I loved it here. Got to taste the arabic food it was so delicious there was a slight problem it took very long to finish they even gave a me free plate of small shawarmas because of that i was very confused but then i realized would recommend if you have alot of time

The crispy chicken was pre-fried, reheated, and very oily. The same goes for the broasted pieces, so the food didn’t taste fresh at all. The bread used in the sandwiches was stale and tasted old. The broasted potatoes were overly greasy, tasteless, and unappealing. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. My friends and I all experienced stomach issues after eating here.

It was the worst experience I had in this restaurant. First of all, the service was very bad. We came to eat tables, both had old food on them and we did not wipe them. I asked for more than one person to come and wipe them after the meal arrived. No one came to wipe them and she was disgusted, otherwise, for cold potatoes and eating bites, I do not recommend it.

Their food is nice, but unfortunately they are not generous at all. A while ago, I went there and they invited me to their new restaurant. The important thing is that we ordered food and spent more than an hour waiting to eat. But the food arrived half cold Broasted contains 5 pieces, the important number is that I told you the potatoes were cold and few. I said I wanted other potatoes and they brought me a new plate of hot potatoes, but they charged me for it, haha, no, and the best thing is that my bill that I had to pay was 43, and the bill they gave me said 49. I gave them 50 euros and walked away, and after I arrived home, I calculated the food and drinks I ordered according to their prices, and there was a difference of 6 euros.

I traveled with shawarma with broasted, and they did not give us the shawarma tissues, which were very short and expensive, but the rest arrived at home full of oil and also accessories, small plastic containers containing pickles and garlic cream that did not bother the eye (note that the bathrooms suffer from a lack of cleanliness)

Finally, my friends and I found a clean Arabic restaurant, and the atmosphere reminded us of the Levant, with food that is second to none, good and crunchy, and clear generosity and good treatment. It is better than many restaurants and the prices are the same. They have varieties of juice and juice, something tidy, but unfortunately there is none. Hookah currently, and they said that after a month they might create an atmosphere like the old Damascus restaurants, grills, shisha, and a musical band, and next time my sister visits me, I would like to invite them to the restaurant because it is really nice, and I hope it stays like this for a long time, and I recommend it to everyone.

I found this place looking for Shawarma during my visit to Duisburg. Food looked delicious and was delicious. Atmosphere was great, with lots of people speaking arabic, which is usually is a great sign if you are looking for Shawarma. But service was awful! No menu, I had to grab it myself. No order taking, after friendly asking 2-3 times, giving my payment and not getting change back and the cashier taken care of 3 different customers that arrived to the cashier after me, and then not giving my change and being annoyed when I asked for it, then waiting over 20 minutes for a simple shawarma, and seeing table after table getting food before me. Made me feel like I was not welcome there and I had to force them to serve me… it was so bad that other customers that I had a conversation with came back to share their sympathy. Felt so bad!

Meat from the small shawarma bag could be tried in advance. There were not enough fries and the taste was average at best. Veal from the rotisserie was salty and delicious. The salad was unfortunately modest, the absolute outlier was the artificial-looking and tasting beetroot sticks, which we shouldn't have chosen for the salad portion of the box. Price 6.50 EUR. I'm really disappointed with my visit to "Alzaeim". We waited in the heat for over an hour only to be told at the end that our order was lost. This was not only uncomfortable, but also extremely frustrating In a restaurant you should be able to rely on orders being taken correctly and served promptly. Taste of the Shawrima was literally only hot sauce, no meat taste. Crispy sandwich was so messy since its bread was old and crumbly! They have used a type of music u think your in a night club or something, totally not related to a restaurant to have a quiet meal. Tables were oily and not cleaned well, forks and a tissue rolled over them were just put on table.

I always order there via Lieferando. Mostly half grilled chicken and fries. I can't comment on the other products. When I ordered, the food usually arrived lukewarm. Ordered yesterday from Lieferando at 4 p.m., delivery should arrive at 5:30 p.m. The waiting time didn't bother me. Shortly before 5:30 p.m. it was canceled and I thought that was a shame. I would have understood if they had canceled this shortly after my order but not shortly before delivery. That was very annoying. Despite everything, I would still like to try my luck there again.

Every time I order food from there it’s very good but when I go there myself the order takes between 1 hour and 1 hour 30. The people are very bad and aggressive. They will judge you based on your race. If you are not Arab they won’t even look at you and out their people first and discriminate you. Although I asked again whether there were fries in the bag and was told yes, there was rice in there. You can eat it but there was a reason why we would rather have fries. This whole store completely degrades the neighborhood. You don't want to walk past the crowd that stands at this "restaurant". The cleaning water and leftover food are dumped into the street drain and one is surprised that the rats grow to be as big as domestic cats... The entire neighborhood is now fed up with this store.
