McDonald’s an Otto Hahn Straße hat bis jetzt immer alles gehabt. Aber es ist das vierte Mal dass die Apfeltasche wieder gefehlt hat. Heute war besonders viel los. Drei Personen haben meine Bestellung gemacht dann hat das happy mir gefehlt. Wieder eine Apfeltasche Saucen haben gefehlt und Strohhalm. Beim Service sollte man nicht machen das sollte eine Person die Bestellung fertig machen und genau kontrollieren, bevor man das alles einpackt.

Unterirdischer Kundenservice und absolut unprofessionelle Filialleitung! Ich habe heute einen McFlurry bestellt, bei dem die Schokosoße komplett vergessen wurde. Fehler können passieren, aber wie danach mit mir umgegangen wurde, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Die Filialleiterin ("Chefin") war extrem unhöflich, arrogant und absolut nicht kooperativ. Als ich den Fehler reklamierte, wurde uneinsichtig diskutiert. Ich habe sogar höflich angeboten, den Aufpreis für die fehlende Soße einfach noch mal extra zu zahlen, um das Problem unkompliziert zu lösen – selbst das wurde mir verweigert! Aus eigener Erfahrung in der Gastronomie weiß ich: Wenn ein Gast für einen Extra-Wunsch oder eine Korrektur bezahlen möchte, wird das kundenorientiert gelöst. Hier Fehlanzeige. Zu allem Überfluss sprach die Dame kaum Deutsch, was eine normale Kommunikation und Klärung des Problems unmöglich machte. Wer in einer Führungsposition so unprofessionell mit zahlenden Gästen umgeht, ist dort absolut fehl am Platz. Diese Filiale sieht mich definitiv nie wieder! Keine Empfehlung

Ideal mit der recht zeitaufwendigen App - schön wären Bio-Angebote und wieder schmackhaftere vegetarische Produkte.

Schon zum 2 mal nicht das erhalten was über die App bestellt wurde. Essen war immer nur lauwarm. Mitarbeiter bei Abholung am Drive in war der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und überfordert mit dem Gespräch. Habe auf eine wiederholte Reklamation verzichtet , der Aufwand steht nicht im Verhältnis zu dem was fehlte. Kontrolliert die Bestellungen umgehend beim Drive in oder geht ins Restaurant. Der Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht in diesem Restaurant

Ich habe gerade für fadt 20€ bestellt und wollte dann noch die Shakertüte mit gewürz. Dies wurde mir verweigert! Gibts nur im Menue. Was ist das fuer eine Haltung. Da geh ich nicht mehr hin

Morgens ist hier so schön ruhig.

Salat beschämend. Wenig und alt. Big Mac nicht lecker. War heute nicht so gut.

Essen mussten wir 25 Minuten warten auf Tischservice, dann war das Essen kalt die Mülleimer voll überfüllt das es teilweisse auf die Tische abgestellt wurde. Der Laden war nichtmal bis zur hälfte voll also eigentlich für Fastfood tote Hose und trotzdem solche Zustände.

Einer der besseren McDonalds, vor allem was die Frische (Zubereitung) der Nahrungsmittel betrifft. Nicht wie in so vielen McDonalds Restaurants wo die Burger und McNuggets ziemlich abgestanden aussehen und genauso schmecken. Update: 15.04.2026 Ein Stern ist für den heute bestellten Filet-O-Fish (Mc Drive) eigentlich noch zu großzügig. Das Produkt war offensichtlich alt, trocken und von der Konsistenz her eher mit Leder zu vergleichen als mit einem frischen Burger. Geschmacklich völlig inakzeptabel – am Ende blieb nichts anderes übrig, als ihn zu entsorgen. Unter diesen Umständen ist ein weiterer Besuch in diesem McDonald’s-Standort für mich ausgeschlossen.

Ich hatte ein Menü das serviert wurde, ein Lächeln wäre nett gewesen und ein "guten Appetit" vielleicht 😉

Sehr leckere Desserts. Man kann gut essen und sich entspannen, es gibt auch ein Kinderzimmer.

Einfach nur frech bitte geht nicht zu diesem McDonald’s In Neu-Ulm! Zu wiederholten Mal ist der McFlurry wider fast lehr. Unverschämt man bezahlt für den ganzen bekommt aber gerade so die Hälfte, wenn überhaupt! FECH!😔

Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und das Essen war bis jetzt immer schnell da und hat auch geschmeckt. Beim Eis ist es immer 50 / 50 ob es flüssig oder fest ist 😂 aber ansonsten passt es.

