Soooo, it's the same thing again as always: you collect your points, then order a crispy chicken and you get absolutely nothing. Great, keep it up...

We arrived at midnight; normally open until 1 a.m. We found the doors locked. Never again!

I ordered from there twice; the first time it took 2.5 hours for delivery, the second time 1.5 hours. I got a chicken burger instead of a cheeseburger, and they forgot the milkshake. Never again!

The opening hours say it's open until 1 a.m. It's already closed at 12:15 a.m. Totally awful 😕

Worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at! I ordered cheeseburgers and fries. Everything was cold, the fries were soggy, and the cheeseburgers were flattened. Afterwards, I thought: they look like they were taken out of the garbage. It was takeout, and I didn't notice until I was already on my way. Otherwise, I definitely would have gone back. It's clear to me that delivering quality isn't in this location's DNA. Don't eat here, or check the quality of your order immediately upon receipt!

This is the second time I've had to wait over two hours for my Lieferando order. Both times, the store was unreachable by phone, or no one answered. Then, on top of that, I was delivered the wrong drink, and the driver didn't even apologize or care, which is an absolute disgrace...

Ordered via Lieferando at 4:36 p.m., still no delivery at 6 p.m. The app says delivery is at 7:20 p.m. I called and listened to the store complaining. I'm not interested. I got my money back via PayPal. Let them eat their garbage themselves.

The restaurant, especially the restrooms, are unfortunately a bit dated. However, there is a modern cash register system (order and pay at the terminal) and table service.

Very friendly service, we all received excellent service. The burgers were all fresh, hot, and beautifully prepared. My recommendation ***** Friendly staff, including at breakfast, and the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

We ordered today at 3:55 PM via Lieferando, and the delivery time was stated to be 25-30 minutes. However, the order didn't arrive until 6:32 PM. It was incomplete and cold, and one of the burgers was hard and uneatable. When we contacted the restaurant two hours later, they simply said the driver would leave in 10 minutes and hung up. However, it took another 45 minutes for the order to finally arrive. Further contact with McDonald's was impossible, as subsequent calls always resulted in an announcement that the number was unavailable. Simply rude.

Sometimes the wait times are incredibly long, despite, in my opinion, the expected volume of orders during peak times. Many customers who don't want to wait that long are leaving. Not entirely understandable. Otherwise, great!! Edit: The wait times are getting worse. I've been waiting 1.5 hours for my Lieferando order, and it still hasn't arrived. I was told by phone half an hour ago that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Edit: I had to call again. It's supposed to finally arrive after 2 hours. Stay tuned.

Thank you so much, dear team members in Erftstadt. We were allowed into McDonald's at 1:02 a.m. and wanted to get something inside. We'd just come back from a long flight and were incredibly hungry!!! Another group wanted to come in too. We were told, "No, there's nothing left, we're already closed." The opening hours sign says it's open until 2 a.m., but we specifically checked the website. That's unacceptable, especially since there were no customers at the tables and people were ordering at the cash register!!!!

We waited 28 minutes for our order. It's a fast-food restaurant. But you don't notice it here, and it's like this every time. I wait less at regular restaurants. Some of the fries were cold, soggy, and oversalted. The Big Mac was cold, too. If we hadn't been in a hurry, I would have complained. But I didn't want to wait again.

The service is different. It's definitely not "fast." The food is usually cold. Fast food prices are far too high for Minden's quality food.

The food is like any other McDonald's. But there are few to no table service numbers. And when you order takeout, they call out the numbers in difficult-to-understand German without repeating them.

Most dirty McDonalds I have been in my life. In the lady toilet were faces all over the place.

Went there to charge the car on our way back from vacation. The charging station was broken. We went to the bathroom before eating. Extremely dirty. It stank of urine; it certainly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Of course, there were no paper towels. The order display didn't work either. I ordered chicken nuggets with piri-piri sauce. They got a different sauce. The kids ordered a junior door. They got the wrong gift. Conclusion: Dirty. Out of two orders, one of which consisted of three items, two were delivered incorrectly.

I ordered via the app and picked it up. I had to wait at the McDrive order counter even though it was quiet. After a five-minute wait, my order was taken. My order was complete, but the food was cold.

Not recommended; this is our third time here. Every time, you have to wait forever for food. The second time, our order was forgotten/skipped. Today, the burgers were simply soggy, and mine was the wrong one (I don't even know what special order it was supposed to be; see the pictures). It was supposed to be the Royal Maple BBQ & Bacon, but there was no bacon or cheese, but there were two slices of patty and loads of lettuce!?

