Kentucky Fried Chicken in Duisburg

We had a lovely time at the Christmas market last night and then wanted to eat at KFC. First of all, it was absolutely filthy there; all the tables were covered in trash, and on top of that, there was disgusting hair in our food. I could have thrown up.

It was my first and last time at KFC.

Hello, I bought four burgers at this KFC. The lettuce inside the burgers wasn't fresh, and the burgers themselves were cold. Please correct your preparation!

We wanted to try KFC for the first time today. We ate there. The restaurant was dirty. There wasn't a single clean table. Apparently, the ventilation system had broken down; it smelled not only of rancid old grease, but also of greasy texture. The restroom door was blocked by a bench and two warning signs... At some point, the lights were turned off, and what was left was probably the nightlight, so we finished our meal in the dark. Apparently, the pickup screen with the numbers didn't work either, because they were aggressively shouted across the room. There was no music or anything like that playing; you could hear the employees chatting in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm; the fries were nowhere near cooked; they were all soggy and soft. The burgers were okay. I suspect this is the restaurant's fault, not KFC in general. We'll try our luck somewhere else sometime. But as long as the numbers are correct, the franchisor will certainly not pay attention to the predominantly negative reviews here anyway…

The food was okay, but nothing more. The staff was quite unfriendly and shouting. And the tables and floor were very dirty!

Something's wrong at KFC. Why are the employees always overwhelmed and forget half the food, even though the restaurant isn't even at full capacity? Also, the garbage piles up at the drop-off stations, and the tables are never wiped down.

The tables weren't clean, and everything was very impersonal. The sloppy burger had just a smear of cheese and a dollop of tomato ketchup. The Bites (a fried chicken piece) were very, very small. The Pepsi was almost non-carbonated. The fries were also too soft. A shame. They were tasty, though, as were the Bits.

A very bad experience! The food was cold and unappetizing. Also, several items I ordered were missing – including fries and drinks. That's really annoying when you're paying and your order isn't complete. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't particularly clean, and I even had a stomach ache after eating. This shouldn't happen at a large chain like KFC.

I had no expectations and was disappointed. By far the worst KFC I've ever been to. The fries were soggy, the meat was undercooked, and nothing crispy. The staff yelled their stunt across half the store. It's really getting used to this.

I was there today. The food was very good, tasty and the portions were generous. The prices are affordable for every budget. I liked it and will come back again!

I ordered a whole bucket of chicken, two small fries, and a drink. I got two small boxes, one with chicken and one with fries, and I didn't get a straw for my drinks. I can't recommend going there.

Once and never again. Spent €35.37 for what felt like a 200g box, plus the burger, which not only tasted rancid but wasn't even really filled. They must have scraped the leftover lettuce out of the tray. Anyone who wants to eat here needs a big wallet. And if they're not hungry, I've never experienced anything like this.

Of all the KFCs I've ever visited, this one was the best. Excellent service, delicious food, and above all, hygienic. The floors were clean, the tables were clean, and there was no trash scattered around the bins.

Very Bad behavior and service. Arabish KFC with dangerous people. If you give Bad comments they can Hit or Kick you if they found you agin in their Restaurant. Becareful before give Bad comments and away from them. They Kick on my e-bike, next day After Write this comments.

In terms of ambiance, I would describe this KFC as one of the nicer of the chain. The staff worked together quickly and, above all, flawlessly. The food was as expected.

I particularly enjoyed the mashed potatoes – creamy and well-seasoned. The hygiene in the restaurant was also impeccable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I'd be happy to come back!

I don't think I have to say anything more about the ambience of Duisburg's inner city. But otherwise clean, food arrived quickly and was still warm.

Have a nice day, unfortunately I have to report that the food there was very cold, we had already told the shift manager that the food was too cold, but he didn't do anything about it, I really ask that consumer protection comes by there.

They now have a bathroom code. A little disappointing, but otherwise OK. Life is too short not to have some KFC every once in a while. I'd enjoy more often, when synthetic meat gets in the menu. Currently, I feel guilty about all of the death and suffering of the poor chickens, but one has to eat. So, I hope synthetic meat will become available soon!

The food is delicious, the place is clean, everyone is nice, the service is quick and you can take the food with you. There is also takeaway food available.

Milkshake was riddled with ice crystals. The inquiry yielded nothing. Unfortunately I wasn't offered a replacement but had to insist. The soft drink was tapped and handed to me without any further words.

Not recommended...Simply unappetizing and the music is so annoying :( Hot Wings not properly depilated and when I asked where my butter was for the corn on the cob I was told the answer was sold out even though I paid for it! That's why I'll avoid visiting their restaurants in the future.

During my visit today I thought I was going to fly away... the employee in the kitchen had a good time, ate the thing, and to top it off he was making fries ready for the customers... disgusting high 10.

I'm not sure if it's human error or systemic. When ordering to take away, two chicken bits were missing from each bucket, there was no mashed potatoes and the soggy fries were scattered around the bag and smelled of old fat. 40€ for 2 menus and I ate two chickens because then you lose your appetite. Very annoying. But one more star for the store. It looks clean.

They have almost nothing! They only have a small piece of chicken in the cheeseburger. They didn't have any ketchup left either! The children's menu, there is no water or toys. A shame for a fast food chain. Not recommended at all!!!!!

I recently visited KFC and overall my experience was mixed. The positive first: the food was really good. The chicken burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff, who were always helpful and polite. However, there are also some areas for improvement. Unfortunately, some tables were quite dirty, which spoiled the overall impression of the restaurant. Better cleaning could make the experience much more pleasant. All in all, KFC has potential. With a little more attention to cleanliness it could really be a top spot.

I already told the Lieferando driver: an invoice or receipt is mandatory in Germany! This also avoids mistakes: drinks wrong, etc.

Was at KFC for the first time and also the last time. I paid €6 for a chicken burger that didn't have any sauces, salad or anything like that on it. The piece of chicken was as big and narrow as a lighter (there was a piece of it on the burger). The piece of chicken barely covered about 20% of the burger. It was basically an empty burger bun for 6 euros and a mini piece of chicken in between. Very unfortunate. However, the service was quick but the “burger” was still cold, slightly hard and, as already mentioned above, nothing toppings.

Price-performance ratio is incomprehensible to me

The quality of fast food cannot be rated as tasty, but it is suitable for a simple and satisfying meal. However, the space here is quite nice and the service is extremely fast. Suitable for days when you are too lazy to cook and for people who want to have a simple meal.

Yesterday I went to KFC as a vegetarian for the first time in my life and I have to say everything vegetarian there tastes horrible. What is that supposed to be? Like cardboard. Tenders, burgers etc. all inedible. That was also the last time.

Yes, it's not the best KFC store but it has everything you need. Generally it's very dirty and it's so pleasant to eat there but the food is very good. I recommend the savings box for 6 euros
