McDonald's in Essen

Die haben einfach mein Quetschi vergessen. Niemand nimmt mir mein Quetschi weg! So etwas darf nicht passieren. Dennoch würde ich wieder kommen. Seit dem achte ich aber peinlichst genau ob ein Quetschi dabei ist.

Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas passiert ist, aber heute habe ich es einfach nicht verstanden. Jedes Mal, wenn die Mitarbeiter bei McDrive etwas vergessen haben, was ich bestellt hatte, habe ich ihnen gesagt, dass sie viel zu tun haben, und das hatte ich auch verstanden. Heute habe ich es aber nicht verstanden. Um 19:00 Uhr habe ich bei McDrive ein Kindermenü für mein Kind bestellt, und als ich nach Hause kam, fehlten die Chicken Nuggets. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit! Wenn mal etwas auf der Speisekarte für Erwachsene fehlt, verstehen wir das ja – wir sind schließlich Erwachsene. Aber auf der Kinderkarte akzeptiere ich so etwas nicht.

Leider bei besuch(00:17 )falsch kommuniziert worden, und Manager kommt anstatt eine lösung zu finden Erteilt hausverbot Unsere kinder wollten Sehr gerne Eis essen . Aber Naja nie wieder Die müssen mitarbeiter besser Trainiren

Sehr unhygienisch. Draußen voller Kakerlaken.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe einen Big Mac bestellt, aber der Burger war kalt und trocken, als hätte er schon lange gelegen. Für den Preis erwarte ich frische und warme Qualität. So macht das Essen leider keinen Spaß. Ich hoffe, dass künftig mehr auf Frische und Qualität geachtet wird.

Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so eine ekelhafte, vernachlässigte WC- Anlage gesehen. Das Essen habe ich dann, als meine Tüte fertig war, dankend abgelehnt. Wer sich so um die WCs kümmert, wie ist es dann wohl in der Küche.

Jedesmal warterei obwohl nichts im den Laden zu tun ist. Leider sind die schlecht organisiert in der Filiale

Der einzige mäcces in dem die Pommes und die Cheeseburger heiß sind. Traurig aber wahr. Weiter so.

Danke für die Pommes, die Kinder hatten nicht gut lachen als das auf den Tisch kam. Wer weiß von wann die sind. Das wandert leider in den Müll, aber unser Geld ist es euch Wert nicht wahr? Grad nach den Preiserhöhungen sollten solche Gründe schnell aus dem Alltag verschwinden. So schnell sehen wir uns jedenfalls nicht wieder. Nächster Besuch am 30.5.26. Schimmel auf dem Burger, unglaublicher Skandal, Gesundheitsamt habe ich auch eingeschaltet.

Ein wirklich schlechter Laden. Die Angestellten behandeln einen wie einen Sklaven und man darf sich über nichts beschweren. Hoffentlich ist der Manager nicht so. Ich habe diesen Laden schon mehrmals besucht und warte immer ewig. Das einzig Gute dort sind die Pommes frites.

Es ist ein typischer Mcdonalds. Gut neue ausgestattet mit nettem Personal. Man kann dort schön sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Das Restaurant ist gut verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich

Hell, sauber und gut zu erreichen

Leider muss man in diesem Restaurant die Ware nachzählen. Wenn man zuhause ankommt und es fehlen 9er Nuggets, 1 BigMac und 1 Cheeseburger dann ist das mehr 50 Prozent der Bestellung.

Essen geschmacklos und fettig. Der lila Burger ist nicht so toll. Der bubbletea pineapple war gut. Der Waldmeister Red Bull allerdings maximal übersüßt und nicht genießbar

