Completely overwhelmed staff, who don't bring enough food to the tray. Service was mediocre, but there was still a wait, even though you have to pay at the terminal. These things aren't intuitive, and the UI in the submenus takes some getting used to!! In front of me, I was missing ordered dishes, which naturally caused complaints... The order slips are also confusingly structured. Still, anyone who can read can see what was ordered... Training is needed here!

The last place!!!! Brutally hot and stuffy, endless wait times, and on top of that, the special offer's mush tastes disgusting. A cold, soggy burger, completely filthy in some kind of broth, plus the hot wings tossed in the same mush, all cold, and over-salted fries... Very pleasant, definitely my last visit there, although I have to say that Neu Ulm used to be really good.

We waited almost 30 minutes for our food, and even then, the side dishes were still missing, which only arrived after we alerted the staff twice. Some of the lights were broken and flickering. The ordering terminal crashed while we were ordering, so we had to wait in line again. There was no indication of a defect. The floor throughout the restaurant was greasy, so much so that three people were seen slipping during our 15-minute wait. To get such an experience for the money is truly abysmal.

Our visit to KFC was a huge disappointment. We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food. When it was finally ready, we discovered that part of our order was missing, and we had to wait again. Some of the employees at this location are particularly courteous and personable - you immediately feel at home. Occasionally there are minor language barriers, but this does not affect the friendly service. By far my favorite KFC in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and the surrounding area!

It was completely different here. It hasn't been there for a while, but some things don't work as well as before. First of all, there was a longer wait, even though there was almost nothing going on. OK. Then it was noticeable that there were complaints about missing parts for almost every meal. During pick-up meals, all the bags were carefully taken apart and checked by the customers and then complained about. A part was missing from our clear order. It would be brought to the table. After 25 minutes nothing had happened, the repeated request was somehow completely ignored. Only after massive and persistent inquiries was the missing part passed over the counter. Somehow I think there was a change of ownership here and the new employees are physically present, but nothing more. Service is probably overrated here. I won't need it anymore in the future.

Disappointing experience - never again! My last visit to KFC in Neu-Ulm was an absolute disappointment. The food was lukewarm at best, the fries were undercooked and also only lukewarm. The drinks were served in a soft, limp cup - not very appetizing. The salad came in a plastic cup with cling film, along with a wooden fork, which became soggy in no time and made everything taste like cheap material. The absolute negative point, however, was the so-called disabled toilet. It was dirty and absolutely unsuitable for people with disabilities! A single bracket on the left side that only hung on a wobbly screw - a real danger when under load! Anyone who relies on support has no chance of using this toilet safely. I seriously wonder if there was ever any quality control here. This was the last visit to this restaurant for me!

Well, I was here once a few years ago and I really couldn't complain... But after a long time we were there again today...what can I say it really wasn't good!!! When we entered the restaurant we were met by a man who was begging for money and it was really annoying! When this was mentioned it was ignored... there was probably a guest there... Then ordering at this terminal was more than complicated...the staff there didn't help either...well, with other almost stupid chains it's really very easy...but we helped several older people because the staff wasn't able to do that! Then we waited 25 minutes for our order...there were only 2 orders in front of us... I ordered my burger without sandwich sauce because I just can't tolerate it and don't like the taste of it, then it felt like there was twice as much sandwich sauce on it, I complained very friendly about it, then it took about 2 minutes and I got a new burger completely without sauce... OK, but when I took a bite it was just really cold, like it had just come out of the fridge...then I complained again...then he took my burger and threw it in the trash can...without a word...then ran away...well then I ran back to my seat and thought now I'll just wait...then he came after a few minutes...and wow the burger was really hot at first I was happy but then I unpacked the accident...well now he just did it I took a whole cold burger and threw it in the microwave...disgusting...the bacon was limp, the fat from it was absorbed by the flabby bun, the salad was also rather inedible from the microwave...well what can I say...never again!!!!!!! Oh, what should perhaps also be mentioned is that the three people behind the counter were really overwhelmed...even though there was nothing going on and they really weren't under any stress. As I said, 25 minutes of waiting time for 2 orders in front of us...so much for fast food.... I don't even know what to say, I'm so disappointed!!!

