This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever had in my life, and definitely the best in Germany.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a Happy Meal and a Big Mac today, but the Big Mac wasn't delivered. This is the second time that part of my order has been missing. What's particularly annoying is that I didn't realize the meal was complete until I got home—and I was hungry. I hope McDonald's pays more attention to orders in the future and avoids such mistakes.

I ordered something to go at the counter. The napkins were missing, and two sauces were missing.

Table service was mediocre. Our ice cream sat at the counter for minutes before we picked it up ourselves.

We had a happy meal and coffe at this McDonald's. The interior and meal was what you would expect (good). Cappucino had poor milkcream and was too hot. They should improve Mans restrooms, the odour (it stank) was terrible and not clean. With happy meal we did not get what we selected at purchase (different toy). The staff could Smile more when interacts with customers.

I personally don't recommend Mc Donald's anymore, the burgers are matchy, apple turnovers are getting smaller and smaller, milk shakes have lost their taste, fries ordered without salt were not taken into account, if you complain you get pathetic answers

The branch is small, and unfortunately, everywhere is a bit dirty (tables, floor, etc.). The employees are friendly, especially the woman serving. All in all, it's a typical McDonald's branch. The food is okay for a quick bite, but nothing special, and the prices are absolutely not good.

We ate here today. Totally disappointing. The counter and tables were very dirty. The fries and lattice potatoes were cold. The sauce was missing and they asked for more, which of course didn't happen. The fish mac was amazing. I could barely bite through it; it was like rubber and incredibly hard. You couldn't squeeze the fish at the edges with your fingers. I complained and got a new one. We left half of the side dishes like fries and lattice potatoes. As the saying goes, "Hunger drives it away." By far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

Suitable for a quick bite. The sink in the women's restroom is broken, but staff are aware of it, but it doesn't seem to be of interest. Disinfectant at the entrance is also not replenished. I hope hygiene in other areas is of greater concern.

An outrage. This McDonald's branch in Viernheim is dirty, unkempt, and completely uninviting. Upon entering, you'll notice dirty floors, sticky tables, dirty toilets, limescale-covered tiles, and a completely filthy faucet. Hygiene standards are nowhere to be found here. The staff also gives off an equally unkempt impression. Some of them aren't wearing McDonald's uniforms, but rather dirty personal clothes. This simply shouldn't happen in the restaurant industry. Although there were hardly any customers, chaos and dirt reigned. Our table was so sticky that we had to get someone to clean it. Even washing our hands was disgusting. The food was also poorly and sloppily presented. Burgers were simply crammed into the boxes, cheese half hanging out, lettuce scattered in the wrapper instead of the burger. This fits the overall impression: sloppy and unappetizing. This branch is a negative example of what McDonald's should not be like. We will never return and can only advise everyone to avoid this branch.

Very dirty, French fries were almost raw, and the kids' Happy Meal apples were expired. I asked for a new meal or a refund. But the manager refused. All the apples were expired, and they were still being sold.

We were passing through at the McDrive, the food was warm and the man at the McDrive was very nice.

So I ordered the new Philly cheese stack, but I only got a regular Big Mac with a different sauce. I'm pissed off from top to toe. Otherwise, a very nice place, and the staff are also nice. At the McDrive Our son wanted a small Sprite, large fries, and a cheeseburger without cheese and pickle (that was the order). Procedure The lady at the counter kept asking questions, so everything had to be repeated several times (4 times), despite speaking slowly and clearly. There was another customer in front of us who had already been waiting for about 5 minutes, so we just asked how long it would take... no response... About 3 minutes later, we got our turn... The employee's response: "Are you having a problem?" ... Now I can say, yes, I have a problem with it when people can't speak the local dialect correctly or only partially... We got a small Sprite with a large fries... BUT... the cheeseburger was topped with just meat, pickle, and cheese. My child is, of course, absolutely thrilled with the quality and quantity of work the employees put in... I'd rather drive a little further and go to McDonald's in Weinheim, where the service is really good.

This branch has a rat problem! Two fat rats were running around outside the door, where you can sit comfortably. It was so disgusting... Everyone knows that rats can transmit diseases. A direct conversation with the shift manager yielded nothing. Apparently, many rat traps have been set up, but we haven't found a single one!!!! Apparently, the problem with the rats is even known to the public order office, but nothing much is happening. It's only a matter of time before the rats start wreaking havoc in the branch too... For me, it was my first and last visit there. It's unthinkable what can happen when families with small children sit comfortably outside in front of the parking lot and the rats bite their legs...

Good evening, I was just at McDonald's here in Viernheim. I ordered a purple glass and when it arrived at the table we received red glasses and were told that there was no other color. But then I asked for a different color and surprisingly all the colors were still available? We were lied to in a place that feels like a second home. I will never visit this store again. Yes, it is very nice there and is easily accessible by tram, and is often full of young people who go there.

Nice staff, food as it should be (Mc Donald's level at its best) and best of all: a small gym for the children with a small obstacle course labyrinth and basketball court. You can rent a small basketball for a deposit of €10. We just didn't like the shake, but that has nothing to do with the store. Ample parking behind the building.

I've been coming here for 10 years. Yesterday on Saturday evening I picked up a few things: burgers, nuggets, fries and the cheese nachos. Unfortunately the whole food was quite cold and the nuggets were dry. The fries didn't taste fresh either. All in all, almost cold and not a good taste. The comfort is no longer what it used to be. It was also very cold in the whole area. I don't think I'll come anymore 🙁.

Until now, we had always ordered via the McDonald's app, paid online and picked up our order at the drive-thru. This has always been successful...except for the last time. Here we initially had a waiting time of >20 minutes despite pre-ordering and being informed that it could be picked up. When we arrived at the counter we were told that the pickup code could not be found in the system. The mercy then culminated in the statement that we had ordered from the wrong store, which was refuted by the order confirmation. After some discussion, we admitted defeat - despite the long wait and 3 hungry and complaining children in the car. When we then wanted our money back, we were informed that McDonald's debit via Paypal would not take place because the order was ultimately not in the system and therefore could not be booked out. We shouldn't worry. Gullible as we were, we believed the supposed shift leader's statement... and then came the next setback! The money was withdrawn!!! The end of the song: - no food - no money - the accusation that you cannot use the app properly - whining, hungry and disappointed children - not even the offer to make up for a verifiable order in a prioritized manner - I would probably still be waiting for an apology today if I had stayed there Courteousness, service-oriented behavior, sensitivity in dealing with customers and competence have unfortunately fallen by the wayside here. What a shame!

I picked up my lunch there today and the food was good, only the employee at the counter was young and had blonde hair and was very eager to go and bit her fingernails. He's a little boy too. He has no idea how to tie the dog somewhere or anything like that. So I'll shut up. I do not care. As long as the pug doesn't stink or mess anywhere, everything is cool. I eat. The pug is constantly shaking. Dirt lands on my table. Luckily not in the food. I have nothing against animals. On the contrary, I love her. They just have no place in some public places.
