Unfortunately very full, no free space and many unmotivated employees. Food was great.

Worst Mc I've been to so far. There were already queues at the screens, but things just weren't moving forward. I ended up going straight to the counter where when just ignored me!! Looked at and bored turned away from me. Then we went to BurgerKing a little further down the street.

I've been here a lot lately for my child's sake. No matter when I go in here. The floor under the tables alone is more than germy. There are the fries, some crumbs from the previous one or the one before. The tables never seem to be wiped down. Every time the tables are stained and still have food leftovers - you don't actually need to order anything. The person who empties the tray trolleys, which are also overflowing, could occasionally clean the lobby armed with a rag and broom. I really don't like going in now because the hygienic conditions have really deteriorated. Sorry, Burger King next door is cleaner.

Chicken nuggets unfortunately reheated for the third time. Dry. Something like that shouldn't happen with a total price of 40 euros. You can really eat there. Ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. Sassy and sad at the same time.

One star because minus stars don't work. I haven't been here for a long time but I'm totally horrified. It's 8 a.m. and the tables, benches and floor are completely dirty. Just disgusting

So for the fact that the new M citizen is being praised so much, it's really disappointing that it's being done so carelessly and in such a mess... it's a shame and sad.

On August 24th, 2024 I was not served but ignored. I wanted to pay cash.

Terminal broken, food cold, toilet without soap, waited 20 minutes for food.

The citizen in the children's menu had caused stomach cramps and diarrhea.

Of course you can't avoid it with children, everything is OK.

A McDonald's like any other. It always tastes good even if it's not the most nutritious food.

Terrible McDonald's (in my opinion), the terminal is damn slow, the employees are not very friendly (there are exceptions of course). It wasn't busy and we still waited 20 minutes for our order & the employees were more busy chatting than anything else. We're definitely not going there again. 😵‍💫

The store is not recommended. Terminal not working again. After 20 minutes I left it. I then refused the request to order again at the checkout as this was just one of many experiences. Mecces in Dessau is simply not recommended. If you have the opportunity, take a Mecces further.

This time I was a bit unlucky, unfortunately the patty of the delicious looking crispy chicken burger was no longer fresh. But overall the burger was good. Ice cream shake very tasty. Service also exemplary. Outside area very well maintained.

Drive-in with the app is super quick and quick

You can completely forget about it here! In an order with 6 items, 3 of them were wrong and one item was completely forgotten, despite pre-ordering online.

The cashier was clearly annoyed. Neither a hello nor a goodbye. Fries were ice cold and tasted like cold fryer grease. My cheeseburger was also cold, totally soggy and tasted burnt. And that's 10:30 p.m., even though it's still open for another hour and a half.

André Blaschikowski Hubertus Vogel is the best McDonald's employee! His appearance is sophisticated, his friendliness is outstanding, his personality is tailored to the customers and his demeanor is simply Mashalla. In a nutshell - simply machine the man!

Remarkably tidy and friendly employees! ...another visit to this great McDonald's and again so noticeably good that I would like to expand my rating. The staff are so attentive and friendly that it's a pleasure to watch them while you're there. Everything is tidied up and cleaned immediately. Everyone had a smile. We know this differently from many branches of other companies. Food great too! That's why we particularly enjoy coming here, thank you for the good time with you!

Very last place. Food is cold and people don't understand you when you have complaints

On our way back from vacation on the North Sea we stopped at the branch to get something to eat and drink. Access is barrier-free, but we didn't find a toilet for wheelchair users. Just a changing room, which was probably once the toilet for wheelchair users. So without anything further we went straight to Burger King, there was a suitable toilet and we ate a delicious burger there. Everyone talks about inclusion, but that's just nonsense in my eyes.

I've known the store my whole life and well it's gone down a lot. You always have to control Mc Drive, mistakes happen and the team always has to fix everything afterwards, but the whole thing is still a bit tiring. The rest is Mekke's standard.

A nice clean McDonald's with friendly employees.

Thanks to the app you can speed up the ordering process a little. We choose the dishes at home and place the final order in the parking lot. This means the waiting time is a lot shorter.

McDonald's is always okay. Friendly salesmen and saleswomen. There is a separate entrance and exit

Not enough children's chairs (2 pieces), the restaurant is not cleaned regularly, there are leftovers everywhere. Every order must be checked as it is never complete.

Bad service! The terminal for ordering is broken, so you could accept the order in person. No! It's better to leave the customers standing. Cleanliness could also be better. Terminals that still work react poorly because they are not cleaned every now and then. And then unfriendly staff.

I don't recommend eating onions everywhere

Milkshake ToGo was great. Service was very nice but the cash register was on strike.

Food was warm and fresh and staff was very friendly

Very good food and also tasty. The workers are also polite neat and clean.

I'm a little disappointed with the new breakfast. Even if it looks delicious and is something different. The well-known breakfast products could have been kept. And then another question...why do I get my coffee in a paper cup? There's a Mc Café there, so for the sake of the environment they could have had real cups, right?

