McDonald's in Dessau-Roßlau

I went for the breakfast burger options and I loved it the service was also very good and they have ample parking along with EV charging points for 3 or 4 cars

I was horrified at how dirty the tables were, there were three of us and we were looking for a table for four. Not a free table was without crumbs or sticky leftover food. You couldn't blow them off either because everything stuck. We were there around 10 a.m., still at breakfast time. We ordered at the terminal with table number and table service, including coffee with 2 x coffee cream. The coffee cream was missing. When we reordered, we told the waitress, who just said curtly: it's at the front, you can get it. Yes, overall we were more than disappointed as guests passing through this McDonald's. What a shame!!

It was good, it only took 30 minutes until I got a milkshake without sauce.

Neat and clean. But Dad Staff is a little overwhelmed. That's my impression.

This is the only McDonald's near me and I love it. The wait time is 2-4 minutes for a family of 5 and the food is perfect Definitely recommended

We are always treated kindly, only last time a burger was forgotten. Otherwise we are satisfied

Das geht besser, weil das auch woanders besser geht! Alle Burger waren sehr lieblos in die Schachteln "gelegt" und prompt auseinander gerutscht. Das Fleisch-Patty trocken und kalt, der Käse kaum angeschmolzen, der Bacon trocken, aber auch nicht mehr ansatzweise knusprig, ... Es war kaum Betrieb, aber bis von unserer Bestellung alles auf dem Tablet lag, hatten die ersten Pommes ihre besten Zeiten schon beinahe hinter sich. Die Abstellwagen vollgestopft oder zu lange nicht geleert, ... Kein schönes Bild, kein schöner Aufenthalt! Das muss besser werden.

I wonder if it complies with the standards (using strong chemicals when preparing food for guests)...

Quite OK toilets but dirty tables and floors and the quality of the food is not great either, it could be better. And the ice arrived melted! Not good!

I would recommend checking the contents when ordering takeaway. Unfortunately my order #243 was incomplete at 10:53am on 12/7/24. In the end it's only 7.19 euros (Double Royal TS) that I paid without getting anything in return, it's still annoying. Since there were few other orders at the time, the error cannot be explained by stress. Unfortunately, I was naive enough to trust the employees' ability to read the order correctly. For future orders, I at least know that I will check it when the order is handed over. Otherwise there are no complaints.

Today I went to MC Donalds for the second time in Dessau-Mildensee Ordered Plant Nuggets and also received real meat in Plant Nuggets packaging for the second time. An absolute no-go as a vegetarian! You're being played for a fool here that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. My friend had normal nuggets and lo and behold, they looked and tasted identical. Luckily I didn't have to throw them away because I had a buyer. I absolutely cannot recommend it if you don’t want to “accidentally” eat meat.

The order came quickly and can be placed via terminals or the app. The employees are friendly. However, it was very unclean.

Fast and tasted ok Service: The restaurant was quite empty given the time. The service was correspondingly quick. As soon as we sat down, the food was brought to our table. Eat: The burgers could have been a little warmer. The burger petties and the bun halves were almost lukewarm. Conclusion: All in all it was ok for a quick meal in between.

The toilets were not clean and unsympathetic. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed. The food is like any McDonald's.

The spicy chicken burger was really good. Fries are just not my thing at MCs. They came hot, but after a few minutes they are just soggy and no longer taste good. But that's just my opinion.

The tables and floor should be cleaned regularly.

Cleanliness is not a magic word. Self-service screens without printer paper, toilets and restaurant dirty, almost dirty on the evening of October 18th, 2024.

It's never been this bad here. Nuggets aren't even lukewarm, burgers are so mashed that they're barely recognizable as such. Table service with a “friendliness” that makes you lose your appetite. It's a shame, we actually like coming here.

I have never experienced such catastrophic conditions at McDonalds as in this store. I have 30 minutes!!! Waited for 4 cheeseburgers and they were cold too. Other guests waited even longer and others didn't get their food at all. Never again!!!

The atmosphere was very ordinary and the food mediocre, I had a better experience at McDonald's. The surroundings were not very clean.

