Kentucky Fried Chicken in Duisburg

Good day, unfortunately I have to report that the food there was very cold. We already told the shift manager that the food was too cold, but he didn't do anything about it. I really would like the consumer protection agency to take a look there.

They now have a bathroom code. A little disappointing, but otherwise OK. Life is too short not to have some KFC every once in a while. I'd enjoy more often, when synthetic meat gets in the menu. Currently, I feel guilty about all of the death and suffering of the poor chickens, but one has to eat. So, I hope synthetic meat will become available soon!

Absolutely not Staff hardly understands German It couldn't get any worse

The food is delicious, the place is clean, everyone is nice, the service is quick and you can take the food with you. There is also takeaway food available.

My favorite restaurant from all fast-food options.

Milkshake was riddled with ice crystals. The inquiry yielded nothing. Unfortunately I wasn't offered a replacement but had to insist. The soft drink was tapped and handed to me without any further words.

Not recommended...Simply unappetizing and the music is so annoying :( Hot Wings not properly depilated and when I asked where my butter was for the corn on the cob I was told the answer was sold out even though I paid for it! That's why I'll avoid visiting their restaurants in the future.

During my visit today I thought I was going to fly away... the employee in the kitchen had a good time, ate the thing, and to top it off he was making fries ready for the customers... disgusting high 10.

I'm not sure if it's human error or systemic. When ordering to take away, two chicken bits were missing from each bucket, there was no mashed potatoes and the soggy fries were scattered around the bag and smelled of old fat. 40€ for 2 menus and I ate two chickens because then you lose your appetite. Very annoying. But one more star for the store. It looks clean.

Terrible food and much worse, they don't have water or toys on the children's menu. They don't have quality.

They have almost nothing! They only have a small piece of chicken in the cheeseburger. They didn't have any ketchup left either! The children's menu, there is no water or toys. A shame for a fast food chain. Not recommended at all!!!!!

I recently visited KFC and overall my experience was mixed. The positive first: the food was really good. The chicken burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff, who were always helpful and polite. However, there are also some areas for improvement. Unfortunately, some tables were quite dirty, which spoiled the overall impression of the restaurant. Better cleaning could make the experience much more pleasant. All in all, KFC has potential. With a little more attention to cleanliness it could really be a top spot.

Compared to other KFCs, the place is rather uncomfortable. The food is delicious as usual.

I already told the Lieferando driver: an invoice or receipt is mandatory in Germany! This also avoids mistakes: drinks wrong, etc.

Very unfriendly and arrogant. Employees just smoke instead of cleaning the tables. Much much better in Istanbul.

Was at KFC for the first time and also the last time. I paid €6 for a chicken burger that didn't have any sauces, salad or anything like that on it. The piece of chicken was as big and narrow as a lighter (there was a piece of it on the burger). The piece of chicken barely covered about 20% of the burger. It was basically an empty burger bun for 6 euros and a mini piece of chicken in between. Very unfortunate. However, the service was quick but the “burger” was still cold, slightly hard and, as already mentioned above, nothing toppings.

Price-performance ratio is incomprehensible to me

The quality of fast food cannot be rated as tasty, but it is suitable for a simple and satisfying meal. However, the space here is quite nice and the service is extremely fast. Suitable for days when you are too lazy to cook and for people who want to have a simple meal.

Yesterday I went to KFC as a vegetarian for the first time in my life and I have to say everything vegetarian there tastes horrible. What is that supposed to be? Like cardboard. Tenders, burgers etc. all inedible. That was also the last time.

The food was very fatty and the meat was unfortunately not fully cooked... Tables are hardly cleaned

Yes, it's not the best KFC store but it has everything you need. Generally it's very dirty and it's so pleasant to eat there but the food is very good. I recommend the savings box for 6 euros

I have visited many KFC branches and I don't think there is anything worse. Disgusting taste of fried chicken and cold potatoes. It was a very bad experience

They serve a wonderful pork knuckle, the asparagus soup is also great.

I got two Crispy Chilli Cheese for in-house. Ordered for cash payment at the terminal, went out, went to the checkout, paid and 2 minutes later food arrived. It was very loud because of small children next to me, but whatever. (Argue, etc.) Yes, then eaten them and where are the chilies? Just taste? Man stupid! No, I need fresh chilies! 😁 So next time I'll use something different. It tasted good, but oh well.

So the food yesterday was so subpar. The branch would have to be closed, the fries were totally soggy and the bucket was so dry, It felt like everything was just warmed up. Then I'd rather go to Rheinhausen.

This KFC branch is haunted. Every time I come here it feels like a fever dream, everything is so chaotic, the employees can't seem to get ANYTHING done. The guy at the counter even asks me so critically why I want sweet chilli sauce when the chicken is already spicy... Brother, why do you care which sauce I want on my chicken😭 Laughing stock

THAT'S CHEATING!!! That's not a burger. It's a chicken nugget drowned in ketchup with cold cheese on soggy bread!! The fries were cold too! I thought I was eating candles?! Really a sad thing, the colonel would drown himself in ketchup if he saw that!!! Plus it was €0.99 more expensive than the advertisement that was right outside the store!

Service was not good. The guy at the counter was rude and even cancelled the order as my friend took some time to get his card out.. they were not busy but did not have enough patience. I hope KFC does not promote such rude behavior towards customers.

