Constantly new, changing employees We were there yesterday and just ate something there, the next day we both had stomach pains with diarrhea.

Just disgusting. The food was "served" cold. The burgers are already soggy and soggy. The fries tasted of absolutely nothing because they came with no salt at all. In general everything in the restaurant was very dirty. The tables smeared and crumbled, really unpleasant! On top of that, the extras (extra bacon) were not taken into account in my order but were billed for. I will never visit one of these horrible chains again. That no longer has anything to do with burger culture and enjoyment.

I had rated it better, but closing at midnight on the weekend and only using the drive is below all...

Probably the worst Burger King burger I've ever eaten.

The last time the restaurant saw me today was, firstly, there was a discussion in the kitchen in front of all the customers, which I didn't like at all and secondly, the quality had deteriorated a lot, I had a mushy and disintegrated Bacon King burger, too much mayo ketchup that I didn't have The bun was very thin and then the bun lid was crooked and then the fries were very salty and very dry and no longer juicy like they were. It was a shame for the money. I wanted a burger and juicy fries but not a mushy burger and dry fries now I know what I can get for that kind of money, with the 1 star I wouldn't give it and I can't recommend anyone to eat a burger there or go there, but see for yourself, unfortunately I had to have the experience today, although I was always satisfied, it's a shame that it wore off and that I had to decide not to go there anymore

Burger had been in the dump for a while. Cheese was already dry. Cold fries and chilli cheese nuggets. Subsequent delivery was also cold. I've given up asking. Service was nice.

We were there at 10:34 p.m. and ordered 2 menus and extra sauces (3 times sweet and sour and 3 times teryaki). Of the 2 menus, there was one burger too few from each menu and the 3 sauces were missing. In the future, please pay attention to what people order and don't just throw them together randomly and have to chase after the food. Never had any problems and once I didn't look at it it was such a failure. But the employee who took our order was extremely polite and can only leave positive things. I work in retail myself and know how difficult it is to concentrate late, but just pay attention and talk to the employees about it, it doesn't work.🙄 People were obviously upset about it at home.

It's always super tasty and cheap. It's best to get the app and look at the coupons or the promotions when ordering to eat cheaper. And get the points in the app and you'll get things for free! The point system goes back to 1800.

Service was very incompetent, we ordered 570 (em offer) twice, 2 sauces were missing (even though we specifically asked for sauce), two currly fries were missing. A relatively good offer for the food turned into a complete failure, thank you for the unpleasant experience at your drive-thru. Since it was not possible to enter the restaurant before 11 p.m. on a Friday evening. Strange King!!!!

Bottomless again... In the evening you always feel like you get the leftovers from lunch that weren't sold for the third time and everything is cold and limp. The fries are simply inedible, I don't know why they sell something like that instead of just making it fresh...

The food was very good. The lady who took the order was very grumpy and didn't say hello or anything else, not very friendly. The young man at the counter was super friendly and responded to the kids, very good!!!! It could be cleaner and the outside area could be redone!!!

My last visit wasn't that great. Waited over half an hour for food to be prepared. Customers came much later than us and they probably had a friend bonus because a friend worked there. And the employees have also remained unchanged compared to other waiting customers who complained because they had to wait so long. The employee only said the word verbatim. “If they don’t like it, that’s where the door is, then they go somewhere else.” The customer then logically wanted the money he had paid back. Then the employee became upset again. Something like that doesn't work at all when the store wasn't even half full.

Once again a meat patty on a plant based burger. Super unfriendly branch manager who hung up on me several times during the conversation. Yes, I was angry, but that's no way to deal with such big mistakes. Ultimately, I was asked to open each burger individually and check for myself on site whether the employees had done their job correctly. Unfortunately, this Burger King is no longer recommended for people who don't eat meat!

Since the machine didn't work, I went to the checkout. The young man didn't know the price for a burger, no matter how extra it was as a small menu for 3.50. Discussed for a long time. Then I just have 50 ct. paid more. That was too stressful for me.

