Pretty much like almost all McDonald's. Only the new app with the special offers didn't work well. I wanted more, but it always stuck to the first entry. But that's not the restaurant's fault. Food was picked up at the counter.

Very clean, great seats, fast food, good selection and even flowers on the table, simply top-notch.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. After waiting 25-30 minutes, it started to feel like a social experiment, testing when people would give up hope. No one can give me back that precious time, and in the end, all I was waiting for was a Big Mac meal.

Clean toilets and really good coffee!!

The men's restroom was very dirty... The floor was covered in piss...

Very clean and truly fast food. Our order came quickly, even though it was very busy, and everything was in our takeaway bag. Great.

Despite the busy time, the service was quick and friendly. What was striking was that the (presumably) manager or team leader personally brought trays of food and drinks to the guests, took trays from guests during clearing, and also helped clean the tables – all with great friendliness. I was also particularly impressed by the way the staff interacted with each other. Food and drinks of the usual high quality.

All the tables were dirty. And there was a lot of trash lying around on the floor. The restroom was unacceptable. It was a very busy Sunday evening, so maybe that was the reason? Or maybe there weren't enough staff? But so many dirty restrooms are unacceptable.

Even one star is too much. We've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. There was more food on the floor than on the trays. The employees certainly can't help it. If everyone cleaned up their own mess properly, it would probably be half as bad.

It's hopelessly overcrowded every time. If you're planning on going to the Czech Republic anyway, it's better to go to the Golden Seagull or have a delicious meal at an Asian restaurant. We had to wait three-quarters of an hour for our food, not to mention the fact that there were hardly any free seats. At the end of our stay, the doors were even locked because the crowds seemed to be endless.

This was possibly the best experience I've had at a McDonald's. We were a group of 7. Nothing was missing or mixed up. It was clean, quick, & correct.

It's just a McDonald's...if you know one, you know them all 🤷

Always fast, and you don't have to wait long... Despite the rain coming and going, it's mostly empty, but because they get things done quickly. The parking lot is big enough... We drive 700 km, and it's our frequent stop.

We waited 25 minutes for our takeout order. Plenty of parking is available, but the restrooms are dirty and the seats are loose.

Fast and good. That's what we're used to.

A mostly quiet McDonald's with the expected quality, cleanliness, and friendliness. Spacious parking lot, where you can even find a spot with a trailer.

Unfortunately, almost all branches now look like a pack of pigs has just gone through them. Hygiene standards are either not taught at all, or the employees aren't listening properly. The waitress was bored; she cleaned a little here and a little there, and that was it. They're spraying and wiping around things. The floor is sticky, and there's still stuff lying around even though she's swept. Burgers and the like are like everywhere else. The restrooms are marked, but it's questionable whether anyone actually cleans them. Service so far has been friendly and pleasant.

It's a normal McDonalds, a bit hidden and therefore difficult to find the entrance

We were there today and didn't get any coupons for the sweepstakes. When we asked, the (presumably) shift manager snapped at us, asking what we were doing there. When we asked about the coupons, we were further yelled at, saying there weren't any available at the moment. - At that moment, the sweepstakes advertisement was running over her head 🙄 - What I always wonder is whether that's ignorance or incompetence. In both cases, we should think about the right person for the position, because this person isn't blessed with "good customer communication" and apparently isn't up to date on what promotions are currently running in their branch.

McDonald's remains my favorite. It's been almost consistently good, fast, and polite.

Lots of customers, long waiting times.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We were passing through and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We had already ordered online using the app, but still had to wait 15 minutes at the restaurant. The burgers were still cold and carelessly "thrown" into the packaging. The fries weren't salted. I also had to wait 5 minutes for the restroom because they were cleaning... but then there was no toilet paper left in either restroom and the soap was empty. Incomprehensible!

As we were receiving our order, the employee accidentally dropped a large Coke from a second tray, and the splash hit my husband and me completely. He apologized briefly, but no offer of compensation or anything similar was made. We're glad that, contrary to the usual practice, there were no ice cubes included. The sauces we ordered were incomplete. My husband then had to change his clothes, and the food was, of course, cold.

We were there with a group of friends. We all ordered one after the other, got the wrong thing, and nothing was said. 😞. If you only ordered a Coke, it took 10 minutes. It was simply a disgrace. 🙄.

There is no mcsmart menu in the morning

Coke with no sparkles. Dry fries with less salt. The burger was good though.

Shitty service, people behind us honked at us because they couldn't manage to simply take an order at the Mc Drive-In. It's worth driving to the next Mc Drive-In in Weiden.

Comparatively expensive. For example, Filet-o-Fish as a McSmart snack costs €4.99 instead of €3.00 elsewhere.

As always at McDonald's, the food is good, service is usually fast, and the atmosphere is good, but the cleanliness of the empty tables and restrooms leaves something to be desired.

Unfortunately, I discovered AGAIN in this restaurant that I didn't get everything I ordered (MC Drive - ordered via app). This time, 2 of the 6 items were missing, and the Happy Meal included the wrong game. Unfortunately, this incident isn't an isolated one at this restaurant 🤬

Like the others, relatively clean.

