Four of us ordered something. Everything was cold, no idea how fresh it was.

Delicious food and very friendly service.

The food was perfectly balanced and aromatic.

First time here. Inviting and clean atmosphere. I've had completely different experiences at other branches. Friendly service. Breakfast was okay.

Everything was beautiful and the service was good.

I was pleasantly surprised. One of the cleanest branches I've been to in a long time! The tables were wiped down after each guest, and the restrooms were spotless too. The service was friendly, and the food arrived within five minutes.

Mangelhafte Reinigung:Toiletten richen immer unangenehm, die Plätze oft dreckig, an den Tischen wird um den Dreck herum gewischt,Babystühle meist verklebt..... Meist kein deutschsprachiges Personal an der Kasse oder mcDrive Schalter und dadurch fehlt immer was oder ist nicht korrekt von der Bestellung ,dann keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches sondern ein richtig unfreundliches Verhalten. Neben mir an der Kasse bei einer Bestellung habe ich dadrauf hingewiesen das da eine große Pfütze ist und da zuckte man nur mit den Schultern.

My husband ordered two Big Testi Meals and took them home. Once there, he discovered that the bag only contained one burger instead of two 😔 Even though he paid for two portions. This is unacceptable.

It was a bit crowded, but we got a free Big Mac.

Before I get to the negative points... Admittedly, the first impression of McDonald's was pretty cool, the seating was comfortable, but you should probably avoid it on weekends, especially at night. It's very crowded because all the partygoers make a late-night stop here, which doesn't bother me, but if you don't want crowds and prefer peace and quiet, it's better to go at night during the week. One employee was quite funny and had a good sense of humor. But now for the negative points, and why I definitely won't be going back. I only ordered a double cheeseburger, a chicken burger, and a Red Bull, and the Red Bull was just warm—not room temperature, but warm enough that it had probably been sitting somewhere next to a kitchen appliance. They're usually always in the fridge... Now for the burgers. The chicken patty was soggy, and the cheeseburger bun was completely greasy. If you can't even get a cold Red Bull in here, what's the point? Honestly, I only went because they're currently renovating the place on Eleonorastraße. At least you get your Red Bull cold there, and while the burgers aren't amazing (typical McDonald's fare), they're definitely better than here... Oh yeah, and they didn't have ice cream, shakes, or cookies here either... I've always been able to get them at the Eleonorastraße location. So, in conclusion, I think you should avoid McDonald's. If you're going to a 24/7 McDonald's, go to the one on Eleonorastraße instead... lol

I find the food is often not edible and warm! No salad on the end of the plate! The fries are very cold. What's happened to McDonald's?

I was unfortunately disappointed with the new McSpicy and McWrap. The meat itself was barely tasty because the breading was far too thick and overpowering. Instead of crispy, it seemed heavy and oily. This made the burger overall dry and unbalanced in flavor. It's a shame—it would have definitely tasted better with a thinner, lighter coating.

This is the second time I've ordered a chicken salad from McDonald's and found mold on the cucumber! The first time was on September 20th, and I even took photos of it. I would have expected something like this wouldn't happen at a major brand like McDonald's. Very unhygienic and truly disappointing! I certainly won't order a salad here again.

The staff at the McDrive (on October 4) were very unfriendly and didn't understand the orders. Despite correcting them, I received the wrong one. On top of that, the fries were only half full.

Very tasty. And above all, clean.

My girlfriend and I were yelled at (screamed at) because her leg was on the couch and it supposedly got dirty, even though there was nothing there. We were threatened that we'd be kicked out if he saw it again. It's unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the service attitude

Ordered a cheeseburger and happy meal for my child. When I got home, I realized it was a chili cheeseburger.

UPDATE: Same day, one hour later: Everything's clean. Outside, the pigeons are quietly nesting on the edge, and the packaging waste has also been disposed of. I'm giving it four stars. What a place... the bathroom looks like a mess, and outside, there's trash all over the floor, and the pigeons are enjoying their buffet. Pretty unhygienic, and definitely not in the spirit of old Ronald McDonald. They work here with such a calm, beer-like calm, I almost forgot about my burnout and would have escaped into absolute relaxation—if it hadn't been for the wait for my food. Nope, but otherwise great.

