By far the best in the area because the burgers are not dry and the fries are also crispy and not too salty. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. If you're out and about in Viernheim and want to grab a quick bite to eat, then don't go. There are also enough parking spaces available.

I picked up my lunch there today and the food was good, only the employee at the counter was young and had blonde hair and was very eager to go and bit her fingernails. I told her that this is very unhygienic when you work with food and she rolled her eyes and turned away from me and continued biting her fingernails. I'm debating whether I'll even set foot in this branch again

One of the better McDonalds in the area. After the renovation the interior is very nice.

Everything happened quite quickly even though half of the order terminals didn't work. Nevertheless, we were quite happy for a quick snack in between.

This was the chillest and cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen.

Early in the morning - I'm tired and barely slept! I just want something small to eat because my stomach is growling. Service is quite nice, it's apparently new. No problem, very friendly. I get my food - sit down. Not a few minutes later a boy about 10 years old comes in with a dog. Pug breed. I think ok. He probably just wants to grab something to take away quickly. He's a little boy too. He has no idea how to tie the dog somewhere or anything like that. So I'll shut up. I do not care. As long as the pug doesn't stink or mess anywhere, everything is cool. I eat. The pug is constantly shaking. Dirt lands on my table. Luckily not in the food. I have nothing against animals. On the contrary, I love her. They just have no place in some public places. No matter how “clean” you see your own pet. Or does someone want to swim with a dog/cat in the swimming pool? Well, the topic has been settled. It's not for nothing that there are clues on the doors. No one feels responsible for employees to lift a finger. One is new anyway. The other one is apparently the branch manager, has a different outfit and tells people what to do. No reaction just looks at the dog. I really have nothing against dogs. At home they can also eat from my plate. But I never really know about strange dogs. They are often unkempt like this one. Oh yes, worth mentioning. The little one's big sister or mom came in shortly afterwards and paid for the order. They sat down. Gets up again and gets another warm drink. Staff don't care. Besides us, there is a gentleman who is drinking a coffee in peace. There's no one else here. Oh yes, a woman came and got something to take away. She wanted to say something at first...she also looked at the pug several times but didn't dare say anything.

Everything was great 👌 no long queues. All cash registers open. Cleanliness 1 A

Of course, Ms. Grosch, the people want to go home. They have just come from work, have a quick burger just before closing and the people are supposed to stay 30 minutes longer because of you. There is no such thing as perfect winter. Mistakes always happen because we are human and that's a good thing, so a 4 from me 😉🤩🤗

So the portions are getting smaller and smaller, overall the food is ok, but not like it was back then

Had a bite to eat at MacDonalds after SkyDiving. Typically at MC, fries are far too soft and not crispy.

Small MC Donald in the Viernheim industrial area. Nice staff, clean and there is a children's playroom: kids in, door closed, peace and quiet 🤣

It will be more or less the same everywhere: the prices have gone up quite a bit, it's no longer an option for me. For a so-called “double royal” around €6. Until the year 2000, I wouldn't have spent 12 D-Marks on something like that. Not even ten. Not even eight. Maybe 5 D-Marks

The Mc is clearly showing its age. 5 chocolate milkshakes took almost 10 minutes in the McDrive and were then vanilla shakes instead of chocolate

Again I paid €22, actually for two meals and a burger. And again I got less than I actually paid for. I'm missing 1x fries & 1x nuggets and the burger! I recommend everyone to check everything before leaving the counter otherwise you will just get lost!

I couldn't activate my smartphone for a McDonald's offer on my cell phone... there was no reception... I skipped eating. It works in other houses in this group. You probably don't want to sell offers. What's that supposed to mean. . .

Nice McDonalds, unfortunately the prices keep going up, so people now prefer to go to the restaurant.

Unfortunately, after waiting for a while at the car counter, you get a chicken burger that is so limp - you'd better throw the rest away before chewing on such an old, non-crunchy thing!

I've been going to this McDonalds since I used to go shopping with my mom in RNZ as a child. And what should I say? Just as the clientele has changed there, the store has also changed. And not to any advantage in either case. I was there with my kids that day and the first thing we saw when we sat down was a huge fat booger that had spit on the table. The service was quite friendly, but the ice cream machine was broken again. The salad was rotten and consisted of tasteless tomatoes, old lettuce leaves and a nice stalk. It's a shame that my children won't associate the same wonderful moments with McDonald's as I did.

