So far, so good. But when placing an order via the display, you have to listen carefully for when the order number is called. Unfortunately, there's no display board.

Burger cold, cheesey and big and tasty. Fries without salt, but warm. Never again.

We went there today after seeing the movies, but it was definitely the last time. 1. The sauces were forgotten when we ordered. When we asked about it, they brought the missing sauces to our table, but of course, they also brought the wrong ones. When we asked/complained a second time, they told me I would have to pay extra for the sauces. However, we ended up getting them as ordered without any extra charge. 2. The Coke was served with ice cubes even though we had selected it without. 3. The burger was prepared incorrectly. We had to pay an extra €1.50 for the Baron burger, which should have had a standard on it, but they forgot it. 4. The men's restroom... one stall was completely covered in urine. It looked like Fanta, and in the other stall, there was what felt like half a roll of used toilet paper on the floor.

I waited at the drive-thru for 30 minutes once and 51 minutes once, absolute records. I couldn't figure out what the point of two ordering kiosks was. I had to place my order again at the checkout because the order of the vehicles in line was constantly changing. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm.

Vouchers are ignored and children are sold additional products without asking and when asked they are met with a stupid comment!

If you're out and about and thirsty, you should consider buying water at McDonald's. The lady wanted €4.00 from me for a 0.5-liter bottle of water... I'm speechless, just... :(

We were just at the McDonald's drive-thru. We had a truly wonderful experience with what was probably the friendliest McDonald's employee ever at the counter. Not only did he competently take our order, but he also noticed that we had a child in the car and greeted us at the checkout with a pink balloon for our little one. Great service. Thank you!

I ordered food through Lieferando. After two hours and numerous calls with no one answering the phone, the order was simply marked as delivered. A completely incompetent shop.

I've been to many branches, but this one is by far the best I've ever visited. Starting with the service at the table 2 minutes after ordering - and that when the restaurant was very busy both inside and out. The burger wasn't carelessly put together, as is so often the case. The food was still hot. The employee even came back to the table a few minutes later to ask if everything was OK!! Nothing was missing, by the way! I've never experienced that before! Anyway: very, very friendly staff who seemed highly motivated. As the neighboring tables were gradually vacated, they were immediately cleaned and disinfected. The restaurant allows guests to separate their waste - perfectly fine in my opinion!! Nevertheless, one or two guests simply left their trays on the table - these were also cleared away immediately. Last but not least, I also visited the restroom, which was super clean even by McDonald's standards. Top branch, which I also told the staff - I'll go here again when I have business in PS!😊

New Macces, nicely designed. It was very busy, so we waited a long time for the food. It's still a shame they don't offer gluten-free rolls, but that shouldn't put a damper on the occasional fun.

Newly built, but the unfriendly attitude of the staff hasn't changed. High staff turnover. No wonder with this frantic management. Disastrous. Furthermore, the burgers are simply mashed together and in no way compare to the advertising or other promises. The atmosphere is very cold and neutral. No personal touch or discussion regarding complaints about incorrect deliveries or incorrect toppings. It varies from city to city, but in Pirmasens it's absolutely terrible. I'd rather go to Burger King or Subway with this selection.

Over 10 minutes for coffee and a mcmuffin. Reason: "We still have to bake some rolls"... As if something like that wasn't foreseeable 🤡

Got my three double cheeseburgers after 20 minutes. The employee said it was my fault??? Ordered normally at the drive-thru without any extras. Then they all got cold, which is unacceptable. Going to the competition in the future.

Metal splinters in the wrap – absolutely unacceptable! I was shocked when I encountered a metal splinter while eating my wrap. The shift supervisor in Pirmasens confirmed the incident and explained that the knives had been sharpened shortly beforehand. It's completely incomprehensible how something like that could get into a product and poses a serious risk. I expect significantly higher standards in food safety and quality control from an international company like McDonald's. G3-Service GmbH apologized for the incident with paltry vouchers. I hope that this incident has consequences and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent something like this from happening again.

Well, where do we begin? There's a sign on the floor saying "Caution: Slippery Floor." The floor is so sticky that you'll get stuck. Sliding is never possible here. Tables are dirty, seat cushions are ripped. The trash cans look like someone just threw up. There's no soap or hand-drying facilities in the restrooms. The accessible restroom serves as a storage room. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but I've never seen one like this.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've seen dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and no more numbers at the terminal. The table was wiped upon request, but it was still not clean. It would probably be up to the branch manager to better instruct and organize his staff.

Unfortunately, it was the last time. The food was nowhere near the quality I'm used to from McDonald's. The fries were cut too short and cold. The McDonald's ribs tasted sour... Despite the explicit notice at the counter that it should be freshly prepared.

The most incompetent McDonald's in Germany. There's something wrong with every single order. Is it really that difficult to read and check the stupid order slip?

There's not much to say about the quality of the food. Anyone who eats fast food knows what they're eating. This is about the restaurant in Pirmasens itself. -Clean and tidy -Food is hot Negative: - You have to clear away the trays and separate the trash yourself - When you order a milkshake, you're not informed that the small one costs €2 and the medium one twice as much.

The prices have become simply outrageous. Almost €5 for a 0.4 liter vanilla milkshake is simply too much. The quality and service are also getting worse rather than better.

