Such a bad store. Waited half an hour for a McFlurry (Hitschler) only to be told the ice cream machine was broken. Extremely disappointing, especially with a child. The wrong toy in the Happy Meal, and the sauces were forgotten. Absolutely terrible and should be reported for hygiene reasons!

The number is dropped, and you don't know when it's your turn. Everything takes a very long time.

Very chaotic – my number was called, but the food wasn't ready at all. Then my number was canceled, and I had to wait longer. When I asked why my number was called and then canceled, I was told the machine was broken. No one apologized for this – everyone acted completely casually and without any sense of guilt.

I was there for the first time today. You have to wait a long time, okay, it's okay, I can wait, and the place was full. But after waiting 30 minutes, they forgot my 20-piece chicken nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers!!!!! How can that be? Don't they check orders there???? Today, the staff were completely overwhelmed. It took almost 20 minutes to get the food I ordered. My number had been displayed on the display screen as ready for pickup long before, and it disappeared very quickly. There was no table service at all. Okay, it was busy. But that's often the case at certain times. They should hire more staff then. The tables weren't cleaned, and the clearing carts were overflowing. On top of that, the burgers were practically cold. Next time, I'll go to the branch in Ratingen-Breitscheid. They're much better organized and much cleaner there.

If you don't want to get what you paid for, this is the right place for you. In real life, that's called a rip-off. Unfortunately, less than one star is not acceptable.

Unfortunately, not the most capable people there. Ordered food via Lieferando, waiting time was given as 1 hour. After about 1 1/2 hours there was still nothing and the waiting time increased again to 1 hour. After calling this branch, I was simply brushed off with the motto "we don't care, we can't change it". Absolutely not recommended this “restaurant”. It's better to order something from reliable restaurants or snack bars before you have to wait 2.5 hours to 3 hours for your food, although 1 hour is given as the confirmed delivery time 🤷🏼‍♂️

Only ambience 5 stars because the rat in the parking lot made me laugh. Let's get to the essentials, apart from the fact that no one can speak German, the order was ready quickly, but you also noticed that the burger patty was still red on the inside and the nuggets were bordering on a physical injury. After the short stay, you had a headache and a stomach ache, so if you want to have a sick note, go eat there on Sunday evening and you'll be on vacation the following week

Food is as good as McDonald's gets. The service is all over the place from nice service staff to unfriendly. If you don't have anything else open at night, you can go there.

Why do so many employees fail to make fresh fries? They are constantly cold and so are many other products. I think that's outrageous for the prices. The processes are actually planned and specified down to the last detail, but too many employees are not organized, leave the ice cream and run to the back to get towels. Please do another job if you're fed up and don't take it out on the customers.

The Hamburger Royal TS was great. Everything fresh and hot. Even looked practical, like in the pictures. Best in a long time.

We went out to eat today and we can't recommend it. First of all, the tables were dirty, then the service was unfriendly and we don't know who got what. After 30 minutes the order came and the child actually forgot that he was supposed to get a Happy Metal, so we had to wait again, but the biggest crowning achievement was that the citizens were cold and the nuggets smelled and tasted very old and we didn't offer it to our child.

On Friday, March 21, 2025, my husband and I ordered a McSunday and McFlurry. We waited 20 minutes for the ice cream and only got it when we asked, even though we had a table order. That wasn't a big problem in itself, but then the ice cream portions were terribly small. My husband then complained but we were given the comment that "that's how it is with us" and we were rude to us. The male service is unreasonable, rude and disastrous. We've had bad experiences before and that's why we haven't been there for a long time. We wanted to give the store a second chance after years, but instead we saw further deterioration. We won't go there anymore.

The staff was very friendly, but due to technical procedures they couldn't make Mc Flurry in the morning. The toilets were not clean despite opening in the morning.

The fries were cold, unsalted and half raw.

Unfortunately no! You always have to check whether everything is there, something is often forgotten. The fries are rarely hot and the nuggets are often made warm, i.e. old. MC Drive has long waiting times. Often there is only one person accepting and processing orders. The prices are simply too high for that.

There is hardly anything left to say about McDonalds. The employees are mostly very friendly. The burgers, well. According to Libra, these will always be easy. The BicMac feels like it has lost half its weight but the price is constantly increasing. The fries depending on the employee. Mostly cold as hell. At MCDONALDS you always feel like you're in mass processing. We prefer to make our burgers ourselves or go to the Star Diner in Essen. The food is delicious, always hot and fresh. The burgers there are a decent size according to the price.

Unfortunately, the employees at McDrive are unable to pack the orders properly. We drove back to the restaurant to get the correct order. Ended up getting cold food, double ride & no points for ordering.

The corners need to be cleaned again here.

I used to have a construction site nearby and had a delicious meal there with employees during my lunch break. DascDonald's is beautifully constructed from the outside. There is also something small there for the little children when they have eaten and want to play a little. We were there with 4 people and didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes for the food. I'm used to other McDonald's where the fries are often cold and not seasoned or barely seasoned. It's different here, the fries were warm and seasoned for all 4. The rest of the food was also very good. However, there was just something that bothered me a bit, but didn't find it that bad. I ordered 1 large fries and a mayo but instead I accidentally got 1 small fries and the mayo was forgotten, but I have to say that day was really busy and the goods were stressed. And then, of course, such small mistakes can sometimes go wrong, and for me that's completely understandable, since they're just people who, when they're under a lot of stress, naturally make mistakes, which I don't think is a bad thing. I can only recommend this McDonald's.

This faucet has been broken for over a year. The water runs out in seconds. We can't wash our hands. I don't understand why they don't fix it.

Just been there. Ordered food to take away from the vending machine in the store. I waited 20 minutes. Most of my order too. There was no ice cream and the employee was angry that I wanted my money back. Then counted the burgers in the car. At home I discovered that the number was correct but they weren't the right burgers. 80% of my order also cold. So I spent a lot of money waiting for a long time today and didn't even get everything. Got drinks with a few burgers straight away, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for the rest of the order, and I didn't get any toys for the little one, I forgot. And due to the waiting time, fries were served, round hospital fries were soggy, burgers were all cold.

I go there every morning and evening to get my coffee, unfortunately after pointing and asking several times I can't get a lid for my coffee. They give me a lid but it doesn't fit on the cup (too big). The whole coffee tips over while I'm driving. Unfortunately, I almost burned myself. PLEASE HAVE A MATCHING LID FOR THE COFFEE MUG.

I would describe this McDonalds as your average McDonalds. The location is very good because it can be reached directly from the motorway. It is averagely clean, the order processing time is sometimes very good, sometimes slow. This meets our expectations. There are star deductions for errors that occur in every single order (i.e. usually one or more things are missing). Even when you have the food brought to the table (which is nice service). This hasn't improved over the years. You can be prepared for this if you check every order once on site. But whatever is missing is always added without any problem. But because you have to check, ordering and delivering to your home is not an option. We tried that once and it was an absolute disaster.

We ordered from McDonald's via Lieferando. 2 citizens and a large portion of fries. The citizens were fine, if cold. The packet of fries wasn't even half full, it was definitely less than the small portion of fries. They were also freezing cold and soggy.

I ordered a voucher for 2 coffees with my better half via the app and paid via Apple Pay. After the payment process, the message “invalid time of day” came. How to go to the counter and asked if we could get the coffee. The cashier said we should get the money back from our bank. Instead of giving out the coffee you've already paid for and that would be good. Well €2.99 given away.