I have a gluten intolerance and therefore can't eat regular bread rolls. For this reason, I always bring my own gluten-free roll on such occasions – so far, this has never been a problem at Burger King or other McDonald's branches. Unfortunately, I was told here that I wasn't allowed to use my own roll. Even the store manager came over and confirmed this. They insisted on using only their own products. I just wanted to eat a Big Mac – nothing more. Instead of showing understanding, they made it clear to me that this wasn't allowed here. I find this disappointing and incomprehensible. I feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a person with food intolerance. Actually, even one star is too much.

I thought there was no worse McDonald's, but this one beats all the others!!! The service here was so bad! I order the most expensive products at the McDonald's café, and when I "eat in" I get a vending machine café with cake that isn't fresh, no plate and in a paper cup. When I ask, the employee says sorry there is no portafilter café, no employees, no plates, I decide to take away since the cappuccinos came in paper cups anyway, then he packs me the wrong donut. No apology, nothing! He gets arrogant and stuffs the donut with the cake into me. Everything gets squashed. Such bad staff. I wonder what that's all about!!!!! Seriously!????

Hygiene is clearly a top priority here – unfortunately, only in a figurative sense. Tables are only cleaned upon request by guests – even though there are only three customers in the entire store. Yet everything is still dirty. The highlight: A single, obviously wet rag is used on all surfaces throughout the entire interior without rinsing. Not once has the rag been washed or otherwise treated with sanitizing agents. I find it completely incomprehensible how the staff here are trained, or whether any training has been provided at all. I will report these intolerable conditions to McDonald's Germany and the responsible health authority.

The access is narrow, and you have to be careful when approaching it for the first time. First of all, there's a gas station in front, which is a bit confusing, and secondly, the path at the MC Drive is a bit too narrow. Rims can easily be damaged.

We had too wait an eternity for our food

The restaurant's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Tables and floors are sometimes dirty. Restrooms are rated 0 out of 5 stars. However, the service and food are very good.

A 20-minute wait, and then the food order was wrong. I ordered all the burgers without cheese —it even said so on the order slip— instead, they all came with cheese as standard. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. It's also pretty dirty in general. Moaning Myrtle seems to live in the restroom, otherwise, it's hard to explain why it was half-flooded.

Very run down, in need of renovation, rooms, saunas are all outdated, with every infusion everyone is in the sauna 15 minutes earlier, otherwise you don't get a call, depending on the situation, one person sticks to the other and there is no second entrance fee, the sauna is not worth it

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. Not only was our order forgotten, but there was no apology or explanation. Even after being informed, the order still took 20 (!) minutes, was incomplete, and incorrect. The manager then lied to us, which was the icing on the cake. And we weren't the only ones. There were multiple complaints. And it wasn't busy. Absolutely the worst place with the worst service. Never again!

Slow service, the employees talk between each other with cue of people. The burger are made ridiculous. I order a bacon tasty and that's the bacon inside.. shame. They don't want to work apparently.... find better people!!!!!

The staff is unfriendly and rude, and they don't speak to you even though you've been waiting for your food for over half an hour. They don't speak a word of German. The food was cold, the fries were undercooked, the chicken was already old, and the burgers were very dry. We threw everything away. Because of work, we didn't have the opportunity to return. We won't be coming back.

Catastrophe! We waited 20 minutes for our food today, and it's not the first time we've had to wait that long. This is incomprehensible considering the operation! The man who is working there stand the baby with shoes on the counter that is serving food and his colleague told him it’s not allowed to do that, he didn’t care about announcing and started to discuss (that I’m responsible for here and …) It is really taught because of health issues. I hope the supervisor read the comment and check the camera to fix it.

Unfortunately, you always have to check carefully to see if your order is complete. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed something was missing for the second time. It happens quite often that you don't end up with what you ordered in the bag at the drive-up counter. That's point 1! Point 2 is the waiting time - even though there are only 2 cars in front of you, you have to wait 15! Point 3 is the food is often cold and the fries are missing salt! Point 4 was the icing on the cake today on June 5th, 2025 at 3:40 p.m. I spent a whole 30 minutes at the drive-up counter, even though there were only 5 vehicles in front of me. When I asked why it took so long, I didn't get a correct answer. Then came the surprise. The fries were scattered around in the bag because the bag with the fries had been put in upside down. The cheese was hanging off the fish. So, I've had enough of it. I've been there twice a week so far. But you have definitely lost me as a customer and I'm sure I won't be the only one!

The atmosphere is good for a McDonald’s, but even if the restaurant was almost empty the service was slow. The food was also lacking… one McTasty was smashed in his box, the fries were cold, one Ice Coffee was basically Iced dirty-water.. there’s a lot of room for improvement!

