Ordered MC Smart menu. Everything cold No longer recommended.

Unfortunately, after eating the chicken burger, which I threw away after a few bites because it tasted strange, I got terrible diarrhea...

Was once considered a fast food restaurant. However, it no longer applies to every branch. Staff seem unmotivated or overworked. Every now and then something is missing from the bag.

An entertaining solution for quick hunger pangs. The offer is varied but due to the rush - hectic - not the ideal means of satiation. The menus are put together in a hurry - that's where the passion is missing! It satisfies in times of need and due to haste and hectic times as well as time constraints due to the price being slightly too high for performance and quality. Conclusion: Once a month is okay - but more often than not weekly, as already mentioned above.

First of all, with the Big Mac, either the sauce was sour and the sound mentioned in the MacCrispi advertisement....laugh is also missing...laugh, then people often don't really listen to what you order, something is usually always missing, this time it was It's the MacCrispi Bacon... of course the bacon you paid for, so slowly you don't feel like eating it anymore

I paid “double” for my meal. They took €10 off me. Those were my last ten... I'd rather go to Subway

3x black burnt McMuffin :-// I warned, it didn't get any better! Can you check the bread to see if it is burnt? Before releasing it. And then apologize! Somehow......

Food like in every Mäcces, but so far (been there 4 times) always forgotten some of the menus. Cleanliness of the tables was bad, the toilets were disgusting.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my food even though it wasn't that busy, people who came after me got their food beforehand. The staff isn't the friendliest either.

We had breakfast there (with a slightly longer wait). Nice atmosphere, modern and bright.

Surprisingly nice McDonald's with a standard menu and comparatively cheap prices. The interior design here is particularly interesting, conveys a human, pleasant atmosphere and makes you want to linger there.

We ordered via Lieferando. However, you cannot submit current reviews there. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. Then it was delivered. The nuggets were dry and didn't taste good. Fries on both menus were limp and cold. The M Burger was scattered wildly in the box and I then put it together. It was the last time we ordered there. Ordered from McDonalds in Erftstadt Lechenich

A very neat mac. With fast service it was open until 12 noon but there was no toilet available!

Ordered or tried several times via Lieferando. Old orders are not closed and Lieferando is constantly being opened and closed, so you are not able to complete an order unless you are quick enough. It's either open or closed, it doesn't feel like it changes every 5 minutes. Food is always fresh and warm, even on Sundays, but the delivery system is an absolute disaster.

I would prefer not to give any stars, unfortunately we had long, light hair on the cheeseburger, this shouldn't happen these days with the hygiene requirements. There were also only 5 chicken nuggets in the 6 piece.

Employees are friendly and try to deliver the order satisfactorily

Modernity has arrived. The conversion was a success and you can build your own burger at the terminal or order at the counter and be served at the table. The interior is bright and friendly and the burgers are freshly prepared. Well, the meat was still prepared too far in advance. But anything better than what was given to me In recent years I always wanted to cheer. Was at the car counter again today... Out of 4 cheeseburgers, one was an old model again :-( The royal was also among the crowd today...

Sunday 7:00 p.m. completely overwhelmed! Obviously no table service (all numbers removed (cleared?) but function as a selection on the order screen, so everyone has to correct and it takes even longer, with only 3 of 4 functioning terminals. Number display at the pick-up station is also not active, so everyone waits in a hurry until they are called become …. Food delivery took more than 15 minutes! So get off the motorway, a complete waste of time! Parking entry and exit is blocked by drive-in customers! The rating of the food no longer plays a role!

I ordered two Mc Flurry for the umpteenth time and received plenty of Mc Sundae! In my opinion this is slowly ripping off customers. 3.89€ / 7.78 D-Mark, oh man how I miss it, for some milk mush with sugar and flavor! Next time I will return the things. Ps. I wrote this review using the middle finger search technique! 😡

Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit to the McDonald's in Erftstadt Lechenich. The staff was extremely slow and seemed completely overwhelmed. At lunchtime the restaurant was hopelessly overcrowded and it seemed as if the staff had no control over the situation at all. The employees' bad mood was clearly noticeable, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. A quick snack looks different - I will think carefully about visiting this location again in the future.

