We drive by Burger King every week. Unfortunately nothing has been working for the last few weeks. Either the tomato is missing, the second slice of meat with almost every order is packed with potatoes instead of two fries. Today we asked you to check the order again because something has been going wrong over the last few weeks. Arrived home. Again the fries mixed with lattice potatoes. Rock hard not fresh at all. Communication via the intercom is also very poor. Unfortunately, you are always interrupted when placing your order. We are now very disappointed. Probably won't come again for a while.

Great, classic Burger King. The price is now rather high. The taste is great, except for the milkshakes, which have a very artificial taste. Visually well-maintained store.

Ordered Crunchy Pepper Chicken - got a patty that could only be ordered between Seitan and chipboard. So go back to the counter and complain about the thing. Behind the counter there was a person with an aggressive look, so that the work clothes with the inscription "We also make home visits" could be understood as a threat. I was told there would be a wait for new burgers, so we waited. 10 minutes. 20 minutes. 30 minutes. 40 minutes. So go ahead and ask again. After a total of 50 minutes, my Crunchy Pepper Chicken was brought to my place and, as a small compensation, the bacon was missing. To do this, we drank the free-refill machine dry for the rascals. Gladly again. 4/5⭐️

If you go through the drive-thru, ALWAYS ask for a receipt and ALWAYS check your order thoroughly. We went there today but they forgot 2 burgers and 1 drink. Luckily we noticed the missing drink, but we didn't notice the 2 missing burgers until we got home when we were eating and then asked ourselves: "Where's my burger?". Since we live a 15 minute drive away, it just wasn't feasible to drive back and complain. 8 euros spent for free.

The food was not edible. Fries were cold and not fresh. The meat in the burger was so thin that you couldn't feel it, the cola machine was broken. Tables were dirty. Not recommended.

The food wasn't freshly prepared even though the place was empty. It's a shame, after a long time we were happy to eat a burger again, unfortunately it was only lukewarm, and the fries and onion rings were almost cold. But that showed us once again why this food is called fast food. The name probably speaks for everything, including preparation.

Burgers are okay, but fries tasted like they had been sitting there for a few hours.

It used to be better. Today the entire meal was only lukewarm, the fries were actually only room temperature. Maybe offer fewer products, but with the same quality? The third star is only there because so many things are offered as plant-based versions.

The plan started without a plan....Sunday evening the rush in the restaurant was huge....all orders were placed cold and carelessly at the counter and you waited in line for a solid 24 minutes for your food, which remained untouched for 5 minutes WITHOUT THE ORDERED ICE CREAM ON THE BROWNI stood and stood... The crispy chicken was cold and tasted more than disgusting...the fries were also unsalted and cold. You have to sacrifice another 3 minutes waiting in line for the drinks... the cold food doesn't get any warmer... This branch is an absolute failure... the staff is completely untrained and there are containers everywhere with overfilled trays... an absolute no-go for just under 14 euros worth of food.

This branch is a bit older and is located directly at the motorway exit. There are enough parking spaces available. There are now self-service machines. Toilets are located upstairs. You can sit outside but it's a bit noisy.

We picked up food at the drive-thru today. Ordered two different tortillas and wanted one without onions. Because the onions were left out of the wrong meal, both orders were wrong. Fries were also cold. Very unfortunate

Saturday 8:00 p.m. An extremely unmotivated "employee" could only be persuaded to take our order with several encouraging looks. In an unfriendly manner, he finally deigned to end the private conversation with his colleague. A customer in front of us didn't know a tray, so she dropped her ice cream and we watched calmly as she tried to wipe up the malleur with napkins, which she then placed on the counter. One of those dirty napkins ended up on the tray with our food. Thank you very much too, but that was the last time I was there! Plus there was hardly any salt on the fries 😡

We've been here a few times and everything was great. But a bit disappointed today. Ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, the bacon was limp, not crispy. Then we ordered churros later, half of them were hard so we couldn't eat them and the other half weren't really cooked through. Real disappointment today.

Fast, friendly service, customer-oriented, helpful with the order terminals, order counter, great idea as not everyone is digitally savvy. Food freshly and quickly prepared, tastes good, prices are inflation-oriented. Overall, you'll enjoy going there.

After several complaints, they finally put more coating on the whopper. Fries were cold and hard. The lady at reception was nice though. The milkshake was exchanged twice because it didn't have strawberry flavor but vanilla.

After we ordered and paid, we searched for a clean table without success. The shop was completely empty and all the tables and the floor were dirty. The high chair obviously hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Because there was no clean table available, I wiped one myself. No customers and the 2 girls stood at the drive-thru window drinking juice instead of cleaning the lobby. The burgers were OK so far, but they were incorrectly packaged and incorrectly labeled. We were passing through, if we had known this beforehand we would have waited for the next shop. 🙈

Order via Liverando was not delivered. No communication. Very unreliable. I had the order canceled by Liferando.

The burgers were a bit dry and crooked. Eating with your hands was a bit problematic. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the order even though there wasn't much going on. The tables were clean. I think the upper floor is great because you have a slightly nicer view.