No toilet paper in the toilets. No soap in the toilets. Disinfectant. No staff at the McCaffee. The counter looked "in use". The cash register was active, there was a glass on the counter... I waited for fifteen minutes. Then I asked at the normal pick-up counter. Had to wait a few minutes until an employee had time for me and walked with me to the McCaffee counter. Ordered and paid there, I still had to go back to the pick-up counter to pick it up. Burgers were okay, for fast food. Atmosphere was not okay. Many grumpy faces. Both among the staff and among the customers.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food came quickly, but the iced caramel coffee was sour and the iced tea tasted like water. Plus, the floor was sticky and the benches were dirty. All in all, unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

You want to treat yourself, so you drive to the McDonald's. You painstakingly type everything into your phone and submit your order. When you arrive, they tell us at the drive-thru: Cancellations not possible, coupons not valid. All the employees are just daydreaming. They don't seem to get off their feet. They'd much rather chat with each other than serve the customers. It's just disgusting. By the way, because most of them fall asleep while working, the food you order is almost cold. This isn't just here, but also in the surrounding areas. The McDonald's in Erftstadt – a real test of patience if you arrive by car at the wrong time. Basically, it's a McDonald's like many others – but unfortunately, some peculiarities make this location special in a rather negative way. Let's start with the parking lot: In my opinion, it's simply undersized. Especially on busy days, you often can't find a free parking space directly next to the branch. It becomes particularly frustrating when you see that four or more spaces are occupied by the company's own delivery fleet. Of course, these vehicles have to be parked somewhere – but as a waiting customer, it still feels a bit inconvenient. The real worst-case scenario, however, usually follows shortly thereafter: The cars for the drive-thru regularly back up far into the entrance. Since the parking lot also serves as a drive-thru, you suddenly find yourself blocking the entrance – even though you simply want to park. Result: Standstill, annoyed faces, and a "drive-thru" without a "drive-thru." Interior? Mixed. When it's busy, the typical chaos quickly ensues. And of course – the legendary broken ice cream machine is a must here. (I was hoping that would be history someday.) There are generally enough seats, but you shouldn't always expect them to be clean or even available – depending on the crowd. Conclusion: A visit here can be a success – but it doesn't have to be. "Fast food" quickly becomes a test of patience here.

Well located McDonald's. Fast production of the order. Friendly staff. The only thing that needs to be reconsidered is the hygiene of the toilets. Round corners and it sticks very much to the floor and then to the shoes.

Order via Lieferando, Delivery time was given as 40 minutes. 2 hours later it finally arrived. As we unfortunately discovered, it was incomplete, when we asked over the phone we were told in a rude manner that people should come there in person in the future. Ordered there last time, if possible it would be minus stars.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to McDonald’s was beyond frustrating. First of all, the wait time was ridiculous — I stood around forever just to get my order. When it finally arrived, the food was cold. Not lukewarm, not slightly cool — cold. And to make things worse, parts of my order were missing. How hard is it to get a basic order right? Basically like any other McDonald's except that the employees almost never stick to the opening times and always close up to an hour earlier and you get thrown out. You stand at the drive-in for 15 minutes without being informed that it is “closed” even though employees are still on site and the branch is still marked as “open”.

Super! I've been coming here since it opened when I was at school and it's always pleasant. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and even when it's busy you still get a smile here and there. Definitely my favorite McDonalds location!!!

Was only there a few times. Yesterday we wanted to go through the drive quickly because we didn't have much time. Unfortunately we had to wait about 15 minutes. Our small order (2 cheeseburgers + a happy meal with cheeseburger, cola and Quetschi) was then handed to us personally by a stressed employee with the words "Enjoy your meal". That's why we went straight away - without checking the order for completeness - only to find out a few minutes later that the Coke and the Squeeze were missing. The cheeseburgers weren't very fresh either.

Burgers cold, fries cold, there was water instead of Sprite. I was half-starved and stayed that way.

My family and I enjoy going here from time to time. All employees are friendly and helpful. The tables, floors and toilets were also always clean. But today (there was hardly anything to do) I'm at a loss for words. Not a single table was clean, the toilets were filthy... even though there were enough employees on site and standing behind the cash register with their arms crossed.

The positive first. This McDonald's has a modern design. That would already be the positives. The service is slow, the food is of the usual quality but lukewarm at best. Many tables were completely littered with rubbish on our last visit. The staff simply seems overwhelmed.

Extremely long waiting time in McDrive for no apparent reason. Usually takes up to 20 minutes to get through. Once you're in the queue, you can't get out. Parked vehicles cannot leave the premises at the same time!

It looks like a pigsty. There are trays and empty packaging on the tables, the return station is overcrowded, there are no napkins at the service station, there is trash on the floor, and the floor in front of the serving counter is so full of grease that I slipped (wearing sneakers) and almost fell . Disgusting. I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen and in the warehouse.