Also: ich bin Veganerin, aber esse gerne die Plant Nuggets von McDonalds. Bzw. Habe es bis jetzt. Das war mein letzter Besuch in diesem Laden, weil mir im McDrive unter meine Nuggets auch Hühnerfleisch Nuggets untergejubelt wurden. Dabei habe ich extra nochmal nachgefragt, weil ich sonst immer 15-20 min auf meine Bestellung warten musste und es dieses mal sehr schnell ging. Aber das Warten habe ich immer mit Herz getan. Ich kann verstehen, dass man um 1:30uhr durchaus gestresst ist im Restaurant, aber es kann doch nicht Sache sein, dass McDonalds interne Regelungen nicht eingehalten werden. Die Nuggets die ich sehr schnell (nach 2 minuten ca) erhalten habe waren zum Teil so hart, dass ich richtig Probleme hatte diese zu essen, ein Zeichen dafür, dass sie zu lange warm gehalten wurden- laut mcDonalds sollte diese Maximal 20min warm gehalten werden- danach entsorgt… (das waren die Pflanzenbasierten) dann hatte ich ein weiches Nugget- Hühnchen. Und in der Form ganz anders, als die Pflanzen basierten. Mir ist dann auch aufgefallen, dass es ein paar andere Hühnchen Nuggets in die Box geschafft haben. Ich habe geweint. Sowas bricht einer Veganerin nicht nur das Herz, sondern auch ihr Vertrauen! Klar nach dem Hähnchenbissen war: ich habe keinen Appetit mehr. An alle Veganen/Vegetarischen Mäuse: bleibt skeptisch wenn es sehr schnell geht mit der Bestellung und schaut euch alles ganz genau an, dann bleibt euch der Tierkadaver erspart. Und vertraut nicht dem Personal- die sind scheinbar so gestresst, dass sie euch sowas nicht garantieren können. Ansonsten kann man auch zum Mitbewerber wechseln- die haben nicht nur eine größere pflanzliche Auswahl, sondern kennzeichnen die pflanzlichen Nuggets mittlerweile mit Kräutern in der Panade. So kann es beim ersten Blick direkt ausgeschlossen werden, dass einem Fleisch serviert wird. Die sind übrigens auch preiswerter ;)

Unglaublich! Gerade eben im McDrive 20 Nuggets plant base bestellt es waren 3 mit Fleisch drin !!! Es kann nicht war und auch nicht der Anspruch sein von dem Franchisenehmer. Ich biete darum das so welche Abläufe besser Abläufen das es nicht zu Mischungen kommt. !

Nettes Personal Pommes fande ich zu kalt

Überdurchschnittliches Erlebnis für einen McDonald's (gemessen an diesem Standard)

Ich habe schon viele Missstände bei MCD gesehen und schlecht bewertet. Hier ist es echt ok. Es hängt natürlich von der Zeit ab, aber zwischen vielen schlechten Filialen ist diese hier durchaus empfehlenswert.

Da freut man sich auf den Aktionsartikel und dann ist er nicht da ? 3 Sterne gibt es nur weil die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren. Das geht leider besser.

Das Essen war warm (was leider nicht immer der Fall ist bei MC) und so wie es bei Franchise Restaurants zu erwarten ist. Dieser MC liegt in einem Gewerbe Gebiet und ist sehr groß,wirkt aber kühl. Der Tischservice hat reibungslos funktioniert, also dieser Besuch hat getan was er sollte - satt.

2 Sterne für heisse Pommes. Unser Essen kam gestapelt ,untere Tablett waren die Pommes, oberes Tablett waren burger und Getränke. Ich wollte mir nicht vorstellen, wie es unter den oberen Tablett aussieht. Da um Mitternacht nix los war ,hätte er es auch separat liefern können. Ambiente war schön.

Hier sollte man seine Bestellung grundsätzlich kontrollieren - mindestens aber in den Abendstunden. Denn in dieser Filiale haben sie nicht nur zweifellos einen miesen Ton untereinander. Hier können offensichtlich einige in der Küche nicht lesen, oder versorgen mutwillig ihre Angehörigen. Und andere brüllen 3x "wir haben nichts gesehen" durch die Küche, warum auch immer. Sehr vertrauenserweckend werte eklige Dame. Leider habe ich wirklich nichts gesehen. Was ich sicher weiß: Wurde heute mal wieder vom "Koch" bestohlen.. Ich könnte System unterstellen und hier die regelmäßigen Fotos nochladen. Was solls Die nächste Zeit fahre ich lieber nur zum HBF-McD. Da wurde ich nämlich noch nie betrogen. :!

