I would be happy to answer the question. There's just shit happening lately. Cucumbers are simply taken down by hand if you order without them. Order ot wrong. Staff talks about customers, the slide for the children is covered in vomit and leftover food. It would be nice if it were different again.

Actually always pretty good, but today it wasn't really great. Ordered McRib but arrived with no real sauce. The sauce is the most important thing. There weren't any napkins directly on the tablet, you had to get them yourself

Everything was new, very clean, unfortunately it wasn't like that otherwise. Burger and fries good.

Gave the wrong things again. Completely wrong kids menu last time and today I got plant based nuggets again instead of spicy nuggets?! I ordered via the app, how can you keep misunderstanding something? Before that I had to wait almost 10 minutes because the employee completely blocked the cash register and 2 other employees had to come and only the last one who came knew how to unlock the cash register again. At least train your employees at the checkout if they don't understand the language. And reading would also be an advantage - you have to hope you get the right one every time. Very unfortunate

War gestern am Sonntag 04.02. um ca. 11 Uhr mit einer Freundin in dieser Filiale. Der junge Mann der uns bedient hat, war an Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen und hat das auch mit seinem Gesichtsausdruck sehr deutlich gezeigt. Ich bin im Einzelhandel und dieses Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist eine Unverschämtheit

Standard design. The service is good. The food is not tasty and not fresh. It was the first and last time we went to eat at this establishment.

We were there for the first time on Sunday morning (2am). It wasn't busy and the staff really kept the place spotless, clean parking lot, clean tables and clean floors. I was surprised that I noticed it so much, as I have often seen it differently at that time and day. Our order was taken quickly and with a friendly smile by an employee and put together by two people hand in hand. Thanks!!!

This was definitely the last time we were there... The restaurant was dirty, the fries were wobbly and the price-performance ratio was absolutely subpar... We prefer the Burger King, which is 100m away, so far everything has always been right... For us, that's it with McDonald's

You should check immediately what you order to take away. I had two burgers too few in the bag - it wasn't the first time. Unfortunately this time I only checked at home again. Apparently it's difficult to find good staff.

Overpriced to the point of not being possible anymore. The chicken pieces are no longer what they used to be. There are advertisements for Pepsi Lime everywhere, including on the panel where you place your order, then you want to fill up 😂 and there is no Pepsi Lime 😂
