Hardly any chicken in the burger and far too much ketchup and mustard, the coffee was undrinkable but that could also be because it was 5 p.m. and not in the morning and it had been on the warming plate since the morning. At least that's how it tasted and all the coffees were left relaxed because I wasn't alone. A lot has to change!!!🧐🧐🧐🤮🤮🤮

Staff don't even know what they're selling here. I wanted to order at the drive in and the woman at the other end couldn't even tell me which crispy burgers she was trying to sell and told me that they only had 2 even though I always ate the other one. It got weird when I tried to describe the burger. Stupid staff and burger was cold

Unfortunately, the service in the drive hardly spoke any German and therefore communication was not good. After we said our app order we were sent straight on even though we still had changes. Service not friendly either.

The quality has decreased extremely. The Zingerburger now feels like it consists of a few grams of meat and the rest is breading. No trace of a juicy piece of fillet as advertised. Overpriced, I even tried it several times and unfortunately was always disappointed.

Everything is okay so far things are never really quick in branches like this and there is usually a never-ending lack of staff..... The employees can't do anything about that.... Thursday May 22nd around 4 p.m., never seen such unfriendly employees. After I was asked to only have the chilli fries with chess sauce, a big discussion started as to why I ordered chilli fries. Why do you care what I order? You really don't know customer satisfaction, do you? Chatting with co-workers on headsets and delaying work is not a good work ethic. If you don't feel like working then quit and look for a new job!!!

I have never seen such unfriendly employees in my life. The two ladies simply refused to let us sit outside because they didn't feel like cleaning again and locked the door. We didn't get any napkins/wet wipes either. In the end the employee shouted at us. You also still have to learn how to deal with customers.

€3.99 for this tiny portion of fries? I find it customer-unfriendly that you can only place your order at a blackboard. But since I like eating hot wings, we struggled through this program today. The price was quite hefty, we hadn't been there for a long time. But what we got in return was outrageous. You can get more and better somewhere else. And that's where we'll go in the future. Some small restaurants put more effort into this.

5 stars simply because it is my bros and I's favorite restaurant. The refilling is exemplary service but unfortunately one of the drinks machines sometimes stinks. If a friend has had a bad day, I can invite them here, buy them three Hotwings and put a smile on their face And if I have children in the future, I'll bring them here too.

Ordered in the drivethru, unfortunately I didn't check whether everything was there. It's happened several times now that things weren't packed... that was the last time we ordered and picked up here.

Drive was there, none of the sauces I said were in it. Forgot salad. No zinger meat as promised and fries like puree both cold. Very bad conditions, seems to be overwhelmed or there is a new employee who can't do anything about it...more or less!

I have no idea what problems the employees have, they never say hello when I say hello, they look aggressive, you come here and you see them gossiping about you, wearing makeup like they're about to go out to party and feeling full, super unfriendly I've never experienced it.

Easily accessible restaurant and well thought out. Parking spaces and drive-ins make sense (yeah, that rhymes). Everything was clean inside and the staff was quick, reliable and friendly. I probably don't have to tell anyone about the pricing structure anymore, it's just absurdly expensive. The dishes were consistently cool and no longer crispy, which is actually the basic requirement for it to taste good!! I wouldn't go there anymore

This was probably my last visit to this place. The staff is unfriendly and the whole “restaurant” is dirty and dirty like I haven't experienced in a long time. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately I can only advise against a visit.

KFC ist so lecker wie auch fettig. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es sehr lecker und für ab und zu eine tolle Mahlzeit. Dieses Restaurant ist schon modern überholt und beinhaltet Selbstbedienungstablet wo die Bestellung abgegeben werden kann. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Toiletten sind stets sauber gehalten. Der Boden ist leider etwas rutschig wegen dem fett, aber ist noch in Maßen.

Sehr gutes Essen, gute Auswahl an Speisen, gute Preise und sehr freundliches Personal.

Bestellung schon am Handy vorbereitet, am Schalter Nr . Durchgesagt. Essen wurde schnell zubereitet alles gut lecker .

KFC ist etwas teurer als die anderen. Ich muss aber bei diesem Store sagen, dass bei meinen 6 Besuchen der Service erste Sahne war auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Geschmack .... eben Fast Food !! Sehr zweifelhaft !!! Angestellte sehr überlastet. Manchmal nicht kompetent genug. Oft fehlen Teile der Bestellung. Nicht empfehlenswert, so oder so.