War cola getränke da. Ärgerlich

Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter, die Kunden als Alien beleidigen. Am 07.03 gg 22 Uhr.

Keiner der Mitarbeiter kann deutsch, zudem wird Essen kalt serviert.

Es war dreckig, alle Tische, der Boden, die Toiletten. Nur ein einziger Tisch war nicht komplett mit Fett oder Cola getränkt. Unter jedem Tisch war der Boden nass von verschütteten Getränken.

Wir haben heute zwei small-Menüs zum mitnehmen bestellt. Burger mit Pommes ... und Mayo. Zum Glück sind bei den Menüs die Mayo-Tüten kostenlos. Nur: sie sollten auch in der Mitnehmtüte drin sein, wie wir zuhause feststellten!!! Leider schmeckten auch die Burger nach nichts!!! Schade. Es gibt allerdings wesentlich bessere Mc-Restaurants.

Schmutzige Tische, schmutzige Stühle, obwohl die Putzfrau ständig wischt, ist der Schmutz gleichmäßig verteilt, aber sie ist eine sehr angenehme Person.

Klassisches McDonald's. Kann man nicht viel zusagen. Wartezeiten sind gut im Vergleich zu einigen anderen.

Ich finde als Mutter super das es hier eine Rutsche und Wickelraum gibt ich komme hier gerne her um mir ein Kaffee oder Eis zu holen und das Ambiente gefällt mir sehr Vorallem im Sommer kann man schön auf der Terrasse sitzen

Beim Essen hat im McChicken das Fleischpatty einfach gefehlt. Der Service war nicht bereit einen Tisch für uns abzuwischen, der von vorigen Gästen sehr verschmutzt war. Ich hätte es selber gemacht, aber auch einen Lappen habe ich nicht bekommen, nur einen Stapel Servietten. Abends sind in diesem Restaurant die Tische entweder besetzt oder total verdreckt. Die Toiletten sind eine Vollkatastrophe. Wenn niemand daneben oder davor gepinkelt oder gekackt hat, dann liegt die Klobrille daneben oder alles ist voller Klopapier. Sollte man aus der Not heraus diese widerlichen Toiletten trotzdem benutzen, hat man danach das nächste Problem, es gibt nämlich weder Seife, noch Desinfektionsmittel zum Hände waschen.

Sehr geehrtes McDonald’s-Team, hiermit möchte ich mich über meinen letzten Besuch in einer Ihrer Filialen beschweren, da dieser in mehreren Punkten sehr enttäuschend war. 1. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten extrem unmotiviert und beinahe eingeschlafen. Ein professioneller und aufmerksamer Service war leider nicht zu erkennen. 2. Die Tische im Gastraum wurden weder abgeräumt noch gewischt. Insgesamt machte der Essbereich einen ungepflegten Eindruck. 3. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Getränkeautomaten angeblich defekt seien. Gleichzeitig konnten wir jedoch beobachten, wie Mitarbeiter selbst ihre Becher aus genau diesen Automaten befüllten. Dies war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. 4. Die Mitarbeiter waren bereits bei nur drei Kunden offensichtlich überfordert. Zudem waren die Tablettwagen so überfüllt, dass kein Platz mehr für weiteres Geschirr vorhanden war. 5. Besonders enttäuschend war die Qualität der Burger. Der Mitarbeiter, der diese zubereitet hat, machte den Eindruck, keinerlei Motivation zu haben und kippte sämtliche Zutaten lieblos in die Verpackung, sodass der Burger kaum essbar war. Ich erwarte von McDonald’s einen deutlich besseren Service, Sauberkeit sowie eine ordentliche Zubereitung der Speisen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie diese Beschwerde ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die Burger waren kalt, Pommes ohne Salz und die Tische zugemüllt. Das Restaurant ist kein zweiten Besuch wert.

Es ist ein gutes Lokal, alles geht schnell, aber es gibt lange Schlangen und keine Sitzplätze.

First time here. Inviting and clean atmosphere. I've had completely different experiences at other branches. Friendly service. Breakfast was okay.

I was pleasantly surprised. One of the cleanest branches I've been to in a long time! The tables were wiped down after each guest, and the restrooms were spotless too. The service was friendly, and the food arrived within five minutes.

