I was very disappointed with the service in the branch today. The employee at the checkout repeatedly refused to let me pay by card - even though there was a card reader and this method of payment worked without any problems for other customers. My point about this was not taken into account. Instead, they obviously didn’t want to go through the “extra effort” at the checkout. Such behavior is unacceptable and not customer-oriented. I expect from a company like KFC that the employees are appropriately trained and treat customers respectfully and in a solution-oriented manner. There is an urgent need for improvement here - in particular through intensive training and sensitization of staff by management.

The guy at the drive-in, you could barely understand, gave you your order, and if you made any special requests, they wouldn't honor them. Unfriendly at the counter when he took the money, the burgers weren't the ones I ordered, the fries were totally limp, that was a letdown for the guy today, the main thing was that the guys among them had fun... Ordered today via Lieferando, should arrive after 35-45 minutes. It only came after 80 minutes and then almost cold. The quality is underground for the price. 2 menus for €43 are really awesome. Never again, I'll get more for my money.

By far the most dishonorable restaurant I have seen in my life. Employees are shouted at and threatened in front of customers and by the boss with the words: Get your friend and we'll see. The employee then fled the restaurant, probably out of fear that the boss would beat her. Sad company... Food was also more of a disaster, as is clear given the pressure on the employees.

Thursday May 22nd around 4 p.m., never seen such unfriendly employees. After I was asked to only have the chilli fries with chess sauce, a big discussion started as to why I ordered chilli fries. Why do you care what I order? You really don't know customer satisfaction, do you? Chatting with co-workers on headsets and delaying work is not a good work ethic. If you don't feel like working then quit and look for a new job!!!

I have never seen such unfriendly employees in my life. The two ladies simply refused to let us sit outside because they didn't feel like cleaning again and locked the door. We didn't get any napkins/wet wipes either. In the end the employee shouted at us. You also still have to learn how to deal with customers.

€3.99 for this tiny portion of fries? I find it customer-unfriendly that you can only place your order at a blackboard. But since I like eating hot wings, we struggled through this program today. The price was quite hefty, we hadn't been there for a long time. But what we got in return was outrageous. You can get more and better somewhere else. And that's where we'll go in the future. Some small restaurants put more effort into this.

5 stars simply because it is my bros and I's favorite restaurant. The refilling is exemplary service but unfortunately one of the drinks machines sometimes stinks. If a friend has had a bad day, I can invite them here, buy them three Hotwings and put a smile on their face And if I have children in the future, I'll bring them here too.

I have no idea what problems the employees have, they never say hello when I say hello, they look aggressive, you come here and you see them gossiping about you, wearing makeup like they're about to go out to party and feeling full, super unfriendly I've never experienced it.

Easily accessible restaurant and well thought out. Parking spaces and drive-ins make sense (yeah, that rhymes). Everything was clean inside and the staff was quick, reliable and friendly. I probably don't have to tell anyone about the pricing structure anymore, it's just absurdly expensive. The dishes were consistently cool and no longer crispy, which is actually the basic requirement for it to taste good!! I wouldn't go there anymore

KFC ist so lecker wie auch fettig. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es sehr lecker und für ab und zu eine tolle Mahlzeit. Dieses Restaurant ist schon modern überholt und beinhaltet Selbstbedienungstablet wo die Bestellung abgegeben werden kann. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Toiletten sind stets sauber gehalten. Der Boden ist leider etwas rutschig wegen dem fett, aber ist noch in Maßen.

Sehr gutes Essen, gute Auswahl an Speisen, gute Preise und sehr freundliches Personal.

Bestellung schon am Handy vorbereitet, am Schalter Nr . Durchgesagt. Essen wurde schnell zubereitet alles gut lecker .

KFC ist etwas teurer als die anderen. Ich muss aber bei diesem Store sagen, dass bei meinen 6 Besuchen der Service erste Sahne war auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Geschmack .... eben Fast Food !! Sehr zweifelhaft !!! Angestellte sehr überlastet. Manchmal nicht kompetent genug. Oft fehlen Teile der Bestellung. Nicht empfehlenswert, so oder so.

Ich geh da immer gerne hin. Ganz selten mal die Hähnchenteile nicht super frisch. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich mag die Leute im Service. Bei mir alle gechillt. Ich bin aber auch selber immer gechillt . Alles ok 👍
