Sehr freundlich heute morgen.. aber sonst auch toller Service

Manche Servicekräfte sind sehr unfreundlich, ansonsten war es in Ordnung.

Das Personal ist unmöglich. Ich habe neben dem Essen zwei Getränke gekauft und um zwei Strohhalme für das Trinkwasser meiner Kinder gebeten, aber die Kassiererin hat das als große Sache abgetan und mir nur einen gegeben. Das war unser letzter Besuch dort. Absolut widerlich!

Sehr unhöflich und hab den falschen Becher bekommen hab gefragt ob die es umtauschen können hat er nicht gemacht obwohl es genau neben ihn lag sind sehr unfreundlich geh da nie wieder hin

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich besuche diese McDonald’s-Filiale regelmäßig und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet, die Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fällt die Sauberkeit im Restaurant auf – sowohl der Gastraum als auch die Toiletten sind meistens in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, egal ob man kurz etwas essen oder mit der Familie eine kleine Pause machen möchte. Auch für Kinder ist die Filiale gut geeignet. Die Mitarbeiter bleiben selbst in Stoßzeiten freundlich und arbeiten sehr organisiert. Die Bestellung über die Terminals funktioniert problemlos und die Wartezeiten sind in der Regel kurz. Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung und die Qualität entspricht den Erwartungen. Insgesamt eine sehr gut geführte McDonald’s-Filiale, die ich gerne weiterempfehle. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher! 🍔🍟🥤😊

Ich bestelle gern an den Automaten. Essen wurde sehr schnell gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Tische waren sauber, ebenso die Toiletten. Ladestation für das E-Auto genutzt.

Einfach Cheeseburger 50 cent teuerer als bei anderen Mc Donalds Filialen.

Mitarbeiterin bekommt den Mund nicht auf, noch nicht einmal für einen guten morgen, ansonsten MC halt..

Naja wie kann man bei einer Großbestellung als erstes die Eis machen und dann den Kaffe! Eis war natürlich halb geschmolzen...

Essen lohnt sich mehr wie bei Burger King. Mengentechnisch als auch preislich lohnt es sich mehr

Bei diesem Amateurverein wird einfach immer etwas bei der Bestellung vergessen. So oft, dass es schon fast wie Absicht wirkt. Und wenn es dann nicht mal etwas zu essen ist, sondern das Spielzeug des Kindes, hört der Spaß auch auf. Auf einen Laden, der Kinder zum weinen bringt, kann man echt verzichten.

Halbe Stunde auf die Bestellung warten, Pommes kalt, das Eis im McSunday Eisbecher geschmolzen.... Immerhin gabs neue, heiße Pommes. Dennoch: viel Luft nach oben.

Ordentlich und sauber. Aber das Personal ist ein wenig überfordert. Ist so mein Eindruck.

Die ältere Dame die uns unser Essen gebracht hat war wirklich super freundlich, selten so nette Mitarbeiter erlebt.

Pommes leider gar nicht knusprig sonder labbrig. :( Und Pommes sind mir am wichtigstens. Sonst aber alles ok. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. WCs sauber .

Nie wieder! So wie der Teamleiter mit den Angestellten spricht und sie vor der Kundschaft behandelt ist mehr als diskriminierend und menschenunwürdig. Wenn man ein Problem mit einem Mitarbeiter hat, dann klärt man das nicht vor den Kunden und vor allem nicht in dieser Lautstärke und in diesem Ton! Ich habe ihn daraufhin auch angesprochen. Der Mensch fühlte sich vollkommen im Recht. Für mich ein totales No Go! Für mich war es das letzte Mal das ich da reingegangen bin.

Also leider ein komplett überforderter Laden. Essen ist schlampig Zubereitet, aber das schlimmste ist dieses ewige wegklicken der Nummern. Wir warten trotz "Abholbereit" 15min auf unser Essen, außer das McFlurry das haben Sie direkt bereit gemacht... und hinter der Theke stehen lassen. Darauf konnte ich dann auch verzichten.