The tall guy at the night switch with a cap is by far the best!!!

It's okay, but there was no straw with the Coke, and no skewer with the fries. Completely wrong.

The worker tried to sell us raw croissants for breakfast this morning.... The place was full of annoying and bothersome people. My daughter was dressed for a conference and was asked if she worked in a private club.... I personally had a bad experience.

This McDonald's is one of the few places open late at night, so it's quite crowded. Because of the crowds, the sinks are poorly maintained, and they sometimes give out the wrong sauces, so it's best to check all the items, but because of the high turnover, the items are generally fresh. If you're going to shop here, don't wait until late at night.

There was no table service even though there were a lot of staff, but they preferred to chat. Unfortunately, my little son threw up there. When I reported it to the chatty staff, nothing happened at first except for one person who said straight away how disgusting. A few minutes later, someone put a Zewa roll on the table and I cleaned the bench and table with it. There was no help or anything to disinfect, but the staff cleaned tables around us and just gave us dirty looks. We left at some point and the vomit was still on the floor.

Nice shop But the coffee and cappuccino are very, very bad They don't make fresh coffee anymore; unfortunately, it comes from a vending machine.

It was pretty dirty that day. And despite the advertising outside, inside, and in the display case, the contents of the Happy Meal were different. The kids – extremely sad – went to the staff to ask for an exchange – and were disappointed.

Back at the McDrive, didn't get everything I needed and was unfriendly.

Great for families. Clean and secluded so the kids are safe. Very nice outdoor area.

Well located in the industrial area, initially missed the driveway, so don't listen to the sat nav.

I really have to say that if the health department had seen employees constantly scratching their hair, nose (opening), ear and face, then without washing their hands they would occupy citizens and pack them up without gloves, would have found it okay ❓️

McDonald's, tastes the same everywhere in Germany, but it is still tasty

It is often very busy so there is a bit of a wait, but otherwise it is really great

The staff weren't even able to serve properly. The menus were so carelessly prepared.

The food was great, and the staff and service were excellent. The restrooms needed to be cleaned and restocked with toilet paper and towels. The floor was unfortunately very sticky.

I occasionally stop by here when I'm nearby and take the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The Mecces is a bit out of the way, so it's not that crowded in the morning. If you value peace and quiet in the morning, you'll find a pleasant atmosphere here to start the day relaxed, without the typical hustle and bustle you're often used to. My personal favorite is the muffin with sausage and egg. The combination is simply unbeatably delicious – freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and just the right portion size. For me, it's the perfect breakfast snack when you need something quick but still really tasty. Overall, this is a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet place to have breakfast without sacrificing flavor. I'm happy every time I stop by and treat myself to this muffin.

So rude!! You queue up and the cashier just serves someone who wasn't even queuing. It's just plain rude. I'd rather go to Essen Haffenstr where you get paid properly!!!

I would love to give it 100 stars! Today I placed an order through Wolt in the branch, but the drink was not included. I then immediately called the branch and explained my problem. The employee was extremely friendly and patient, listened to me carefully and immediately wrote down my name. As compensation, he offered to pick up a new menu for me. I drove to the branch that same evening. They knew who I was straight away and I was given a new menu without any problem – completely free of charge. The employees treated me with exceptional friendliness. A big thank you to the entire team! ☺️

We went because of the children's area so that our little one could have fun there. Smoking is not allowed in the children's area. What's that supposed to mean? Also, the children's slide stinks and was probably never cleaned. Never again.

I recently went to McDonald's and really enjoyed the service! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make a great impression. The store was neat and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight one employee who took the time to pick out a special toy for my child. It's nice to see that the service here really pays attention to the little details. I would definitely like to come back!

Unfortunately, more and more people are cutting back on burgers. There was only half a slice of cheese on my MC Fish. That's a bit cheeky for the prices. Otherwise clean shop, nice employees

McDonald's has generally lost its appeal. Quality decreased. Prices incredible.