All the ordering machines are broken, no orders are accepted at the counter, it's pure disaster, lazy staff.

Ambience and food as always very relaxed, but wait over an hour for the food??? That's not possible, luckily I had a socket ;(

Worst Mc Donald's we ever visited. Restaurant very dirty, insects flying around, employees unfriendly, long waiting time, order was incomplete.

Vegetarians stay away! Among other things, we ordered a plant based cheeseburger. After the burger tasted pretty bland, we looked at the receipt and it said cheeseburger plain, which means without greens, sauce, etc. So instead of meat substitutes, I unintentionally ate meat as a vegetarian. It doesn't work at all. Never again

Clean and groomed. The order was processed quickly. Staff is very friendly.

McDonald's wouldn't normally drive by, but we would stop briefly while passing through and order small snacks. There isn't much to report from our point of view. System catering, actually the same everywhere.

I left here Saturday to Sunday night on the way back from Holland because the McDonald's in Kerpen closes at 1 a.m., but here it's open until 3 a.m. So there was a lot going on. I didn't have a big order but the young man at McDrive saved the visit with his friendliness and quality of service. Keep it up!

Rarely have I seen a McDonald's so littered. Garbage carts hopelessly overfilled, tables and floors full of leftover food. Napkin and straw stand empty.

Sometimes long waiting times, with, in my opinion, predictable volumes at peak times. Many guests who don't want to wait that long and are therefore driving again. Not entirely understandable.

I got the worst coffee ice shake caramel here, just ice cream with caramel for €4.39, thanks for nothing

Nothing worked today, chaos at all levels.

Bad worse worst, not because of the products but service and friendliness are poor. There is also a 30 minute wait at McDrive.

Fries and burgers hot and plenty of toppings. Even though there was a lot to do, the staff wasn't at all annoyed - that's another way of knowing. You can stop by here often 👍

For some reason, no table service in this branch. There are option in menu, but no stable signs. Either some politic changes, or staff is too lazy?

You have to wait too long for your food and the staff is really unfriendly

Opening hours until 1 a.m., but we were turned away from the restaurant with our food at 12 p.m. My order was basically complete, but instead of an apple turnover I received a cherry turnover. In response to the complaint, I received my apple bag plus a small bonus. I would therefore like to praise the colored employee, who also offered me a drink for the additional waiting time. Hence 2 stars, otherwise I would have given zero (if possible).

Parts of the order are constantly missing. Depending on who is in charge at the drive in, you can actually drive straight through, but that doesn't help.

I think the price is good for 2 burgers including fries, a drink and a glass for just under 11 euros. Only the glass was forgotten, but delivered without complaint. Sitting outside and enjoying the sun was great, unfortunately with a full cigarette container next to us and the play tower at the tray return. I would wish that the children's corner and the tuxedo weren't together.

Many errors with orders, parts not delivered. At least 3 things out of 2 orders were wrong. Had to be obtained.

Getting worse!😒 (We ordered inside..) Waited almost 25 minutes for food!!!😳 Everything was cold/rubber...except the shake was almost "warm" (liquid) and a burger was also wrong...🙄

Always forget something!!! Giving out too little every time is no coincidence! Under the motto: "Come on, let's give him two bags of mayo instead of three, if he doesn't say anything we can get extra money" - so attempted fraud!!! Service always extremely annoyed, stressed and overwhelmed! Ambience: The cart with the used trays is not emptied. This means that all the rubbish will eventually overflow and end up on the floor! This is not McDonald's!!! Worst McDonald's I know!!! McDonald’s in Bonn Hbf is significantly better!

Went there at 11pm and weren't allowed in 2 hours before closing time.

They could have at least brought a drink so that nothing would spill.

Unfortunately I have to adjust my rating again, when I pay for a Fillet o Fish I don't want to only have half of the ingredients.... However, the rest was good.

Completely ok for a fast food provider and meets expectations. It would be good if there were more play equipment available for the children.