Ich bin wirklich frustriert von meinen letzten Besuchen im Mac Drive von McDonald's. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort bestelle, fehlt etwas oder meine Bestellung wird vertauscht. Heute war es besonders ärgerlich: Ich hatte das Super Mario Galaxy Menü bestellt, und das Aushängeschild versprach drei Saucen dazu. Als ich zu Hause ankam, musste ich feststellen, dass die Saucen wieder fehlten. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass ich solche Probleme habe, und es ist einfach inakzeptabel. Ich verlasse den Drive-Thru oft mit dem Gefühl, dass ich nicht das bekomme, wofür ich bezahle. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sie ihre Bestellungen bald besser im Griff haben, denn so macht das einfach keinen Spaß.

Top McDonald’s Filiale. Sehr große und saubere Toiletten, sehr nette Mitarbeiter.. eine sehr einladende Filiale

Leider nicht mehr zu Empfehlen. Es fehlt bei jedem Besuch etwas, von Bürger über Getränke. Spricht man die Mitarbeiter an verstehen sie kein Deutsch. Beim Beschwerde Anruf, wurde von der Leitung versprochen die fehlenden Bürger werden beim Nächsten Besuch ersetzt. Beim Besuch gestern wusste keiner etwas davon, oder man wollte mich aufgrund der Mangelnden Deutsch kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter nicht verstehen. Zum Glück habe ich vor Ort die Bestellung kontrolliert, wie erwartet fehlte wieder etwas.

Leider habe ich beim McDrive eine falsche Bestellung erhalten (Chickenwings+Chickennuggets) statt des Supermariosets (Chickencheese + Chickennuggets + Saucen). Als ich dies dann Zuhause bemerkte bin ich extra nochmal zum Mcdonalds gefahren um das richtige essen zu erhalten. In den anderen Restaurantfilialen der Mcdonalds-Kette wurde es meistens so geregelt, dass als Entschädigung das falsche essen behalten werden durfte, was diesmal nicht der Fall war. Der Mitarbeiter entriss mir unfreundlich und sichtlich genervt die falsche Bestellung und gab mir schließlich die richtige Bestellung. Weder bekam man eine Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Entschädigung... Ich hätte echt nichts großes verlangt, aber wenigstens eine Entschuldigung. Deshalb leider nur ein Stern, dieser Service entsprach nicht meiner sonstigen Erfahrungen. Bei den heutigen Spritpreisen ist dies nicht selbstverständlich diesen Weg nochmal auf sich zu nehmen...

Eigentlich alles top. Aber ein grosser minuspunkt folgt. Bei 4 Drive-in Bestellungen hat 3mal entweder etwas komplett gefehlt, oder es waren falsche Burger und Soßen in den Tüten. Sehr ärgerlich. Daran sollte dringend gearbeitet werden. Heute 03.04.26. wieder dort gewesen... Wie passend das Google mich fragt ob ich meine Rezension bearbeiten möchte.... Heute per App vorab bestellt. Hingefahren und im Drive in abgeholt. Noch im Drive in festgestellt das ein Burger (mal wieder) fehlt. Zu Hause dann folgendes festgestellt: Cola Becher war am Boden undicht. Becherhalter im Auto also voller Cola Servietten waren gar keine dabei. (Hätte ich in dem Moment gut gebraucht ) Sämtliche Soßen haben gefehlt. Falsches Spielzeug (OK nicht so schlimm) Alle Burger Nuggets und Wraps waren kalt. (Nicht mal 5min Fahrt nach Hause) Ein Burger hatte halb aus der Packung rausgegangen und wurde von der 20er Box Chicken Nuggets aufgefangen. Alles andere sinnlos reingeworfen und Platt gedrückt. Die Pommes lagen einzeln in der Tragtüte. Schade dachte bis vor 1 Stunde noch es hätte sich vielleicht gebessert.

Merkwürdiger Service. Man bestellt und wartet am bis die Anzeige bescheid gibt Abholbereit. Das Personal drückt aber einfach vorher auf Abholbereit. Wenn man dann an die Abholtheke geht steht man wie ein Trottel im weg und es werden frühere und spätere Nummern zuerst bearbeitet. Wenn man dann nachfragen will, wird man sofort unterbrochen. Auf Anfrage ob die Anzeigen (in zubereitung/Abholbereit) überhaupt Aussagekräftig sind, bekommt man gesagt: Ne wir drücken das immer weg damit es schneller geht! Häh??? Dann hängt die Displays doch ab, wenn ihr ein durchdachtes System untergraben wollt….

