On Friday, March 21, 2025, my husband and I ordered a McSunday and a McFlurry. We waited 20 minutes for ice cream and only got it after we asked, even though we had a table reservation. It wasn't a big deal, but the ice cream portions were incredibly small. My husband complained, but we were told "that's how it is with us" and were treated rudely. The male service staff was uncomprehending, rude, and disastrous. We've had bad experiences before and haven't been back in a long time because of them. We wanted to give the place a second chance after years, but instead we saw it deteriorate further. We won't be going there again.

So, you can't give 5 stars for fast food. You can't really rate fast food positively either. But if you need something quick in a pinch, you can definitely visit this restaurant called "Zur Goldenen Möve" ;)
Well, what can you say McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and the food is of course tasty but not filling. Employees are not that friendly but I can understand that.
In the app there are almost only very expensive things, almost only menus and combined things. I would like more individual coupons
The place is full of these idiots. You can't find a parking space anywhere on the site, and you have to endure rude comments. As a woman, it feels very uncomfortable.
I'm definitely not going there again; I'd rather go hungry.
I've never had such perfect burgers. Hot, not squished and just perfect.
I also experienced an absolute novelty at this McDonald's. I was asked by a service person if everything was OK. Wow. That's how it has to be. I'll remember this shop.
Another bad experience with the staff. That was probably the last time. I wanted to buy a specific figure from the Happy Meal individually (the bee from the Minecraft film), I first received the wrong box from the still quite friendly gentleman at the checkout, so far so good, I unknowingly accepted it and only unpacked it in the car. Noticing the wrong contents, I made my way back to the checkout and asked for the correct box. I was then informed that the figure was already sold out. Logically, I then wanted my money back. The seller at the checkout was not aware of whether it was even possible to return the money. He then summoned the SCHHICHTLEITER, who then pointed out to me in a specific and unfriendly way that the figure was sold out. I'll spare you the exact course of the conversation. Of course, getting money back isn't an option either, he "can't take the money out of the cash register." Understandable, it would be terrible if companies simply took back their goods, how can they... I then left the store and probably won't enter it again. Anyone who treats their customers like that probably doesn't want to have any. Of course I hope that the responsible shift manager is happy about his €3 turnover, if you want to allocate that internally - we were there on April 11th. there at 9:25 p.m. :)

If you go there before eating... you don't need to eat anything else... if you go there after eating... you can leave your dad's food there again out of sheer disgust and gag reflex!!!