Wie kann man bei nem McMenü die Pommes vergessen aber dann die Mayo reinlegen? Es war unter der Woche Nachts und nichts los,leider erst Daheim bemerkt.

Ein typisches McDonals Restaurant, mein Essen war in Orndung. Jedoch war ein männlicher Mitarbeiter, welcher die Tische abräumte, etwas merkwürdig. Ich war als Frau alleine im Restaurant und er kam mehrmals sehr nah vorbei, um am Nachbartisch zu putzen und starrte mich regelrecht an. Als ich auf die Toilette ging, war er ebenfalls in der Damen-Toilette mit putzen beschäftigt. Kann auch alles ein Zufall sein, aber ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt..

Sehr geehrtes McDonald's Team, ich möchte mich über eine Situation in Ihrem Restaurant beschweren. Heute ist ein schöner, sonniger Tag und ich sitze draußen mit meinen Kindern. Meine zwei Kinder (3 und 4 Jahre alt) wollten gerne auf dem Spielplatz bzw. auf der Rutsche spielen. Da das Wetter gut ist, habe ich zwei Mitarbeiter gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, den Spielbereich draußen zu öffnen. Beide haben mir gesagt, dass das möglich sei. Wir haben daraufhin gewartet, aber niemand ist gekommen, um den Spielplatz zu öffnen. Später kam eine andere Mitarbeiterin und sagte uns, dass der Spielplatz doch nicht geöffnet werden könne, weil der Manager es nicht erlaube. Meine Kinder haben den Spielplatz gesehen und wollten unbedingt spielen. Am Ende waren sie sehr traurig und haben sogar geweint. Ich fand es sehr enttäuschend, dass uns zuerst gesagt wurde, es sei möglich, und später das Gegenteil, ohne eine richtige Erklärung. Außerdem empfand ich den Umgang der Mitarbeiter als unfreundlich. Betreff: Sofortige Maßnahmen erforderlich – eklatanter Hygienemangel Sehr geehrtes Management, heute musste ich in Ihrer Filiale beobachten, wie eine Mitarbeiterin, die in der Küche, am Tischservice und an der Kasse arbeitet, die Toilette verlässt, ohne sich die Hände zu waschen. Ich stand am Waschbecken und machte Platz – vergeblich. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und ein deutliches Gesundheitsrisiko für Ihre Kunden und Kollegen. Ich erwarte von Ihnen sofortige Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter strikte Hygienestandards einhalten. Nachdem der einzige vegetarische Burger aus dem Sortiment genommen wurde wollte ich heute den neuen probieren. Als meine Familie mir den "McVeggie TS" mit gebracht hat, stellte ich fest, dass echtes Fleisch im Burger war. Natürlich erst nachdem ich einen Biss probiert hatte. Hab dann jemand anderes probieren lassen und mir wurde bestätigt, dass es Fleisch ist. Ich finde es einfach unverschämt.

Ich habe eine cola bestellt mit einem sticker drauf mit einem code aber man hat mir eine normale cola gegeben.

Einfach nur schrecklich jetzt zum wiederholten Male ein McFlurry bekommen mit nur zwei kleinen Löffelchen Eis. Bei jeder anderen Filiale gibt es eine normale Portion, und hier wartet immer eine große Enttäuschung auf die kleine Menge Eis im Becher. Unverschämt!

I strongly advise everyone to check everything at the McDonald's drive-thru. You're constantly being ripped off. The reason given (new employees) is absolutely laughable. The real reason is probably the failure of management.

I ordered a cake menu and didn't get anything. Half an hour later, I asked what was going on and why my cake wasn't there. I ordered everything via my phone, showed the order, and even showed that it had been debited from my account. I didn't receive anything. The problem, however, is that the employees barely speak German. From now on, I'll never order via my phone again.

I ordered something different at the coffee counter than what I got. They sold me a cheap iced latte for the same price as the expensive latte shake, and nothing here tasted like caramel. And that was all done by the manager... So, it couldn't be worse.

NEVER AGAIN! I was never a fan of badmouthing McDonald's, but there comes a time to speak clearly. McDonald's never had the best quality, but it was cheap. Meanwhile, the prices have risen so much AND the quality has dropped so much that you just have to pull the ripcord. I ordered a "Hamburger Royal Cheese." I already knew it had nothing to do with "Royal," but something like that? And all for €12 (€11.69)!!! The most expensive kebab (yaprak - steak meat) in Ulm still costs less. The bill specifically stated "WITHOUT cucumber slices," but I still got it WITH cucumber slices... I have to say, the girl who responded to that apologized twice. And it wasn't even her fault. Now, about the quality: the potatoes felt like they were yesterday's. The patties, which were handled with bare hands in my presence, tasted of NOTHING, and the cheese spread tasted spoiled. I threw the whole thing away right away. Simply a rip-off. And I don't need any hypocritical "We're very sorry" and all that blah blah blah.

