That food is super licka but buder schick felt

I actually love the taste of Burger King, but the food was cold. After complaining twice, the burgers were heated up in the microwave. That speaks highly of Burger King - never again, unless I want to eat ice cream, which will probably be as cold as the burgers.

I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando. The order was placed at 10:44 a.m. and was supposed to be delivered at 12:40 p.m. The food never arrived. At 2:53 p.m., I received an email stating that my delivery had been canceled. Annoying!

One of the best and, above all, nicest Burger King. I especially like the fact that there is more than just the ground floor.

Unfortunately, something is missing from every order. Especially with new promotional burgers, the sauce, the bacon, or both are forgotten. It's also a shame for the little ones. Every time I get a King Jr. Meal, the items are just packed in the old brown paper bag. Sure, everything's complete, but the kids are looking forward to the special box.

Burgers were cold, I ordered curly fries and got regular fries, the nuggets were lukewarm, and the sauces I ordered were missing! Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired! Worst Burger King around.

I love burgers!! But not in this version, which is half-dead, squashed, and almost without tomato or cucumber. I prefer McDonald's, where everything seems relatively fresh and you can still taste everything (cucumbers and tomatoes) that's on it. The meatballs are also juicier.

There was not much going on, had to wait a long time, otherwise the food was good, only in winter the meat was cold, I even had it at the American Landstuhl Mannheim when there was still a base in Viernheim. The meat was good, not black.

I went to Burger King in Viernheim today and was unfortunately very dissatisfied. The wait was extremely long, even though it wasn't busy. The staff seemed disorganized and worked very slowly. While the food was as usual, the service made the visit very disappointing overall.

I was very disappointed today... I go there occasionally, and in my opinion, it was the best of all the burger joints. But today, it was one outrage after another: first, we waited over 10 minutes for two burgers and a portion of fries, then my plant-based burger was so hard and dried out that it was inedible. When I returned it, they didn't even apologize, and strangely enough, I had a new one after about 3 minutes. To top it all off, at 2:20 a.m., 10 minutes before closing time, they simply turned out the lights. There are friendlier ways to ask customers to leave, but instead of saying something, they simply turned out the lights. I'd rather finish my meal in the parking lot than spend another second in that filthy dump. That was definitely the last time!

Burger King charges prices that are completely unjustified, as do its competitors. The food was cold, the wait was endless, and some items were missing. Congratulations on one of the worst Burger King restaurants I've ever visited.

The only fast food spot where I get old fries that have been refried. The staff is often very idiotic, and a "dine-in" order can sometimes take 45 minutes. I've been there several times, and unfortunately, the place has gotten worse and worse. Perhaps things will change if an employee reads this customer feedback and takes it seriously.

Very satisfied so far, the Freestyle drinks machine is also my favorite.

I've been standing in the drive-thru for 20 minutes now until someone honks and takes my order. I'm shocked when I realize that the driver in front of me only paid when I turned the corner. Another 20 minutes have passed and I'm still waiting until I can go to the counter to pay.

No matter what you think of Burger King, the people who work here are so kind-hearted! My car broke down in the drive-thru and wouldn't start. Despite the fact that I was disrupting the business, they tried to help me by bringing me tools and offering me a drink because it was so hot. Today was definitely the last time I'll be getting anything there. Mini portion of fries in the menu consisting of a maximum of 15 fries and one curly fries. The new Cruncy Wopper was very disappointing. A single onion ring was torn apart. I would have loved to try those Frickles. Strangely, they're available on Lieferando, but not in-store. Since the €6.99 delivery fee was too expensive for me, my husband drove there and ordered from the drive-thru. That was the last time. Every fast food joint, no matter how crappy, offers better quality and service. Burger King Viernheim is absolutely not recommended for quality and service!

I won't go there anymore. The service was good, but the food and drinks were terrible. I only got half of what I ordered, which I find pretty rude. The place was dirty, loud, and generally unpleasant to look at. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We ordered food, and an old burger with hard bread arrived. The fries were cold. There's no choice of drinks other than Diet Coke and water. I'm having it much more often than usual. I won't be visiting this Burger King again.

