October 31, 2024 7:15 p.m. As expected, on a day like this it is quite crowded at this time of day and it can be hectic and tiring for the staff, no question. But when the team leader just stands in the room and tries to call out numbers (in quick succession for 2 different orders) for table service orders, which are lost in the babble of voices in a busy catering company and then turns around and says "well then not" that's it a very subterranean performance. In addition, the outside area remained unnoticed by the same employee. The tablets were then simply placed on the counter at the front and ignored. We then notified customers outside so they could pick up their cooled orders themselves. Oh yes, on the third attempt by the lazy employee, I had the pleasure of pointing out to her that table service does not mean that customers come to her and that the establishment still has an outdoor area that you should also take into account. Well, as expected, criticism wasn't well received. I thought it was good that the team leader tried to support her colleagues, but the way she acted didn't set a role model for her team and left a negative impression on customers. Please make improvements (handle stressful situations more professionally) or do not offer table service if it overwhelms the employees. LG

The food was good. All drinks were out of concentrate. Apparently the hygiene of the tables is not taken seriously. A lot of the previous visitors were still standing around, the atmosphere was a bit dingy. The food itself was good 👍

Unfortunately, communication with the employees is a bit complicated because German was not learned properly and half of the order was not taken.

This time I was unlucky and ended up on a stressful night shift. On top of everything, the burger meat was burnt. Since it was take away, unfortunately noticed too late. The food was warm, which unfortunately is no longer a given at every Mäci. Unfortunately no gluten-free burger buns (like in Austria), but the mixed salad was really a mixed salad. Staff very nice and friendly

Disrespectful staff. We ordered via the app and then wanted to pick it up at the drive-thru. We had a problem with the payment method and wanted to solve the problem... but the good lady at the second window went straight on the attack and became quite disrespectful. The young lady at the second window, young black hair, striped sweater. On October 25th, 2024 at 9:28 p.m.… I don't recommend it, if you have a problem keep it to yourself... We then went to Burger King because the staff didn't show any insight.

McDonald’s at the rest stop. There are very few parking spaces directly in front of the McDonald's (there are still a few across the street from the rest area). The toilets were somewhat clean. Ordering possible via the usual terminals. Food was served quickly.

The breakfast is good but very dirty early in the morning almost all the tables were dirty

Food was prepared and brought to the table fairly quickly. Employee was friendly. The meat in the cheeseburger has become much smaller and the price has increased. Price performance poor!!!

Service Kraft just threw my donut the wrong way around and the donut didn't taste good either and didn't understand my joke, wait a minute, not good at all