Not a single order is correct; they change the size of the fries, shakes, and drinks on their own initiative. The preparation was just "stuffed in" and immediately fell apart—no matter which dish. When asked to rectify a problem, the employees suddenly don't speak any German at all. The management should be here, ideally as a customer themselves. This doesn't live up to McDonald's reputation.

The cappuccino wasn't tasty and was bitter. I bought it in a large plastic takeaway cup, but the staff gave me a cardboard lid instead of a plastic one. When I asked for the matching set, they explained to me what a difference it made. I had to insist that they give me the matching set...🙈😵‍💫

I ordered a McSmart meal and was very disappointed overall. The fries were completely unsalted, pale, and tasted rather raw – definitely not cooked through. My drink wasn't completely full either. I was particularly negative about the service: The employees seemed disorganized and had difficulty understanding me. I also had to wait almost three minutes for my order – according to the documentation, it should be done in 90 seconds. Overall, a very disappointing visit. I hope things improve soon.

On July 30, 2025, at approximately 2:40 p.m., I ordered from McDonald's (purchase value approximately €60). When I completely poured the large fries onto the tray, I was shocked to see a large, green fly, already dead, lying among the fries. I immediately pointed this out to an employee, but the employee didn't understand a word of German. Finally, another employee didn't respond with an apology, but instead made it seem as if I was just making it up to get free fries. An absolute disgrace and an insinuation! I was so shocked that I unfortunately forgot to take a photo, but the situation itself was catastrophic. On top of that, the restrooms were disgusting, with no soap in the dispensers—I haven't experienced anything like that at McDonald's in a long time. No apology, no responsibility—never again from this location.

Don't eat at their place, you risk getting enterocolitis. They don't respect the rules of hygiene and health!!

I bought a few promotional products. I was given a shake at the drive-thru with a lid that was half-loose. When I tried to put it in my cup holder, the lid fell off, making the cup unstable and tipping over in the car. Thankfully, the whole shake only spilled in the cup holder. When I asked for something, the staff didn't even understand what I wanted from them, even though my hands were dirty. Instead of cheeseburger-style fries, I just got regular fries, and I paid €22 for that. A complete rip-off and a last time.

The food was okay, but the fact that customers can't even park properly without getting a ticket, since they now operate a parking depot, is a huge no-go. Save yourself the trip and go to the McDonald's in Ulm – better service, food always fresh, and no unnecessary parking fines!

Avoid at all costs. I received a ticket as a customer for exceeding the parking time. Unfortunately, signs are easy to miss. But receiving a ticket as a customer is outrageous. They've seen the last of me. Don't go to this store. I'll inform my approximately 15,000 contacts on social media. Extremely outrageous.

It's a shame that the breakfast coupons/offers only offer coffee or cappuccino... At least a hot chocolate or something similar could be offered, since not everyone drinks coffee or something similar... For these people, the vouchers are unfortunately completely pointless...

Friday, 9:45 a.m. Order ready. 10:05 a.m. Food ready. 20 minutes for a fast-food breakfast? There were only three other people here. That's unacceptable. And there wasn't much. No hot drink. Food is okay.

Everything was great on site, but the delivery service was poor. About a week ago, I ordered through Lieferando at 8:55 p.m., and at 10 p.m., the Lieferando/McDonalds order was canceled.

Abnormal, I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here!!! I ordered Chicken McNuggets online from Lieferando and what I got was the absolute worst. They used really old oil and the nuggets were rock hard, see pictures, just disgusting!!

The second time I purchase the Minecraft menu, I collect points to be able to purchase it. My son has never received a toy under the pretext that it was missing. I don't care, my child wanted a toy... where are the toys. I wrote a complaint, followed the instructions and presented the receipt. I ended up being humiliated by Ms. Smith as if it was my fault for asking about something they had advertised and complained about. It's not about a toy, a piece of plastic, but about the stolen smile of my child with special needs. His chance for a special day was ruined. Thank you gentlemen for the outrageous apology and hanging up, but I will always stand up for my child who is unable to do so!!!

