Wooow, I didn't think I'd be able to rate a Burger King branch positively in this life. The order was carried out very quickly (despite special requests) and 100% correctly. As expected, the taste was very good and everything was fresh. No warmed-up burgers (unfortunately this happens very often) or soggy fries, chili nuggets,... Everything there and in the toilets looked clean and tidy. Gladly again and gladly again then just as good 🙂

Food was OK, I don't expect top culinary delights in a fast food restaurant. You don't necessarily have to have table service a la McDonald's, but the display and the acoustic message should be improved. The two machines in the entrance area are positioned in such a way that people ordering inevitably block the way to the tables. And if I have to leave my coat on while eating in a totally overcooled restaurant because only cold air comes out of the ceiling vents, next time I'll go one street further.

We got old fries and there were lattice fries in them. I think it's a shame to fool people like that. The food there is getting worse and worse, either you get cold, burnt or old food.

You stand at the drive in and are sent ahead and wait. After 20 minutes still no food and the queue is getting longer and longer. I have never seen worse service anywhere. And then some parts are still missing. Absolutely unacceptable

I had a menu with a coupon of 2 big king fries and Cola, just a bartic^^even the Cola ma was stretched with 40% ice cubes, so it tasted good too^^after 15 minutes to eat, the fries were dead^^it felt like they were 2 days old ^^but you guess what with 2 burgers ^^when I had the part in my hand I thought I was a giant in the Shire^^and the worst thing was it was burnt^^I've never had such bad food in my life and I already had the cheap ones from the store that tasted like nothing ^^ and they were even better^^ if you consider the price and the quality, they were probably the worst store in town.

Standard design. The service is good. The food is not tasty and not fresh. It was the first and last time we went to eat at this establishment.

A disaster, endless waiting times (20 minutes), then the fries were missing. You couldn't do it quickly either because there were too many people. What's so complicated about scooping up fries? A number of customers who came after us had their orders long beforehand. Customers at the counter without an online order were completely ignored and only numbers who had ordered via the app were called. The two stars are only there because the burgers are really tasty.

The onion rings were subpar and had the consistency of onion mash. The bacon on the king bacon with cheese wasn't even remotely fried. Restaurant manager incompetent. Toilet not pleasant. Go to McDonald's 🙏🏼

We were walking the dogs, it was raining so we decided to go to BurgerKing, grab a bite to eat and get out of the rain since we knew there was a summer patio with an umbrella. Imagine our disappointment when we saw that the umbrella wasn't open and when I asked the manager about it she simply said "no". If you don't maintain the summer patio, you should just clean it and not trick people into thinking it's usable. Normally I love this place, but now we're upset and wet. Please fix the situation with the non-working summer terrace, otherwise we will have to go to McDonald's next time. Thanks

I waited for an hour today and then it wasn't the whole order, at least €15 was spent on nothing and then you go there and want to clarify it and you're made out to be a liar even though everything was there the way you gave it to me I'll never eat there again, let alone spend money there 👌 (only because they're all too lazy for their jobs) and I'm overwhelmed. I hope they'll come forward and apologize for their anti-social behavior

The waitress (Tim) was very friendly. Which can't be said about the little lady with the blonde hair. Very commanding. It almost seemed to me as if the staff were being very oppressed by this lady.

I waited 10 minutes in an empty place for my take out order. When I got home disappointed, I saw that large fries for my daughter were not included in the order. even though it was paid for. The child was very excited.

The employee at the counter has no desire to work at all, he is unfriendly and in contrast to the younger one with the somewhat squeaky tone, such employees have no place there who have no motivation at all and cannot deal with people. The food is a lot worse than at other locations.

Delicious food to go, friendly team. We were on the way back from our soccer game against FC Fehrbach when we spontaneously felt like having a burger so we went to the Burger King in Pirmasens. We ordered the King of the Month, the long chicken menu of our choice, three times to go. Everything is freshly and deliciously prepared. The team was friendly and accommodated special requests such as salad instead of fries. The price-performance ratio is very good as a menu. We are therefore happy to recommend the BK!ä.

Noch nie hab ich so eine dreckiges BurgerKing gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter stehen nur rum. Bestellung nur noch am Terminal. Auf Nachfrage ob man normal bestellen kann wird man noch blöd angemacht und beleidigt. Essen war früher besser.