Mangelhafte Reinigung:Toiletten richen immer unangenehm, die Plätze oft dreckig, an den Tischen wird um den Dreck herum gewischt,Babystühle meist verklebt..... Meist kein deutschsprachiges Personal an der Kasse oder mcDrive Schalter und dadurch fehlt immer was oder ist nicht korrekt von der Bestellung ,dann keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches sondern ein richtig unfreundliches Verhalten. Neben mir an der Kasse bei einer Bestellung habe ich dadrauf hingewiesen das da eine große Pfütze ist und da zuckte man nur mit den Schultern.

My husband ordered two Big Testi Meals and took them home. Once there, he discovered that the bag only contained one burger instead of two 😔 Even though he paid for two portions. This is unacceptable.

It was a bit crowded, but we got a free Big Mac.

Before I get to the negative points... Admittedly, the first impression of McDonald's was pretty cool, the seating was comfortable, but you should probably avoid it on weekends, especially at night. It's very crowded because all the partygoers make a late-night stop here, which doesn't bother me, but if you don't want crowds and prefer peace and quiet, it's better to go at night during the week. One employee was quite funny and had a good sense of humor. But now for the negative points, and why I definitely won't be going back. I only ordered a double cheeseburger, a chicken burger, and a Red Bull, and the Red Bull was just warm—not room temperature, but warm enough that it had probably been sitting somewhere next to a kitchen appliance. They're usually always in the fridge... Now for the burgers. The chicken patty was soggy, and the cheeseburger bun was completely greasy. If you can't even get a cold Red Bull in here, what's the point? Honestly, I only went because they're currently renovating the place on Eleonorastraße. At least you get your Red Bull cold there, and while the burgers aren't amazing (typical McDonald's fare), they're definitely better than here... Oh yeah, and they didn't have ice cream, shakes, or cookies here either... I've always been able to get them at the Eleonorastraße location. So, in conclusion, I think you should avoid McDonald's. If you're going to a 24/7 McDonald's, go to the one on Eleonorastraße instead... lol

I find the food is often not edible and warm! No salad on the end of the plate! The fries are very cold. What's happened to McDonald's?

I was unfortunately disappointed with the new McSpicy and McWrap. The meat itself was barely tasty because the breading was far too thick and overpowering. Instead of crispy, it seemed heavy and oily. This made the burger overall dry and unbalanced in flavor. It's a shame—it would have definitely tasted better with a thinner, lighter coating.

This is the second time I've ordered a chicken salad from McDonald's and found mold on the cucumber! The first time was on September 20th, and I even took photos of it. I would have expected something like this wouldn't happen at a major brand like McDonald's. Very unhygienic and truly disappointing! I certainly won't order a salad here again.

The staff at the McDrive (on October 4) were very unfriendly and didn't understand the orders. Despite correcting them, I received the wrong one. On top of that, the fries were only half full.

My girlfriend and I were yelled at (screamed at) because her leg was on the couch and it supposedly got dirty, even though there was nothing there. We were threatened that we'd be kicked out if he saw it again. It's unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the service attitude

Ordered a cheeseburger and happy meal for my child. When I got home, I realized it was a chili cheeseburger.

UPDATE: Same day, one hour later: Everything's clean. Outside, the pigeons are quietly nesting on the edge, and the packaging waste has also been disposed of. I'm giving it four stars. What a place... the bathroom looks like a mess, and outside, there's trash all over the floor, and the pigeons are enjoying their buffet. Pretty unhygienic, and definitely not in the spirit of old Ronald McDonald. They work here with such a calm, beer-like calm, I almost forgot about my burnout and would have escaped into absolute relaxation—if it hadn't been for the wait for my food. Nope, but otherwise great.

It's okay, but there was no straw with the Coke, and no skewer with the fries. Completely wrong.

The worker tried to sell us raw croissants for breakfast this morning.... The place was full of annoying and bothersome people. My daughter was dressed for a conference and was asked if she worked in a private club.... I personally had a bad experience.