Wer keine Hunde mag, braucht auch keine Menschen. Wir haben den Hundeverbot nicht gesehen,weil es ganz klein ganz unten an der Eingangstür geklebt ist. Wir saßen drinnen und als wir fast fertig waren, kam jemand der uns aufgefordert hatte zu gehen.Er stand die ganze Zeit neben uns bis wir das letzte atück gegessen haben und hat uns rausbegleitet wie kriminelle. MACHT DEN BESCHI…, AUFKLEBER AN DIE TÜR, SO DAS MAN ES SEHEN KANN WIE JEDER ANDERE LADEN AUCH Hunde sind bessere Wesen als jeder Mensch , nur mal so zur Info. Dann gehen wir lieber nach Burger King, da waren die freundlich und durften den kleinen auch mit rein nehmen

Wartezeit über ne halbe Stunde, Personal unfreundlich und frech, Bestellungen falsch gepackt , der Laden ist dreckig ich glaube ich habe noch nie einen schlechteren fast Food laden gesehen als diesen!! Die Bestellung schien mir sehr kompliziert. Die Wartezeit fand ich sehr lange und das Essen fand ich nicht so gut. Der Laden ist nichts für mich.

Also ich war schon das 4. Mal da und es hat mich 4 mal enttäuscht. Pommes waren nicht frisch Und das wings sehen aus als wären sie mit Gamma strahlen zubereitet wurden. Ich fahr lieber bis nach krefeld oder Kaarst zum kfc als hier in Duisburg. Der Zinger Bürger wenig Fleisch und mehr Kruste. Danke für garnix.

Had a family bucket with my family and everyone had an upset stomach the whole day after eating from here and the oil was also not properly drained before serving so the chicken was dripping with oil as well

Heute dort gewesen, der Kassierer war super freundlich, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Laden war sauber und schön. Gerne wieder.

Sie haben uns bei der Bestellung nicht gesagt, dass es keine Pommes gibt. Die Hähnchenstücke waren voller Öl. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Seife zum Händewaschen

Sehr lange Wartezeit, chrisby gehtanders, Burger waren leider kalt und das angeblich knusprige Hühnchen war matschig.

Essen war nur mittelmäßig und Portionen klein.

Die übelste Erfahrung in Schnellrestaurants die man machen kann. 2 Erwachsene inklusive mir haben nach dem Verzehr ca 1-2 Stunden dannach gebrochen und heute ca 12 Stunden später beide Durchfall. Portionen rede ich gar nicht mehr drüber waren ein Witz und alles scheinbar kontaminiert. Ein Häncheflügel wird zerteilt und dann als Zwei Verkauft, die Stücke und die Bites sind ein schlechter Witz. Sorry Kentucky das ist absoluter Betrug und Abzocke. Ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt und eine Schließung. Achja Toiletten waren komplett zugesperrt. Sorry das ich das sagen muss geht hier auf keinen Fall essen.

War heute mit meiner Freundin da zu ersten und letzten Mal sind hier im Urlaub wollt KFC probieren aber enttäuscht schmeckte garnicht pommes Cola man auch Wasser auch die Hähnchen Keulen schmeckten zu fettige hier in Duisburg und das Personal unfreundlich wollte an das Portemonnaie wegen Kleingeld ohne zu fragen. Schade schade

Hab essen bestellt und das Getränk war warm.

Mal wieder Magenkrämpfe von dem Zeug, alles war klebrig und auch der persönliche Kontakt fehlt wegen dem nacharmen von dem System von MCDon.

Essen wahr nicht so gut, zumal uns das verkehrte Menü gegben wurde. Angestellte sind sehr unfreundlich und gestresst.

Nicht zum empfehlen es ungenießbar Bedingungen mangelhaft 🤑

Wenns um Huhn geht geht nyx über KFC. Wobei ich, wie bei all anderen Fastfood Restaurants, sagen muss dass ich nur Burger ohne Menü bestelle. Weil ey sein wa ma ehrlich, die Hälfte der Pommes isst man nur weil se' aufm Tablett sind & irgendwann stopft man sich die labernden Pommes einfach in sich rein und kippt das ganze dann noch mit nem Liter Cola runterspült was den Burger die geilheit nimmt..

Das Essen ist sehr gut, der Service überhaupt nicht.

Ein KFC mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Wir sind eigentlich immer hier, wenn wir Duisburg besuchen. Im direkten Gegensatz zu unserem heimischen KFC bekommen wir hier immer leckere Hähnchen serviert. Egal ob Burger, Hähnchenteile, oder eine der vielen Beilagen: bisher gab es hier noch nie etwas zu meckern. Zuletzt bleibt noch anzumerken, das das Personal sich sogar die Zeit nimmt, einem beim Automaten zu helfen, falls man mal Probleme damit hat. So etwas sieht man (in Fastfood-Läden) auch eher selten. Klare Empfehlung!

Um zu bestellen ist es okay, ich würde aber niemals wieder draußen vor Ort essen. Habe mich absolut nicht wohl gefühlt mit den ganzen Vögeln und Essensresten

Some of the staff are not very customer friendly. My husband gets Sudexo coupons along with his salary every month. KFC is one of the place which accept it. The guy in the counter took it from us but didn't say that he will not pay back the balance.Neither did he ask us to order anything extra for the 3 euro that was extra and printed the bill. When we asked for balance he shouted at us.Said we should have known. We were using the coupon for the first time and didn't knew they won't pay the balance.We had to argue and get the coupons back and leave without buying anything.We felt really bad. All other times when we were there, we had ok experience.The ordering machines are really helpful for non German speaking customers and those who don't want to deal with speaking to the staff.