Standard Lokal. Man weiß was man bekommt wie in jeder anderen Filiale auch.

Essen wie immer gut. Aber die Bestellautomaten sind so langsam und reagier extrem träge. Noch nie erlebt bei MxDonalds. Grauenhaft!

Ich kann allen nur raten schaut eure Bestellungen nach Übergabe durch....jedes verdammte mal wenn wir dort hingehen fehlt ständig etwas....mal ganze Bürger mal Getränke diesmal heute wieder 3 Milchshakes bestellt jeweils mit Schoko und Karamell Soßen was man ja extra zahlen muss und was hat man bekommen....alles ohne Soßen...es nervt nur noch. Vor allem wenn 10 Angestellte eine Bestellung bearbeiten. Ganz schlechtes Management! Hab schon mehrfach dort angerufen und mich beschwert aber ändern tut sich nix. Sehr schade das es weit und breit das einzigste Restaurant von dieser Kette ist. Für Getränke und Essen zum Mitnehmen absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Wie kann es sein ,dass mann die Capuccino unsauber bekommt? Sowas kann mann doch den Kunden nicht anbieten ,,,deswegen Sterne Abzüge, Bitte auf Qualität achten und Kunde ist König

Essen wie immer in Ordnung jedoch der Parkplatz ließ diesmal zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man weiß das es Glatteis gibt sollte man sein Parkplatz streuen

Habe nur Kaffee getrunken. Und der war gut. Bisschen teuer, aber ok

Es wird immer schlimmer dort. Selbst als der Laden mal teilweise leer war hat ein Teil der Bestellung einfach gefehlt. Beim letzten Besuch waren dort die Nuggets fast alle noch eiskalt und roh. Dazu der Bürger kalt das nicht mal der Käse leicht geschmolzen war. Unfreundliches Personal und oft fehlt einfach einiges bei der Bestellung. Selbst die Bestellautomaten funktionieren sehr schlecht und sind extrem langsam. Bei den ganzen Punkten werden wir wohl wider mal in Betracht ziehen den Mitbewerber in der Nähe aufzusuchen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Mit fast food hat das nichts zu tun. 25 min Wartezeit im Mc Drive mit nur zwei Bestellungen vornuns.

Friendly, quick and always happy to help

Unfortunately, I keep finding out that this McDonald's is a real rip-off. It's happened to me several times now that I've ordered takeout food and realized when I got home that it was only half the amount. This happened today, too, when I ordered a 9-piece nugget and only got a 6-piece. You really have to take the entire meal apart, pick it apart, and check to see if everything is in there. But that can't be right!

You think, hey, after almost a year, maybe you can go to McDonald's again, but what can I say? It was a complete disaster. The fries were lukewarm and too salty, the two slices of meat from the Big Mac were slapped onto the bottom half, salad and all, and the second lid was simply placed on top. McDonald's hasn't placed much value on quality for a long time. A shame. Never again for me.

Absolutely crap shop. Ordered 4 burgers and only got 3. Unfortunately, we didn't look inside and only noticed when we got home...

How much can you drive a store into the ground? I arrive here in a crowded store, naturally aware that I'll have to wait longer. But the fact that I don't get my food and am handed something else with the words "I've lost track of things" shocks me deeply. For a €30 order, they handed me three cheeseburgers. Never again!

Forgetting a burger for which you paid 7-8€ is the lowest of the low for me… Simply very bad

Very friendly place and very professional service

It's a very good McDonald's. I've never been disappointed. Disinfectant containers next to the ordering terminals, clean tables, and really friendly employees, even when they're busy. The terminals are a bit slow, and the restrooms are far too small during rush hour. Still, it's better than many others on German autobahns.

Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied at all. The staff was lackluster. But the worst part was, we waited 35 minutes for our order! How can that be? This has nothing to do with fast food! We can't recommend it!

I haven't had as friendly service as here in a long time.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience yesterday. Around 12:30 a.m., all the doors were locked, making it impossible to go in or out, which is already impossible. On top of that, our order was forgotten. After asking three times, it was finally packed up in the car after 45 minutes, and then we were back on the highway. Of course, the next time the nuggets were missing... Overall, my worst McM's visit of my life. Legal notice: Locking people in is considered deprivation of liberty, and for people with claustrophobia, it's even better... I hope it's not common practice for them to close the store half an hour early...

