So the food was lukewarm and there was no milkshake. I ordered the Bill Kaulitz menu and half of it was in the bag. They won't see me again, so Sauladen doesn't deserve a star

Unfortunately, they don't accept €200 notes because they can't transfer them. Complete nonsense. And the note on the door is just 1cm tall. The order total was 115€. I don't understand that with a company like that.

Chicken nuggets menu is about 3 EUR more expensive than other branches

Unfortunately only 4 terminals for ordering and one of them was out of service at the time of the visit. During peak times this means extra waiting time. Cleanliness wasn't available everywhere, it could definitely be better. Food was delivered reliably to the table and quickly despite many customers. Everything was complete and it tasted good too

Of the four order terminals, zero are working! The screen is broken on two of them, and no receipts are printed on the other two. There are no table stands at the terminals either. Apparently the staff has no time for table service. Some device in the kitchen is constantly whistling or honking loudly into the dining room.

The sink in the toilet apparently hasn't been cleaned for months, cappucchino tastes watery, croissant was good.

Very friendly service at the table. Always happy to come back.

Every time I try to order something again, only half of it gets packed. If you leave over €30 and then three things are missing, that's a mess.😡

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. I always enjoy coming there.

Reasonably nice staff, food is freshly made.

Basically a normal McDonald's like any other. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine seems to be constantly broken and unfortunately something is often forgotten when large orders are placed. But the food itself is of good quality.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, it's a total rip off!!

The waitress doesn't talk to you and usually doesn't speak German. The pick-up board was broken and some of the employees couldn't pronounce the numbers correctly. Food was ok but even though I canceled the onions there were onions on my burger.

There has been a huge crowd there for as long as I can remember. The customers are probably satisfied.

They were green, which is good because it meant the elephant got to the museum easily and didn't eat the sushi shop.

The planted based patty I ordered tasted extremely like meat, then I was put off with the fact that it was planted base but was prepared on the meat grill

I don't really like posting bad reviews on the internet, but I just have to share what I experienced yesterday. Yesterday I ordered a menu for myself and a plant-based menu with vegetarian burgers for my partner from the Neu-Ulm branch as a takeaway. At home, my friend bit into her veggie burger only to realize that it had MEAT on it and she had just eaten meat after 22 vegetarian years! If you are a branch advertising plant-based alternatives, you should ALWAYS stick to this and not put a burger with meat in a box that has been declared vegan/vegetarian. There are a wide variety of diets and intolerances. Halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, nut allergies, milk allergies, etc. As a restaurant you are responsible for quality assurance, which was simply ignored here. In my friend's case, it's not like she had an allergic reaction, but you don't serve meat products if you didn't order them. It is negligent to work so carelessly or perhaps even intentionally due to time pressure?! to act like that. So I drove back and the local boss offered to make me a new burger but seemed to have no understanding of the actual problem that his employees obviously put meat into the plant-based burgers when preparing them! In my opinion it is irresponsible and the manager obviously didn't care what his customers got to eat. I wasn't even offered a partial refund or a new menu (despite asking!). Mind you, I was on the road for a total of ¾ of an hour to make the complaint and the food was cold in the meantime. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice staff, friendly and accommodating

The food was okay by McDonald's standards. I don't know if I'm expecting too much, but I would like to talk to service staff in Germany in German. Unfortunately, communication is often a problem at McDonald. This doesn't work at all at the checkout etc. On the other hand, it could of course also be intentional. The customer is dissatisfied with something, the staff doesn't understand anything. Customer gives up and leaves. Customer satisfaction is very important here. Staff totally incompetent.

A classic chain restaurant. The service is lackluster and the restaurant is a bit too cramped for the location. Otherwise everything is typical.

Bigmac and Large Fries are simply missing... it's on the receipt, you just have to read.

20 min warten auf eine Bestellung, natürlich ist dann alles kalt.

Hallo , ich war seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr bei MC Donalds und dachte mir beim vorbeifahren jetzt ein paar Hamburger und ne Cola. Kurzerhand angehalten geparkt und rein ins Restaurant. Hamburger und Cola bestellt und musste über 10 Euro zahlen was mich echt überrascht hat. Nun gut dachte ich und freute mich auf die Hamburger. Als ich einen auspackte meinte ich Hulg zu sein meine Hände kamen mir zum Hamburger echt riesig vor. Jetzt hat ein Hamburger 1,99 Euro gekostet und hat noch nen Durchmesser von ca. 8 cm und einer Patty Dicke weit unter 5 mm. Das es ist ein Preisanstieg und eine Portionsminderung auf einmal. Lieber MC Donalds, leider habt ihr endgültig wieder einen Kunden verlohten,, denn diese 10 Euro haben mich weitaus nicht satt gemacht. Für diese 10 Euro muss ich länger arbeiten als der Genuss angehalten hat

Mal wieder war nichts mit Milchshakes. Aber sonst alles wie immer.