This McDonald's is one of the few places open late at night, so it's quite crowded. Because of the crowds, the sinks are poorly maintained, and they sometimes give out the wrong sauces, so it's best to check all the items, but because of the high turnover, the items are generally fresh. If you're going to shop here, don't wait until late at night.

There was no table service even though there were a lot of staff, but they preferred to chat. Unfortunately, my little son threw up there. When I reported it to the chatty staff, nothing happened at first except for one person who said straight away how disgusting. A few minutes later, someone put a Zewa roll on the table and I cleaned the bench and table with it. There was no help or anything to disinfect, but the staff cleaned tables around us and just gave us dirty looks. We left at some point and the vomit was still on the floor.

It was pretty dirty that day. And despite the advertising outside, inside, and in the display case, the contents of the Happy Meal were different. The kids – extremely sad – went to the staff to ask for an exchange – and were disappointed.

Well located in the industrial area, initially missed the driveway, so don't listen to the sat nav.

I really have to say that if the health department had seen employees constantly scratching their hair, nose (opening), ear and face, then without washing their hands they would occupy citizens and pack them up without gloves, would have found it okay ❓️

McDonald's, tastes the same everywhere in Germany, but it is still tasty

The staff weren't even able to serve properly. The menus were so carelessly prepared.

The food was great, and the staff and service were excellent. The restrooms needed to be cleaned and restocked with toilet paper and towels. The floor was unfortunately very sticky.

I occasionally stop by here when I'm nearby and take the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The Mecces is a bit out of the way, so it's not that crowded in the morning. If you value peace and quiet in the morning, you'll find a pleasant atmosphere here to start the day relaxed, without the typical hustle and bustle you're often used to. My personal favorite is the muffin with sausage and egg. The combination is simply unbeatably delicious – freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and just the right portion size. For me, it's the perfect breakfast snack when you need something quick but still really tasty. Overall, this is a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet place to have breakfast without sacrificing flavor. I'm happy every time I stop by and treat myself to this muffin.

So rude!! You queue up and the cashier just serves someone who wasn't even queuing. It's just plain rude. I'd rather go to Essen Haffenstr where you get paid properly!!!

I would love to give it 100 stars! Today I placed an order through Wolt in the branch, but the drink was not included. I then immediately called the branch and explained my problem. The employee was extremely friendly and patient, listened to me carefully and immediately wrote down my name. As compensation, he offered to pick up a new menu for me. I drove to the branch that same evening. They knew who I was straight away and I was given a new menu without any problem – completely free of charge. The employees treated me with exceptional friendliness. A big thank you to the entire team! ☺️

We went because of the children's area so that our little one could have fun there. Smoking is not allowed in the children's area. What's that supposed to mean? Also, the children's slide stinks and was probably never cleaned. Never again.

I recently went to McDonald's and really enjoyed the service! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make a great impression. The store was neat and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight one employee who took the time to pick out a special toy for my child. It's nice to see that the service here really pays attention to the little details. I would definitely like to come back!

Unfortunately, more and more people are cutting back on burgers. There was only half a slice of cheese on my MC Fish. That's a bit cheeky for the prices. Otherwise clean shop, nice employees

McDonald's has generally lost its appeal. Quality decreased. Prices incredible.

So you can't give 5 stars for fast food. You can't really say anything positive about fast food. But if you need something quick in an emergency, you are welcome to visit this Golden Möve restaurant ;)

No thanks!! We were at the drive-thru, the service was the only thing that was somewhat okay. In our I-like-it-loud menu, half of the chips were filled with normal fries, all nicely packed down, with a few chips on top so that it's not that noticeable at first and then "Goodbye!" We weren't told that the plugs were no longer available, but we didn't notice until we were almost home. That's not what good service looks like to me! Nobody will see me again anytime soon!

Was just there. The waitress walked around with my food. The young gentleman who ordered after me was served before me (eat himself). So the burger was cold again and the fries were totally salty

At that point it was very pleasant. Eating a 1 star deduction, the salad I ordered was really a joke. There were too many lettuce leaves and nothing else on it. The rset as you know it.

Long wait for the food. Smaller orders are preferred. This is not a fast food restaurant!