Probably the funniest drive in Germany. Employees are friendly. Usual McDonald's quality. A Mc Flurry always works.

Food ice cold after a long wait is not recommended

Booked a “party” for my son’s 5th birthday. Except for the decorated table (9 balloons, a few streamers) and the cake, it was disappointing. There was nothing for the jungle party theme that we ordered (apparently no more material is being delivered for it). The restaurant tour offered on the website, where the birthday child can get an ice cream themselves, was also not available. There was also no childcare with fun games described on the website. A short conclusion: Apart from the cake and the decorated table, there was nothing at all. All in all a huge disappointment, I'm just glad that my child still tried to have fun with his guests

Wäre echt to wenn die Öffnungszeiten eingehalten werden. Da hat man Nachts Hunger nach dem Auftritt und an steht vor Verschlossen Türen ganze zwei Stunden vor den Schließungseit !!!!!!!!!

Dies war der unstrukturierteste und planloseste McDonald's in dem ich bisher gegessen habe. Zuerst trotz anderer Info am Bestellpanel kein Salat vorhanden (20Uhr). Dann wurden wir gebeten uns Burger auszusuchen weil wir ja schon bezahlt hatten und Rückgeld schwierig ist. Diese Burger wurden dann wieder revidiert weil der Mitarbeiter plötzlich keine Burger als Ersatz rausgeben durfte. Somit wurde es dann ein Menü mit einem Burger und zwei Cola...

Es wird alles falsch eingepackt, es nervt. Man muss immer kontrollieren, was in die Tüte ist🤬🤬🤬

Leider schon oft kaputte Eismaschine. Cola Zero bekommen anstatt Fanta. Konnte mein Sohn dann leider nichts trinken als wir es unterwegs gemerkt haben.

Leider wird in vielen Mc Donalds ist auch hier das Niveau mittelmäßig. Toiletten sind Katastrophal, absolut unzumutbar.

Eigentlich alles gut soweit. Um 20:30 Uhr / Samstag war nur noch ein Bestellterminal aktiv. Was häufiger so ist! Viele Leute kommen aus dem RNZ und warten hier ewig. Was soll das?

Essen und Service wie immer gut. Ambiente fand ich früher besser mit dem MC Cafe. Aber sonst voll OK

Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Manager und das Kollegium! Als es mal ein kleins Problem mit der Bestellung gab, wurde sofort reagiert und auf sehr höfliche Weise alles geregelt! Ein großes Dankeschön 😁

Usw. Arbeite im Außendienst und bin ziemlich oft bei McDonalds überall... So lecker wie jetzt hab noch nie gehabt... Nuggets einfach Weltklasse, schade das ich nur 6 genommen habe :( Respekt

Wir haben dort den 4. Geburtstag meiner Tochter gefeiert. Es war zwar schön geschmückt aber beim Service und Aufmerksamkeit könnten sie sich bisschen mehr Mühe geben. Und der vorgesehene Platz ist ganz ungünstig direkt im Weg.

Wir hatten heute für unser Büro Mittagessen für 6 Personen geholt. Folgende Mängel sind dabei aufgetreten: Bei zwei bestellten Big Macs hat vollständig der Belag zwischen der mittleren Brötchenscheibe und dem Deckel gefehlt. Der Double-Big Mac war ein einfacher Big Mac (immerhin mit zwei Scheiben Fleisch). Ein Cheeseburger hat gefehlt. Dafür war ein nicht bestellter Chickenburger dabei. Sämtliche Getränke haben gefehlt. Man könnte nun sagen, dass der Abholer die Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit prüfen kann/soll. Aber mal im Ernst: Wer schaut denn in die Kartons um zu schauen, ob die Burger richtig und vollständig zusammengesetzt sind??? Wir werden vorerst unser Essen bei Burger King holen. Dort kam uns so etwas noch nicht unter.

Also wir sind öfters da leider ist seit 1 Jahr der Wurm drin, entweder fehlen Sachen oder man bekommt Einweg Becher obwohl man Mehrweg geordert hat. Es ist kurz vor 23 Uhr es wird sehr laut im Restaurant weil angefangen wird Sauber zu machen und somit ist ein in Ruhe Essen nicht mehr möglich, da werden alle Stühle hoch gestellt und der Putzwedel wird geschwenkt. Da bekommt man das Gefühl man ist nicht mehr erwünscht. Man fühlt sich raus gekehrt. Das war vor einem Jahr und davor nicht. Schade

Alles in Ordnung, Essen war heiß und hat geschmeckt, der Tisch war nicht gewischt und leider etwas schmutzig.

