Mc Donald's in Walsrode

First of all: I almost never write bad reviews and don't like doing that here either. Ambience good, service ok, food a complete catastrophe, which can easily be described as a total failure. We ordered 2x Coke (normal) and one Diet Coke. All 3 drinks tasted different, but none were light (none were labeled as light). When putting this together you were probably expecting fries and lattice potatoes - they were fresh, hot, crispy and good. Everything else, 3 burgers and 20 nuggets, were cold, dry and inedible. Given the prices quoted here, I think this is an absolute no-go! The 20 was exchanged straight away without being inspected. One had the feeling that the employee was aware that he could no longer have been warm. Thank the Lord I'm not on the corner often. In any case, I will save myself and everyone else involved in the meal from visiting here again for the time being.

They can't do anything. NOTHING. The cola was no longer carbonated, ordered 8 cheese nachos, 7 were in there. Burger completely fell apart, so the sauce was smeared all over the bag. Sure, you can complain about it, but you should be able to put together a simple menu without errors. No wonder MD is seeing a huge drop in sales.

It is always quite quiet here and therefore well maintained. Good place for a spontaneous stop

Very busy McDonald, at least on Sunday evenings, so plan on waiting a bit. Eat as usual.

When the Mcfrape was still available I liked drinking it, but in my opinion the new Iced Coffee Shake isn't worth the money! The burgers were carelessly slapped together, you can look for sauce and salad, even the "New M" because the price is not justified, it tasted like almost nothing. Despite the fact that there wasn't much going on, a lot of things that needed to be addressed were forgotten when ordering. The toilets, of course the employees can't help it if certain gentlemen urinate next to them (which I find a mess), but they should be cleaned regularly or a urine channel should be integrated into the floor for the gentlemen who urinate on the floor while standing up rather than in it designated urinal. So I don't know, everything was better, if you say what else will you be looked at according to the motto "what is the customer complaining about" if you don't want the job...you should leave it alone, that's how I see it as a customer In any case, there is no chance of coming back again. For around €40, you could have had a good meal, but the hope that the quality would have improved was a total failure. I'm just disappointed.

We often go to McDonalds. Everything was very clean and tasty. I would particularly like to highlight the very friendly and courteous service staff. I've never been served as kindly as I was here. This branch thrives on its excellent team of employees. We will definitely stop here again on our next vacation.

Failure. Out of the 7 items we ordered, they forgot to give 3. And the tables and under the tables were generally dirty.

The guy with a bald head and glasses is super unfriendly (no hello, no goodbye and throws the bags into the car and they tear)

So work definitely needs to be done to ensure that the orders are created properly. You should read the order beforehand. I thought so but had to complain 3 times. Absolutely no-go 👎

The guest goes to the checkout, greets the employee and receives no response. The guest hands the cashier his printout with the order. The cashier takes it, also without a word, types everything into the cash register and then mumbles the price. The guest hands him the money, which the cashier takes without saying a word and then gives the guest the change without saying a word. Not greeting the guest is very rude... The cashier apparently hasn't learned the words please and thank you yet. It seems to me that further training on the subject of politeness and friendliness is appropriate.

Nuggets and fries were completely over-fried by everyone. Various things sold out. Vouchers are not accepted at the terminal. No shelf life label on the peach bag... It was a daunting visit... but the staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff was very friendly. The shop was very clean. The staff was really nice. The food was prepared very quickly.

Very dirty even by McDonald's standards. The ice cream was more like cold milk. The staff couldn't answer simple questions from a pensioner present (whether there were fries on the menu). Some items could not be selected on the order monitors, but I was able to order them at the checkout... By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to...

The burger was ok, the fries were ice cold and without salt, the nuggets were really tough. I've never had such a bad meal at McDo anywhere else. The compartments for napkins and straws were empty. But that's a lot of room for improvement!!!

Just yesterday, June 30, ice cream cost 1.99, and today it was 2.19. Are you joking? 10% more expensive. The service has not gotten better, inflation is fine. Hey gentlemen, shareholders and owners of McDonald's, are you running out of money for bread? Choke on your macsunday! For the first and last time I bought something from you.

I made a mistake when ordering because I wanted to take the food with me and I told the checkout straight away that I wanted to take it with me and what have I got, nothing and then Snot left cheekily and went away according to the motto I don't care . We don't have anything like that here in the East, we really think about service 🤬

Unfriendly service.We were IGNORED in the drive-in because of our vehicle and of course our order was not taken.The Burger King next door was very friendly and ordering in the drive-in was possible without any problems.Burger King highly recommended!!!

McDonald's is not food... If you want to get sick, fat, get pimples and have digestive problems, have fun. Far too expensive for such substandard quality. Better get a kebab!

I often pass through here! No matter how full or empty it is! It's never been quick! Today: Coffee and cookies - 20min! But it's when the employees of life chill

We were there this evening and unfortunately had to make an unpleasant discovery in the Curly Fries. When we ate the curly fries we found a fried moth at the bottom of the bag. This fact is disgusting enough, but the reaction of the employees made the whole thing worse. At first their statement was only that we had already started eating the curly fries and therefore they couldn't take them back. Only after a short discussion did we get the 4 euros for the curly fries refunded, which should probably be the minimum. There was no apology.