Was there again today because this Burger King has always been pretty good. Today, after what I experienced, I decided not to go here anymore. Apparently new or changed ordering stations with strange menu navigation. But I wanted Crispy Pepper Burger as a menu and couldn't find it anywhere, so I ordered everything individually. The menus had drinks and what did the drinks machines look like 🤔 No.1 "Out of order" No.2 Most drinks were also not available and everything under and around the drinks filling tap was full of ice 😡😡. Citizen King, keep it up and it'll be over in 2-3 years

I had a Big King XXL menu here at the beginning of June and it was very tasty, although I personally didn't think the Sprite tasted that good. What I also thought was great was that you can take care of the drinks yourself here, because I come from Merzig (Saarland) and unfortunately this service is not available in our Burger King restaurant. The staff was also extremely friendly. If I'm in Viernheim again, I'll be happy to do it again!

The first impression is quite clean, the staff friendly despite the high volume. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. You used to have the feeling that it was freshly grilled but (that was it). The chilli cheese burger was dry and soggy, the fries were thin and relatively dry (unfortunately). The nuggets are no thicker than 0.3mm and are difficult to swallow without a drink. Definitely not worth the money it costs. The competition never sleeps and definitely offers more quality for the same money.

Incredibly embarrassing! After being given the wrong burger (the same one twice even though I ordered 2 different ones), I get the correct burger and the "wrong" one is taken away from me by the store manager after I had already touched it. Hygiene standards on point. I wasn't even apologized for.

Very nice atmosphere on the upper floor. The outside area also looked very attractive. Drinks can be made and refilled yourself at syrup machines. Ordering options are available at the electronic terminal and reduce comprehension problems. All extras and special requests were taken into account when ordering and implemented correctly. Compared to other Burger King branches, this one stands out in a positive way!

Good location, often full, the food is just like any other BK. Toys for King Junior usually go away very quickly, which is a shame for the kids. However, when ordering via drive-in or take-away, especially if you order several burgers or menu items, something is ALWAYS forgotten. Einmal seit Jahren dort und die Mitarbeiter schaffen es nicht eine Bestellung richtig einzupacken. 2 Burger haben gefehlt. Leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Aber einfach traurig dass es so schwer ist 5 Burger einzupacken. Wäre der Weg nicht so weit wäre ich hin gefahren und hätte alles hinter die Theke geschmissen. Nie wieder BK viernheim!

Chili Cheese Nuggets waren trocken,viel zu viel Panade Käse fest. Eis wurde falsch ausgegeben( Oreo anstatt Lion). Als wir reklamiert haben hieß es die Kekse sind die selben!!??? Aha....

Essen war ok. Der Aussenbereich zum essen war verschmutzt. Deswegen mussten wir bei schönen Wetter drinnen essen. Die Zubereitung dauerte auch etwas länger. Bestellen wurde ohne Zwiebeln, waren aber trotzdem welche drauf. Getränke können nachgefüllt werden.

Nette Mitarbeiter Kinder dürfen ihre Kingmeal Spielzeug selber aussuchen. Für Lösungen bereite Mitarbeiter

We visited the place for the first time. The drive through area is quite small and it takes a long time to be served. The window to pay has in front a bumper that forces you to make a sharp turn just to get out. It was nice to see younger people working in the restaurant. The chips/french fries were all broken, I almost needed a spoon.

Burger King Viernheim Ist mein Lieblings Burger King im Umgebung, nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Machen die Bestellungen alles mit Liebe. Was zur dort fehlt eine Klimaanlage sonst klasse. Ich immer sauber.

Die Zufahrt zum Restaurant von der Autobahn aus war etwas kompliziert. Nicht deutlich genug ausgeschildert, da die Einfahrt über Auffahrt zur Autobahn läuft.

Bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen, gibt schlechtere Filialen

Sehr unsaubere Toiletten und die Tische und Bänke müssen regelmäßiger gesäubert werden.

Einer der besseren BKs in Deutschland. Burger frisch und gut. Punktabzug wegen zunächst falschem Burger und weil Getränkeautomat keine Fanta hatte.

Dauert meist ewig bis die Bestellung fertig ist. Oft fehlt etwas das man besser wirklich immer sofort nach kontrollieren sollte.

Was soll man sagen bk halt. Menü fast 13 Euro super schnell waren dei Damen. Sehr sauber auch die Toiletten. Burger war bk Standart. Musik im ersten Stock leider etwas laut

Immer alles in der Tüte was ich auch bestellt habe. Die Abwicklung geht eigentlich auch immer schnell und sauber ist es auch. Was will man mehr ?

Eigentlich ganz in Ordnung komischerweise passiert es öfters das man im drive die komplett falsche Bestellung bekommt.

Das Essen war fade und die Bürger etwas trocken. Bei Angry Garlic Burger war eine andere Soße drauf (die von Chili-Cheese Burger). Außerdem sind die Softdrinks viel zu wässrig einstellt, schmeckt dadurch etwas "dünn". War vorher öfters hier aber mittlerweile haben die schon nachgelassen.
