Almost every time we pick up an order here something is missing. This time our daughter's burger was missing. It can't be that we have to unpack the packed bags in the car so that we don't get cheated. Every time we have to write a complaint to get a replacement. At least we've always gotten the replacement so far.

I don't want to say anything about the quality of fast food, everyone has to decide for themselves. The M was very tasty but also very expensive at almost €13. The toilets were very clean, which is unfortunately not standard. I'll definitely come back here when I'm on the road.

We ordered our food via the app and picked it up at the DriveIn! The order was complete and napkins were also included, which is very good! Unfortunately our food was almost cold, fries and nuggets were lukewarm and the burger was unfortunately thrown together a bit carelessly, and the tomato slices were also missing. When we noticed it we were already on the highway! Too late to complain! Other locations do this much better!!

Sitting inside is really tiring, you don't sit alone anywhere, all the seats are set up so that strangers can sit all around you and next door, the staff and delivery team are quite good, except for one who ALWAYS comes late. Sebi is the best <3

The food tastes quite good. The service is also nice and friendly, but something was forgotten in almost all orders so far and we had to drive there to pick it up. And that takes forever and is very annoying.

I've actually been enjoying going to Megges for years and often ordering there. However, the “quality” has declined significantly recently. Extras like “no onions please” are NOT taken into account in 9/10 cases. You have to search in vain for the sauce on the Mc Rip. I think it's a shame because, as I said, I enjoyed staying at Megges. Oh and the new atmosphere is just terrible. There's no vestibule, which means it's just as cold as hell in the winter. It seems like they want to avoid customers eating on site (personal opinion). All in all, it's just been very disappointing recently. Hope it gets better at some point. LG

Unfriendly and unmotivated employees. On top of that, it was freezing cold and drafty in the store.

McDonald's used to be a must once a month. I remember there weren't these bacteria terminals where you put your food together, they understood my language, the tables were always clean. So Burger King isn't any worse. I can do this to myself once a year.

Was there again: the waiting area for cars is now used correctly, the fish in the "Filet o Fish" is placed in the middle, the order taker is very friendly and you understand and speak German, everything is good!

We were there the day before the official opening. The new processes were not yet well established and it took a long time for our food to be brought to the table. But you should also have some understanding for this. The next visit went much better. The newly designed ambience looks very inviting. For food, you either like it or you don't... but "We love it" at least every now and then 😋 Addition: from 5 stars in a short time to a fairly low level... with every visit or drive-thru the level gets worse... you get the wrong products, something is almost always missing from the bag in the drive-thru and the behavior the employee is really absolutely underground! If you have a complaint, you will be insulted, or the missing thing will be slapped down with an outrageous comment! Sometimes people are poorly understood... In the entire time since the reopening, I have only had to deal with a single employee who was nice and polite. This employee has been working there for several years and has always been consistently customer friendly, THANK YOU for that

So ordering via Lieferando is really a matter of luck for you. The site is constantly closed or unavailable. It might be nice to take orders by phone. Whether someone calls to inquire about the site or whether you place an order at that time, there is no big difference in time. So there's really a problem there. It's better to order somewhere else instead of waiting an hour or longer to see if you can order at all. Unfortunately, service is not that great

So new location lacks parking when busy. Some days you get delivery faster than ordering in the restaurant. Other days you order on Lieferando and 2 hours later you still have no update and no food. If they are that backed up they should stop accepting delivery orders.

Completely incompetent. 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, order incomplete, ketchup for the fries and all sauces for the McNuggets missing. I even ordered an extra one. Not only is it completely overpriced, here you are also cheated out of parts of the deception. Twice within a month, the last time the M Burger was missing, but I noticed it straight away. Unfortunately not this time. I thought the sauces were at the bottom of the bag. There won't be a next time.

