Unfortunately, entire burgers are often forgotten, even if you're the only one who waited 10 minutes in the McDrive. mcsunday, drinks and milkshakes are often only half full.. Stitch? Stress? In any case, neither is an excuse.

At weddings the staff is completely overwhelmed. Tables were dirty and sticky from previous guests. There was also a smell of Eckelhalter in the restaurant. Food was McDonald's as usual.

Once again the order on the mcdrive was not complete. (that's how you get money). I also discovered a dead insect in the fries… Ugh!!! We were definitely there for the last time!!!!

Count your nuggets. Bought a 9 in McDrive and discovered at home that there were only 7 (seven!) in it. mess. Children are snarky.

Solid McDonald's with small weaknesses 🍔​🍟​🥤​ The McDonald's on Dresdner Straße in Pirna delivers exactly what you expect from this fast food chain - nothing more and nothing less. The food was solid but not spectacular. Ordering at the terminal followed by table service worked smoothly and without any problems. Unfortunately the quality of the burgers left a lot to be desired. They had just a tiny dollop of sauce on them and the rolls were hard around the edges. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the restaurant and toilets was fine. When we arrived the tables were being wiped down which left a positive impression. Conclusion: Overall, the McDonald's in Pirna offers a typical McDonald's experience. If you're looking for a quick and easy meal, you'll find it here. However, there is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to the quality of the burgers. This is my personal experience, other customers may have had different experiences. 🤷🏼‍♀️​

We went to McDonald's this evening around 6:50 p.m. As soon as we entered the branch, we noticed that there was a long line waiting for our orders. We were able to place our order at the machine and pay immediately. Due to the rush, we were prepared for a longer wait. However, the conditions we observed during our wait were extremely worrying. It appeared that each employee was assigned a specific task, but there was a distinct lack of support at the output. What was particularly noticeable was that behind the counter there was a kind of collecting basin for the finished burgers and other dishes, which was so full that the employee at the counter had to literally dig through the various orders to get the right products out. This led to further delays as the finished food had to be found before it could be put into the bags. Meanwhile, the drinks were piling up and were only slowly being served. A McFlurry, for example, stood around fully prepared for about 20 minutes before it was brought out to the table - it is questionable whether it had not already melted by then. Even a latte macchiato was hardly at the desired temperature because it also waited a long time to be served. The employee at the counter had great difficulty keeping up with the packing of the orders because she was not only responsible for packing, but also had to bring orders to the tables. Support from other stations seemed urgently needed, but this did not materialize. Another lady at the chip station preferred to continuously portion out her fries. What particularly bothered us was the cleanliness of the kitchen, which has been visible to guests since it was opened. The floor was covered in chips and salad and it seemed very greasy with staff slipping on the floor. We understand that a kitchen can be hectic, but this situation is not pleasant for guests to see. As we left the branch, we noticed that the cart for guests' trash was completely overfilled and a new place for trash had already been created on a neighboring table that resembled the Leaning Tower of Pisa. When we got home - after a drive of less than five minutes - we noticed that our burgers were no longer hot. This is extremely disappointing as we wanted to enjoy our meal at an acceptable temperature. Overall, our visit was unfortunately disappointing, as both the organization and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In particular, the lack of assistance at the counter caused significant delays, and the result was that our burgers were already cold with such a short drive home.

It wasn't busy and you didn't have to wait long

Food as always good. Unfortunately, placing an order via the “drive in” is difficult so the order is often taken incorrectly and has to be corrected at the checkout. Unfortunately, something is always missing from the order. This time all sauces were left out. It's just annoying and we won't stop anymore.

Not too big, but enough space. Great breakfast offering. Tables could perhaps be wiped down again. Otherwise everything was great. Nice team. We recommend the Big Morning Farmer.

Parking spaces are a bit scarce/few. But fast service and the burger and apple turnover are really hot 🔥. 😉

You really need to do something about the flies flying around the shop.... It's totally unacceptable that someone can't enjoy their meal... Polite staff and fast....

The McDonalds in Pirna is modern, large and offers a good selection of food and drinks. There is an indoor and outdoor play area for children. The parking lot is right in front of it and you can quickly get back on the highway.