This is my first review of a restaurant. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, but with a bit of luck you can find a table with leftover food just lying on the floor. In any case, the “work-life balance” is right among the employees. The checkout is no longer open because you now have to order at the terminal. For hygiene reasons, I refuse this, as every visitor leaves their “traces” on these terminals. But the highlight was when a young employee (Ke..., the name says it all!) explained to me that anyone who can use a smartphone should also enter their order at the terminal. An employee then added that you can make an exception for “old people”. This is an absolute disgrace! Conclusion: If these terminals are cleaned as thoroughly as the tables or the floors, then you shouldn't be surprised if you become infected with all sorts of diseases. During our visit (approx. 45 minutes) none of the employees were seen cleaning in the guest area. There were only three or four tables occupied. Visiting time: 9:45 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. on March 2nd, 2024 with 6 people.

Prices have increased quite a bit, even with the offers in the app. Quality was fine. Even in the evening, for example, the salad wasn't brownish.

Burger King, wie man ihn kennt. Waren vor Ort essen...wenig los...Verkäufer waren freundlich, ging schnell. Leider nur ein Hochstuhl, aber war zu verkraften.

Wir waren am 23.12. nach einer längeren Autofahrt, spontan hier eingekehrt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Burger waren frisch zubereitet, das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Dankeschön!

Wir hatten 3x den King des Monats, das Long Chicken Menü nach Wahl to go bestellt. Alles wahr frisch und lecker zubereitet. Das Team war freundlich und ging auf Sonderwünschen wie Salat an stelle von Pommes ein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist als Menü sehr gut. Gerne empfehlen wir den BK deshalb weiter!

Wenn man dann zu Hause ist und sehnsüchtig seinen 8€ Burger öffnet ...

Überaus nette Mitarbeiter und alle Burger wurden frisch zubereitet! Bester BurgerKing, den ich im letzten Jahr besucht habe.

Leider sind die Burger nie richtig warm und die Pommes versalzen, bei Reklamation bekomm man einfach Pommes ohne Salz hingeklatscht obwohl man das gar nicht so wollte, complete fail

Heute Abend am Drive gewesen, Bestellung aufgegeben alles gut. Am Fenster dann das Essen bekommen, eine Frage gestellt und unfreundliche Antwort bekommen das die Soße natürlich drin sei. Darauf vertraut und nicht kontrolliert. Zuhause mussten wir dann feststellen das die Soße fehlt und ein Burger eines Coupons. Werden Mitarbeiter nicht richtig geschult? Es ist nicht meine Aufgabe alles zu kontrollieren, da könnt ihr gleich Selbstbedienung anbieten. Angerufen, natürlich möchte man den Mitarbeiter in Schutz nehmen und den großen andrang als Entschuldigung nennen sowie Stress, nein das ist kein Grund. Genau in diesen Momenten sollte gewissenhafter gearbeitet werden. Schön und gut, kann den Burger ein anderes mal (plus einen weiteren zur Entschädigung) holen. Toll was nützt mir das jetzt??? Fehler in der Kommunikation kann es auch nicht sein, die Bestellquittung hängt da, sollten lernen richtig zu lesen. Glaube auch nicht das mit dem Mitarbeiter gesprochen wird. Auf dem Burger der da war, musste man dann feststellen das der Salat schon überall braune Ränder hatte und die neue Rezeptur der Nuggets ist schrecklich.

Wie immer ist es bei BÜRGER KING lecker. Unsere erste Wahl

Für mich nach wie vor ein klarer Vorteil gegenüber McDonald’s: Hier muss man nicht an einem Computer bestellen, sondern ein Mensch bedient einen. Ansonsten ist die Qualität wie gehabt. Wer Burger mag, ist hier gut ob aufgehoben.

Man muss immer warten wenn man was vegetarisches haben möchte, dafür ist es frisch

BK ist BK, über das Essen muss man nicht groß sprechen. Wenn man aber trotz nachfrage versichert bekommt, dass alles komplett ist und dann zuhause beim auspacken feststellt, dass die Hälfte fehlt, ist das sehr ärgerlich. War auch nicht das erste mal, dass im drive-in was schief ging bei der Bestellung.

Niente di particolare ma pulito e personale cortese

Dieser Burger King geht so, die Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher sein und auf die möglichen Angebote hinweisen. Im Sitzbereich könnte es sauberer sein. Alles in allem mittlerweile ein stolzer Preis für ein Fastfood.

Es gibt hier anständiges Fastfood und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Insbesondere die Auswahl vegetarischer Burger gefällt uns sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
