We were there on January 4th at 9:50 PM. It was already closed and being mopped. Both the opening hours at the entrance and on the website state closing time is 11:00 PM… nice :)

Life-threatening & outrageous – They serve burnt garbage here! (1/5 stars) I am speechless at the way things are done at this branch. Just before closing time, customer safety and food quality seem to be completely irrelevant. Here are the highlights of my "visit": Fire hazard ignored: While my meat literally caught fire in the oven (a fountain of flames!) and the alarm on the patty grill was blaring, the staff calmly watched, ignored the alarm, and simply packed up the charred meat for me. Deliberate deception: Instead of being honest and canceling the order because they had already shut down the equipment and quickly restarted it, they just threw something random into my bag. Everything wrong: I wanted a small burger, but received a large one. If they're using leftovers, whether they're larger than the original or not, they should tell the customer beforehand or at least inform them if that's okay. The bread was wrong, the size was wrong, and the meat was inedibly burnt. They preferred to steal €6 (I ordered two burgers) from me rather than have the decency to say, "Sorry, we can't finish before closing time." Anyone who delivers charred meat despite a fire alarm, just to be able to close up shop faster, has no place in the food industry. Conclusion: Never again! If you value your health, steer clear of this place. And I completely understand if they want to close early and the machine was off, but then they have to communicate that to the customer, cancel the order, and be done with it, not just scrape up leftovers and throw them in a bag. :(

The restaurant was fine as always. Unfortunately, the men's restroom was not clean and freezing cold.

Not too crowded, the coffee was good. Prices are reasonable. We would have liked the restrooms to be a bit cleaner. Hence -1 star.

Dessau Mildensee, we ordered for €115, but they didn't check (which was stupid). €70 worth of food was missing... we did get it later, but what we received was unacceptable. The burgers had no sauce... everything was dry. I'm disappointed! For that kind of money, you expect something better.

Great experience at this Burger King in Germany! The place is clean, the food is fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. You can really feel the good management here. A special thanks to the manager Jamal Daakir for his professionalism and welcoming attitude. He clearly cares about both customers and staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Clean but cold interior temperature

Temperatures in the restaurant are like a refrigerator. No more than 17 degrees Celsius. You have to like that, especially when it's cold outside.

The food is delicious as always, but it's really very cold in here and you can't even take off your jackets.

Always a low point, unfortunately strategically located on my route. The service is a disgrace; the toilets and/or hand basins are either dirty and/or broken.

Nothing to say, classic Burger King, well presented and with relatively good hygiene.

Everything was fine, the restrooms were clean. The food was fresh and fast. Reusable cups were no problem. Coupons worked, and there were two EnBW chargers right outside. Top-notch.

Many dishes were sold out, the Coke was warm and tasted like cardboard. There was no ice left for cooling.

Have real problems with cleanliness, especially sanitary areas

The food doesn't taste as good at your place anymore, and we waited 20 minutes for our food. And just a quick note: If your employees have long hair, they should wear a hairnet in the kitchen or put on their caps properly.

Stopover while charging at the charging station in the parking lot or opposite at EnBeW, always clean, friendly and intelligent service, burgers and fries were always hot, would gladly go back

Just like in a fast-food restaurant, self-service food. You don't necessarily have to see the broken and dirty restrooms.

Basically a good, regular Burger King. Good location near the highway. But the restroom wasn't cleaned. (8:37 p.m. - Sunday)

Very nice bk very friendly and fast service

We're furious. We had to wait a solid 30 minutes. Our order included 4 drinks, 5 burgers, 1 nugget, 1 onion ring, 3 fries, and 1 extra cheese sauce. We paid over 50 euros for that—the end of it. When we got home, we discovered that 3 of the 5 burgers were incorrect. The extra cheese sauce, which cost 2.50 euros, was completely missing. The cheese sauce that came with the meal was missing. Almost 60 euros for an incorrect and incomplete order, plus a 30-minute wait, is a complete disgrace!!!! The place wasn't exactly full, so you could understand the mess.

Food OK (lacking in attention, but at least warm to hot – freshly prepared); service good and friendly (a second tray was brought to the table, but far too few napkins – as usual); Restrooms absolutely abysmal, with a broken seat, a toilet paper holder falling off, and a trash can overflowing by the sink. For a place that supposedly checks everything every 30 minutes, it's absolutely not a showcase. This may just be a snapshot, but for us, it's unfortunately not a showcase for Burger King, as has been the case for years...

Nice service, but the restroom was awful, and the shop was full of dishes to clear away despite the lack of customers. I've also never experienced all the milkshakes being sold out.

I ordered one fanta and it’s like water, i tell with ice but didn’t make, after he make and put some ice for 1 sekond and give me. I wait 15 minutes for one burger and fanta . Just 3 order total.

The food was good. As always, the burger doesn't look like the advertised ones, which I find a real shame.

I was very satisfied with my order. The burgers were fresh and hot, as were the fries. The wait at the drive-thru was maybe 5-6 minutes. There were enough napkins in the bag. The only thing missing was a skewer/fork for the medium-sized fries, but that was manageable.

This burger tasted bad, or rather the special sauce, which probably came from Naruto, didn't taste good.

I've been to the store several times. No matter when I stop, the men's restroom is always out of soap and paper towels. It makes me sick to think that you can place an order at the terminal with your dirty fingers without washing your hands, and then the next customer can tap on them too.

Unfriendly and overwhelmed staff! We joined the queue at the MC drive-thru. At the order booth, we were told that the computer wasn't working and that we should come into the restaurant in person to order at the counter. So we went to the counter, and the line behind us suddenly became very long. Two employees were processing orders without saying hello. An employee indicated that we could order right away. Suddenly, an employee called out that the computers were shutting down and that we would have to order at the booths again. Since we were the first at the counter, everyone behind us turned around and blocked the order booths. When we asked if they could politely take our order at the counter (after all, we had been invited into the restaurant and we were the first), the employee (presumably the shift manager) said no, because he only had two employees and couldn't do it himself. Whatever that meant. We left the restaurant without food. Thank goodness the competition is better prepared for customer influxes! Thanks for nothing!

Do yourselves a favor and take the bad reviews seriously!!!!!!! Food is consistently cold! Drinks are warm! Staff are grumpy! At first I was impressed by how quickly it was served! Thanks, but I'd rather go and get a bratwurst at the gas station! The prices they're charging there these days are unacceptable! And when I read that there hasn't been any ice or ice cubes for weeks, I wonder if the owner has any idea what's going on in his shop!?

I've never seen a Burger King this slow. You wait more than 15 minutes for a standard order (Whopper + fries).

A normal Burger King, as you'd expect. Unfortunately, in the recent past, various parts of the order have been forgotten or incorrect (burger missing, sauce missing, or the wrong product, such as churros with cinnamon and sugar instead of chocolate sauce and chocolate chips). If you have the time and inclination to check your orders, I'd give Burger King 4 stars instead of 3. So it remains an average rating.

Somehow everything was very slow. The clientele was very mixed and it was better, like the TV program, if you could spend the waiting time watching people without getting annoyed.

Been there for the third time and again the order wasn't complete. And two orders were thrown into one bag even though one order was a box. I'd rather go to MCes. At least everything is in there.

Ordered 2 King Jr Meals. None of them had toys. Then ordered double cheese from a citizen. Unfortunately it just came easy. When I asked, they simply put a cold slice of cheese on it. Ice cream machine or milkshake didn't work. Would like to try the baklava shake. Really a shame.