So you can't give 5 stars for fast food. You can't really say anything positive about fast food. But if you need something quick in an emergency, you are welcome to visit this Golden Möve restaurant ;)

No thanks!! We were at the drive-thru, the service was the only thing that was somewhat okay. In our I-like-it-loud menu, half of the chips were filled with normal fries, all nicely packed down, with a few chips on top so that it's not that noticeable at first and then "Goodbye!" We weren't told that the plugs were no longer available, but we didn't notice until we were almost home. That's not what good service looks like to me! Nobody will see me again anytime soon!

Was just there. The waitress walked around with my food. The young gentleman who ordered after me was served before me (eat himself). So the burger was cold again and the fries were totally salty

At that point it was very pleasant. Eating a 1 star deduction, the salad I ordered was really a joke. There were too many lettuce leaves and nothing else on it. The rset as you know it.

Long wait for the food. Smaller orders are preferred. This is not a fast food restaurant!

Modern branch with 24 hour service. One of the few branches where you have what you order in your bag. Here too, however, there is the problem with the large fries; hardly more in it than in a medium-sized bag. Edit 02.2024: Once again not everything we ordered was on the tray. The fries problem remains unchanged 😜

Now the last thing you can find in stores. There aren't even paper towels in the service station. However, you would need them to clean tables and benches/chairs. The floor also hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The staff walks past table numbers forever without taking them with them and the food is only lukewarm. There are no reusable cups for drinks and milkshakes come without a straw. An ideal store for RTL and Mr. Wallraff.

As always, terrible food. Unfortunately, the food is very addictive, which is why it's difficult to stop eating there.

Absolutely dirty store. We were there on Friday at 8:00 p.m. There was something going on - but there were enough people behind the counter. But no one cared about the cleanliness… Every (!) table was sticky or smeared. There was trash everywhere on the floor (paper, chips, etc). The toilets were full of rubbish, there was no paper to dry your hands...

It's been a long time since I've been to MCes, quality as usual. I think it's great to pre-order it in the app.

Cash only at the counter, no card payment possible. This could only be done when ordering at the terminals if there was space.

Milkshake still available at the ordering terminal and then suddenly no longer available when paying, Monday evening at 5:55 p.m. Please don't offer these anymore if you can't get them baked!

They try hard. When I visited, the MA didn't really care how many customers were in line. They worked stubbornly with a cash register. I found the waiting time to be exorbitantly long for a QUICK restaurant. However, I can't complain about the preparation time. The burgers were still warm even at home and tasted fresh. Forgot a burger again today (drive). We're talking about €10.99 that I gave to the company.

Hello, I would like to explain an incident that we just noticed: the woman at the counter is using a gray area by using public vouchers where the customer orders without a voucher and pockets the difference herself and the customer pays the normal price . We didn't get an invoice from her so we asked for the receipt at the next counter and got it, it said a much lower price than what we paid. That means she pocketed the money that wasn't made of paper.

Barely mediocre. The food was lukewarm, the soda was barely carbonated, and they were hiding my apple schorle. The fries were soft and boring.

Was on Bottroper str. with my daughter today. Food ordered in advance and paid for with PayPal. At the checkout the MA wanted to cash in again. I showed him that I paid with Paypal and he got really rude. He doesn't see anything, boss says pay again, if there is a double debit then come back. I didn't see that and he simply canceled my order and left me there like that. I don't see anything about a cancellation either with the app or with Paypal. I've been eating at this place for over 30 years but today was definitely the last time.

I took my little son to McDonald's because we needed something to eat... and the food came VERY late even though there was nothing going on.? Half of the order didn't arrive but the mayo had already leaked and was squished in the bag! After 10 p.m. you can forget about the store. I just picked up my order twice. There was only meat and the bun nothing else, and my 20 nuggets only turned into 6.

Today I received everything other than what I ordered. Chicken Classic should not have mayo on it. What do you get with mayo for without salad. Ordered Coke Zero and was asked, “Should I put some more ice cream in it for you?” And instead of the curry sauce I ordered, they almost forgot to mistakenly put sweet and sour sauce in it. 👎

The chicken nuggets were old and had a very bad taste, you can see it quite well in the pictures, they were really disgusting! the fries cold and still raw.

Once again no table service, what is it offered here for? Every time you get called... then you take it out... Disastrous service and very unfriendly.. not recommended.. It's better to drive a few minutes further to the nearest McDonald's if you want to eat there!
