Ich, und mein Freund waren heute bei Burger king und ich muss sagen die Burger dort schmecken echt gut und sind nicht so lapprig und einfach drauf geklatscht. Der iced Matcha Strawberry hat auch für mich sehr hochwertig und mega lecker geschmeckt! Klare Empfehlung die überlegen dort Essen zu gehen. Das einzige wo ich einen Punkt leider abziehen muss, ist das die Mitarbeiter:innen unsere zwei Soßen vergessen haben. (Haben die aber bekommen weil ich nachfragt hatte, passiert ja mal☺️) Ich brauche das nächste mal aufjedenfall 10x iced Matcha Strawberries!!

Kann hier nichts gutes aber auch nicht schlechtes sagen. Wir müssten die Ladezeit vom Auto überbrücken.

Ich mag zwar kein Fast Food, aber bei 40°C im Schatten sind Klima-Anlage und Cola mit Eiswürfel Weltspitze 😉

Das war das Schlimmste, was ich je erlebt habe. Wir haben zwei Stunden auf zwei Burger, zwei Portionen Pommes und zwei Limonaden gewartet. Geht da bloß nicht hin! Sobald man etwas bestellt hat, wurde man nur angeschrien und beschimpft. Wir waren Kinder, deshalb war das echt kein schönes Erlebnis. Geht da bloß nicht hin!

Essen hat zu lange gedauert, Innen etwas schmuddelig, Essen gut.

Alles sauber, nicht überfüllt, Sanitäreinrichtung in Ordnung. Kann man machen.

Das langsamsten Fastfood, in Dessau. War schon Mal hier und habe 30min auf das Essen gewartet. Heute zweiter Versuch und den Mitarbeitern beim zubereiten der Speisen beobachtet, wie sie llaaanggssammm Alles zu bereitet haben. Die Bürger lagerten so vor sich hin weil die Kommission nicht hinterher gekommen ist Getränke gab es nur Wasser. 30 min gewartet Kein Ausgleich keine Entschuldigung.

Bester burger King wenn man nach dem Hive festival in den Süden fährt. Immer leer gewesen am Festival Montag zwischen 10 Und 13 Uhr. Fetzt richtig 10/10

Hat ein sehr freundliches Personal und es ist nix zu meckern

Das Fleisch sieht sehr schlecht aus, es wurde mehrmals aufgewärmt und ist gleichzeitig trocken und kalt. Die Pommes waren sehr kalt, hatten lange gestanden und waren nicht mehr knusprig. Das Foto des Fleisches spricht für sich selbst.

Es war sehr angenehm und lecker. Man merkt das die Speisen frisch zubereitet werden nach der Bestellung. Das merkt man auch an der Wartezeit. Aber es war noch im Rahmen. Ambiente war okay, Tische waren nicht sauber und im Außenbereich noch Regenwasser auf den Tischen/sitzbänken. Das hätte man abwischen können.

Wir sind schon etwas älter und komm mit diesen Selbstbedienung Automaten nicht klar wir sind zur Kasse gegangen und wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter prompt bedient für die Mitarbeiter war es egal ob wir an einen Automat oder direkt bei ihm bestellen er hat uns das Essen sogar an den Tisch gebracht so ein Burger King kann man nur empfehlen

We were there on January 4th at 9:50 PM. It was already closed and being mopped. Both the opening hours at the entrance and on the website state closing time is 11:00 PM… nice :)

Life-threatening & outrageous – They serve burnt garbage here! (1/5 stars) I am speechless at the way things are done at this branch. Just before closing time, customer safety and food quality seem to be completely irrelevant. Here are the highlights of my "visit": Fire hazard ignored: While my meat literally caught fire in the oven (a fountain of flames!) and the alarm on the patty grill was blaring, the staff calmly watched, ignored the alarm, and simply packed up the charred meat for me. Deliberate deception: Instead of being honest and canceling the order because they had already shut down the equipment and quickly restarted it, they just threw something random into my bag. Everything wrong: I wanted a small burger, but received a large one. If they're using leftovers, whether they're larger than the original or not, they should tell the customer beforehand or at least inform them if that's okay. The bread was wrong, the size was wrong, and the meat was inedibly burnt. They preferred to steal €6 (I ordered two burgers) from me rather than have the decency to say, "Sorry, we can't finish before closing time." Anyone who delivers charred meat despite a fire alarm, just to be able to close up shop faster, has no place in the food industry. Conclusion: Never again! If you value your health, steer clear of this place. And I completely understand if they want to close early and the machine was off, but then they have to communicate that to the customer, cancel the order, and be done with it, not just scrape up leftovers and throw them in a bag. :(

The restaurant was fine as always. Unfortunately, the men's restroom was not clean and freezing cold.