I didn't like McDonald's. It was dirty and I have never seen such dirty toilets in a restaurant. It was really disgusting how visitors behaved. I'm really sorry for the staff that they have to remove it. However, I have to include that in my review.

I would like to post a photo of my Hamburger Royal BBQ Bacon for review. No bacon, no cucumbers. Meat farts dry. And everything just slapped into the package.

The MC is modernly furnished. The speed is extremely dependent on the time of day, the Sauberkaut is usually good. Today we ordered fries and 2 burgers only with ketchup at the drive in. It was probably too complicated - burger topped with everything except ketchup. It's a shame, unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home - not like that.

Mc, s stops, chicken nuggets didn't sit well with my stomach

The perfect snack experience right from the start: The lady at the checkout doesn't understand me and I don't understand her. After asking each other about 10 times, the order is placed. The tables are consistently dirty: fries, puddles of coffee, a number display that hasn't been cleared away. You don't look for a clean table, but rather the cleanest among the dirty ones. The fries themselves are cold and sticky, they are complained about. It takes about 4 minutes for hot fries to be delivered. A multi-course menu, how noble. The fact that the Cola has too little carbon dioxide is almost just a side note. While you eat, you can watch and hear how other customers navigate linguistic difficulties when ordering and the employees in the checkout area shout loudly at each other. To top it all off, at the end you witness an employee carrying a bulging garbage bag from outside through the restaurant and the kitchen to the back. Many restaurants and kitchens are certainly offended by this name. Definitely my last McDonalds experience. You have to give a star, in this case it's an award...

Well located McDonald's. Fast production of the order. Friendly staff. The only thing that needs to be reconsidered is the hygiene of the toilets. Round corners and it sticks very much to the floor and then to the shoes.

11:49 p.m. standing in front of closed doors. According to Google, the opening hours were confirmed by the company 5 days ago.

At MC now only the coffee tastes good.

1 star for ambience: dust, dirt and disorder everywhere you can see! 1 star service: the food tray is thrown on the table, the women dressed differently are aggressive and really loud to themselves and to customers! Food 2 stars because of cold fish meat and dry fries... visually the burgers look wonderful like in the museum... but they don't taste any more! Last visit to the Erftstadt branch!

Everything is fine except for the traffic situation. I had to wait more than ten minutes to get into a parking space because there is only one drive-thru lane shared between the McDrive and the parking lots. McDrive was very slow, hence the long wait. I couldn't leave the queue either.

Unfortunately very poor service and the waiting time is usually over 15 minutes despite fewer visitors. The slowest McDonald's I know...

The woman at the counter gave me the wrong order at first, which isn't a bad thing in itself. However, after politely asking where my correct order was, she became very unfriendly to me in a loud tone. As if that wasn't enough, she also gave me the wrong order and yelled at me before I left. I understand customer service differently!

With moderate activity, we waited over 25 minutes for the food. When we reported to the counter, we received it immediately. The staff was very committed, but everything seemed a bit haphazard... everyone was kind of running around everywhere. The food was fine as you would expect from MC, but unfortunately it's different quickly

Dear McDonald's, I remember the first time I visited Cuba 25 years ago... Waited outside for 20 minutes despite there being only one car in front of me... and again got lukewarm cold fries and a TS burger that had been kept for too long... service quality grade 6

Dies ist das komfortabelste Zimmer bei McDonald's, das ich je gesehen habe! Bestellungen sehr schnell ausführen. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das einzig Negative ist die schmutzige Toilette.

Wir mussten 40 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, mit 2 kleinen Kindern war das natürlich besonders spaßig. Auf Nachfrage (normale Tonlage) wie es denn sein kann so lange warten zu müssen, wurde ich maximal unfreundlich angegangen. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Maximale inkompetentz und zeitgleich unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Hier muss die McD Zentrale sich eigtl. mal zuschalten, das ist nicht mehr vertretbar.

20 Minuten Wartezeit für ein einfaches Menü ist relativ lange, alle Tische in weitesgehend, nicht sehr sauberen Zustand, vermutlich länger nicht abgewaschen. Aber es sieht auch so aus, als wenn einfach zu wenig Personal da ist, die Schicht, die da ist, gibt ihr Bestes.