Rating McDonald's is always kind of weird. Actually, you can only evaluate the property and its location. The rest is always McDonald's. Well, let's do it then. Location is great, McDrive is not as narrow as elsewhere. You can also get through with the transporter. The interior area is spacious and there is also the typical indoor playground. The only disadvantage: the police station is right next door. Unfortunately, the parking lot party is canceled.

I don't want to upset that fast food restaurant McDonalds, but it is a step behind Burgerking. If I want to try something again, only the ice cream is great. Without any reason to upset you, I just expressed my opinion, wonderful evening and fire in the boots!!!

I'm not a McDonald's fan. But the restaurant was clean and ordering was easy electronically. Deducted because it was pretty dark inside.

Clean toilets, nice staff, fries a disaster

I've already gotten used to always having to check my orders. Since it is rare here that everything is included!! And not just whether it's there but also the number... My daughter had it again today Instead of 9 nuggets there are only 6... Unfortunately picked it up at the drive in and only saw it at home.

So the term FAST food restaurant should be shortened by the first word, because I had to wait half an hour for my food and only half of the tables were occupied. The food itself doesn't work at all, carelessly thrown together, there's no other way to say it - a disgrace. And to top it all off... The food wasn't hot, the cheese wasn't even remotely melted.

Attention: Fine of €35 for eating at McDonalds once! As has already been written here, I find it unreasonable that guests who want to eat here in peace and then perhaps sit together over a coffee afterwards receive a fine for exceeding the maximum parking time of 2 hours. - Anyone who has ever been there with children knows that it can take a little longer. This rules out McDonalds as a frequent traveler for me in the future. Congratulations to Steffen Weigt, S&D Systemgastronomie e.K., this won't happen with the satisfied customer! ;-)

As a customer, you will also be treated as ice-cold if you eat in the restaurant for more than two hours and the car is in the parking lot. I will refrain from visiting again.

Ordering and entering data electronically takes a lot of getting used to. Older People over 70 will have problems if they don't have any knowledge of PCs. I found it a bit impersonal.

Quiet at breakfast time. It was clean and we were served quickly. You just have to be careful because if you stay more than 2 hours in the parking lot there is a fine to pay. But otherwise nothing to complain about!

I waited 25 minutes for a single cola, after about 15 minutes someone came and said the cola was out & what I would like to have instead. After 25 minutes I went to the counter and was told it had been forgotten.

If you go there specifically to try the new cheese dip... order it from Mc Drive and of course you'll notice once you get home what's missing. What was it this time? OF COURSE THE CHEESE DIP. Of course you are told that you can then pick it up... of course I'll drive 10km again just for the DIP... will you pay me the fuel? Always the same thing there...completely overwhelming the employees.

People met here in the Fiale for breakfast in a relatively relaxed manner. So far everything was as you know it. The only thing that stuck was the systematic parking rip-off after visiting this branch. There are already countless examples in the comments here. I myself will definitely not set foot in here again.

This is a top restaurant. The employees understand you and are very friendly. The service at McDrive is really quick and uncomplicated. A small point of criticism is the strangely structured parking lot, if people don't park properly (happens often) two vehicles can hardly park one after the other (on both sides). Otherwise it's perfect 😃

NEVER have I ever found such a clean women's toilet at McDonslds!!!!

What kind of shop is this? You meet there in the evening (as we all know, it's dark there and you don't immediately see a sign) and go for something to eat/drink, you sit there longer because you're also chatting and then you get a ticket sent home for parking too long. Is this how you want to drive away your guests? In any case, it was the last time I was there.

No table reservations, the table and floor were full of leftover food.

Considering it was a Sunday, we had no problem finding a good spot 👍🏼

Immer wieder einfach Klasse. Sehr Gutes Angebot,Topp Service u.die WCS sehr sauber. Weiter so u.immer zufriedene Gäste.

Das ist das alles letzte , wider mal an MC Drive bestellt alles war dabei bis auf mein Wrap . Ich bin so enttäuscht von dem Laden , nie wider 😡

Bin am Mc Drive gewesen und danach ab nach Hause, musste leider wieder feststellen das die Bestellung nicht komplett war. Kontrolliert eigentlich auch mal jemand die Bestellungen bevor sie raus geht?

Wir haben unser Essen vorbestellt und es wurde zügig und frisch zubereitet..der Burger war richtig heiß was eher selten ist in dieser Fast Food Kette. Was gefehlt hat eine Spielecke für die Kids.

Typisches McDonald's Angebot, von der Bestellung bis zum bringen ging alles ziemlich schnell und die Qualität war ebenfalls gut. Einzugstest Manko waren die Bestellterminals, die waren sehr langsam und reagierten mitunter erst nach ein paar Versuchen, das Problem war nicht nur auf eines der 4 Terminals beschränkt.