Nice place to be off the high way to grab a sandwich and rest then continue your trip

The burgers and fries were okay. Not the best I've ever had at a McDonald's, but still within the normal quality range. The McFlurry, however, was a disgrace! I've never had so little ice cream in a cup, and the quality also left a lot to be desired. It tasted more like frozen, milk-flavored ice cream than fluffy soft serve. Also, bring some time. They're not the fastest there. The store itself, however, looked quite modern and almost chic for a McDonald's. But that was about it.

I ordered delivery via Lieferando. Order confirmation was at 7:45 p.m. Delivery was then at 9:15 p.m., which I could have overlooked if I hadn't seen that the burger was ready at 8:15 p.m. according to the kitchen list! What was my burger doing for an hour? It certainly wasn't waiting for me 🤣 The fries were ice cold and completely soggy, and so was the burger, of course.

You stand forever in the drive-in

We were at McDonald's in Pirmasens again, certainly for the last time for a long time. The first annoyance was when we ordered: McSmart Meal 6.49 on the website, 7.49 euros in the restaurant. A full euro difference? Why? When asked: A big shrug and silence. Of course, no refund or any other kind of concession... And no, it was NOT a recent increase. Okay, okay: The food was still okay, the burgers were notoriously small and sometimes cold, and the fries were okay. But the crowning glory for dessert: A McSundae with a mini-filling, and I was glad I had my glasses with me. Since the taste wasn't particularly special either (I definitely remembered it being better!), we were almost happy with the ridiculous portion. All in all: We won't be going there again anytime soon...

I got donuts from McCafé. The lady was super nice, and the McDonald's was also nice. We wanted to eat the donuts at home, but they were completely unacceptable! They tasted like they'd been sitting on the counter for five days, which is unacceptable!

A disaster. I just wanted to quickly grab a coffee while passing through. I pre-ordered via the app and picked it up at the McDrive. There are two ordering kiosks, and at both, it took forever to even be greeted. It took me 30 minutes to pick up my coffee. I don't really understand the point of the app. Why pre-order if I'll just have to wait forever when I get there?

It looks nice on the outside, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. So far, we've NEVER received a complete or correct order. The food is usually lukewarm or even cold, the atmosphere is unpleasant, and the checkout and pickup area are usually very chaotic. Most of the time, people at the McDrive and checkout don't understand what's being said, as there are often no German-speaking staff. For the price, the service is unfortunately too poor and unfortunately inappropriate.

We bought a burger with egg here which is not available in Belgium. This way we could try something new! The McDonalds is easily accessible via the motorway. Ideal for a stopover from Belgium to Italy

Grabbing something quickly definitely doesn't work here

I ordered 1 menu 2 burgers The 2 burgers, a cola and the fries were missing. That doesn't work at all. Got ripped off for €7. Of course you have all the evidence to prove this +witnesses. Complaint email is definitely out, I definitely want my money back

Almost every time we pick up an order here something is missing. This time our daughter's burger was missing. It can't be that we have to unpack the packed bags in the car so that we don't get cheated. Every time we have to write a complaint to get a replacement. At least we've always gotten the replacement so far.

I don't want to say anything about the quality of fast food, everyone has to decide for themselves. The M was very tasty but also very expensive at almost €13. The toilets were very clean, which is unfortunately not standard. I'll definitely come back here when I'm on the road.

We ordered our food via the app and picked it up at the DriveIn! The order was complete and napkins were also included, which is very good! Sitting inside is really tiring, you don't sit alone anywhere, all the seats are set up so that strangers can sit all around you and next door, the staff and delivery team are quite good, except for one who ALWAYS comes late. Sebi is the best <3

Modern McDonalds with table service.

The food tastes quite good. The service is also nice and friendly, but something was forgotten in almost all orders so far and we had to drive there to pick it up. And that takes forever and is very annoying.

I've actually been enjoying going to Megges for years and often ordering there. However, the “quality” has declined significantly recently. Extras like “no onions please” are NOT taken into account in 9/10 cases. You have to search in vain for the sauce on the Mc Rip. I think it's a shame because, as I said, I enjoyed staying at Megges. Oh and the new atmosphere is just terrible. There's no vestibule, which means it's just as cold as hell in the winter. It seems like they want to avoid customers eating on site (personal opinion). All in all, it's just been very disappointing recently. Hope it gets better at some point. LG

Unfriendly and unmotivated employees. On top of that, it was freezing cold and drafty in the store.

McDonald's used to be a must once a month. I remember there weren't these bacteria terminals where you put your food together, they understood my language, the tables were always clean. So Burger King isn't any worse. I can do this to myself once a year.

Was there again: the waiting area for cars is now used correctly, the fish in the "Filet o Fish" is placed in the middle, the order taker is very friendly and you understand and speak German, everything is good!

For food, you either like it or you don't... but "We love it" at least every now and then 😋 Addition: from 5 stars in a short time to a fairly low level... with every visit or drive-thru the level gets worse... you get the wrong products, something is almost always missing from the bag in the drive-thru and the behavior the employee is really absolutely underground! If you have a complaint, you will be insulted, or the missing thing will be slapped down with an outrageous comment! Sometimes people are poorly understood... In the entire time since the reopening, I have only had to deal with a single employee who was nice and polite. So ordering via Lieferando is really a matter of luck for you. The site is constantly closed or unavailable. It might be nice to take orders by phone. Whether someone calls to inquire about the site or whether you place an order at that time, there is no big difference in time. So there's really a problem there. It's better to order somewhere else instead of waiting an hour or longer to see if you can order at all. Unfortunately, service is not that great