Ja, es war die 2. Weihnachtstag als wir da waren.... es war super viel los. Es war reichlich Personal da. Essen war lau warm und Curlie fries wurden vergessen.

Also essen war okay haben 2 Big Mac Menüs bestellt. Pommes und Burger waren noch warm. Der Drive in Schalter war sehr sehr laut also gefühlt gebrüllt sehr anstrengend mit der Kommunikation aber davon abgesehen eben M'cs nunmal ist.

Richtig reudig! Im MC Drive essen geholt. 3 von 10 Sachen haben gefehlt. Bei Telefonischer Rücksprache wurde ich auch noch Fresch abserviert und mir wurde erzählt das ich falsch liege und 3 Leute meine Bestellung kontrolliert haben. Sehr sehr inkompetent

Neu gestaltet, Preise werden immer höher und die Portionen immer kleiner. Geschmacklich wie immer, mc Donald halt

Leider Katastrophe, essen bestellt bezahlt und wurde dann nicht zum Tisch gebracht trotz Tisch Nummer. 45 Minuten gewartet für nichts. Geld wurde nicht zurück gegeben da 3s mit Paypal bezahlt worden ist.

Das war richtig schlecht. Der Big Rösti Raclette war matschig, lieblos zusammen geworfen und kein bißchen cross. Hab ich schon anders gegessen.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr schlecht und Hygiene ist kaum zu sehen. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich.

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung

Der schlimmste Mc Donalds den wir bisher angefahren sind. Bei Mc Cafe wurde man garnicht bedient. Auf Nachfrage, ob jemand so freundlich wäre zu bedienen, sagte man mir, sie hätten kein Personal. Dabei habe ich bestimmt 8 Leute gezählt, von denen 3 am quatschen waren. Meine Tochter hat dann 1 Eis bestellt. Genau 1 Eis. Dafür hat sie doch tatsächlich ein Nummernschild bekommen und ewig gewartet und es wurden erst andere große Bestellungen erledigt. Ist mir unverständlich warum man nicht im Vorbeigehen gerade ein Eis zapfen kann. Ich frage mich nach welchen Kriterien diese Mitarbeiter ausgesucht werden.

Sauberes Restaurant und freundliches Personal.

Was soll man zum Essen sagen?! Unserer Meinung nach netschieden langsamer als der MC in Brühl. Die Durchfahrt durch den MC Drive ist echt blöd gestaltet. Man steht in der Schlange mitten auf dem Parkplatz, so dass Fahrzeuge, die den Parkplatz nach einem Besuch verlassen wollen, nicht rauskommen, bis sich die Schlange am MC Drive verringert hat. Weder an der Bestellannahme, noch am Zahl- oder Abholschalter gibt es eine Überdachung. Regnet es, wird sowohl das Auto klatsch nass, man selber aber teils auch. Das könnte definitiv anders aussehen und kundefreundlicher gestaltet sein, siehe z.B. Brühl

Bester chill Ort wo man irgw immer am Ende landet

Leider konnten wir den Service diese Restaurants nicht testen, sie waren nicht gewolt unsere Bestellung anzunehmen. Bei einem Anruf wurde direkt aufgelegt, so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!!! Hier werden wir uns nicht mehr blicken lassen!!!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter

Toller sauberer Mc Donalds in der Nähe der Autobahn. Freundliche sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Was will man mehr erwarten? Top 👍

Sitz Möglichkeiten sind furchtbar! Für Übergewichtige ist es sehr schlecht eingerichtet.

Häufig hat man dort lange Wartezeiten. Das Essen ist jedoch immer frisch.

Die kleine Asiatin ist richtig unfreundlich und kann ihren Job nicht !

Es gibt Angestellte in diesem McDonalds,die meinen sie wären der Hit,haben aber von Service am Kunden nichts gelernt und meinen auch noch sich dann über den Kunden der sich beschwert sich lustig zu machen. Ob das der richtige Weg ist ? Ich bezweifel es. Außer der Chef der wohl Kundenakquise gelernt hat verzweifelt an seinem Personal und das von MC Donalds schämt euch