The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was very clean. The menu was freshly prepared.

Food was okay, staff friendly but very quiet when announcing the finished orders. It was well attended and the waiting time was okay.

It's better not to eat breakfast here! The coffee was hot and tasty but the food was cold and when I asked I got the answer that it had to be that way.

Today I had dinner here with the family. I've rarely seen such a dirty McDonald's. Tables are not wiped down, customers sometimes do it themselves, and there are leftover food and napkins under the tables and benches. Sorry, that doesn't work at all! Of course, I also criticized this personally in the restaurant.

A fantastic sunset and good ice cream, I definitely recommend it.

Very clean shop, the food is almost always hot and the staff is 90% friendly and competent. Really more than okay for a McDonald's.

I'm actually always very happy with the restaurant. It doesn't always go as quickly as it should, but I'm still very satisfied.

MC Fleury only got one portion of caramel sauce even though I bought a double portion. I'm disappointed.

I ordered and paid at Mc Drive, but only got half of the order when I got home🙁

Everything at the terminal was full of people. The queue at MARIE was almost endless. There was 1 person in front of me at the checkout. I ordered, paid and got my food about 4 minutes later. Excellent!! It was Sunday, 7:05 p.m.

Tables could be cleaned more regularly. We had to sit at a dirty table and it wasn't nice. Otherwise everything was ok. A slightly thicker one from the service wasn't exactly well maintained.

MC Donalds wie man es kennt, egal wo und wann ich bei MC Donalds war, es ist überall der gleiche gute Service, dpeisen und Ambiente gleich gut.

Very rude employees. Tone and choice of words are not appropriate for customer contact! No willingness to compromise on mistakes on McDonald's part. No recommendation! It's better to take one exit further 😉.

Da fährt man seit längerem zu McDonald's und kontrolliert ein mal sein Essen nicht und da fehlt gleich das teuerste der Bestellung........

Ich Hatte Haare in meinem Essen richtig unhygienisch von euch. 🤢 Service total schlecht. Diese komischen displays funktionieren zwar aber ich kann die Coupons von der mcdonalds app nicht nutzen also eigentlich totaler Schwachsinn. Sonst super gelegene Ort so direkt an der Autobahn nicht schlecht. Und ständig vergisst ihr essen für das ich bezahlt habe, komme dann zurück um mich zu beschweren noch bin ich immer höflich geblieben aber solangsam macht mich das Sauer. 😠

Haben den "Drive" benutzt. Alles super. Bestellen ging fix, Service war sehr nett und das Essen war heiß. Eine 10 von 10.

Ein großes Lob!!! In diesem MC Donalds gab man sich große Mühe das Babyessen zu erwärmen. Und erfolgreich!!! Das wird in anderen MC Donalds abgelehnt. Herzlichen Dank, das war klasse!

Decent McDonald's, no problems.

Eines der weniger MCD's mit wirklich freundlichem Personal. Wer (wie ich!) bisher dachte MCD gibt es nur in dreckig und pampig-uninteressiert (MCD Berlin-Hildburghauser Straße) wird hier eines besseren belehrt. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Also dieser McDonald's war überraschend sauber keine klebrigen und versüfften Tische es standen keine voll gemüllten Tablett's auf den Tischen gegessen hatte wir nur eine Eis und dazu Kaffee! Die Dame an der Kasse konnte relativ gut Deutsch und war sehr höflich und aufmerksam!

Essen war gut, Service auch. Bis auf die Tatsache, daß wir auf einem Familienparkplatz geparkt haben ( als Familie) und ein Mitarbeiter uns weg schickte mir der Begründung , dass das der Chef Parkplatz sei! Komische Art mit Kunden und zu gehen.

Das Essen ist halt Fast Food, der McRib mein Lieblingsburger, die Pommes sind seit jeher für mich zu labberig, die Kaltgetränke nach Gutdünken gemixt (mal genug Sirup, mal zu wenig). Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen, wenn man wirklich nichts anderes findet und irgendwelche Gutscheinaktionen laufen, ansonsten mittlerweile zu teuer ! Sehr gut dagegen die Ladesäulen, die sich an immer mehr Filialen befinden ! Dann kann man sich auch mal einen Burger gönnen ;-)

Ich habe hier und heute (01.08.23 um 18:32 Uhr) denn geilsten BigMac EVER bekommen, und ich habe mit meinen 49 Jahren schon verdammt viele BigMac's in jeder Ecke der Erdscheibe in die Futterlucke reingeschoben.

WLAN funktionierte nicht, daher auch keine App, keine Coupons möglich, ich wurde nicht verstanden von der Mitarbeiterin und falsche Zutaten wurden mitgegeben, sonst alles super

Fastfood halt, nix besonderes, sauber schnell.
