Some of the employees at this location are particularly courteous and personable - you immediately feel at home. Occasionally there are minor language barriers, but this does not affect the friendly service. By far my favorite KFC in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and the surrounding area!

You don't treat customers like that, especially when there are children, I'm not surprised that the store is always empty, thank you for this lousy treatment 🤬

I was craving KFC again after a long time, but I was absolutely disappointed. €10.30 thrown in the bin!! The chicken has been lying there for a few hours and I can chew on it for days. The fries were so well... The employee at the drive in was very friendly and helped me choose the menu.

It was completely different here. It hasn't been there for a while, but some things don't work as well as before. First of all, there was a longer wait, even though there was almost nothing going on. OK. Then it was noticeable that there were complaints about missing parts for almost every meal. During pick-up meals, all the bags were carefully taken apart and checked by the customers and then complained about. A part was missing from our clear order. It would be brought to the table. After 25 minutes nothing had happened, the repeated request was somehow completely ignored. Only after massive and persistent inquiries was the missing part passed over the counter. Somehow I think there was a change of ownership here and the new employees are physically present, but nothing more. Service is probably overrated here. I won't need it anymore in the future.

"Lowly visited" - Nevertheless, you won't be served for 30 minutes, but orders received after ours will be processed and handed out... with kisses on the cheek, probably relatives n.a. I don't care either... Then we went to BurgerKing, hey and what can I say - in comparison, all hell broke loose and after 7 minutes we had. our food... This is not the first failure of this branch, but the first that forced me to give a review. It's a shame - other KFCs can do it too...

Disappointing experience - never again! My last visit to KFC in Neu-Ulm was an absolute disappointment. The food was lukewarm at best, the fries were undercooked and also only lukewarm. The drinks were served in a soft, limp cup - not very appetizing. The salad came in a plastic cup with cling film, along with a wooden fork, which became soggy in no time and made everything taste like cheap material. The absolute negative point, however, was the so-called disabled toilet. It was dirty and absolutely unsuitable for people with disabilities! A single bracket on the left side that only hung on a wobbly screw - a real danger when under load! Anyone who relies on support has no chance of using this toilet safely. I seriously wonder if there was ever any quality control here. This was the last visit to this restaurant for me!

Well, I was here once a few years ago and I really couldn't complain... But after a long time we were there again today...what can I say it really wasn't good!!! When we entered the restaurant we were met by a man who was begging for money and it was really annoying! When this was mentioned it was ignored... there was probably a guest there... Then ordering at this terminal was more than complicated...the staff there didn't help either...well, with other almost stupid chains it's really very easy...but we helped several older people because the staff wasn't able to do that! Then we waited 25 minutes for our order...there were only 2 orders in front of us... I ordered my burger without sandwich sauce because I just can't tolerate it and don't like the taste of it, then it felt like there was twice as much sandwich sauce on it, I complained very friendly about it, then it took about 2 minutes and I got a new burger completely without sauce... OK, but when I took a bite it was just really cold, like it had just come out of the fridge...then I complained again...then he took my burger and threw it in the trash can...without a word...then ran away...well then I ran back to my seat and thought now I'll just wait...then he came after a few minutes...and wow the burger was really hot at first I was happy but then I unpacked the accident...well now he just did it I took a whole cold burger and threw it in the microwave...disgusting...the bacon was limp, the fat from it was absorbed by the flabby bun, the salad was also rather inedible from the microwave...well what can I say...never again!!!!!!! Oh, what should perhaps also be mentioned is that the three people behind the counter were really overwhelmed...even though there was nothing going on and they really weren't under any stress. As I said, 25 minutes of waiting time for 2 orders in front of us...so much for fast food.... I don't even know what to say, I'm so disappointed!!!

