Tables dirty, toilet dirty and damaged. Cleanliness throughout the restaurant left a lot to be desired. No napkins available. Fries old, greasy and soggy.

No matter where you look, everywhere is dirty!!! We found 6 rats behind the garbage cans and the staff was very unfriendly.

Nice to see that all the tables outside and inside are dirty as always (while the workers are having the best time of their lifes talking to each other ), there is more food on the floor around the tables than in the kitchen , customers need to clean the tables themselves , coffee comes without any sugar aside , the worst McDonald's in Germany, whoever runs this place should reconsider a lot of things

Visited around 1:00 a.m. Horrifying impression. In the kitchen area, there were boxes of French fries salad on the floor, dirty tables, and 6 dead wasps on the windowsill. Long waiting time after ordering. Will definitely not visit this MC again.

As always, waiting time between 10 and 15 minutes. Staff unfriendly, barely understanding or speaking German. Cleanliness always leaves something to be desired, tables not cleaned, just dirty. Toilets were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. Photo is of a table... the rest looks similar too. I didn't use any of the toilets, I gag 🙈 About 1 year has passed. I visited the store again a while ago. First the wrong food was delivered, then the new one came and the wrong portion was taken away again. Without apology or anything. Afterwards there was a bug in my fries too. After I returned it to the counter, I was graciously given a new portion of fries. Again no apology, you almost had to say sorry yourself because you complained about the fries. I know you shouldn't have high expectations when it comes to fast food. But the price-performance ratio at McDonald's hasn't been right for a long time. I will avoid these stores in the future.

By far the worst MC I've ever seen... Waited over 20 minutes for table delivery, of course the food was extremely cold :-( Of course, half of it was missing and when I complained, the employees looked at me like I was a car. Regardless, we were just passing through and won't stop here a second time.

A very pleasant and clean McDonald's.

Ventilation is louder than any Rammstein concert. Managers don't care. Many tables are dirty. I know why I never come here otherwise. I wish it were banned in Germany. Just the waste production every day.

I am not very enthusiastic about the food

We still have a long drive ahead of us and after visiting the McDonald's in Parsberg we can resume our journey full and satisfied. The food there is what you'd expect from McDonald's; yummy. The employees are very friendly. Thanks to the great service, it went very quickly. It's clean. For us it's the best McDonald's along the A3 in the direction of Passau and we've been to a few of them over the years that we've been on holiday by car. It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner. Well, you get hungry and then you have to go to McDonald's :D We'll hold out on the next few trips :-)

bad very bad toilet is cleaned with a garden hose and floats ordering 20 minutes waiting time even though there was no customer there other than us sorry they are sleeping..... no go

Food prepared quickly, not very busy.

I ordered 4 drinks with my friends and redeemed 4 deductible vouchers in the app, but that didn't work and I contacted the service. They couldn't explain to me how to redeem the food I had won and so 3 apple turnovers and 1 coffee were simply lost.

Very good break breakfast and top service

It's a shame there aren't zero stars. Fries were served cold, staff were unfriendly and preferred to play at the children's play table. Countless dead insects lie at the edge of the window. Preparation time was super long for McDonalds, even if there was nothing else going on in the store.

There is a dog terrace here! With exhaust field. So the dog can run free.

We pre-ordered online and checked the order for completeness on site. Unfortunately, normal nuggets were brought in veggie packaging instead of veggie nuggets We ordered 5 pizza bags but there were only 3 in the bag. The lid of the BigMac and a patty were not in the BigMac packaging but were just lying around in the bag The waiting time was unusually long despite pre-ordering. Unfortunately, today's visit was a big disappointment.

No vanilla milkshake on sunny summer day?

The staff seemed very overwhelmed. One minute after the machine order, our number 207 appears ready for collection. But it wasn't. Two minutes later the number was deleted. For some time there was a small Bag on the counter. Two girls discussed what belonged to which piece of paper but came to no conclusion and disappeared. Soon a lady came and put a tray on the counter, not ours. Saw our note, got a Coke and handed us the ice cream with the bag standing around and wished us "bon appetit". In the end everything worked out and the fries were even warm, but nowhere else at McDonald's has it been so chaotic.

I've never experienced a McDonalds as good as here in Parsberg. It's 10:00 p.m., holiday time, very crowded and our food from 4 hungry people was here within 5 minutes. Nice & fast service. Boss goes to the employees and pays attention to breaks. Keep it up !!!!! Many branches can benefit from this.

Food is standard McDonald's. The restaurant is showing its age well. You don't feel so comfortable.

The place was packed with flies. There was a fly in my burger and 4 hours later, without having eaten anything in between, I got Diarrhea. Thank you @McDonald's!

They cant even get a simple order right plus the sundae was definitely expired

I usually don't write a review but: Food: I got a wrong burger, and the icecream was expired tasted really bad. Service: the cashier was dumb,didn't wanted the give me the sundae (it was beside her and I had given the receipt to her 🤨) Atmosphere: lot of flies, lack of hygiene 🤮☹️

Our favorite McDonald's on the way to Austria. Everything great. Despite the holiday stress, an employee handed out Mini Trolli gummy bear burgers. A great surprise. We were able to take a break with our dog on the dog meadow again. Great!!! We recommend!

