On August 12th The two of us were here in the evening. I happened to look at the clock and later at the receipt showing the order time. Conclusion 26 minutes waiting time. Yesterday we tried again. This time we consciously looked at the clock, hoping that things would go faster this time. Result: 30 minutes. The term “quick restaurant” is probably out of place here. The employees seemed more stressed to us than motivated.

We were there on a Friday evening, relatively clear that it would be busy. There were far too few employees, so an order, no matter how big, took 5-10 minutes to process. Well, there were 20 orders in front of me... I waited for my 4 burgers in about an hour, while others partially went in, ordered after me, got their burgers and left again - before me. Was mildly annoyed that evening. The burgers themselves still taste great and of course it's quicker at non-peak times. However, the organization at peak times is for the ton.

Easy to order on the screens. Calm evening not too many customers. Quick to get the food which was like any BK-burgers. We had whopper meal and crispy chicken meal. The toilets were fresh.

Food good, but the cola! We ordered 2 cola, one tastes normal but the other doesn't, it tastes chemical and even slightly moldy! I don't know if it's the ice, syrup, water, straw or cup but something is wrong. Toilet for men is rubbish, but men can use it if necessary

They need to clean the resturant

The food is good. Service ok too. Toilets cannot be locked, the door is broken, the flush does not work, there is nothing to dry your hands with.

The waiting time is simply too long for 6 citizens to wait 10 minutes

Eating took a very long time, the staff were too few at a busy time and were uncoordinated. Had 2 cheeseburgers, the buns were dry and the patty was lukewarm. Conclusion: I was annoyed again that I chose fast food

Unfortunately, waiting times are long, sometimes 10-15 minutes, but it's still okay, I can't complain about the food. I have to complain about the general cleanliness of the restaurant, because overcrowded return carts are not okay for me, nor are crumbs on the table, but I would still come back because the food impressed me more than the competition on the street further

Used to be happy. Now disgusting food. 32€ spent on the fact that the bacon in one of the burgers was not crispy and the cheese was still hard, 1x fries almost unsalted, 1x oversalted, CHICKEN leg almost raw inside, onions in the onion rings almost raw. For a little more I can get decent food at Peter Pan and nothing like that. My last visit to BurgerKing.

The menu at many KFCs was expensive, but this chain restaurant has the tastiest food and the most attentive staff. Definitely 5 points!

Fast and clean. However there was no soap in the toilet. The food was BurgerKing standard and there was nothing to complain about.

Incompetent staff. Laughing when you take your order because they don't understand you and you have to speak louder. Extremely unfriendly and hardly any knowledge of German.

This fast food restaurant is located near the Autobahn A9, just 3min behind the exit. It has all the normal fast foo you need on your way to Berlin or to Munich. The small parking lot has also two places for charging your battery car. While charging you can eat or drink something ... or just chilling and enjoy the normal life around you. Nearby there is a huge supermarket ... but they are opened only to regular times.

The burgers, as well as the chili cheese fries, tasted really good, I had a double steakhouse burger with extra bacon and was definitely full afterwards 😅 this huge burger almost gives you a lockjaw, my wife had a Gouda Lover Chicken burger, which was the same It tasted very good and was completely sufficient. The food was brought to our table and the attentive staff also brought us a carrying bag because we had ordered another menu, apparently it was clear that no one could manage that 🤣 As I said, we found it really pleasant there during the day, but admittedly it wasn't that crowded, so the employees there are probably more relaxed than when "the block is on fire".... understandably so

It’s true that we arrived in numbers of 55 people. But they took a very long time to serve us, there were only 4 employees. We have 2 hours to be served. Not counting the other customers.

It takes longer to go from ordering to receiving food than with the competition...

Burger sizes are usually too small but that's not the fault of this store in specific. That's a burger king wide issue. The place is clean, staff are friendly. It's better than it used to be.

As soon as it's full you should really think about whether you want something to eat... the employees can't keep up and you have to wait half an hour or an hour for your food... that's just not possible...

