By far the nicest McDonald's I've seen so far. Here you can see that the staff is keen on their work. Fresh flowers on all the tables and on the walls and the plants outside are really well looked after.

Food is always good, even with special requests and when there is a lot going on. However, due to the location on the motorway, there can be relatively long waiting times at the terminals. Otherwise always good 👍

Now completely overpriced. Even if we take inflation out. Even with the coupons it hurts your wallet. The portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Service is quick and friendly. The ambience is OK for McD.

The food and service are good, but the atmosphere is just way too small

We ordered burgers and Capri Sonnen for all the children. Staff very unfriendly and no hello or goodbye is said. In general, I find McDonald's very unhygienic and not particularly reliable. Please check your orders!!!

Every meal was warmed up hot🔥. Salad was fresh. Service staff are on point.

Were on the way to a weekend trip here. Unfortunately my BigMac was put together completely strangely. Everything was placed on the upper floor and the lower one was unoccupied. After complaining, I also had to wait a bit, but I got a new burger. Something positive was that the ice cream machine worked.

The toilets are dirty, no toilet paper and no soap. There was a lot going on when we visited, so maybe they just didn't have time.

McDonald's just on the highway. The toilets were dirty and smelled, something you don't normally find at McDonald's. A similar picture on the way back... Dirty and not really inviting.

Typical Mäckes. I didn't like the ambience and service here. The staff weren't particularly friendly that day. Apparently had a bad day.

Actually exactly what you would expect. Why am I deducting two stars? Unfortunately part of my order was missing. Would be added later but with the rush at lunchtime, it would be really annoying.

Consumption in the restaurant is ok, but McDrive should be enjoyed with extreme caution. For larger orders or orders larger than 1 menu, the error rate is 100%. In the last 3 app orders (multiple menus) 1 item was missing. You can then go back and get a replacement, but you'll still be annoyed. From today on we will avoid the McDrive. In addition, I wrote to McDonalds Germany at the same time and can only recommend this to everyone in order to achieve an improvement at some point in the distant future. It's a shame.

Catastrophe...Terminals don't work...Pickup doesn't work...completely overcrowded, endless waiting...If you can drive in Selb or later...this one is not a recommendation

It's a shame! We will avoid this McDonalds in the future. This is the third time we have ordered in Mitterteich and our order is NOT complete. Either something is missing from the order or, like yesterday, a burger is not completely filled. My husband ordered a 1 Double Big Mac Bacon TS from the menu. This time we checked at the parking lot to see if everything was there. It wasn't until we got home that we noticed that half of the burger was missing! Two meat paddies, the tomato and the bacon were missing. For the prices you can expect to get a full meal. We strongly advise against ordering your food there and then taking it home. There is no way to return it unless you check everything meticulously on site.

Disgusting toilet, there was toilet paper everywhere. Kitchen staff didn't wear gloves. One licked his thumb and then fasted the food.

Usual McDonald's, quality of the burgers was good and didn't slip.

Our order was only processed after a 45 minute wait after requesting it. Other customers were served much sooner, even though we hadn't ordered anything special. A sauce was also missing, but another was too much. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired.

Its only advantage is that you know what to expect. And normally it's worse than you remember it.

Toilets were very well maintained and clean when we visited on holidays rather than weekends. We will visit this McDonald's again on our North South trip. Easy to reach from the motorway.

I ordered food for my family on the screen, but unfortunately I got hamburgers without ketchup, which were immediately remade for me and brought to my table. All ok, very friendly staff, I would love to come back.

Were there for breakfast. It's all ok. Cappuccino from MC better than in many cafes. Unfortunately, the soap in the men's toilet was already empty.

The staff was hopelessly overloaded; either there were too many new colleagues or they were not experienced. Our impression was that there weren't actually too many guests. We like to stop at McDonald's because the coffee is good and the toilets are clean, and we would like to thank the branch for that

Standard on the route, clean toilet, plenty of tables, garden with a slide for children. On the downside - iced coffees were unavailable.

A bit of a weird atmosphere for a non-peak time but just as good as any other McD!

Unfriendly staff and something else is always missing with every order. The cashier at the checkout reacted very unfriendly when paying, even though there was no reason to do so. 2 burgers were missing from the order. If you don't check your order here, you'll be missing something.

Used for a short break with children. Children were able to use the indoor play area for a bit.

McDonald's, tasty, fast. There is a large parking lot. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. A huge minus is that cola costs 3.50 if not more for a large glass, and there is no way to refill the glass for free, in no competition with KFC and Burger King.

You can NOT do this at this McDonalds: -Order in advance via the app -Use a coupon from the app at the terminal -Pay with card at the terminal -find a reasonably clean table -Enter the toilet without passing urine -use your hands in the men's toilet When ordering via the app, I kept getting an error message saying that you have to use a valid receipt?! We then lost 600 redeemed points - thanks for nothing We then drove to the next one in Marktredwitz. It was clean there, we had something to eat and were happy. We even got significantly cheaper with the same order.

Service and food are good but the cleanliness that McDonald's stands for unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired in this establishment. Dirty tables and the women's toilet really bad. The toilet seat is completely torn so that you get trapped when you sit down and paper on the floor and stains of all kinds on the toilet seat are not exactly inviting. I hope that the deficiencies will be remedied on the next visit.