Das Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht. Es dauerte zwar etwas, aber es war auch viel los. Leider war auf den Big Macs zu wenig Soße. Der Mitarbeiter machte mir aber noch Soße auf die Burger. Es war soweit alles sauber , nur eine Bank war voll mit Haaren und Fett.

Ich musste EWIG⏱ auf mein Essen🥘 warten und habe gesehen wie das Personal mit MEINEM Essen an mir vorbeiging .... der Typ hat mir die FALSCHE NUMMER gegeben ?!😡🤬.... UNFASSBAR !!!

Ich fahre extra von Weinheim hierher, weil das Essen hier schön warm sogar heiß serviert wird. In Weinheim sind die nur lauwarm.

Nicht viel los gewesen, trotzdem bei meiner Bestellung zum mitnehmen falsches Getränk hingestellt plus Chicken Nuggets vergessen einzupacken.

Ok, notgedrungen mußten wir dieses Restaurant wieder mal besuchen. Ich war echt positiv überrasch. Der Service war top, die Bestellungen wurden wirklich sehr zügig bereitgestellt, es hat nichts gefehlt, das Essen war heiß und es war sauber. Das Personal freundlich und echt bemüht. Kleines Mango, ich mag eigentlich kein Eis im Getränke, aber das lässt sich wahrscheinlich durch die Bestellung am Terminal nicht anders lösen, hab ich jetzt auch so akzeptiert. Hier hat sich wirklich was geändert, wenn es so bleibt komme. Wir gerne ab und an vorbei, danke.

Das ist tatsächlich ein sehr überschaubarer McDonald's. An sich ist alles okay, aber leider auch nicht mehr.

War jetzt schon öfter da und habe nichts auszusetzen. Essen kennt man ja, aber dass es immer frisch und warm war, ist nicht überall in den Filialen so. Sehr gut muss ich sagen

Sehr schöner MC Donalds, Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend (fast schon wie in einem Restaurant). Bisschen aussergewöhnlich im Vergleich zur "Kette". Atmosphäre wirkt familiär. Gerne wieder obwohl ich das Essen eigentlich nicht sooooo mag. Aber manchmal muss halt ...🤣

Essen ist immer frisch gemacht, das Restaurant zumeist angenehm ruhig. Wenig Wartezeit. Die Kids haben auch Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung, vor allem in dem kleinen Turnraum. Lediglich einen Stern Abzug gibt es weil bei Bestellung zum Mitnehmen gerne mal was gefehlt hat beim auspacken.

Essen war frisch und heiß. Angenehmer, klimatisiserter Innenbrereich zum Essen. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und engagiert.

Wir haben ein Ball gekauft für sechs Euro gekauft und dann wollten wir es zurück haben und sie gaben uns fünf Euro gegeben und wir haben zwei Haare in unser Burger gefunden und das Essen schmeckt nicht und ist zu teuer

Für ein Restaurant dieser Kette ein sauberes, ordentliches Haus mit schnellem und freunlichem Personal. Die Speisen kommen schnell und warm. Schade nur das die Burger der "Signature" Kolektion hier nicht erhältlich sind, und ein männlicher Mitarbeiter öfters und diversen Kunden durch "dummes Gerede" auffällt! Aber sonst für Mc Donalds Liebhaber durchaus empfehlendswert.

Ich stehe zu meiner Vorliebe für Fastfood. Bei McDonald's macht man nichts falsch. Diese Laden liegt sehr zentral mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen Standard. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Negatives oder Positives ausserhalb dessen, was man von McD kennt, findet man hier nicht. Je nach Tageszeit kommt man entweder schnell dran, oder steht 'ne ganze Weile. Positiv hierbei ist, dass man bei der Zufahrt sieht, wieviel gerade innen drin los ist. So kann man sich evtl. noch schnell für einen anderen Fast Fooder umentscheiden.

Die Geräuschekulisse ist schon fast unerträglich laut, so dass ich es nicht aushalten würde, dort länger sitzen bleiben zu wollen, aber die Kinder scheinen ihren Spaß dort zu haben. Das Personal wirkt sehr gestresst, schon unfreundlich und wirsch, aber auch das ist man von vielen anderen McDonalds bereits gewohnt. Die Einrichtung ist eher banal und nicht besonders gepflegt. Das ist halt McDonalds......
