the pictures show a children's playground, but there is none, the trip is not worth it

Twice I've already bitten into a half-raw burger, and the guy on the phone tells me that it can't be right and accuses me of just wanting to eat a burger... Dude, I'm not going to drive 22 km round trip twice for a shitty raw burger. I'll get a steak for the gas... never again.

Unfortunately, it's become very expensive. And not always fresh.

Of all orders this year, every second order was incomplete, despite actively questioning the details... "Yes, everything's in there!" When we got home, half the order was missing! We've also had half-raw meat, whole bones, and gristle in the burger... A lot of hassle, a lot of time, and then a lot of trouble trying to resolve the situation every time! As if that weren't bad enough, no one answers the phone anymore! Truly annoying! Disastrous service! Incompetence or method?

I ordered two salads, only received one, and the second was prepared upon request. I expected a crisp, fresh salad. The salad was old and had fallen apart. I've never been so disappointed with Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The store is okay... The employees are really friendly. A dark-skinned woman who works there was super sweet and really quick—a hard worker, and also truly beautiful.

The food was really good for a fast food restaurant, basically exactly what you'd expect. Service, as always, was completely disinterested, no hello or goodbye, 'Bon Appetito', or anything else. The food took a relatively long time, but that meant it was fresh, and it wasn't busy at lunchtime. The entire store area was, as you'd expect from a KFC, deserted, with dirt, overflowing draining basins, and more. I'd definitely come back for chicken burgers, though. :)

The slide was locked. What's the point of taking kids there if there's no slide? The visit was completely in vain 😏😏

I'm giving it two stars because I actually find the food delicious when prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the chicken on my burger was completely raw. Even if one could overlook the fact that a restaurant that exclusively prepares chicken doesn't cook it properly, the handling of the complaint was simply poor. There was neither compensation nor an apology. The service was simply abysmal.

Zero stars This place is simply disgusting And the employees are incompetent How can you let someone work at the counter who doesn't even speak proper German? The food was very tasty but we didn't get what we ordered. We ordered the Match Day Deal and a large fries with ketchup. The Match Day Deal which included 6 crispy and 8 hot wings only had 3 crispy and 4 hot wings and for some reason 2 Original Bites. The rest was pretty good. Just next time please watch what you put in the box.

I was very disappointed with the service in the branch today. The employee at the checkout repeatedly refused to let me pay by card - even though there was a card reader and this method of payment worked without any problems for other customers. My point about this was not taken into account. Instead, they obviously didn’t want to go through the “extra effort” at the checkout. Such behavior is unacceptable and not customer-oriented. I expect from a company like KFC that the employees are appropriately trained and treat customers respectfully and in a solution-oriented manner. There is an urgent need for improvement here - in particular through intensive training and sensitization of staff by management.

The guy at the drive-in, you could barely understand, gave you your order, and if you made any special requests, they wouldn't honor them. Unfriendly at the counter when he took the money, the burgers weren't the ones I ordered, the fries were totally limp, that was a letdown for the guy today, the main thing was that the guys among them had fun... Ordered today via Lieferando, should arrive after 35-45 minutes. It only came after 80 minutes and then almost cold. The quality is underground for the price. 2 menus for €43 are really awesome. Never again, I'll get more for my money.

By far the most dishonorable restaurant I have seen in my life. Employees are shouted at and threatened in front of customers and by the boss with the words: Get your friend and we'll see. The employee then fled the restaurant, probably out of fear that the boss would beat her. Sad company... Food was also more of a disaster, as is clear given the pressure on the employees.

I would like to share with you my feedback on my last visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the quality of the food. Hardly any chicken in the burger and far too much ketchup and mustard, the coffee was undrinkable but that could also be because it was 5 p.m. and not in the morning and it had been on the warming plate since the morning. The quality has decreased extremely. The Zingerburger now feels like it consists of a few grams of meat and the rest is breading. No trace of a juicy piece of fillet as advertised. Overpriced, I even tried it several times and unfortunately was always disappointed.

Thursday May 22nd around 4 p.m., never seen such unfriendly employees. After I was asked to only have the chilli fries with chess sauce, a big discussion started as to why I ordered chilli fries. Why do you care what I order? You really don't know customer satisfaction, do you? Chatting with co-workers on headsets and delaying work is not a good work ethic. If you don't feel like working then quit and look for a new job!!!

I have never seen such unfriendly employees in my life. The two ladies simply refused to let us sit outside because they didn't feel like cleaning again and locked the door. We didn't get any napkins/wet wipes either. In the end the employee shouted at us. You also still have to learn how to deal with customers.

The price was quite hefty, we hadn't been there for a long time. But what we got in return was outrageous. You can get more and better somewhere else. And that's where we'll go in the future. Some small restaurants put more effort into this.
