1x Pommes und noch nicht mal Servierten dabei.

Haben meine Pommes vergessen… für die ich bezahlt hatte! Junge junge so schwer ist das doch nicht…

Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert! Essen Qualität niedrig, keine Originale sausen von Burger King, zb Chili cheese schmeckt nach Plastik und ist überhaupt nicht Chili

Er ist neu eingerichtet, die arbeitsgerätschaften sind neu, teilweise neues Personal. Ich denke mal in 2 bis 3 Monaten ist alles eingespielt und kann neu bewertet werden.

Einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Fahrt nach Morgendorf,da gibt es wenigstens 3 Sterne. Heiligenroth sollte geschlossen werden.

Leider war nur der Drive geöffnet. Die Wartezeit war ziemlich lang. Auch ist die Station schwierig zu finden (Einfahrt nicht ausgeschildert). Essen war frisch.

Ein BK wie üblich. Auffällig, dass der Kaffee überhaupt nicht so gut schmeckt wie bei einem Mitbewerber.

Schade war auch schon mal besser. Lange Wartezeiten ist man hier ja gewohnt. Neu ist mittlerweile das es Burger die auf der Karte stehen nicht mehr gibt - also noch nie gab - in meinem Fall der Double Chilli Cheese - welchen ich mitbringen sollte - nur weil der Drive In Bestellungsaufnehmer es nicht im System findet. Qualitativ hat es ebenfalls deutlich nachgelassen. Warme Pommes sind mittlerweile eher zufällig. Bestellung sollte man vor Abfahrt auf Vollständigkeit kontrollieren - fehlt gerne mal was Schade wie es bergab geht