Unfortunately the burgers were a bit too cold. Important! Women's toilets were totally filthy and full..... The disabled toilet should be checked. Toilet paper not within reach! Stood on the ledge behind the toilet. Not accessible for a wheelchair driver. Soap dispensers and disinfectants are not hanging too high and are not easily accessible.

Burger King just keeps getting better. It was clean here and the toilets were also fine. Everyone should try the fries with fried onions and cheese sauce. There is plenty of parking space. You can't write much about the staff since you now order from the machine. I used to think it was better.

We met the boss today, a very nice and competent man. The staff was very friendly, the toilets were very clean. I can only recommend this Burger King.

I've been there for many years. Clean. But: Unfriendly. Eating at home...the french fries sauce was sour. The Fanta was watery and nothing was big with the bigking. The lettuce was missing and it was as flat as a normal cheeseburger. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately it's always the same thing. Order incomplete, incorrect. Motivation and enjoyment of the job look different. If you have a job in service, the guest cares very little about whether you earn enough, whether you are not doing well, etc. The guest is king 👑. I know what I'm talking about, I worked in service myself for a long time. So boys and girls, treat the guest as you would expect if you are a guest yourself.

So I waited for several minutes and then drove up because there was already a traffic jam from behind. Then I have a quarter of an hour!! Waited until the 2 (in words two) cars in front of me had their food. Why didn't they send them to the side and process the other cars (some behind me now) first? Totally incompetent employees there. When it was finally my turn, the Honk obviously hadn't taken my order. He persistently refused to take my order. The team leader who came along said I would have to drive around again and order again. Yeah, right. I wanted ONE shabby burger, and they are too stupid and incompetent to just sell it like that and actually ask me to stand in line behind 10 cars again after waiting 20 minutes??? Sorry, but service and customer satisfaction are rubbish here. I can no longer be found here. Juice shop...

After several years of preparatory meditation, I ordered a Big King again for €6.29. The part felt like it was two centimeters smaller than the last time. It's a culinary masterpiece how you can use so little sauce. They claim this brown stuff is meat and I took my own course of study to refute their claim - I was right, but I was sued. Well, my skin was creamed with beef tallow from the grease fumes in the parking lot. I will probably never smell different or have rough skin again.

Toilet clean, not always under the tables, portions (food) sometimes plentiful sometimes scarce. The burger minced meat has no taste and is totally dry.

Obwohl der Burger (long chicken cheese) frisch zubereitet wurde, war er - als ich ihn am Tisch ausgepackt habe - nur lauwarm und geschmacklich leider eine totale 0. Zum Glück hatte ich noch ein bisschen BVQ Sauce von den Onion Rings und damit hatte ich wenigstens etwas Geschmack auf dem Burger.

Vor über 20 Jahren habe ich eine traumatische Situation in einem Buger King gehabt die mich so verstört hat das ich seit dem keine Filiale mehr betreten habe. Eine liebe Freundin hat mich gegen meinen Willen hier her geschleppt um mich aus meiner komfort zone zu holen und dem Burger King nochmal eine Chance zu geben. Das Essen war überraschender Weise gut allerdings muss ich dazu sagen das wir noch ein Eis bestellt haben das sie vergessen haben uns zu geben weshalb ich gezwungen bin euch mitzuteilen das ich nie wieder einen Fuß in eine Burger King Filiale setzen werde.

Burger King eben. Das was man bekommt sieht immer ganz anders aus als auf den tollen Fotos. Die Hähnchenteile und Pommes waren einfach nicht knusprig, obwohl wir nicht im Drive in sondern direkt im Restaurant gegessen haben.

Sehr sauber, MA sehr freundlich. Alles gut.

Ohne Erfahrung müssen Lehrenen wie mit dem Kunden umgehen, zu kindisch, was mit Arbeitskollegen machst kannst du mit Kunden nicht machen. Schade für die Name von Burger King das es so was lest.

Essen leider hier und da falsch, kann aber immer vor Ort geklärt werden. Sonst alles in Ordnung.