I was in the fiale with my wife. We each had a burger with fries and a milkshake. My wife ordered her burger without sauce. The burger came with sauce. We complained about the burger. The following burger was ice cold. So complaint number two. The third came straight out of the microwave whole. A really nice mushy salad. This approach is absolutely underground. I've never experienced anything like this at KFC. The staff is so overwhelmed with 5 orders. I hope things change here. For now, this will be my last time here. First of all, unfortunately the branch does not participate in the electronic ordering system. That's a bit of a shame, but the terminals work OK. I have to say, we haven't been to KFC in over 20 years. It just wasn't right back then and it stays that way. Things haven't really changed for the better. The selection of drinks has become very minimalistic, at least that's how we felt. Something like Mirinda should also be offered as a classic sugar variant. The food was OK, but we found the "large" fries more of a joke. The burgers were OK. Of the hot wings included in the menu, only the smallest wings were carefully selected. All in all, very expensive, moderately friendly but relatively clean. Apart from the drinks dispensing stations. We'll just come back in 20 years. Let's see.

We went there spontaneously for dinner with the family. The self-selection menu is not very clear, we just struggled to find our way around, which is unthinkable for seniors. The food was ready quite quickly, but quite manageable for two small menus we paid €21.58. Personally, I think it's way too much. Food was completely soft and mushy after 15 minutes. Neither the fries nor the chicken pieces were crispy. I used to remember KFC better. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio no longer fits, which is a shame.

Food was great, ladies toilets, well. Apparently toilets checked around 8 p.m.; 8:36 p.m. zero soap in the dispenser. 1 faucet sprays in all possible directions, the other only offers a pitiful trickle. Middle toilet cannot be locked because the screws on the hinge are loose and the cubicle door is hanging at half past eight. Right cabin door is only hanging slightly, but should be checked. The hygiene bags are carelessly stuffed behind the radiator and distributed throughout the cabin. At least it made a clean impression overall. I don't understand why people have long since moved away from real tableware only to offer a reusable service for which you have to register separately. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Was in drive thru the other day. Speed looks different. Patty, rude answers to the question. When I took the food with me was the cherry on top. 18 hot wings that fit in pieces, but were very small and puny. The branch used to be good. Too bad.

KFC Neu-Ulm: A real recommendation! I really enjoy eating at the KFC in Neu-Ulm, and I like it much better than the branch in Ulm. What is particularly pleasant is the possibility of convenient parking, which makes the visit stress-free right from the start. On sunny days I enjoy eating outside on the terrace - it creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The service is always friendly and the restaurant is very clean, which is a big plus for me. I come here at least once a month to enjoy my favorite food. For anyone looking for an uncomplicated and delicious meal, I can only warmly recommend KFC Neu-Ulm!

It is almost never crowded and you can think and eat in peace here. The service is fabulous and friendly and should stay that way. What's best is the peace and quiet, as there aren't that many visitors during the day, or at lunchtime around 12:30 p.m. Best regards.

Legendarily bad. Nothing going on and the warming containers are full of chicken pieces. They just have to mature properly after being fried, not that they are still crispy.

We went to KFC on Tuesday last week. This day is Hotwings action day. We've been happy to take advantage of this offer, but that day everything was different. If a promotion is made, then the product should also correspond to the normal non-promotional product. However, there wasn't a single piece of meat that was bigger than the little finger. That's what I call cheating the customer, because I know how big hotwings normally are, these were a maximum of 1/3 as big

The food was quite good. Actually everything was cleaned very well. Unfortunately, the employees couldn't handle the orders at all. Something was missing and it took a little longer until the food was ready. If there were a lot of orders, I could understand that, but apart from us there weren't very many people there.