Ich geh da immer gerne hin. Ganz selten mal die Hähnchenteile nicht super frisch. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich mag die Leute im Service. Bei mir alle gechillt. Ich bin aber auch selber immer gechillt . Alles ok 👍

Der beste KFC bei dem ich bislang war. Der Laden wirkt von innen sehr neu und sauber. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und unser Essen wurde frisch gemacht und war schnell fertig. Was willste mehr.

Obwohl kaum etwas los ist wartet man lange, die Mitarbeiter:innen unterhalten sich hinten, anstatt die Kunden zu bedienen. Wenn man bereits Onlinebestellungen hat, wird man trotzdem gefragt wie viele Getränke etc bestellt wurden weil die Mitarbeiter:innen anscheinend zu faul sind um selber den Bon durchzulesen. Tische werden nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, Soßen werden gerne mal vergessen und der ganze Laden STINKT ekelhaft. Es riecht durch die Getränkezapfsäulen die nicht richtig gereinigt werden extrem gammelig, sodass man das Essen nicht wirklich genießen kann wenn ein Windzug kommt ( haben unser Essen eingepackt und haben Zuhause weiter gegessen) Generell eine extrem schlechte KFC Filiale, die man absolut nicht empfehlen kann

Das Hähnchen war perfekt zubereitet - knusprig und saftig. Das Fleisch war Köstlich Die Auswahl an Beilagen war ebenfalls beeindruckend. Von den klassischen Pommes Frites bis hin zu leckerem Salat , es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Beilagen waren frisch und machten die Mahlzeit zu einem perfekten Genuss. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass das Personal bei KFC meinen Besuch wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht hat. Sie waren effizient, freundlich und sorgten dafür, dass alle Kunden schnell und zufrieden bedient wurden. Der Drive-In war gut organisiert und die Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet, was den Besuch zu einem rundum positiven Erlebnis machte. Wenn Sie Lust auf leckeres Hähnchen haben und ein angenehmes Kundenerlebnis suchen, kann ich KFC wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe hier noch kein einziges Mal auf Anhieb eine vollständige Bestellung erhalten.

Das Essen habe ich online bestellt und im drive abgeholt. Es war warm und schmeckte gut. Leider gab es keinen Krautsalat.

Ich habe via KFC App eine Bestellung aufgegeben, welche ich anschließend storniert habe. Die App teilte mir mit, dass dies telefonisch erfolgen muss. Daraufhin habe ich den KFC Store unter 02065 8399449 in Asterlager Str. 55, 47228 Duisburg kontaktiert. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Bestellung ersichtlich sei und somit die Stornierung erfolgt sei. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der Betrag trotzdesse abgebucht wurde. Anschließend kontaktierte ich wiederholt den KFC Store. Dort konnte mir aber nicht geholfen werden, da die Dame sichtlich überfordert mit meinem Anliegen war. Auf Nachfrage, wie diese Angelegenheit nun geklärt werden könnte, verwies die Dame auf einen Kollegen, welcher jedoch erst am Abend erreichbar wäre im Shop. Aktuell ist der Fall noch in der Schwebe, da bis Dato sich KFC noch nicht dazu geäußert hatte, nachdem ich Kontakt via Homepage aufnahm. Ergebnis bleibt abzuwarten.

Service hat fast 40 Minuten gedauert. Die Mitarbeiter sind super langsam und unkonzentriert (weil überfordert). Geschmeckt hat es auch nicht so gut. Unordnung Kaos und teuer.

Sevda Abla ist die beste, sie ist Sau sympathisch und hat eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient.

Hab den Drive in benutzt und war positiv überrascht wie schnell und frisch das Essen fertig war. Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich.

Fastfood halt, dennoch besser als Mäkkes und Burger King, die Burger sind üppig, das Hähnchenfleisch war nicht trocken, alles im allen war es lecker.

Wie immer, Wartezeit beim Drive in viel zu lang.

Ich esse an sich sehr gerne bei KFC. Doch um das Restaurant und das Essen bewerten zu können, müsste man natürlich erst mal reinkommen. Denn obwohl laut Internet und Schild in der Türe heute ab 11 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte, stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen. Und dafür informiert man sich extra vorher, bevor man die Anfahrt in Kauf nimmt.