Actually, a very good Burger King. I go there often and enjoy it, but in the summer it's almost unbearable because they don't even have air conditioning, or they save money and don't turn it on. I once asked at the counter, but they didn't know anything about it... It's just really uncomfortable eating in 25°C.

A glass of water 2.99€ is crazy

Until two years ago, I enjoyed coming here almost every day if I wanted to grab a quick snack on the go. Unfortunately, these days it not only takes a long time for the food to be ready (it's supposed to be fast food), but also the employees, who look rather unmotivated and sometimes act as if they just got out of bed. Unfortunately, the second vending machine STILL doesn't work (generally, half the drinks are usually NOT available!), and there are still dirty trays on the tables after a while, even though the store isn't that busy and the drive-thru wasn't that busy either. It's a real shame what's happened to this once relaxed place for fast food. Perhaps it's simply because the current staff isn't sufficiently trained, or simply because there's a general lack of staff, but even at off-peak times, it seems like no one can keep up with their work anymore. It sometimes seems as if all the employees (including the store manager) are a bit overwhelmed.

No other place like Burger King when I crave for spicy hot chicken wings. Almost every fast food chain says, "hot", "spicy" but IMO Burger king flame wings are unmatched.

What is offered as a burger has nothing to do with taste and quality. Not to mention the price. The stuff tasted like it was straight out of the tube. It still shakes me today.

We always take the veggie offer, which is super tasty and really cheap with the coupons. But what is really special: the team! No matter whether we stop by late in the evening or at normal times - the employees are always friendly, warm and particularly loving when dealing with my son. People smile, ask questions, listen - it's just great. Thank you to the whole team, you are doing a great job! There are sockets and USB ports on the 1st floor with a great view. The cashier was super child-friendly (given the crown to the little one) and brought up the food especially. Well, the music is a matter of taste. But the veggie offer was super delicious.

A double Whopper menu as you are used to. It was freshly prepared, the star was deducted because I had to get my drink myself. The toilets and everything else were clean, and the terminals were a bit too much for me personally, but that's probably normal today But was also served at the counter. But it was nice to eat a Whopper again after 2 years.

We ate at Burger King today, there was no sparkling water so we had to get drinks from the machine. They tasted like cleaning products, so we complained and only got tap water (which had weird bits in it). The burgers weren't fresh either. One star is already too many. We went to the drive-thru at Burger King in Viernheim today and had several menu items, including a Big King XL, a Whopper, a Double Whopper and a hamburger. The burgers were all fresh, warm and really tasty, the fries were nice and crispy. The order was completed quickly and everything was perfect. Exactly how you want it! We are satisfied and would like to come back.

Ordering was quick... but once the wrong burger and once the crispy chicken patty was fried rock hard. Drinks vending machine has been empty and filthy for weeks. Quality is declining more and more in Viernheim... What a shame!

We stop by Burger King every week. Unfortunately nothing has been working for the last few weeks. Either the tomato is missing, the second slice of meat with almost every order is packed with potatoes instead of two fries. Today we asked you to check the order again because something has been going wrong in the last few weeks. Arrived home. Again the fries mixed with lattice potatoes. Rock hard not fresh at all. Communication via the intercom is also very poor. Unfortunately, you are always interrupted when placing your order. We are now very disappointed. Probably won't come again for a while.

Ordered Crunchy Pepper Chicken - got a patty that could only be ordered between Seitan and chipboard. So go back to the counter and complain about the thing. Behind the counter there was a person with an aggressive look, so that the work clothes with the inscription "We also make home visits" could be understood as a threat. I was told there would be a wait for new burgers, so we waited. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. 30 minutes. 40 minutes. So go ahead and ask again. After a total of 50 minutes, my Crunchy Pepper Chicken was brought to my place and, as a small compensation, the bacon was missing. To do this, we drank the free-refill machine dry for the rascals. If you go through the drive-thru, ALWAYS ask for a receipt and ALWAYS check your order thoroughly. We went there today but they forgot 2 burgers and 1 drink. Luckily we noticed the missing drink, but we didn't notice the 2 missing burgers until we got home when we were eating and then asked ourselves: "Where's my burger?". Since we live a 15 minute drive away, it just wasn't feasible to drive back and complain. 8 euros spent for free.