Gerade für über 30 Euro eingekauft. Gefehlt haben 6er Chicken McNuggets und alle der insgesamt 6 Saucen. Wie kann so etwas passieren? Und € 2,49 für so einen ekligen Cheesburger-Lappen ist Wucher.

Zögerliche Bedienung an der Kasse

Alles in Ordnung außer das in den Getränke in dieser Jahreszeit zu viel Eis rein kommt.

Einer der besseren McDonalds, vor allem was die Frische (Zubereitung) der Nahrungsmittel betrifft. Nicht wie in so vielen McDonalds Restaurants wo die Burger und McNuggets ziemlich abgestanden aussehen und genauso schmecken.

Leider wird am Personal gespart... Trotz SB-Kasse keine günstigeren Produkte ?

Sehr freundliches und geduldiges Personal und sauber ist es auch. Das hat mich so gefreut, dass ich sogar eine Rezension schreibe :)

Problem bei den Angeboten ist jetzt sehr häufig nur noch in der App zu bekommen was machen die Leute wo keine App haben

Your typical McDonald's! The only thing that gets a minus point is the parking lot. I have gotten stuck inside twice (for a few minutes) if the drive in line gets too long.

Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich. Sie haben untereinander sehr viel geredet und haben kaum auf die Kunden geachtet und das Essen einfach so aufs Tablett gelegt und haben kaum mit einem geredet

Sehr nettes Personal gewesen. Sehr Freundliche und zuvorkommend. Wir waren auf der Durchreise auf einen kleinen Snack dort. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht das es auch MC Donalds in gut gibt!

Essen sehr gut oft auch frisch. Leider hatte ich nach der Pakung 20er Packung Chicken Mc Nuggets schlagartig Durchfall. Dennoch empfehlenswert hier mal vorbeizuschauen. Ps. das bin nicht ich auf dem bild.

Wir kommen hier meistens nur zum Eis essen und sind so gut wie zufrieden. Das Personal ist nett und bearbeitet die Bestellungen ziemlich schnell!

Immer noch einer der Besten MC Donalds in Neu-Ulm und das schon seit Jahren bzw Jahrzehnten. Einfach gut! Top!

Das Essen dort hat mal besser geschmeckt, die Toiletten sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig, und es riecht zum Teil sehr komisch (nett formuliert).

Fastfood. Es wurde nix vergessen. Als alles gut.

McDonald's halt. Entweder man mag die sehr Fleisch reduzierten Burger oder nicht. Früher waren, glaube ich mich zu erinnern, 120/150 gramm Fleischpatties drauf, jetzt nur noch 80 gramm, zumindest schmeckt es so dünn, fade und trocken. Dafür sind sie aber sehr viel teurer geworden. Und das neue System des zusammen bauens der Burger ist auch nicht gut, habe nur noch lauwarme bekommen, obwohl die ja ganz frisch sein sollen. Eine extra Kaffee Ecke im Burger Imbiss, naja, sieht eher aus als wenn McDonald's Geld nötig hat. Sollten lieber über Qualität und Geschmack nachdenken, dann kämen auch wieder mehr Leute. Ich habe früher ganz gerne, auch öfters im Monat, dort was gegessen, jetzt langt's mir auch alle 1 bis 3 Monate mal was dort zu essen, öfters muss wirklich nicht mehr sein. Mittlerweile gibt es genügend andere die besser schmeckende Burger anbieten. Tja, empfehlen kann man da leider nichts mehr.

Wir sind öfters dort. Mal sauber, mal etwas weniger sauber. Mal sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, mal eher launische. Mal frisches, warmes Essen, mal eher nur lauwarm.

Bekannte Systemgastronomie. Bei der Sauberkeit leider deutlich unter dem üblichen Niveau! Das Bedienfeld des EC-Lesegerätes am Bestellterminal war ekelhaft belegt, das Waschbecken nicht sauber und die übliche Reinigungsliste erst gar nicht befüllt.

Bekommen, was man von MCDonald erwartet

Das eine Preiserhöhung auch bei McD stattfinden musste ist mir völlig klar und auch nachvollziehbar. Allerdings unverständlich ist für mich, die gleichzeitige Verkleinerung der Portionen. Das allerschlimmste allerdings ist für mich, die mangelhafte Qualität. Alles nur noch lauwarm und Nuggets welche mindestens 20 Minuten in warmhalte Stationen liegen… Dazu kommt noch ein Service-Personal, welches der Deutschen spreche nur mangelhaft mächtig sind. Sorry aber ihr müsst echt wieder bissle mehr auf Qualität und Service achten.

Besonders die großzügige Anordnung der Touchpads ist mir entgegengekommen! ❤️
