McDonald's in Wernberg-Köblitz

The burger was overloaded with sauce. The employee put our tray down without saying anything or even looking at us. Overall, it seemed a bit dirty. I thought it was great that an employee was constantly walking around, cleaning, and trying to keep things tidy. 👍

First, they ask you on the phone what you'd like to order for delivery, and then they simply hang up. A disgrace.

Unfortunately, a chicken burger was forgotten. I went back and got it. However, when we got home, we noticed that 5 out of 5 sauces were also missing. Very annoying.

Fries 🍟 lukewarm, otherwise everything was fine, toilet 🚽 was also clean

I do not recommend! We waited a long time for our order. The food was cold! My child vomited after 15 minutes... the worst!

McDonald's' price-performance ratio has been declining for years. Paying over €6 for a burger that you can easily eat with one hand these days has reminded me once again that it's surprisingly more worthwhile. I'll get a kebab for exactly the same price in the future, and it will easily keep me full for 12 hours.

The McChicken is not recommended, the chicken meat is mega SMALL!!!!

The woman at the drive-thru mumbles quietly, the burger isn't in the bag, but you paid for it. The fries aren't salted, soggy, and cold. And they serve the wrong sauce, too.

Find a better MC. The fries were soggy. They'd probably been sitting around for a while.

A typical McDonald's, you know what you're getting. When you need something quick, this is a great place to come. Especially when you're on vacation. 👌🏻

The restaurant was overcrowded. McCafe could only be ordered via a terminal. The staff was overwhelmed. Only one employee was available for table service. 20 minutes for a cappuccino was simply too long, and it arrived lukewarm. I didn't bother complaining about the overwhelmed staff. Poor cleanliness, sticky tables, and no paper towels in the restrooms. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stopped by on our way. I've never seen anything like it. The restroom is dirty, there's paper everywhere, and women are even brushing their teeth. The order board doesn't work, the burgers are falling apart, the staff isn't in a hurry at all, and there are flies everywhere. Judge for yourself.

Everything went smoothly. My grandson took care of the order, and it was delivered quickly.

In my opinion, this branch has a particularly stylish and modern interior. Beautiful colors, a variety of furniture: benches, chairs, stools, etc., fresh chrysanthemums on the tables, and charging outlets at the table—everything is super clean and tidy. I was just at the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes. There were several cars backed up. I ordered 20 nuggets via the app. When I received my order, I drove straight home without checking it. I opened the package and unfortunately discovered that it was completely wrong. 1 fries, 6 nuggets, and 1 McRibben Rib (I don't even eat McRibben Ribs...) It might have been my fault, too, since I didn't check on the spot... I'm really disappointed, I usually really like going here...

No. The constant loud beeping is nerve-wracking. You can't even hear music there. Totally uncomfortable.

A typical McDonald's with fast service. This McDonald's is located near the highway and is easy to find. The entrance is OK, but the parking lot is very small and quite cramped. The building is well-maintained. The interior is also well-kept and modern. Despite the high volume of customers, the premises, restrooms, and dining area were impeccably clean. The employees were also very friendly, and the food was ready quickly. Even though it was very busy, the food was still brought to our tables – exemplary.

We ate there as a school class. There were seven of us sitting at a table and there was far too little space as there were only tables for a maximum of six people. We got two unsalted packs of fries and two drinks that didn't have any ice cubes in them. When I asked the staff if they could please give me salt, unfortunately neither of them spoke German and couldn't help me. Many people also had the problem that their burgers were put together so stupidly that they fell apart while eating. But you still have to say that there were a lot of people in the McDonald's at that time and the staff was under a lot of stress.

Unfriendly answer to the polite inquiry as to whether oat milk was available for cappuccino: “If it doesn’t exist, then it doesn’t work?” The McWrap Scrambled Egg was a lettuce wrap with at least a hint of egg.

Spending only a wooden spoon and not a cake fork for the chocolate cake is a challenge.

Waiting for half an hour for fast food 🥱 My order was paid for over half an hour in front of a lot of people and I was able to wait for free, but I wasn't angry anymore because the nice blonde lady at the checkout gave us a chocolate bag as compensation.

Different opening times are not maintained either on Google or on the McDonald's website. Very unfortunate. You could have saved yourself the journey.

Pick up screen defective or not in use. Doesn't lead to a great waiting and pickup experience because you don't have an overview of your number.

Although it is open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays according to the notice (not a public holiday December 28, 2024) - I am standing in front of the closed door with my hungry family at 12:50 a.m. The kids were looking forward to McDonalds the whole time. What a bitterly disappointing situation!

Addendum 11/22/24 Same sad picture as the last reviews!!! Addendum 11/28/23: Dirty tables again. The garbage truck is overflowing. Apparently they still haven't learned anything! Sad, really! Addendum 9/21/21 After over a year, there has been no improvement in hygiene in the guest room. Few guests but unfortunately no clean table found. The tables were not cleaned during the entire stay of around 30 minutes. Hopefully they work more hygienically in the kitchen! Visit today, June 8, 2020, 7 p.m. No tables are wiped down after guests leave!!!!! The employees prefer to stand around and chat. The toilets also looked like shit. Even here I expect a little more responsibility.

I really liked this mac donald. It was cozy, the food was hot and the toilets were clean. It was well attended.

McDonald’s at the rest stop. There are very few parking spaces directly in front of the McDonald's (there are still a few across the street from the rest area). The toilets were somewhat clean. Ordering possible via the usual terminals. Food was served quickly.

How can it be that you order, the order is given to someone else and shortly afterwards the order that was for us is taken back by the other person and given to us. Then you have to be insulted in a foreign language when you point out not to accept the order because you don't know whether the drink has already been sipped/drunk. If the service is already standing around looking bored, that says it all. Getting worse with the McFress. Luckily, that was my last visit to this store. No matter what location No more

Fast food but clean and good service

Order was partly wrong. Instead of chicken burger there was cheeseburger, which was already cold. Staff was unfriendly and cleanliness is different.

I haven't seen such a poorly organized McDonald's in a long time. Noisy overcrowded, dirty floors and tables, the employees have to carry the trays to the back one by one, outdated posters from expired promotions, toilet paper is lying loose because the roll is too big for the holder. Staff at the service no hello no bon appetit actually didn't have a word to say. It's not even enough for one star. Well at least the food was halfway passable.

The McDrive speaker for the order is far too quiet. We ordered 2 McSmart menus. The fries were lukewarm and had probably been waiting to be picked up for a while. The burgers were similar, the top one was fresh, the bottom one was already dry, flaky and not even lukewarm. Until you realize this, it hardly makes sense to turn back.

Boss smelled of alcohol, mold in the drink, waiting time of over 30 minutes.

We ate here on a Sunday and were disappointed. It was very crowded and we had to wait 25 minutes just to order. The food itself came quickly but 2 out of 3 burgers were totally cold and therefore worth a ton. The ice cream I ordered didn't come at all. When I asked an employee, they couldn't help me because she couldn't speak a word of German or English. A second employee then called the manager and he helped me quickly, but unfortunately there was no more ice cream at lunchtime. So we left disappointed and hungry.

A good, big and clean McDonald's, with everything one is used to from elsewhere. Only the service could be faster. There were only a few cars in the parking lot and we waited anyway as if they were making fries from fresh potatoes and putting yeast on hamburger buns...