McDonald's is good if you want something quick to eat. Unfortunately, during my last visit, a lot of things were broken and the waiting time was quite long, which spoiled the impression a bit. Still, it's okay for a quick snack - I just hope everything goes better next time.

Got scammed out of 4 cheeseburgers at the drive counter this evening!! That's almost 10 euros! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Parked and ate and worked for 3.5 hours and got a €40 fine from the parking depot! Never again McDonald's!

Chaotic visit – long wait and cold food My last visit to this McDonald's was a complete disappointment. Even though there were only two other orders active, it took forever. After 15 minutes my order was shown as “ready” – but it wasn’t. Instead I had to wait another 15 minutes. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the shift manager did not improve the situation - on the contrary. Instead of being supportive, she constantly yelled at the staff and gave preferential treatment to her own orders. This has nothing to do with a good working atmosphere or fast service. When I finally got my food, half of it was already cold. This is not what I know or expect from McDonald’s. A really disappointing visit that I'd rather avoid in the future.

Ordered: 10:19 a.m. ... food finally ready, watched: 10:43 Little to nothing going on Order: 1x "Big" Morning Chicken, 1x McMuffin Fresh Chicken. Waited with a bunch of other customers, employees calm in person other orders were ready despite nothing further. Then oh wonder order ready, joy Big, unpacked and the initial disappointment grows... Big so small McMuffin develops into a small Happs. Warm is different, actually only cold and paid 7 euros for 2 small cold bites and waited 30 minutes even though there was nothing going on... Yep, ordered 4 times in 2 other McDonald's stores at that time, even in the midday high life time, and waited less than 5 minutes and the food was hot even in the stores!

Apple turnovers were packed into the bag. Another employee went out again and looked at the durability adhesive. He ran behind with it. A woman came back with apple turnovers. Later I discovered that instead of making new apple turnovers, the glue was simply removed.

Super clean branch. Staff is very friendly and quick.

I often take a break at this McD on the way home on weekends. It's always quick and the food has the consistent quality you're used to. Absolutely no complaints from me. Table service has always worked and the ordering terminals are plentiful. One broke down when I was there. The terminal was functional again on the following visit.

Dirty, unfriendly and no German

Briefly summarized. Ice cream and shakes are either "out" in the evening or the machine is broken... that's the only drawback. Fries were always fresh and tasty, and the burgers were never old. Unfortunately, they still exaggerate with cloths. And unfortunately you still can't use a shake as a drink with the 20 chicken nuggets, which you can do with the 9s. Could still be changed. Everything happens really quickly in the drive-in. Basically I'm very satisfied!

Worst MCD I've ever been to. Wanted to sit in the children's room (formerly a ball pit). It wasn't cleaned up, everything was stuck to the weft, even when we pointed it out, nothing happened. Burgers were ok, but two hamburgers were missing. Someone should really pay more attention to this.

The employees who deal with the food do not wear gloves. Is that normal?

Great service and quality! I went to McDonald's today and am very satisfied. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The order came quickly and was exactly as I placed it. The restaurant was very clean - both the tables and the toilets were in good condition. The food was fresh and tasty, exactly as you would expect. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was juicy and well topped. The drinks were also well chilled. Value for money is right, and the menu offers something for every taste. I only had to wait a few minutes.

After a day the dirt still hasn't been cleaned. Food as always...

Food was ok so far. However, the toilets were a disaster. Both the toilet cubicles and the urinals. I don't even want to describe it in detail because it was really disgusting. I was there in the morning and I doubt that the last cleaning was done the day before. Maybe the previous month

The nth time the order is wrong, you always have to check before you leave whether everything is in there and the right one. It's been like this for three or four months, before that it was great. Two months ago we also had to wait twenty-five minutes for two chocolates with an espresso shot. There was no espresso, noticed too late, bad luck. There was no feedback either.

The last shop. Staff totally haphazard, the store always looks dingy. When you order at the terminal, you are told that milkshakes are only available in reusable cups, so I pay the extra €2, only to be told when I pick it up that the machine is broken, again. Besides, half of my order was forgotten. Great idea to increase sales. I advise everyone to avoid this branch.

A disaster, I ordered and paid for a vegan burger and they served me meat!! It's so serious, I'm shocked. I haven't eaten meat for 8 years so I'm very angry. A scandal! We can't have any confidence.

Lots and lots of rodents in the parking lot, disgusting, I asked the shift manager about it, answer: Grinning, what can I do 🤷 and now and then the wrong food. Number and content instead of normal nuggets, these vegan Mc Plants. But I didn't notice until late at home.
