Ordered today via Lieferando, should arrive after 35-45 minutes. It only came after 80 minutes and then almost cold. The quality is underground for the price. 2 menus for €43 are really awesome. Never again, I'll get more for my money.

By far the most dishonorable restaurant I have seen in my life. Employees are shouted at and threatened in front of customers and by the boss with the words: Get your friend and we'll see. The employee then fled the restaurant, probably out of fear that the boss would beat her. Sad company... Food was also more of a disaster, as is clear given the pressure on the employees.

Not recommended. The last time I was there was years ago and I was looking forward to it. BUT, it was just a disaster. Thursday May 22nd around 4 p.m., never seen such unfriendly employees. After I was asked to only have the chilli fries with chess sauce, a big discussion started as to why I ordered chilli fries. Why do you care what I order? You really don't know customer satisfaction, do you? Chatting with co-workers on headsets and delaying work is not a good work ethic. If you don't feel like working then quit and look for a new job!!!

I have never seen such unfriendly employees in my life. The two ladies simply refused to let us sit outside because they didn't feel like cleaning again and locked the door. We didn't get any napkins/wet wipes either. In the end the employee shouted at us. You also still have to learn how to deal with customers.

€3.99 for this tiny portion of fries? I find it customer-unfriendly that you can only place your order at a blackboard. But since I like eating hot wings, we struggled through this program today. The price was quite hefty, we hadn't been there for a long time. But what we got in return was outrageous. You can get more and better somewhere else. And that's where we'll go in the future. Easily accessible restaurant and well thought out. Parking spaces and drive-ins make sense (yeah, that rhymes). Everything was clean inside and the staff was quick, reliable and friendly. I probably don't have to tell anyone about the pricing structure anymore, it's just absurdly expensive. The dishes were consistently cool and no longer crispy, which is actually the basic requirement for it to taste good!! I wouldn't go there anymore

KFC ist so lecker wie auch fettig. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es sehr lecker und für ab und zu eine tolle Mahlzeit. Dieses Restaurant ist schon modern überholt und beinhaltet Selbstbedienungstablet wo die Bestellung abgegeben werden kann. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Toiletten sind stets sauber gehalten. Der Boden ist leider etwas rutschig wegen dem fett, aber ist noch in Maßen.

Obwohl kaum etwas los ist wartet man lange, die Mitarbeiter:innen unterhalten sich hinten, anstatt die Kunden zu bedienen. Wenn man bereits Onlinebestellungen hat, wird man trotzdem gefragt wie viele Getränke etc bestellt wurden weil die Mitarbeiter:innen anscheinend zu faul sind um selber den Bon durchzulesen. Tische werden nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, Soßen werden gerne mal vergessen und der ganze Laden STINKT ekelhaft. Es riecht durch die Getränkezapfsäulen die nicht richtig gereinigt werden extrem gammelig, sodass man das Essen nicht wirklich genießen kann wenn ein Windzug kommt ( haben unser Essen eingepackt und haben Zuhause weiter gegessen) Generell eine extrem schlechte KFC Filiale, die man absolut nicht empfehlen kann

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Besuch zu einer angenehmen Erfahrung machte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und nett , was den ohnehin schon guten Kundenservice noch weiter verbesserte. Was die Qualität des Essens angeht, war ich von KFC begeistert. Das Hähnchen war perfekt zubereitet - knusprig und saftig. Das Fleisch war Köstlich Die Auswahl an Beilagen war ebenfalls beeindruckend. Von den klassischen Pommes Frites bis hin zu leckerem Salat , es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Beilagen waren frisch und machten die Mahlzeit zu einem perfekten Genuss. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass das Personal bei KFC meinen Besuch wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht hat. Sie waren effizient, freundlich und sorgten dafür, dass alle Kunden schnell und zufrieden bedient wurden. Der Drive-In war gut organisiert und die Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet, was den Besuch zu einem rundum positiven Erlebnis machte. Wenn Sie Lust auf leckeres Hähnchen haben und ein angenehmes Kundenerlebnis suchen, kann ich KFC wärmstens empfehlen. Vom hervorragenden Hähnchen bis hin zum freundlichen Personal am Drive-In, es gibt keinen Grund, warum Sie diese köstliche Erfahrung nicht selbst machen sollten.

Ich habe via KFC App eine Bestellung aufgegeben, welche ich anschließend storniert habe. Die App teilte mir mit, dass dies telefonisch erfolgen muss. Daraufhin habe ich den KFC Store unter 02065 8399449 in Asterlager Str. 55, 47228 Duisburg kontaktiert. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Bestellung ersichtlich sei und somit die Stornierung erfolgt sei. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der Betrag trotzdesse abgebucht wurde. Anschließend kontaktierte ich wiederholt den KFC Store. Dort konnte mir aber nicht geholfen werden, da die Dame sichtlich überfordert mit meinem Anliegen war. Auf Nachfrage, wie diese Angelegenheit nun geklärt werden könnte, verwies die Dame auf einen Kollegen, welcher jedoch erst am Abend erreichbar wäre im Shop. Aktuell ist der Fall noch in der Schwebe, da bis Dato sich KFC noch nicht dazu geäußert hatte, nachdem ich Kontakt via Homepage aufnahm. Ergebnis bleibt abzuwarten.

On Friday, March 21, 2025, my husband and I ordered a McSunday and a McFlurry. We waited 20 minutes for ice cream and only got it after we asked, even though we had a table reservation. It wasn't a big deal, but the ice cream portions were incredibly small. My husband complained, but we were told "that's how it is with us" and were treated rudely. The male service staff was uncomprehending, rude, and disastrous. We've had bad experiences before and haven't been back in a long time because of them. We wanted to give the place a second chance after years, but instead we saw it deteriorate further. We won't be going there again.

Calculate the total price beforehand and, if there are any discrepancies, address the shortfall (the shortfall is always to the detriment of the customer) 3. Ask for a receipt, although this will probably be very difficult 4. Calculate and check the change precisely. The employee with the headscarf is a very nice and kind person who can also do math correctly. *UPDATE: Apparently new owner, should give it a chance. *UPDATE2: obviously new owner as of January 1st, 2024 and new name.

We visited the restaurant to have a quick bite to eat before going to the theater. The meat was probably not okay. The next day we both had vomiting diarrhea and a fever.