If you watch the TV commercials and then compare them with reality, you won't find any comparison. Add to that the SUPER prices... I haven't been to MD in a very long time... MD... I can't recommend it anymore...

Of course, we were missing something again, namely a citizen. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it on site. My son picked out a toy but didn't get it, even though there was one left. It wasn't crowded, and they weren't stressed either.

Back again, although something was missing last time and this time, unfortunately not everything was as ordered 😔 It's not like we go there every day, that would be far too expensive, but if you're spending just under €40 everything should be fine, if you order pizza and get cow pats you don't say it, it's just like the way it is.

I only review McCaffee. I've even been using it in a paper cup at a restaurant. This was my last visit.

The worst MC Donald that I have visited during last year's. Only the lady who works at the cafe. The screens (touchable) for self service are not working well, if you order something and don't take it , the number just disappears without any information. I have seen the first time that someone who comes later gets order earlier as who comes later. Only coffee is very good.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the toilets, it stinks so bad, the toilet paper is not refilled which is shameful and I don't even want to say anything about the sink, see for yourself

No quality. I don't like it, that's just my opinion. And I know it's hard for the employees, too, because they're constantly rushing around. Management should make some changes so that the employees can work without losing productivity and perhaps pay more attention to the quality of the products, at least for the prices...

A very nice place. Very friendly and relaxed staff, and what stood out was very clean: no crumbs, no greasy tables or seats like you often find in some other branches. It actually tasted like it always does at MCS.

I visited this McDonald's on Saturday for the first time in a long time, and I have to say I was shocked. We were there at night, around midnight. There were fries all over the floor. We saw an employee sweep fries from the table onto the floor and then leave them there. The machines where you place your order sometimes malfunction (touches weren't registered). The men's restroom smelled so strongly of old urine that I left immediately. The food was standard McDonald's, nothing to complain about.

It's just McDonald's. But it's a very clean, tidy, and well-maintained McDonald's with very friendly employees :)

Two stars deducted for the cardboard straws. If you don't inhale your shake immediately, it will soften in two minutes. Tasty isn't that good.

The food tastes like everywhere else in McDonalds. Fast food is fast food. I still give it 5 stars because the service and friendliness on the day I was here was outstanding. All the employees were very friendly. The tables were cleaned immediately and we asked at the table whether everything was OK and whether we would like anything else. I've never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's.

The building is modern and attractively designed, and the location is optimal with a large parking lot that also has sufficient e-charging stations. I was particularly impressed by the large playland, which is a real plus for families. The dining room was modern and clean, and the atmosphere was lively yet pleasant. I found it particularly positive that communication within the team took place quietly and efficiently via headsets instead of shouting loudly through the lobby. The team was remarkably well positioned and always helpful. During my last visit I didn't have to wait long, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall a great place for a quick meal. I'd love to come back!

We come here regularly as our teenagers love the food here. Staff is very friendly, waiting time is reasonable, special requests are accommodated, it is clean

Was our first visit to this McDonald's, as we usually stop in Linthe. Food was super fresh, hot and delicious. Fries perfectly salted and crispy. Food also came to the table super quickly. Toilets were clean. Can only recommend McDonald's.

You order a McWrap Mozarelle Balsamic and unwrap it with joy and have meat on your wrap. The staff should be trained or should be able to speak German and know what is involved.

As you can see in the picture, the burger looks like it's been lying around for ages and has been thrown several times... which can't be right since it was the second burger at the table just before closing time! So clapped together without any effort. Never here again. 11€ for the menu and still no craftsmanship or respect.

My Drive Through experience was amazing. Even though it was around 50 bucks order. They delivered within a few minutes. I should also share that the employees were so polite.

I wanted to get another McFlurry today. Since you can't process Minecraft ice cream at the terminals, I went ahead and ordered it personally and asked if I could have an ice cream with a brownie and chocolate sauce (which I did 3 days ago and got it for the same price). I was then told that this wasn't possible. After I mentioned that I got this 3 days ago, I was even more complained about and said that this couldn't have been here because it doesn't work. But thanks to the nice man on Friday who made it possible. And with a pistachio allergy, I also want to eat what others can eat, just with a small change.