When asked, an employee apologized a total of once, otherwise she simply put or threw the missing part on the counter without saying a word. Maybe teach the employees how to pack an order so that everything is in it and what customer service is (at least the basics)

I waited 25 minutes for food. We had table service and the pill sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes until it was brought out. The burgers were cold. When we complained there were new burgers and a lack of understanding.

It's clear that inflation is hitting there too, but for the price that we paid 4th, having to wait so long for our "fast food" is an absurdity:-( We're eating in a restaurant with better quality food (of course by itself), for almost the same price with the same waiting time!!!! Why do people try to do everything faster these days (pre-order via app or the order column) when things are always slower?!?!

This McDonald's was reopened in 2022 and declared the most modern in Germany - and you can see that, including in the design. The "layout" inside cannot be compared to Landau and Bad Bergzabern, for example, it really seems much more modern than the two mentioned above. I ordered an iced tea to take away here in the evening around 11:00 p.m. using the app and picked it up inside. There was no waiting time here either. However, the "counter" for pickup had to be found first because there were no signs and the layout differed from the well-known branches.

The store has been extensively renovated and looks really great! Food is just McDonald's as we know it. Aaaaabut the aunt at the DriveIn ordering counter could definitely be a little friendlier. I wriss, it's hot and there's a lot going on, but "please" and "thank you" don't hurt anyone, "next switch!!!" is more Bundeswehr than service and since when can you no longer order extras??? Our “extra bacon on the burger please” was followed by “it’s not possible!!!” I don't have to admit it, there are even alternatives in Pirmasens with friendly staff

What was ordered wasn't put in the bag, €5.72 was shot at, a torn mess.

First of all: Sometimes I think about not writing about many of my (day-to-day) experiences. The reasons for this are extremely diverse and would go beyond the scope at this point. Every now and then, however, I - often - rethink things and change my attitude. Like in this case. May not be of interest to the EU (end user), but my target is, in this particular case, more C2B oriented. During my visit - date: August 4th, 2024, 6:30 p.m. - in the “drive-thru” (is that how you spell it?), a short waiting time of about five minutes was required, which can be considered extremely acceptable and does not result in any deductions the overall grade leads. When ordering, however, it was immediately noticeable that the employee who took my order was very short - not to say very short! There was no - direct! - Proactive information provided when I pointed out the use of *two* coupons. In plain language: I wanted to order twice with an official coupon, which is definitely accepted in the restaurant (as well as in the DT). I had also communicated this - explicitly - and unambiguously in advance when accepting the order. But I was only given the price for 1 x coupon. Only after my proactive and targeted inquiry did I receive the brief information that this was “not possible”, but I was not given an explanation for the restriction. I then rolled up to the POS to pay, somewhat “irritated”… However, at the POS (=Point of Sale), i.e. the place where payment is made, corporate communication was on a completely different and absolutely perfect level! Chapeau bas! When I asked why the coupon wasn't possible twice, the employee responded pleasantly and extremely (!) in an extremely friendly, courteous and very obliging manner. He explained to me that this is not possible - directly - and that McDonald's has installed a corresponding lock in its POS/KMS to prevent misuse. Understandable for me. Without question. I deliberately noted both the date and time to ensure that this experience is brought to the attention of the supervisor at G3-Service GmbH so that appropriate communication training can be carried out to avoid such 'gross' - and extremely unnecessary - mistakes in the future. I have been successfully active in the customer communication segment for over 2.5 decades now. My point is not that the “opposite” in a DT has to be overly accommodating! Not at all! No! What's more important to me is that the customer has a respectful and cooperative interaction - and that's all that matters, always and everywhere! - the necessary appreciation is shown. Nothing more, nothing less. And - this - I missed the employee when taking the order. An appreciation. A simple appreciation. However, the employee at the checkout window was completely the opposite. Please stay like this! Chapeau bas! There capo! You - EXACTLY are one reason - why you would like to come back again - when you are working - in the (!) restaurant! Pleasant, friendly, engaging and above all: authentic! Without any “ifs and buts”: Absolutely great and perfect performance! You are a candidate for controlling franchise because you have the corresponding 'gene' in you. Once again, thank you very much and very much! They do a really - excellent - good job! Gladly again and again! I really hope that this will be recognized accordingly at G3-Service GmbH!