Food is the same everywhere. Only the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Drink station filthy and sticky. No clean tables and the waiting time of over 20 minutes are a no-go. I was in the fiale with my wife. We each had a burger with fries and a milkshake. My wife ordered her burger without sauce. The burger came with sauce. We complained about the burger. The following burger was ice cold. So complaint number two. The third came straight out of the microwave whole. A really nice mushy salad. This approach is absolutely underground. I've never experienced anything like this at KFC. The staff is so overwhelmed with 5 orders. I hope things change here. For now, this will be my last time here. Went to KFC Neu-Ulm today. The two employees at the counter acted as if they didn't speak German. When spoken to, they simply shrugged their shoulders several times. Because my chicken pieces weren't cooked through. I wanted to complain, but again I just shrugged my shoulders. And pointing at the order. The fries were almost cold. This won't win you any customers. Never again.

Despite pre-ordering we had to wait. In principle that wouldn't have been a problem. But we still got cold burgers & inedible fries. We cannot recommend it.

First of all, unfortunately the branch does not participate in the electronic ordering system. That's a bit of a shame, but the terminals work OK. I have to say, we haven't been to KFC in over 20 years. It just wasn't right back then and it stays that way. Things haven't really changed for the better. The selection of drinks has become very minimalistic, at least that's how we felt. Something like Mirinda should also be offered as a classic sugar variant. The food was OK, but we found the "large" fries more of a joke. The burgers were OK. Of the hot wings included in the menu, only the smallest wings were carefully selected. All in all, very expensive, moderately friendly but relatively clean. Apart from the drinks dispensing stations. We'll just come back in 20 years. Let's see.

Cold burgers, cold fries and a branch manager who is not open to criticism. Friendly pointed out that unfortunately the food was cold, the branch manager immediately threw the tablet with all the food in the trash. Absolutely intolerant and didn't accept that his food was cold. We're not coming anymore!

Food was great, ladies toilets, well. Apparently toilets checked around 8 p.m.; 8:36 p.m. zero soap in the dispenser. 1 faucet sprays in all possible directions, the other only offers a pitiful trickle. Middle toilet cannot be locked because the screws on the hinge are loose and the cubicle door is hanging at half past eight. Right cabin door is only hanging slightly, but should be checked. The hygiene bags are carelessly stuffed behind the radiator and distributed throughout the cabin. At least it made a clean impression overall. I don't understand why people have long since moved away from real tableware only to offer a reusable service for which you have to register separately. But it doesn't have to be that way.

KFC Neu-Ulm: A real recommendation! I really enjoy eating at the KFC in Neu-Ulm, and I like it much better than the branch in Ulm. What is particularly pleasant is the possibility of convenient parking, which makes the visit stress-free right from the start. On sunny days I enjoy eating outside on the terrace - it creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The service is always friendly and the restaurant is very clean, which is a big plus for me. I come here at least once a month to enjoy my favorite food. For anyone looking for an uncomplicated and delicious meal, I can only warmly recommend KFC Neu-Ulm!

Legendarily bad. Nothing going on and the warming containers are full of chicken pieces. They just have to mature properly after being fried, not that they are still crispy.

We went to KFC on Tuesday last week. This day is Hotwings action day. We've been happy to take advantage of this offer, but that day everything was different. If a promotion is made, then the product should also correspond to the normal non-promotional product. However, there wasn't a single piece of meat that was bigger than the little finger. That's what I call cheating the customer, because I know how big hotwings normally are, these were a maximum of 1/3 as big

The food was quite good. Actually everything was cleaned very well. Unfortunately, the employees couldn't handle the orders at all. Something was missing and it took a little longer until the food was ready. If there were a lot of orders, I could understand that, but apart from us there weren't very many people there.

I thought the meaning of these fastfood restaurants worldwide is that they serve food with the same taste in every county but it seems that I misunderstood something because this was such an inconvenient experience.

KFC is obviously doing a lot of things wrong!! First of all, I find it almost outrageous that a fast food chain that fried everything in oil etc. cares so much about its customers that they no longer have the freedom to choose whether they want diet drinks or the normal version of the drink . So there are only zero drinks or water. Drinks used to come in glasses, now you get a cheap coffee mug. There were porcelain plates and metal forks, now cardboard boxes and a wooden fork that is of course thrown away. The prices are of course still at a higher level. So I ask myself, "Are you actually kidding us?? So for me that was it with KFC.