Unfriendly staff, bad food and simply incompetent. It makes you wonder where you ate, the food is anything but freshly prepared. Regretful, just plain rancid. I would be ashamed to sell something like that to people. And then you get mushy when you try to point something out normally. Disgusting place that will give you scabies when you consider the sticky floor and smeared toilets. And the staff stands around and drinks coffee and doesn't care about the well-being in the disgusting snack bar. You can't call something like that a restaurant. It's sad how disgusting you can be. And a disgrace for the fast food joints

I was just in the drive-thru and wanted to order 20 nuggets using a coupon (which is not valid until March 4th, 2024) and I was told they were sold out?!! Ridiculous!! Totally rude at the counter. The staff sucked. That's what you get from employing our New Germans in the shop.

A great place for a quick meal.

Whether it's Burger King or McDonald's, the food is at the bottom of the drawer. Look at what they promise you in pictures and advertising. What do you get? Pams, there is no fresh lettuce leaf in there, no fresh tomatoes, no proper cheese to bake with. Simply disgusting

We were just at Burger King Dessau-Mildensee and wanted to get something to eat. We were standing at the checkout and our child asked us something because that offer was no longer available. The waitress then said: I could have continued washing up. We only got a saying because we wanted to explain something to our child. So my current verdict: unfriendly staff. Update 8/22/22 Were there again today. Long waiting times and not very friendly staff. I actually know this Burger King in Mildensee differently. But everything is getting worse and people are becoming more and more unfriendly. Update: 01/20/24 Went to Burger King again today because our little one wanted it for his birthday. I still find it a bit unclean (toilet) the tables are cleaned relatively quickly. What I like now are the new terminals where you can order your food. But the system isn't always the fastest, especially when there's a long line behind you. But otherwise it's a Burger King location like any other.

Can you eat sometimes? The burger was freshly prepared and was really tasty. The staff has really blossomed, everyone is friendly and quick.

Wesentlich weniger besucht als die Konkurrenz mit dem M . Fastfood halt . Aber schmeckt besser . Und die Bestellung war vollzählig . Beim anderen ( M ) ist von der Bestellung an , daß die Leute den Überblick verlieren und jedesmal warten wir , weil was fehlt .

Sehr freundlich Frisch zubereitet Whopper sehr saftig, der beste in Sachsen-Anhalt. Jederzeit gern wieder

Also, wir waren am 05.12.2023 um 11:20 Uhr bei diesem Burger King essen (Drive-in). Wir sind begeistert von der Bedienung! Einfach toll! Bei uns in Nürnberg gibt es solche kompetenten und freundlichen Burger Kind oder mc Donalds Mitarbeiterinnen leider nicht. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Service!

Was man halt von nem BK erwartet.

Ein Burger King wie jeder andere Burger King. Sauber und die Burger für uns frisch gemacht. Mit den Aktionsprodukte ist die Zeit der immer gleichen Burger zum Glück vorbei. Aber wie gesagt, die einzelnen Filialen und das Essen ist nicht zu unterscheiden, sicher so gewollt aber langweilig.

Alles in allem so, wie man ein Burger King erwartet. Bestellungen wurden zuverlässig bearbeitet, Sauberkeit ist gut.

Standard BK aber die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, das ist man garnicht mehr gewohnt und ich finde das sollte belohnt werden !!!!

Was will bzw soll man schon sagen...ist halt Burger King. Diesmal war alles wirklich frisch. Selbst die Wartezeit hielt sich in Grenzen.

Schneller Service, leider Toilette gesperrt, sehr unpassend, da es an der Autobahn liegt und Sonntags nichts weiter offen hatte.

Sehr positiv, die sehr nette ältere Dame am Empfang hat den Laden im Griff!!! Kommt im Küchen bereich was durcheinander, hat sie stets ein wachsames Auge über alle Produkte das nix falsches übern Ladentisch geht! Sehr sehr positiv und freundlich!!! Die Spielsachen passend zum Kinofilm so wie es sein soll 5***** alleine schon dafür. Das Essen, was soll ich zum Essen schreiben ? wer schweigt genießt! Absolute lecker und empfehlenswert!!

Nie wieder. Die Bestellung war zu kompliziert am Bildschirm. Dann hat die Hälfte gefehlt. Und das Essen eine Katastrophe.

Wer Burger King kennt, weiß was man bekommt... auf jeden besser als bei McD ;-) Aber absolut grottig waren die Toiletten, pfui... Deshalb auch Abzug...

Es dauert ewig bis das Essen fertig ist (haben 30min gewartet)und es wird essen vergessen. Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich. Es gibt leider keine Toiletten, für diverse Leute, wie in Karls Erdbeerdorf.