A typical mid-sized McDonald's. It's located right off the highway exit. More signage directing the restaurant would still be helpful. The building is very modern and attractively designed. Everything is in excellent condition. The parking lot is large, and the drive-thru is car-friendly. There are outdoor seating areas with relatively nice views and a playground. Cleanliness is okay, especially the parking lot, which is top-notch. The trash cans are emptied regularly. As is unfortunately the case everywhere, the cleanliness of the restrooms could be improved. The employees are always very friendly. Ordering and delivery of the food are quick. The food is always hot and well prepared.

Something else is always sold out. Zero organization.

I just relaxed and ordered something to eat, a big tasty backon that wasn't that tasty. I had to scrape it out of the packaging and put it together myself, plus an MC rib that was about half an hour behind. The onions were next to the burger, the sauce was already horrible and the meat tasted like a math book

You can also eat the packaging of the fries, probably better than some citizens. Oh no one speaks German here, with one or two exceptions. Juice shop of the worst kind. Underground Bay. Greetings from our beautiful East

A McDonald's like many others. So far everything is okay. The charging station for our car also worked well.

Super friendly staff, fast service, clean surfaces and very clean bathroom. Food was fresh and warm!

Were just here and ordered and took away for 100 euros. As soon as we showed our number, we had to say several times that the drinks were missing. When we got into the car, our daughter noticed that her toy was missing from the Happy Meal, so she went back in to get the toy. And now, as we continue our journey, we notice that all the sauces we ordered are missing. Absolute impudence!

Both entrances were locked and only opened on request, very long waiting times and staff seemed overwhelmed.

The store is absolutely rubbish, you wait half an hour for two things, unfriendly employees, food lanes are not emptied, understaffed, and only one checkout when people are standing until the end and the cucumbers are hanging on the window pane 😡😡😡😡

No, waited over an hour for food with a toddler. When asked, only superficial answers were given; none of the staff felt responsible. We will not visit the restaurant again

Now completely overpriced. Even if we take inflation out. Even with the coupons it hurts your wallet. The portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Service is quick and friendly. The ambience is OK for McD.

Every table was dirty and not wiped down. There were still leftover food in every place. We then sat in a spot that wasn't clean because there weren't any clean ones. We had to wait longer than usual for our food, even though there was almost nothing going on. While eating, I saw an employee grab a handful of fries and throw them in the face of a colleague as a joke. When I left I discovered that there was half a piece of flesh stuck to my shoe that was definitely not mine. It was the most remorseful McDonald's I've ever been to.

The staff was friendly as always, but the parking lot had not been cleared and was therefore very slippery and greasy. My daughter (25 weeks pregnant) and I almost fell a few times on the way in and out.

We went for breakfast. The restaurant was not clean throughout, neither the floor nor the tables. Hopefully it's different in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, this is the fourth time I've missed food when ordering take-away in the drive. It's not possible to stop and look every time when there are a lot of cars behind you

We go to McDonald's no more than once a year. This was neat and clean and the staff was nice.

It was ok, but the toilet needed major renovation. The toilet seat was splitting, I've never seen anything like it.

The price of a few burgers surprised me recently.

Pretty chilled McDonald's right next to the highway in Mitterteich Süd. Good food and the ambience is great too, I like to eat here whenever I pass by on my way.

All the tables where we wanted to sit were dirty and full of crumbs.

Toilet catastrophe - has been mentioned here several times, but doesn't seem to be of interest

Unfortunately we were eating there and got cold burgers so we had to take it to the counter to complain until we got the replacement. Unfortunately the other food was cold... It was the last time we were here, that's for sure!

Unfortunately, it's not enough to just check whether everything is there when you get your order, but you also have to unpack everything straight away because the burgers that are packed are completely different than what you ordered.

By fast food I mean something different because I can raise my own meat and eat it myself

The order could not be completed via the app because, according to the operator, the network was too poor. However, I had connected to the McDonald's WiFi... Not only the WiFi but also the service can be improved here!

The toilets are not nice! It needs to be cleaned and disinfected more often!

You are served very quickly and can continue your journey quickly. Plenty of parking and friendly service.

If the kitchen staff is unable to read, write or even speak the language of the country in which they work (in this case Germany; the official language is German), they may want to consider providing language training to the team. So that errors when ordering can be minimized and the environment is not polluted by unnecessary car journeys

A very neat and clean McDonald's branch. The staff are friendly and polite. Service is very important here.

Nice and clean. Toilets also nice and clean. The ambience was beautifully decorated for autumn.

I've been a customer at this branch for 20 years. It's never happened to me that the staff isn't even informed about orders. I've never encountered such a mess here. Everything was always ok, but now things look different. You should just think carefully about who you use as staff.

Typical McDonald's. Very crowded, but very efficient.

The decor is like usual McDonalds, it was clean, taste was good, a lot of people who waited a long time for their order, orders were mixed up, our order was shown sometime after 15 minutes but it wasn't there. The kitchen got the orders ready and the service at the counter couldn't keep up with the packing, so the citizens were left in the tray but because it took too long, the orders were deleted from the PC system. That doesn't work. This McDonald's is on a highway, so no one can tell me that they didn't expect such a rush.

Unfortunately there are no more scrambled eggs. Only in such a sticky tasting one, I have no idea what it's supposed to be. And the coffee is terrible.

Big Tasty Bacon beats the "M"... Once again the bread roll to meat ratio isn't right... And the taste is just so-so... Otherwise, normal Mäckes to hang out with... Have fun