The price-performance ratio is really no longer there. You used to pay €15 for a menu of 3 pieces of chicken, fries, salad and a drink, but now that's no longer available and you have to take them individually - that was now €22.50 for the same meal. This is no longer acceptable. It's a shame but that's it for me now.

The food was very tasty and the employees were super friendly. We even got coffee on the house :) If you ever feel like chicken, it's worth a visit. You can also save something here and there with the vouchers

This KFC is mostly tidy and offers enough space. It is currently difficult to reach due to the many construction sites, but is recommended for occasional KFC visits. It is quieter and more spacious than the KFC on Blaubeurer Straße. The new order tablets are not yet optimal, but I still give them 4 stars.

It took a long time to make 2 burgers even though there was no one in the entire restaurant, about 20 minutes. The same happened to those who came after us.

No cola because the essence is empty. The employees don’t care because: “Sorry, no German”. They don't want to understand and explain in English, we don't have Coke, only Pepsi. But at Spezi only Fanta comes. The floor is sticky, the toilet smells unenterable and tables look like they are wiped once a day. The burgers aren't great per se, but mine were lukewarm. I had to wait 18 minutes for filet bites. Nobody accepts complaints. 25 years ago it was one of the best KFCs ever, you even got free coffee all the time. Today I know why the store is empty. I'll never set foot there again.

Wir wollten Mittags noch nen Happen essen! Da in Wien KFC sehr lecker war ob der hohen Preise, dachten wir man geht in Ulm mal dorthin! Kurz gesagt war es echt ne Katastrophale Erfahrung! Der Bestellvorgang war ja noch annehmbar! Allerdings alles ab Bezahlung unterste Kategorie! Hab ich so noch nie erlebt! Ja bei den Mitbewerbern im Fast Food Business hat auch mal was gefehlt oder dergleichen aber das hier war übelst ! Wir standen am Tresen mit unserem Bon und konnten zusehen wie unsere Bestellung angefangen wurde! Der Mitarbeiter stand dann ca 10 Minuten vor unserem Tablet und hatte irgendwie keine Ahnung was nich fehlte! Der einzig kompetente Mitarbeiter mit Headset versuchte die Situation in den Griff zu bekommen da einige Kunden auf ihr Essen warteten! Ich habe dann reklamiert man möge bitte die Bestellung nochmals neu machen weil nach der Zeit alles kalt war! Dies wurde dann gemacht, dauerte aber ebenfalls ! Trotzdem fehlten Servietten, ein Becher, eine Gabel usw. Getränke geschnappt und an einen dreckigen Tisch gesetzt! Das zubereitete war jenseits von gut! Der Burger nur mit einem schlaffen chicken ohne Salat, Gurke oder Tomate! Die Sauce war irgendwas zwischen süß und sauer! Mit sauer mein ich eher über der Lebenserwartung derjenigen! Die Chicken Bites meiner Frau haben den Namen nicht ansatzweise verdient! Sahen eher so aus wie das was bei einer Friteuse durch den Korb fällt wenn man schüttelt! Die Pommes waren ok! Zu den Getränken muss ich wohl nichts sagen! Wer jemals Pepsi oder Sprite getrunken hat und nicht gerade irgendwann mal falsch abgebogen ist wird merken das die Brühe nur übelstes Zuckerwasser ist! Und das auch noch ohne Kohlensäure! Der Toilettengang brachte auch keine Besserung, die Anlage ist weit entfernt von sauber oder hygienisch! Wir werden dieses Lokal (Spelunke) jedenfalls demnächst meiden! Fanboys werden wohl ihre Freude damit haben, aber mir ist das Geld dafür zu Schade!

By far the worst KFC restaurant within 100km. The food is always incomplete and the burgers are rarely warm. I'll take my money somewhere else in the future.