Pirna used to be the McDonalds where you could actually eat. Unfortunately, the quality is getting worse and worse here too. Drinks are mixed up, dips are forgotten, and the burger has the bacon next to it. 2 mini pieces of pickled cucumber and the sauce becomes less and less. Since our number wasn't on the monitor, I had to ask and the food that had already been prepared was now almost cold. It's a shame because unfortunately it's not the first time this has happened.

The lady at the McDrive can't open her mouth, speaks very quietly, and doesn't speak at all when paying. At first I thought it was a machine that I was giving the money to. Order received incomplete despite requests from the employee. Unfortunately, we noticed too late that the toy from the two HappyMeals was missing. Once and never again McDonalds Pirna.

Unfortunately this is the third visit in a row. Only a little sauce on the citizen and the fries are dry/lie longer. Citizen is freshly prepared, but the ingredients are already cold. In other branches it works completely differently. A pity.

There's always something small if you're quickly hungry. A clogged toilet and no paper to dry your hands in the dispenser. What a shame.

The restaurant has improved compared to previous visits, the tables now appear clean and are cleaned much more frequently and the garbage collection containers are also emptied more frequently. The orders are now obviously processed more conscientiously, everything that was ordered is in the bag - at least most of the time.

Unfortunately, the side dish is always missing from the menu, which is annoying when you first unpack the food at home. In the Happy Meal there was a salad with bitter stalks and leaves that was unsuitable for children; the only edible thing was 3 slices of tomato. And there really wasn't much going on.

WOW! That was the best visit to McDonald's you could ever have! The staff is a dream! The lady at the counter was very helpful and communicative. That was the nicest encounter I've had in the last few months. My day is much better now! Thanks!

My husband specially walked from the city center to MC's and got dinner for us. I had 1 Bic Mac in the menu and an extra Bic Mac when he got home. Then the shock came, everything was there except my 2 Bic Mac's and that was it not much going on. That really annoyed me

The BIG MAC Action was really good for 1 euro in the app.

Cleaning me lousy. The tables were dirty, a mess under the tables. They have enough staff there to clean it up. The self-service desk has a small selection of languages, nowadays, I would expect there to be 5 languages ​​to choose from, like in the Czech Republic. The rest is more or less fine.

Once again we got the wrong food and the wrong drinks. Things were missing from the menu. Staff not available to talk. It's our problem and if we don't like it then we should go to another branch. Under all hell. You won't see us there anymore.

The food was not enjoyable. Fries were soft, flabby and warm, you can't say that. The Big Mägs had a maximum temperature of 40 degrees and that is already high. Somehow I once heard something about holding times that were long exceeded given the temperature. So conclusion: food was a waste. Spending money on something like that means I can throw it out the window next time.

Ordered two McFlurry at the drive in today. We stood at the ordering column for ages. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the front or back because there was a long line behind us and the cars in front of us weren't being processed. When we asked several times, we only received an annoyed “Wait a minute!”

We are used to Mc Dresden and Berlin. Pirna was a shock! First impression: cool at lunchtime only 1 customer in front of us. Final thought: never here again! Apart from one tanned employee, the faces of the employees, some of whom were wearing flip flops, were as dismal as the burgers were fart-dry. Even when the paper bags were handed over there was a funeral atmosphere. I received a dirty look for my nice “A smile from you would be nice. Thank you”.

If anyone is wondering whether it is possible to spoil something as simple as French fries, let me tell you - you can. In this place we bought fries that were either from the morning or from who knows where. The fries were obviously burnt first, then they rested for a few hours and someone heated them for us, so we got 3 portions of burnt, soft fries 🤢 We didn't have time to go back there because normally I would have just given them back. They went into the garbage because they couldn't be eaten. Disgusting, I advise you to avoid it because it's a waste of money

Everything fine. Only the drive in didn't work properly somehow. You should wait behind the window and the food will be brought out. This led to misunderstandings and a blockage with vehicles.

Ordering was the only good thing about the visit. Among other things, I paid €16 for cold fries, cold and unfinished shrimp. My cola had more ice cubes in it than cola itself. All in all, it wasn't a culinary experience, but unfortunately there is probably no alternative here if you need something quick to eat.

typischer mc donalds mit teilweise unfreundlicher bedienung. lange wartezeiten zum bezahlen an der kasse weil kassierer keine lust haben.

Mc Donalds halt was soll man dazu sagen. Burgerking gibt es erst in Dresden also geht man in Pirna zu Mc Donalds wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. Ist halt Geschmackssache.