Since I can't eat tomatoes? I also order my food without tomatoes (see note in the picture). Come home, sit down, bite my wrap, pure disappointment. Why man? They stuck the note on there and still do devilish things on it. I also had to wait 15 minutes for this “meal”, not cool. :(

Totally overcrowded right next to a truck stop. Ordering online was quick... but... half of the cheese on the burger was stuck to the paper. Eat only lukewarm, milkshake without tubes. All in all, one of the worst things I've ever experienced at McD

I pass this McDonald's about every 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately I can't eat wheat products so I always order 2 Whopper slices without anything. In other words, just the meat. It is almost impossible to keep it that way. None of the employees speak German. Even in the best and simplest English it is not possible to explain to the wait staff that they should also leave out the bread. Eye rolling is also part of “professional” behavior at the checkout. Today I received my order. Including sesame seeds on my meat patty. The bread was probably simply removed afterwards. The eye of a restaurant manager says that the meat has probably been on display for a long time. I won't even talk about the "cleanliness" of the tables. If I weren't dependent on several people who want to meet and eat there regularly, I would avoid this branch. I can say that for sure after 5 visits. Update July 1, 2024: My mistake. The product ordered was a BIG TASTY BACON with extra beef. I would be very pleased if your written response was followed by appropriate responses from the service staff. The ice cream portions are becoming smaller and smaller, packs are only half filled. The prices, on the other hand, are becoming more expensive, an absolute rip-off!

This branch is not only the most incompetent in terms of staff but at the same time the most unhygienic and disgusting that I have ever visited... I had indefinable pieces of paper/cardboard in my Big Mac, whatever they were, at least not edible, I have had stomach problems ever since, Nausea and diarrhea... Furthermore, ordering in German in this branch is almost impossible... Cashier can only speak English or Albanian, that's it... Unprofessional to the power of 10 and that for a global company like McDonalds. Unreasonable to eat here!!! If it turns out I have food poisoning, legal action will be taken...

Extremely incompetent staff. I had to wait an hour for my order and remind the employees twice that I could still get something, even though I was the only customer in the store. A very well run McDonald's. In close proximity to the A3. You will be served quickly here. The dishes are freshly prepared. Drinks can even be refilled at a refill station.

If you are traveling with dogs, the dog play area is a great concept; it simply makes the dog owners and dogs happy and relaxed. The employees were super friendly and the food was also great.

Chicken nuggets, sauces or even whole burgers are missing. A 100% error rate when putting together an order is not acceptable. Service in the waiting area: It happened that my order was marked as “ready for pickup” even though I had not yet received it. Please check the orders more carefully to avoid such misunderstandings. A bottomless impudence. I don't get food often, maybe once every 2 months. But in the last 5 orders something was always missing. Of course I don't go through an order for almost €70 in a restaurant. But you have to assume that the people behind the counter are capable of preparing the simplest order. Today 2 complete burgers were missing. I drive 8km there every time. On the phone they pretend not to understand me, if anyone answers at all. The first time I was almost embarrassed to complain, because that can happen. But it's getting worse and worse. I don't know what to say anymore...

Well, McDonald's. Pretty crowded at the time of ordering. Full trash cans etc. However, the food order went quickly. The Mc Flurry was available at full price with only 60% filling and the Cola wasn't filled anywhere near the calibration mark. Of course also paid in full. Overall it was O.K. for a stopover.

It is a very nice and cozy place to stop by. They have a dog park outside which just simply made our trip. Our dog enjoyed the place as much as we did if not much more.

The service is messed up hey got my order wrong three times and when i said that its wrong they rolled theyre eyes and they were rude like it my fault.

The coupons in the app didn't work for me, not even at the checkout. The shift people didn't make it either, said they couldn't do anything about it either, I should take something else, I didn't want that, my granddaughter wanted a kids meal, I decided on nothing, went back and saved myself €10.

Hello! The employees at this McDonald's are incredibly friendly! There is a dog playground and always fresh water for the four-legged friends 🫠 so dear dog owners go there!

Not good 👎 Food was bad had a fingernail in the burger so disgusting. Not recommended. I wouldn't even give it one star but unfortunately there's no other way.

Staff always very friendly and very modern and clean interior. The dog meadow is also very good for letting the dog recover briefly from the long car journey. So all in all, a really nice McDonald's, always happy and highly recommended.

Today my 7 year old son celebrated his birthday. Everything was really successful. The food was good, the price was great and I would especially like to highlight the service. We had a guide who accompanied us for the entire 2 hours, including the complete McDonald's tour. I would be happy to recommend these birthday celebrations at MC Donalds. Nice little McDonalds restaurant at a truck stop. I liked it because it wasn't overcrowded and the inside was a bit rustic and seemed very cozy. When ordering with the app didn't work for a while, I was immediately helped in a very friendly manner and the food came promptly and hot. Even a brief request for sugar for the coffee was dealt with very friendly and immediately. When we're in the area again we'll definitely go there again.

The shop doesn't work at all...only foreigners who don't speak German. Breakfast...preparation takes 19 minutes, then half of it is missing, spoon for the coffee and sugar are missing, completely, the roll with the scrambled eggs is also gone, but butter is included, without a knife to spread it. EDIT: The owner decided to destroy and remodel the once cozy McDonald's in favor of a generic one geared towards profit, disgruntled employees and the results that come as a result of that. So yes long waits, dirty tables and floors, and food that seems ta have been prepared by Stevie Wonder. You have been warned. ----------------------- This place has a Mccafe and cozy seating arrangement. The food is good in quality and is above as level it to than a McDonald's in the US. Good alternative if you crave a late snack or just want some cake and coffee.

Our visit was absolute chaos, the tables were not cleaned, a small part of the order reached our table cold, I picked up the second part of the order myself as it was left at the counter, the food was already cold and was missing a wrap that I also picked up myself. Of course cold. When you asked employees to help, they turned around and shrugged their shoulders. There was a mountain of rubbish piled up next to the waste shelf because it hadn't been emptied. After no employee cared that our food was cold, I reported this to customer service. He was just as unfriendly and uncaring as the restaurant employees.

Fries tasted very greasy, apparently old oil. Burgers were okay so far. Prices expensive like others. Toilets weren't that clean.