Not too crowded, the coffee was good. Prices are reasonable. We would have liked the restrooms to be a bit cleaner. Hence -1 star.

Dessau Mildensee, we ordered for €115, but they didn't check (which was stupid). €70 worth of food was missing... we did get it later, but what we received was unacceptable. The burgers had no sauce... everything was dry. I'm disappointed! For that kind of money, you expect something better.

Everyone was very friendly, especially Sulaj! Highly recommended. Only the air is sometimes a bit cold.

Great experience at this Burger King in Germany! The place is clean, the food is fresh, and the service is fast and friendly. You can really feel the good management here. A special thanks to the manager Jamal Daakir for his professionalism and welcoming attitude. He clearly cares about both customers and staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Temperatures in the restaurant are like a refrigerator. No more than 17 degrees Celsius. You have to like that, especially when it's cold outside.

Always a low point, unfortunately strategically located on my route. The service is a disgrace; the toilets and/or hand basins are either dirty and/or broken.

Nothing to say, classic Burger King, well presented and with relatively good hygiene.

Everything was fine, the restrooms were clean. The food was fresh and fast. Reusable cups were no problem. Coupons worked, and there were two EnBW chargers right outside. Top-notch.

Many dishes were sold out, the Coke was warm and tasted like cardboard. There was no ice left for cooling.

Have real problems with cleanliness, especially sanitary areas

The food doesn't taste as good at your place anymore, and we waited 20 minutes for our food. And just a quick note: If your employees have long hair, they should wear a hairnet in the kitchen or put on their caps properly.

Stopover while charging at the charging station in the parking lot or opposite at EnBeW, always clean, friendly and intelligent service, burgers and fries were always hot, would gladly go back

Just like in a fast-food restaurant, self-service food. You don't necessarily have to see the broken and dirty restrooms.

Basically a good, regular Burger King. Good location near the highway. But the restroom wasn't cleaned. (8:37 p.m. - Sunday)

We're furious. We had to wait a solid 30 minutes. Our order included 4 drinks, 5 burgers, 1 nugget, 1 onion ring, 3 fries, and 1 extra cheese sauce. We paid over 50 euros for that—the end of it. When we got home, we discovered that 3 of the 5 burgers were incorrect. The extra cheese sauce, which cost 2.50 euros, was completely missing. The cheese sauce that came with the meal was missing. Almost 60 euros for an incorrect and incomplete order, plus a 30-minute wait, is a complete disgrace!!!! The place wasn't exactly full, so you could understand the mess.

Food OK (lacking in attention, but at least warm to hot – freshly prepared); service good and friendly (a second tray was brought to the table, but far too few napkins – as usual); Restrooms absolutely abysmal, with a broken seat, a toilet paper holder falling off, and a trash can overflowing by the sink. For a place that supposedly checks everything every 30 minutes, it's absolutely not a showcase. This may just be a snapshot, but for us, it's unfortunately not a showcase for Burger King, as has been the case for years...

Really good Burger King not much going on

Nice service, but the restroom was awful, and the shop was full of dishes to clear away despite the lack of customers. I've also never experienced all the milkshakes being sold out.

We rarely go there, but we feel at home here. The food was fresh and hot, very tasty, the staff were nice and friendly, and the branch was very clean. Since we go there no more than two or three times a year, we can say that it's never been any different, no matter how busy it is. Thank you!

I ordered one fanta and it’s like water, i tell with ice but didn’t make, after he make and put some ice for 1 sekond and give me. I wait 15 minutes for one burger and fanta . Just 3 order total.

The food was good. As always, the burger doesn't look like the advertised ones, which I find a real shame.

I was very satisfied with my order. The burgers were fresh and hot, as were the fries. The wait at the drive-thru was maybe 5-6 minutes. There were enough napkins in the bag. The only thing missing was a skewer/fork for the medium-sized fries, but that was manageable.

This burger tasted bad, or rather the special sauce, which probably came from Naruto, didn't taste good.

I've been to the store several times. No matter when I stop, the men's restroom is always out of soap and paper towels. It makes me sick to think that you can place an order at the terminal with your dirty fingers without washing your hands, and then the next customer can tap on them too.