Alles soweit gut > Essen ist halt was für die Kids und Jugend > wir ca. 3 mal im Jahr

Nicht wieder!!! Einkaufsbummel, davor McDonald's. Wir haben uns echt darauf gefreut. Ich hatte einen Bigrösti, meine Tochter Chicken Nuggets und Pommes. Okay, es dauert. Das ist hinnehmbar. Service okay. Aber das Essen ging gar nicht. 🙈 Ich war bisher in diversen Filialen des Landes, aber das war wirklich das zweitschlimmste Erlebnis. Der Bigrösrti war einfach nur ekelhaft. Pappig, voll gesogen mit Fett. Die Soße schmeckte als sei sie ewig alt. Der widerlichste Burger, den ich je bei McDonald's gegessen habe. Nach drei Bissen war Schluss, ging echt nicht mehr. Die Nuggets schmeckten genauso. Pappig, voll mit Fett und ranzig. Die 🍟 kalt, ohne Salz. Geht gar nicht. Schade ums Geld. Das Beste war der Gang zur Toilette und die Zigarette vor der Filiale. Wobei: das Essen hielt Stunden an: in Form von Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit 🤢 Diese Filiale nie wieder!!! Danke für nichts, McDonald's Ps: paar Meter weiter ist Burgerking 🤗

Habe einen Hamburger Royal TS bestellt und an dem Display extra die Tomaten abgewählt, trotz alle dem hatte ich sie trotzdem auf dem Burger & sie sind mir direkt ins Auge gesprungen, als ich die Verpackung öffnete, auf dieser sogar stand „Ohne Tomate“. Pizzataschen waren kalt, Käse war dementsprechend nicht geschmolzen & sie wirkten sehr trocken, ohne Dip quasi „ungenießbar“. Servietten wurden nicht mit auf dem Tablett beigelegt. Ein Pluspunkt gibt es für den Service, Tabletts werden immer frühzeitig aus der Rückgabe entnommen, sodass dort kein „Stau“ entstehen kann, Tische werden sauber gehalten. PS: dieser Big Tasty hat nichts mehr mit einem Big Tasty zu tun

Für den Hunger zwischendurch. Am Tisch bedienen lassen geht schnell. Zur Mittagszeit kann es zu Wartezeiten an den Bestellterminals kommen. Servietten sind wegrationalisiert.

Die einzige Möglichkeit für ein Late-Night-Dinner.

Eines der schlechtesten Restaurants in Deutschland. Die Service Kraft hat die Cola umgekippt und sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Die Hälfte vom Essen fehlte. Die pommes war versalzen. Einfach nur grausig.

Liegt direkt an der Autobahn A 9 , für den schnellen Hunger kommt das immer ganz gut an . Schnelle Bedienung innen , sowie am Schalter , freundliches Personal 👍🏽 innen groß und gemütlich , draußen mit Spielgeräte für Kinder . Parkplatz bekommt man auch immer ohne Gebühr

Da sitzt man dort isst und trinkt mit mehreren Personen und bekommt als Dank einen Strafzettel weil man zu lange dort war, das allerletzte! Dort wird zukünftig nicht mehr hingefahren!!!

Da fällt mir ja wohl nichts mehr ein. Man trifft sich dort abends (also in der Dunkelheit ankommend) zum Geburtstag einer Freundin, schnattert, isst und trinkt... Und dann erhält man einen Strafzettel in Höhe von 40€ weil man zu lange stand...? So ein Dreck... Hier waren wir das letzte Mal. Dann favorisieren wir dann doch ein anderes Restaurant... Ein Auffälliges Hinweisschild wäre nicht schlecht...!

Naja es war schonmal besser, seit einiger Zeit dauert es ziemlich lange bei McDrive bevor man sein Essen hat (selbst völlig normale Dauerbrenner)... Und die Qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig... Bei der letzten Bestellung dauert es wiedermal extrem lange und das komplette Menü war leicht abgebrannt ,was man leider erst bemerkt wenn man zu Hause ist... Das Bild sagt eigentlich alles (sollte eigentlich ein Doppelcheese sein 🤷‍♂️)

Die Computer funktionierten nicht richtig das Personal hat es super gelöst und das Essen war wie immer lecker 😋

Ein McDonalds eben 😉 Es ist Alles im gewohnten Standard. Service ist noch ausbaufähig wobei, das meckern auf hohem Niveau ist. Die Mitarbeiter leisten wirklich unter größtem Druck eine gute Arbeit, andere McDonalds Filialen habe ggf. noch besser eingespielte Teams, die die ein oder andere Minute für den Kunden schneller sind.

Essen war lecker. Ziemlich schmutzig auf den Tischen und dem Fußboden.

Es ist schlimm genug, dass man einen Mitarbeiter in den Mc Drive stellt, der nur mäßig deutsch versteht. Aber dass man sich dann auch noch dumm kommen lassen muss, ist der Hammer. So ein unfreundliches Personal hab ich lange nicht erlebt. Nächstes Mal Burger King!

Joa wat will man groß sagen , der Laden ist halt wahrscheinlich der schlechteste MD in der Umgebung😂 Kaltes Essen ist an der Tagesordnung. Bei den Bestellterminals bekommt man Aggressionsprobleme da die Technik so fett am laggen ist das es ohne auch einfach nicht geht. Dreckige Tische , Teilweise unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Wirklich traurig.