We were at McDonalds this evening around 10 p.m. with our two grandchildren. The restaurant was at 70% capacity at the time. The staff when ordering was very friendly and took our order correctly, 2 happy meals, 1 citizen's menu + 1 individual burger , took the time to respond to the grandchildren's wishes, so far everything was OK, the waiting time until it was served at the table was about 10 minutes, already long, the grandchildren were already getting impatient then the totally negative surprise, the nuggets and fries from the Happy Meals were just about lukewarm , our fries as well, the hamburgers the same, not even the cheese was melted, that's not possible!!! Wasting time on complaints was unnecessary because the waitress couldn't handle the further orders. When we had choked down our food, I tried to empty the tablets somehow, but all the tablet carts were overflowing, the container for separating residual waste was completely overfilled, the customers just had it Everything was stacked on top of each other, so other customers didn't even bother and just left the serving trays on the tables, a real mess!!! It probably didn't help that McDonalds invested a lot of money in their new branch in Pirmasens and then offers such lousy service, but the only way out is to go to the competition

Very modern McDonalds since the new building! Everything about the food was great, the decor is very modern and you almost feel like you're in a McDonalds in Italy or Spain. The only negative aspects are the lack of a vestibule and room divider, and the small pick-up counter also looks unusual. There is now also McDelivery here and even a “bicycle drive-in” outside, where you can use the app to have your food delivered directly to the bike rack with standing tables. But: there are regular waiting times here (more than 20 minutes often happen), and something is often missing or completely forgotten. Example: 3 Mcflury, one had no other ingredient added at all, the other had the wrong type of ice cream and overall it felt like only half was in there. And the employees don't say a word when asked and just look at you annoyed and accusatory 🤷‍♂️

It was a pleasant evening with friends and we decided to end it in McDonalds. Towards the end I placed another order to round things off again. But after a long wait I got nothing. I went to the counter and politely asked where my order was. The employee's response was “You have received your order. We’re already closed.” I'll briefly describe the outcome of this argument: The order was hidden behind the counter. Not too fondly remembered. See you again.

I won a cheeseburger that I wanted to eat with pleasure until I realized that the burger unfortunately didn't contain any cheese. When I asked for a slice of cheese I was told with wet lips that they had already closed. Unfortunately I can't rate the CHEESEBURGER because the cheese was missing.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the food, so there are pictures of a snifter and fries from Saarbrücken with the very clear note “similar to picture”. In gastrometry, two fries are similar to one another if and only if they can be converted into one another using a similarity map (this map is also often referred to as similarity).

So I have to say the topping on the burgers is really a catastrophe on one corner and on the other, it's completely carelessly prepared either there's hardly any sauce on it or there's so much topping on it that the sauce and the salad slide off the burger

This time the food was served very quickly, which in itself is very strange. Half of it was already cold, so I assume it wasn't freshly prepared.

Everything you would expect in a fast food restaurant. Fast food and tastes good. Only the parking spaces are a bit tight.

Food like everywhere else at McDonald's. The store was really clean and nothing was broken. The staff was a bit taciturn, but very friendly. Eat Jam fresh in under 5 minutes. Many other McDonald's can't do that anymore. Very loud from the street right next door, but otherwise a real and positive surprise.

What do you expect from a McDonald's? In itself, sufficient parking spaces. Fast delivery time and, above all, completeness when ordering. To be fair, it has to be said that if a product was declared missing, a subsequent delivery was of course always made. Unfortunately, there are relatively few parking spaces, but the area actually doesn't offer much else. Perhaps the e-car parking spaces could have been saved, as they are usually empty.
