Sophie's service was fantastic! I was at Burger King today and was served by Sophie – I've rarely experienced such a friendly, attentive, and helpful employee! Despite the large crowd, she remained completely calm, did everything with a smile, and even checked to see if everything was alright. The food was fresh and exactly as you'd expect. It was very clean and well-maintained, the burgers were freshly made, and the restrooms were spotless. The staff who served me (Sven & Sophie) were incredibly friendly.

I go to Burger King at Zweibrücker Straße 136 very often, which is evident from my appearance, but I've never been stared at or laughed at by the very friendly and courteous staff. I was there today, as I am every day, and was served by Tim, whom I'd like to commend. I watched him carefully pack my food into the bag. With such a caring team, I'd be happy to leave my child behind without feeling guilty.

I was served by Furry from Bärmesensen. Super friendly and accommodating. Always a pleasure to meet him at the drive-thru.

We waited 20 minutes at the drive for coffee and then left without any coffee!

Food tastes amazing and the average person will be satisfied and happy with one of the many menu options, that usually include fries, a drink and the main burger option where with the smaller ones you even get 2 (if you use the Burgerking App to get yourself the coupon menus). For ~10-15€ You get a tasty full meal. Got a meal again after some time and the staff was very nice! While leaving with my order one of the cups slipped out of the holder and a staff member gave me a fesh drink. Top service! Definitely a place to recommend.

Burger King, of course. The access to the parking lot, however, is a truly misleading disaster.

The food is truly delicious. I don't really have anything to complain about, but sometimes the tables are a bit dirty, but what can you do? Otherwise, everything's tip-top! 😃

I have to write something today. It's really a shame that I have to write something like this, but maybe things will change. Unfortunately, all of our fries were too salty. They were inedible, so we had to throw them away. The chili nuggets were just as inedible. I usually love them, but this time I had to spit them out; they were so hard from being fried so often? The crispy chicken, please... That's when I reached the point where I said, how much guts do you need, or how much training do you need, to know not to reheat things? So, at least twice, since it had already been reheated. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy; you could have broken your teeth on it (both inside and out). The end result was that we paid for an extra burger and didn't get it. What a shame. I really hope the employees take this to heart.

Someone who's caught my attention here for a while now—and I commend this as a self-employed person who once worked in human resources—is the young man Mr. Zinsmeister. Always focused (perhaps even a little serious), never unoccupied, able to resolve conflicts, coordinates spontaneously, and always politely, even under pressure. [To the manager: Attention! This person has leadership qualities that need to be developed.] Keep up the good work with people like him!

The food here is made very quickly and it's fresh aswell. Haven't been disappointed in this burgerking yet. The staff is Nice 99% of the time however there are some incompetent workers.

Akrion shake based on a chocolate shake, no chocolate in it. Complained, machine didn't work, comment the cups are too small anyway, you have to accept that. No, I don't have to. Helped with chocolate sauce from the tube.

Attractive atmosphere, seemed clean. With few customers, it still took a relatively long time to prepare our food.

The toilets where very clean. The floor was a bir sticky. We gor our food within less than 5 minutes and the food was pretty decent. My whopper was just a bit soggy but the salad was fresh and the fries where very crispy but not to fat.

Had a small final dinner for the championship we won, it was very late, it was very good as always!

A hamburger of 6 had a cucumber on it and the price had risen by 50% and the fat guy at the checkout at exactly that time said you can't eat here with your family or anything else, it's too expensive. I just said if your boss hears it, you'll lose your job. And she says that's how it is.

Part of the order from BurgerDrive is always missing. Items have always been missing from my last 10 orders. Once even three burgers. Small compensation for not receiving the food you paid for and having to drive back? None. The branch management should take action here. Check your order for completeness otherwise there will be a lot of trouble at home. If something is missing in 10 out of 10 orders, then you almost have to assume it was intentional.

Poor service, first they forgot the burger, then they served the wrong burger, and customers were yelled at. A woman with a lip piercing was very unfriendly.

Doing something in Pirmasens often makes you hungry quickly. You're well served at Burger King. Things move quickly at the Drive Inn. The employees at the counter are always friendly. The only point I have to deduct is the unpleasant volume and the inability to understand the loudspeaker. Management should definitely change that. The ambience inside could also use a facelift. Maybe you could also change the way you go to work and the nature of the kitchen. The employees stumble when setting up, which leads to slight delays. But the food is always warm!! Wooow, I didn't think I'd be able to rate a Burger King branch positively in this life. The order was carried out very quickly (despite special requests) and 100% correctly. As expected, the taste was very good and everything was fresh. No warmed-up burgers (unfortunately this happens very often) or soggy fries, chili nuggets,... Everything there and in the toilets looked clean and tidy. Gladly again and gladly again then just as good 🙂

Food was OK, I don't expect top culinary delights in a fast food restaurant. You don't necessarily have to have table service a la McDonald's, but the display and the acoustic message should be improved. The two machines in the entrance area are positioned in such a way that people ordering inevitably block the way to the tables. And if I have to leave my coat on while eating in a totally overcooled restaurant because only cold air comes out of the ceiling vents, next time I'll go one street further.

We got old fries and there were lattice fries in them. I think it's a shame to fool people like that. The food there is getting worse and worse, either you get cold, burnt or old food.

I had a menu with a coupon of 2 big king fries and Cola, just a bartic^^even the Cola ma was stretched with 40% ice cubes, so it tasted good too^^after 15 minutes to eat, the fries were dead^^it felt like they were 2 days old ^^but you guess what with 2 burgers ^^when I had the part in my hand I thought I was a giant in the Shire^^and the worst thing was it was burnt^^I've never had such bad food in my life and I already had the cheap ones from the store that tasted like nothing ^^ and they were even better^^ if you consider the price and the quality, they were probably the worst store in town.

A disaster, endless waiting times (20 minutes), then the fries were missing. You couldn't do it quickly either because there were too many people. What's so complicated about scooping up fries? A number of customers who came after us had their orders long beforehand. Customers at the counter without an online order were completely ignored and only numbers who had ordered via the app were called. The two stars are only there because the burgers are really tasty.

We were walking the dogs, it was raining so we decided to go to BurgerKing, grab a bite to eat and get out of the rain since we knew there was a summer patio with an umbrella. Imagine our disappointment when we saw that the umbrella wasn't open and when I asked the manager about it she simply said "no". If you don't maintain the summer patio, you should just clean it and not trick people into thinking it's usable. Normally I love this place, but now we're upset and wet. Please fix the situation with the non-working summer terrace, otherwise we will have to go to McDonald's next time. Thanks