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essen in Ordnung, wie bei Fastfood normal, hätte allerdings etwas wärmer und die Pommes knuspriger sein können. Restaurant war soweit sauber, daher alles ok.

Platz 1 für das schlechteste BK. Am Drive wurde wir angeleht wegen Problemen. Das Personal versteht kaum deutsch und es fehlte die Hälfte. Wir wurden wie Penner behandelt. Der Sujlai war der Kracher. Hat sowas von gepöpelt.

Haben gestern dort Essen bestellt,der Terminal war gut Übersichtlich! Das Personal war um Freundlichkeit bemüht aber man merkte schnell das sie mit 3 Mann überfordert waren! Ich hätte vorher bevor wir gefahren sind das Essen kontrollieren sollen! Die Burger Petis waren lasch das Fleisch naja der Bacon war roh nicht angeraten die Nuggets waren total weich so auch die Pommes. Das war mein 1 und auch letzter Besuch. Nach dem Verzehr meines Burges kuschel ich mit dem Eimer und das Klo ist mein bester freund

Gibt nicht mal Cola oder andere Softdrinks, nur Eistee und Wasser und das ganze ohne Eiswürfel, auch 34°C!! Lange Wartezeiten und auch unfreundliche Gäste

Mann kommt rein und will essen bestellen... Dann geht der Erste Doppel Automat nicht. Der zweite war zu diesem Zeitpunkt belegt. Dann geht man zur Kasse um dort zu bestellen da steht sehr unauffällig nan kann nur am Automaten bestellen. Dann geht man wieder zurück und da das nur ein Automat ging war da eine sehr lange Schlange Wartezeit 25min... Also im großen und ganzen hat da einfach die Technik versagt und es elhat sich von dem Personal keiner Verantwortloch gefühlt da Mal zuschauen was los ist. Oder halt die Kasse auf zu machen. Kunden mussten Personal darauf aufmerksam machen was gemacht werden muss.

Absolut desaströß kein Bestell Automat geht, Bedingungen brauchen 100 Jahre und eine Schlange bis zur Eingangstür 25 Minuten auf die Bestellung zum aufgeben gewartet und 20 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet, nie wieder dann lieber Mecces

Bodenlose Wartezeiten. Das essen ist seit 20 min m Warmhalten und nichts passiert. Servicekräfte genervt und unhöflich. Cola warm, Essen kalt.

Sowas habe ich noch nie in meinen ganzen Leben erlebt. Fast 40 min mussten wir am Drive In warten. Es kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung vom Personal. Die Burger waren nicht durch, das Trinken schmeckte wie abgestanden, die Pommes waren nicht gewürzt. Reichlich Personal war aber vorhanden. Also ich bin sehr schwer enttäuscht. Einmal und nie wieder in diesen Burger King.

Nie wieder, total vermüllt, Wartezeit 1 Stunde , alles verdreckt. Kann ich niemanden empfehlen.

Mir wurden meine Payback Punkte nicht gut geschrieben

Ich war dort im Moment einer totalen Ausnahmesituation für das Personal. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wartezeit von zwei Stunden, weil unendlich viele Kunden nach Konzerten und Festivals gleichzeitig dort aufgeschlagen sind. Trotz dieser Situation wurde noch immer auf mich als Kunden sehr kulant eingegangen, dafür herzlichen Dank und dafür auch die Sterne. Trotzdem frage ich mich, wie das passieren kann und das Management nicht die Reißleine zieht. Das Personal war teilweise den Tränen nah, hat gezittert, offensichtlich kurz vor dem Nervenzusammenbruch oder sogar schon darüber. Warum bringt dort niemand ein Schild am Eingang an, wo auf die lange Wartezeit hingewiesen wird? Als Kunde komme ich rein, sehe zwar dass viel los ist, aber schaue ja nicht an alle Plätze, ob die Leute alle nur so herum sitzen und schon warten. Mir wurde erst lange nach der Bestellung klar, was dort wirklich los ist. Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich nicht bestellt und wäre wo anders hin, um das Personal dort zu entlasten. Mir tat das Personal unendlich leid und ich hätte sehr gerne irgendwie geholfen, hatte aber keine Ahnung wie. Ich hoffe und wünsche allen Beteiligten sehr, dass alle diesen Sonntag doch irgendwie überstehen und sich wieder erholen konnten, ohne dass sie bleibende Schäden davon getragen haben.