Ziemlich schnarchiges Personal. Wenig los und dann trotzdem ewig aufs Essen warten...

Die Qualität hat schwer nachgelassen. Die helle Soße auf den Burgern schmeckt wie Kalk.👎

Well, it's a typical Burger King I guess. I've been there a few times, mostly in the drive. For the most part they are reasonably fast, above average I'd say. Staff is also as friendly as you'd expect (in Germany), like, average. The food is well made, they manage to give out what you actually ordered and it also seems to be fresh. Almost every time I ordered here the food was done within 10 minutes. Atmosphere is just your average BK atmosphere here after all, but it's definitely a lot better than the trashy ones in the bad areas of bit cities. All in all comparing it to.other

Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und lecker. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Alles in Ordnung.

Sauberes, ordentlich zusammen gestelltes Burger King Restaurant. Gute Lage. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Daher kann es minimal Wartezeit in Anspruch nehmen, aber die Burger, Pommes usw. sind dafür frisch.

Das Essen wird schnell und frisch zubereitet und entspricht den Standard den B.K. vorgibt. Extrawünsche werden erfüllt nicht so wie in anderen schottischen Restaurant. Das Team ist nett und freundlich, genauso wie das Ambiente.

Hin und wieder kann man dort was essen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, daß die Portionen geschrumpft sind.

Burger King halt. Keine Atmosphäre, merkwürdiger Service, der den Bestell-Terminals immer mehr weicht. Burger gerade so okay aber um einiges besser schmeckend als bei Mc. Wenn die Bestellung nur noch per Terminal geht, gehe ich dort garantiert nicht mehr hin.

Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Tüte kontrolliert, Burger fehlt(kann ja passieren deswegen immer kontrollieren). ins Auto gesetzt meine Frau will schokoshake probieren, ist komplett weis nicht braun nicht untergemischt nix, also ich wieder rein. bekomme ich gesagt das hört man öfter is aber Schoko. wieder raus ins auto probiert kein Meter Geschmack von schoko. war einfach kein Sirup drinne. Getränke waren von der Größe vertauscht. Also war komisch und schade die Service aussage mit dem shake. Burger waren aber in Ordnung weil wir sie speziel personalisiert hatten. Also in der Küche wurde alles richtig gemacht

45 min fürs Essenwarten damit es gemacht wurde, andere die vor uns kamen waren schneller dran als wir.

Sonntag Abend war sehr viel los , Wir musste etwas länger warten ca. Über 20 minuten , haben aber unsere Bestellung dann korrekt bekommen. Essen war okay

Sehr Sauberes und Tolles Burger King. Nettes Personal alles sehr aufgeräumt, das Essen heiß . So muss das sein.

Leider wurde mein Essen nicht so wie bestellt zubereitet und gepackt. Bei den Nuggets haben die Soßen gefehlt, außerdem hat eine Packung Onionrings gefehlt. Pommes waren leider labbrig und ungewürzt. Schade, war sonst immer zufrieden.

Mit Abstand der sauberste Burger King der Gegend, hier fühlt man sich echt wohl. Zudem habe ich alles was ich zuvor im Bestell Automaten eingeben habe auch so zeitnah bekommen, es wurde trotz größerer Bestellung nichts vergessen. Daumen hoch, mein persönlicher Burger King Testsieger 🍔👑

Eben die Sachen von Burger King schmecken FastFood Der Services ist relativ freundlich Leider ist es sehr sehr schmutzig der Tisch war so verklebt dass es schon etwas angewidert hat obwohl er gerade abgewischt war

Wie immer. Was man erwartet, bekommt man auch. Leider oft nach langen Wartezeiten.

Ich mußte extrem lange auf die Bestellung warten obwohl nicht viel los war, auch der Gastraum war etwas Schmuddeliech. Das ist nicht immer so? 🤔

Was soll man sagen? Ein Burgerking eben. Aber es gibt deutlich schlechteres Fastfood.

Das hier ist mein go-to BK. Leider ist das Personal dort nicht gut ausgebildet.