Kaltes Essen und falsches essen in Tüte waren aber schon wieder unterwegs und wollten nicht nochmal zurück

Ich war wie immer zufrieden. Fast Food ist Fast Food, und hier wird es recht gut gemacht. Gern wieder.

Ganz normaler McDonalds, ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht das essen war halt typisch MC Donald da müssen die Leute kein 5 Sterne essen erwarten. Die Mitarbeiter waren ganz okay nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht unbedingt freundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung war okay leider war es ein bisschen dreckig aber das ist okay.

Haben dort zu Mittag gegessen. Schmackhaft. Wir wurden gut bedient.

In diesem McDonald's arbeiten Menschen. Und das ist schön und das ist gut so. Wir sind hier "Stammgast" und ja, es ist schon mal mit einer Bestellung etwas schief gegangen. Aber bisher wurde man stehts freundlich empfangen und man konnte alle Probleme besprechen und eine Lösung finden. Wir sind gerne hier. Und meiner Meinung nach ist Pirna mit Abstand der beste McDonald's im Dresdner Großraum. Danke für Essen und Service. :)

Das einzig Positive an dem Besuch war das Personal. Innen wirklich grauenvoll eingerichtet und es passte wirklich nichts zusammen.

Kleiner Parkplatz, fragwürdige Innendekoration, Toiletten waren leider nicht allzu sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren dafür freundlich und das Essen gut.

Heute waren wir mal wieder seit längerer Zeit beim McDonald's bei Pirna. Von Sauberkeit bis Geschmack des Essens kann man nix sagen,ist einfach gut, wie man ein Mecces kennt. Das einzige was mich stört. Ist genauso wie das letzte mal, wieder wurden die Beilagen wie Ketchup und Mayonnaise vergessen. Das letzte mal gab es diese normal auf die Hand nach dem Beanstanden bei dem Personal. Dieses Mal wurde lange diskutiert. Obwohl die Personal Dame es noch bei uns am Tisch bei der Servierung gesehen hatte. Als wir es direkt Ihr sagten. Am Ende bekamen wir von Ketchup und Mayonnaise ein Päckchen. Obwohl wir für insgesamt jeweils 7 bezahlt haben. Schonmal da wurden wir um jeweils 6 Stück "abgezockt" bzw. der gemeinsame Vertrag nicht eingehalten (also so gesehen das wir für das was wir bezahlt hatten, auch das bekommen was auf dem Kassenzettel steht). Desweiteren nach den ersten Pommes die wir gegessen hatten wollten wir unsere Burger genießen und siehe da, einer von denen für unser Mc Menü Crispy Chicken Homestyle wurde auch vergessen (Preis über 8 Euro). Also gingen wir wieder zur Kasse und beanstanden dieses. Wieder war die Diskussion im Gange und ab da reichte es mir völlig. Da bekamen wir ihn doch noch und mit dem Satz: " es sei unsere Schuld" verging mir das Essen auch eigentlich schon. Also nichts gegen McDonald's, aber Kunden freundlich und ordentlich zu bedienen fehlt es einigen Mitarbeitern schon. Ich weiß, es ist eine Harte Arbeit. Aber man sollte den Kunden schon zumindest normal gegenüber treten. Deswegen leider nur 3 von 5 Sternen. Ich hoffe, das sich das mal irgendwann bessern wird.

Pommes haben einen bitteren Nachgeschmack gehabt, Salz hat auch gefehlt. Ansonsten alles wie gewohnt. Die Toiletten sind leider sehr unsauber.

Das Essen war schnell fertig und trotzdem warm. Alles n Ordnung.

Ich möchte an dieser Stelle insbesondere den neuen Big Mäc bewerten. Die Einführung des neuen Big Mäc wurde durch eine Aktion in der App beworben. Das neue Burger Brötchen ist lecker und die Soße diesmal in ausreichender Menge auf dem Burger.

Ein McD wie viele andere auch. Es gab keinen Anlass zur Klage.

Netter freundlicher Service. Das neue MC Flurry Eis "Shirin David " war leider nicht mein Geschmack. Schade nur, das ich nach 4 Stunden immer noch den Kaugummi Geschmack im Mund habe.

Trockene Bürger und mehr als wässrige Getränke, ohne Worte und das letzte mal das man dort gewesen ist.