The employees openly show contempt and make you wait a long time at the checkout in order to pay for your order! In the system, the ice cream that I ordered was in stock, but when I paid at the checkout, the administrator with a dissatisfied look said that it was not there, without offering anything in return, he simply left! Not only do they pack the burgers as if they were sitting on top of them, but they also treat customers negatively. Instead of serving me, they openly and loudly discussed the guests in a negative way. My impression of this particular McDonald's is mega spoiled!

A very clean and well-equipped McDonalds, we've seen much worse on motorways. Food was delicious and tasted good for fast food. And most importantly, the fries were fresh and crispy.

Arrived when it was snowing and got food while the winter service cleared away. Fine. I didn't leave the very clean toilet behind either.

Burgers were not carelessly topped like in some other branches. Our table was very dirty from previous users. When we asked for napkins for wiping, an employee was immediately sent with a cloth. Top! Great interior design and seating!

Worst McDonalds in all of Bavaria. Not a single voucher works and the service is worse than in the Hagebaumarkt. Absolute impudence, one less customer - your own fault. If negative stars were possible, the juice shop would be a fantastic 5/5

Das Essen war kalt 🥶 und das Essen hat sehr lang gedauert. Außerdem hat ein 🍔 und ein Ketchup gefehlt Auserdem war der Boden und die Tische dreckig

Immer überbesucht. Keine Bestellung der letzten 2 Jahre korrekt zum Mitnehmen herausgegeben. Wraps werden für den Preis unverschämt klein.

Man kann sich den mc'i bald nicht mehr leisten , habe für 4 Milchshake's , 1 mal kleine pommes 3,09 € also nur die pommes, unglaublich sau teuer , und lätschig und lauwarm gewesen. 18.50 € für die shake's normalerweise würde es keinen Stern geben , aber man muss ja.so schnell fahr ich nicht mehr hin

Hallo MC Donalds Team. Wir gehen alle 2 Tage zum Essen zu euch auf nen Burger oder Kaffee ! Leider mussten wir am Tisch 15 feststellen dass mindestens seit 6 Tagen , Gurkenscheiben von einen Burger an der Abtrennung kleben !! Das ist ekelhaft da die Gurkenscheibe samt Ketchup schon eingetrocknet ist . Warum wird hier nicht richtig geputzt ?? Bitte schulen sie ihre Reinigungskräfte besser. Danke

Sehr schönes Lokal und super Personal

Großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter, welche am 7.1.2024 im Dienst waren. Nett, zuvorkommend und höflich. Eigentlich gebe ich nie Bewertungen nie ab. Aber bei dieser Filiale muss ich es tun. Schon beim Betreten ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen. Jeder Tisch war gereinigt und wurde nach benutzten auch zügig wieder gereinigt. Es war viel los, keiner der MA war genervt. Wir waren echt begeistert. 🤩

Für McDonald's Standards ausreichend. Bestell Terminals sind ein großer Pluspunkt.

Der Gastraum wirkte sauber, die Bestellung erhielt ich zügig und geschmeckt hat es, für Fastfood-Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Also, Daumen hoch.

Ein sehr freundlicher italienischer Mitarbeiter welcher uns da die ☕️ Spezialität zubereitet hat.

Naja was soll man sagen. Gegen Mittag würd ich dort nicht wieder essen. Nur 2 von 7 oder 8 Bestellautomaten gingen und es war voll wie Sau. Die Bedienung war aber steht's freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Essen war wie immer McDonald's halt.

Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Burger haben richtig gut geschmeckt und haben auch optisch einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Entweder der Chef und die Crew sind ein wirklich spitzen Team oder MC‘Donalds hat hier einen „Vorzeigerestaurant“ hingestellt! Dankeschön 👍🏻

Ungewohnt sehr sauberer McDonald's. Tische waren abgewischt und die Aufräumstationen leer. Es war schön herbstlich dekoriert und es standen sogar frische Blumen auf den Tischen. Das hab ich persönlich noch bei keinem anderen McDonald's gesehen... Bestellung und Zubereitung ging sehr schnell! Sehr gut!!!

Essen wie immer gut und schnell. Leider sehr laut durch viele Jugendliche. Tische nicht unbedingt sauber.

Super Service, online mit Tischservice bestellt und nach 4 Min. wurde alles gebracht. Auch das frische Blumen auf den Tischen stehen findet man bei MC Donald nirgends …. Komme super gerne wieder!

Sehr viel Personal. Schnelle Zubereitung trotz viel Andrang. Gut gelegen zur Autobahn.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war unmöglich und das ist nett ausgedrückt. Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeitsformen sind hier ein Fremdwort. Gefühlt muss man sich entschuldigen, das man etwas bestellen möchte. Traurig!!!

Der schnellste und beste Service den ich jemals in einem McDonalds in Deutschland erlebt habe. Trotz extremen Andrangs alles sauber schnell und freundlich.

Tolles Restaurant. Sehr groß und geräumig. Leider waren die Iced Drinks ausverkauft...und das Anfang August. Schade. Sonst auf jeden Fall für einen Stopp zu empfehlen.

Top McDonald's Restaurant 👍 sogar schön dekoriert. Nicht zu vergleichen mit dem in Marktredwitz... Nette uns schnelle Bedienung bei Tisch Services. Ein Stern Abzug da Tische nicht ganz sauber waren.