I've been here a lot lately for my child's sake. No matter when I go in here. The floor under the tables alone is more than germy. There are the fries, some crumbs from the previous one or the one before. The tables never seem to be wiped down. Every time the tables are stained and still have food leftovers - you don't actually need to order anything. The person who empties the tray trolleys, which are also overflowing, could occasionally clean the lobby armed with a rag and broom. I really don't like going in now because the hygienic conditions have really deteriorated. Sorry, Burger King next door is cleaner.

Chicken nuggets unfortunately reheated for the third time. Dry. Something like that shouldn't happen with a total price of 40 euros. You can really eat there. Ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. Sassy and sad at the same time.

Terminal broken, food cold, toilet without soap, waited 20 minutes for food.

The citizen in the children's menu had caused stomach cramps and diarrhea.

A McDonald's like any other. It always tastes good even if it's not the most nutritious food.

The store is not recommended. Terminal not working again. After 20 minutes I left it. I then refused the request to order again at the checkout as this was just one of many experiences. Mecces in Dessau is simply not recommended. If you have the opportunity, take a Mecces further.

This time I was a bit unlucky, unfortunately the patty of the delicious looking crispy chicken burger was no longer fresh. But overall the burger was good. Ice cream shake very tasty. Service also exemplary. Outside area very well maintained.

Terrible McDonald's (in my opinion), the terminal is damn slow, the employees are not very friendly (there are exceptions of course). It wasn't busy and we still waited 20 minutes for our order & the employees were more busy chatting than anything else. We're definitely not going there again. 😵‍💫

The cashier was clearly annoyed. Neither a hello nor a goodbye. Fries were ice cold and tasted like cold fryer grease. My cheeseburger was also cold, totally soggy and tasted burnt. And that's 10:30 p.m., even though it's still open for another hour and a half.

Remarkably tidy and friendly employees! ...another visit to this great McDonald's and again so noticeably good that I would like to expand my rating. The staff are so attentive and friendly that it's a pleasure to watch them while you're there. Everything is tidied up and cleaned immediately. Everyone had a smile. We know this differently from many branches of other companies. Food great too! That's why we particularly enjoy coming here, thank you for the good time with you!

Very last place. Food is cold and people don't understand you when you have complaints

On our way back from vacation on the North Sea we stopped at the branch to get something to eat and drink. Access is barrier-free, but we didn't find a toilet for wheelchair users. Just a changing room, which was probably once the toilet for wheelchair users. So without anything further we went straight to Burger King, there was a suitable toilet and we ate a delicious burger there. Everyone talks about inclusion, but that's just nonsense in my eyes.

I've known the store my whole life and well it's gone down a lot. You always have to control Mc Drive, mistakes happen and the team always has to fix everything afterwards, but the whole thing is still a bit tiring. The rest is Mekke's standard.

A nice clean McDonald's with friendly employees.

Thanks to the app you can speed up the ordering process a little. We choose the dishes at home and place the final order in the parking lot. This means the waiting time is a lot shorter.

And then another question...why do I get my coffee in a paper cup? There's a Mc Café there, so for the sake of the environment they could have had real cups, right?

Rating McDonald's is always kind of weird. Actually, you can only evaluate the property and its location. The rest is always McDonald's. Well, let's do it then. Location is great, McDrive is not as narrow as elsewhere. You can also get through with the transporter. The interior area is spacious and there is also the typical indoor playground. The only disadvantage: the police station is right next door. Unfortunately, the parking lot party is canceled.

I don't want to upset that fast food restaurant McDonalds, but it is a step behind Burgerking. If I want to try something again, only the ice cream is great. Without any reason to upset you, I just expressed my opinion, wonderful evening and fire in the boots!!!

I'm not a McDonald's fan. But the restaurant was clean and ordering was easy electronically. Deducted because it was pretty dark inside.

Clean toilets, nice staff, fries a disaster

So the term FAST food restaurant should be shortened by the first word, because I had to wait half an hour for my food and only half of the tables were occupied. The food itself doesn't work at all, carelessly thrown together, there's no other way to say it - a disgrace. And to top it all off... The food wasn't hot, the cheese wasn't even remotely melted.

I've already gotten used to always having to check my orders. Since it is rare here that everything is included!! And not just whether it's there but also the number... My daughter had it again today Instead of 9 nuggets there are only 6... Unfortunately picked it up at the drive in and only saw it at home.

As a customer, you will also be treated as ice-cold if you eat in the restaurant for more than two hours and the car is in the parking lot. I will refrain from visiting again.
