McDonald's in Kleinostheim

Very fast, very clean, staff helpful and nice. The food is warm and freshly made. Can some other McDonald’s in the Aschaffenburg area learn something from this!!

Unfortunately the food wasn't really hot. Complained about receiving new fries and they were hot. But the citizens and the nuggets could have been warmer

Not as interesting now as it was in the 90s. Maybe I'm just getting too old now. I found the food fresher back then and the staff nicer. But everyone is fine. But you should probably put whole lettuce leaves on the citizens, this iceberg lettuce falls out everywhere.

Unfortunately I can only give it three stars because my McRib menu is only available as a pensioner's portion, instead of as a maxi like before.

No vegetarian/vegan food!!! We are often passing through and drive through the drive in in Kleinostheim. My girlfriend eats vegetarian. I can't remember that this MC Donald ever actually managed to hand out the offered "McPlant" products or the plant-base products when you ordered them. It's annoying when you continue driving in good faith and only realize it's no longer worth turning around. So far we have always turned a blind eye, but now I have concerns that it is purely intentional. This can't be a coincidence with a rate of 99% Qualified training should definitely take place here so that the employees get to know the differences and pass them on to the customer! Absolute no-go!!!

I'm more surprised about the hygiene, watching employees go out and have a smoke but don't wash their hands afterwards. When preparing the food, the employees eat their fries and nuggets, play on their cell phones and then prepare the food for the customers. Disgusting, what's wrong with the hygiene regulations? I hope that the owner of this McDonald's reads it and makes sure that it was an oversight and not reality.

I bought it at the drive-thru. The food was barely lukewarm. Given the prices for Faadt Food, I expect better quality.

It was eaten, but definitely one of my worst McDonalds visits. All fries were only half filled and also soggy. We ordered spicy nuggets and got normal ones. A burger was ordered without onions, but there were still some on it. In general, the burgers were also very dry and tasted like they had been sitting there for a long time (which is unlikely since the place was extremely crowded).

Service Kraft just threw my donut the wrong way around and the donut didn't taste good either and didn't understand my joke, wait a minute, not good at all

The service was very friendly. 2 MC Ribb sooo bad, hardly any sauce meat thin and cold. 4 hamburgers packed ice cold in the bag. It's really a disgrace. MC Ribb was always my absolute favorite. Won't go there again!!

We always use Mc Drive and eat at home. Unfortunately, the last few times we've had the experience of forgetting to pack something. First it was just a cheeseburger, the next time a Mc Rip and yesterday even a 6 and a 9 pack of chicken nuggets. We always order for several people and spend around €60. It can't be that I should empty out all the bags in the car to check everything. That will not do!

Never experienced anything like this! I ordered plant base nuggets in the Mc Drive when there was a high number of guests and actually got them. I only noticed this after I had already had the first one in my mouth, turned around and drove back to McDonald's, this time I went in and explained my problem where my problem was immediately accepted by the only polite employee became. The gentleman who had taken the orders at Mc Drive was standing in the room at that moment and looked at me very strangely. Without saying a word without apologizing for the mistake (which is normal, everyone makes mistakes, that's not a bad thing!) we got the new nuggets. One could have had the necessary decency to at least apologize for such a thing. I don't eat meat for health reasons and that's not because I got a hamburger and ordered a cheese burger, but rather a more serious matter for me. No cola, fries, ice cream or woe, we're sorry, came into question for these people (Monday September 16th 8:15 p.m. approx.) what matters to me here is that there is no respect for the customer or for someone who is not meat?? I would like to be contacted about this matter and a statement on it. I wouldn't write this complaint if it had been a "we're sorry for the error" because an error as described above is normal and not serious.

You always get the full invoice amount... why can't you manage to issue an order in FULL??? Out of 5 orders, 4 are NOT complete! (although we rarely leave the farm without checking everything!!!!) And sorry, when I go back again - the rest of the food will be completely cold! Ah no, wait, I haven't eaten Big Mäc's warm in ages! Either you will soon teach your people to count..... or I will slowly assume "intentional loss" It's so frustrating... because cheap is different! One of the best McDonald's branches in Aschaffenburg, the waiting time after ordering is okay, the employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean - I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Fries were cold and soggy. I asked for new ones, they didn't come. Other customers got fresh fries. After 15 minutes I left. Impudent and customer unfriendly. Then it would be better to go somewhere else, certainly not after KOH!

I ordered a chai latte and got some coffee-based drink. I complained, whereupon the lady made me milk with what felt like 3kg of some kind of syrup. I filed a complaint online and still never got my money back... such a big chai isn't cheap. An impudence. Don't hire bariatas who can't do their job!!

We had dinner here at around midnight and unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience. Ordered at the self-service terminal and was told to take a standee with the number for table service, unfortunately there weren't any. Later we saw that these were only at the checkout. So we picked up the order ourselves. After the ordering process was completed, the staff was busy clearing the goods from boxes. It didn't seem like anyone cared about the order. When the time came, the Big Mac was still lukewarm and something was missing from the Happy Meal (but we got it after complaining). The trash can in the parking lot was overflowing. All tray return stations were overflowing. Overall, the branch didn't seem very clean and the cleanliness of the toilets - not good at all.

We don't go to McDonald's often, but when we do go here, we go to the drive-thru. Always fresh food and super nice employees!

Coupons are displayed that cannot be ordered in the branch. You go to the checkout and order the double pack menu (example 2 Bigmac in the menu for €11.99). When you order you are told that the first burger has to be a vegetarian burger and that the coupon is wrong. In my opinion, pure money-making. It's not enough that prices have risen by almost 100%, now people are also being deceived and lured with offers that don't exist.

We stopped at MC Donalds Kleinostheim on our way through with our baby. The cleanliness in the restaurant is absolutely subterranean. In order to eat, you first have to walk through the entire restaurant to find a reasonably clean table. The toilets are really dirty and cannot be used. You can't describe the service like that because there is no such thing as "service". Burgers are carelessly prepared, dry and cold. Fries were already old, soggy and cold. Due to the hygienic conditions and the overall impression, we will not stop here again.

Apart from the activity at lunchtime and the resulting noise, everything was fine, the dining room was constantly cleaned and the staff was friendly and competent.

So if you're in the mood for food poisoning, cartilage in the chicken, cold food and a 2-hour trip to the toilet, this McDonald's is highly recommended. For everyone else, don't do this to yourself. Going hungry or getting an overpriced sandwich at the gas station is really worth it.

Very good table service even when there are a lot of guests. Children's cola puddles were quickly mopped up. As a waiting guest, you will be proactively asked for your order and number.
