Actually, the location is perfect for my cappuccino to take away, but if I order a cappuccino WITH sugar every time and 9 out of 10 orders have NO sugar in it, I definitely won't go there anymore!

In the past, about 5 to 6 years ago, this was a really good branch. The food was always fresh and the shop was really chic. Unfortunately that is no longer the case today. First of all, I have to say that the service is still very good and the employees are very friendly. But that was it. The burger was already dried out on the edge and quite cold and the fries were also a bit wobbly. And inside the whole room seems pretty neglected, although it was pretty clean here.

The only thing that didn't cause any problems here was the WiFi. Communication with the employees is difficult because more Turkish is spoken than German, we had to pay extra for the ketchup for the fries and there wasn't even a whole slice of cheese on a burger. In addition, the condition of the toilets was terrible.

I like to eat at McDonalds every now and then. However, this branch is a disaster. Cheeseburger soggy, squished together. Curry Fries burnt and rock hard, the chicken patty on both Crispy Chickens as well, the breading more black than golden brown, baked for too long and tons of flies on the table. Really impossible, really bad.

Today I ordered a McFlurry at the terminal and the lady told me that they only had chocolate ice cream. A fast food restaurant can never get 5 stars. 3 stars is quite okay for that. The service was great, but there was a problem with the cleanliness of the tables. Eating is no fun. The tables are only partially cleaned. It was interesting to see how the staff cleaned individual areas of the tables and how many dirty areas they overlooked became. A tip from me: It is Wiping the entire table is quicker than cleaning individual dirty areas of the table and overlooking many others. Therefore the ambience only gets 2 stars.

I've never had such perfect burgers. Hot, not squished and just perfect. I also experienced an absolute novelty at this McDonald's. I was asked by a service person if everything was OK. Wow. That's how it has to be. I'll remember this shop.

One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Constantly, but really constantly, several items are missing from ONE order. Burgers, fries, drinks, not small items like ketchup or sauce. The food is usually cold by the time it arrives at the table. Only the nuggets are always nice and warm. I know it's McDonald's and not a high-end restaurant, but with the prices they charge these days, hot food should be the bare minimum!

Here fast food becomes slow food. Drive is a test of patience. The location right on the motorway and with 20 electric petrol pumps in front of the door has an extremely high frequency and is therefore completely undersized. I've often left because of extremely long waiting times. 4 cars at the counter and you're already blocking the parking spaces, which are also far too few for motorway customers. You don't need to come here at peak times. I now always go to the Mäc in Stockstadt. Never waiting times.

The problem at McDonalds lately, not just here but in general, is that the Big Mac and cheeseburgers are no longer hot. The cheese lies on the meat as if it had just been taken out of the package and placed on top. You get annoyed when you get lukewarm food.

No vegetarian/vegan food!!! We are often passing through and drive through the drive in in Kleinostheim. My girlfriend eats vegetarian. I can't remember that this MC Donald ever actually managed to hand out the offered "McPlant" products or the plant-base products when you ordered them. It's annoying when you continue driving in good faith and only realize it's no longer worth turning around. So far we have always turned a blind eye, but now I have concerns that it is purely intentional. This can't be a coincidence with a rate of 99% Qualified training should definitely take place here so that the employees get to know the differences and pass them on to the customer! Absolute no-go!!!

It was eaten, but definitely one of my worst McDonalds visits. All fries were only half filled and also soggy. We ordered spicy nuggets and got normal ones. A burger was ordered without onions, but there were still some on it. In general, the burgers were also very dry and tasted like they had been sitting there for a long time (which is unlikely since the place was extremely crowded).

We always use Mc Drive and eat at home. Unfortunately, the last few times we've had the experience of forgetting to pack something. First it was just a cheeseburger, the next time a Mc Rip and yesterday even a 6 and a 9 pack of chicken nuggets. We always order for several people and spend around €60. It can't be that I should empty out all the bags in the car to check everything. That will not do!

Never experienced anything like this! I ordered plant base nuggets in the Mc Drive when there was a high number of guests and actually got them. I only noticed this after I had already had the first one in my mouth, turned around and drove back to McDonald's, this time I went in and explained my problem where my problem was immediately accepted by the only polite employee became. The gentleman who had taken the orders at Mc Drive was standing in the room at that moment and looked at me very strangely. One of the best McDonald's branches in Aschaffenburg, the waiting time after ordering is okay, the employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean - I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Fries were cold and soggy. I asked for new ones, they didn't come. Other customers got fresh fries. After 15 minutes I left. Impudent and customer unfriendly. Then it would be better to go somewhere else, certainly not after KOH!

I ordered a chai latte and got some coffee-based drink. I complained, whereupon the lady made me milk with what felt like 3kg of some kind of syrup. I filed a complaint online and still never got my money back... such a big chai isn't cheap. An impudence. Don't hire bariatas who can't do their job!!

We had dinner here at around midnight and unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience. Ordered at the self-service terminal and was told to take a standee with the number for table service, unfortunately there weren't any. Later we saw that these were only at the checkout. So we picked up the order ourselves. After the ordering process was completed, the staff was busy clearing the goods from boxes. It didn't seem like anyone cared about the order. When the time came, the Big Mac was still lukewarm and something was missing from the Happy Meal (but we got it after complaining). The trash can in the parking lot was overflowing. All tray return stations were overflowing. Overall, the branch didn't seem very clean and the cleanliness of the toilets - not good at all.

Coupons are displayed that cannot be ordered in the branch. You go to the checkout and order the double pack menu (example 2 Bigmac in the menu for €11.99). When you order you are told that the first burger has to be a vegetarian burger and that the coupon is wrong. In my opinion, pure money-making. We stopped at MC Donalds Kleinostheim on our way through with our baby. The cleanliness in the restaurant is absolutely subterranean. In order to eat, you first have to walk through the entire restaurant to find a reasonably clean table. The toilets are really dirty and cannot be used. You can't describe the service like that because there is no such thing as "service". Burgers are carelessly prepared, dry and cold. Fries were already old, soggy and cold. Due to the hygienic conditions and the overall impression, we will not stop here again.

Very good table service even when there are a lot of guests. Children's cola puddles were quickly mopped up. As a waiting guest, you will be proactively asked for your order and number.
