Sorry, but THIS is the nastiest and dirtiest store ever! EVERY, really EVERY table is dirty. Grumpy employees. He simply ignored the suggestion that he should please clean the tables. Shame on you Rhein Neckar Center to accept a shop like this. Don't go there! 🤢

I can't say much about the service...since the employees only serve the food and nothing else...I find the restaurant to be very dirty and the upper floor is always cordoned off, so if you want to go to the toilet you either have to ask every time whether the chain and chairs are pushed away or you have to climb over the chain...

Unfortunately another KFC that is not recommended. Unfortunately, the furniture is already well worn. I waited about 5 minutes for the food. There were around 10 other people in the store at this time. The drink from the tap had delicious streaks on the surface of the cup. The floor was crumbled at the time of my visit and a spilled shake was not cleaned from the floor during my entire visit. Not to mention the flies in the restaurant. Regarding the ambience: one screen was about to crash; was hanging very crooked and several lights throughout the restaurant didn't work.

I've been getting takeaway food here for years. Fries taste like old fat, drinks are totally watery except for Pepsi, veggie burgers are wobbly and just disgusting. We often go to Sandhofen and are always satisfied, but we won't get anything else here. Expensive and disgusting. Oh yes, while we were waiting we also noticed that the tables were dirty and sticky.

Food was exactly as we imagined. Friendliness was great (a cordoned off area was made available especially for our children). We would love to come back with the children.

Hands off! After waiting forever, half of the order was missing (€20 for nothing), the rest was thrown together in a single package. No excuse when you call, instead you should come by so that the surveillance camera (!!) can check whether you are telling the truth. After 6 pieces of chicken I felt sick because they were so greasy. This is NOT the case in other branches!!

Today I've been to KFC again for a long time and ordered the classic menu of 3 pieces of chicken with fries and coleslaw with a refillable drink for a whopping 14.95 euros!!! So with the best will in the world for such a price where you have to clear it yourself, I'd rather go to the china buffet, where I have a starter, main course and dessert in abundance for the same price, I don't come to KFC anymore, sorry

Unfortunately, a not so clean restaurant with unmotivated employees. Here I had a Zinger with a lot of fatty sauce and extremely little meat. Actually very nicely located on the RNZ, but not recommended.

I personally think the food is really good. However, the price-performance ratio is not entirely appropriate, hence one star less. The service is a disaster, no proper greeting, or just an annoyed "yes" I find rude. And even though there wasn't much going on, there were trays and food boxes lying around. Of course, that had a bad effect on the ambience and we didn't want to eat there anymore.

This one star is still too many! Absolute disaster. 30 minutes waiting time for a few crappy... cockerel legs and a few fries. Unable to prepare for lunchtime. All employees, whether in front of the counter or behind the counter, unkempt, unshaven, etc... Big name and nothing behind it... My buddy Gockel-Ali around the corner can do that much better. We came here for the sake of the children but there won’t be a second time, that’s for sure…. We've experienced the same crap in Mannheim before...

Absolute disaster. Constantly overcrowded because the upper (really large) area is permanently inaccessible. I don't understand why this is the case. You're not even allowed to go to the toilet here. I would like to know what is up there on the 1st floor that customers are not allowed to see. With a few exceptions, the staff is very unfriendly. The quality of the food is ok but could be better. There is definitely still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness.

The chain for the upper floor was constantly being removed. The urinals were blocked.

The branch manager is totally unfriendly, not helpful, the service is very unfriendly and very slow, the interaction with customers is very bad. Customers are simply shouted at, older people who cannot cope with the ordering process are not helped but rather brushed off.

Super delicious food, but unfortunately you couldn't use vouchers online - because they are no longer available on the last day!?! I also think it's a shame that you can only order with a service pad. If you have any questions about how to order, unfortunately you won't be given any advice anymore! So some of the food selection takes quite a long time!!!

The chicken pieces were not fully fried (breading was light yellow almost white) there were no toys in the kids menu, only upon request there was a ridiculous plastic cup as a "toy". The fries were also too short in the deep fryer.

Nice shop. Unfriendly staff speaks little to no German. The first three employees couldn't answer my question about where the toilet was. Then the manager, probably, came and asked if I had ordered anything. Once I had a rough bearing of where the toilet was, I was able to find the rest of it by nose. The toilet smells like no one has ever peed IN the toilet. And they are not responsible for the quality of the food.

One star is too many.. Poor treatment of customers, they need to learn a lot about respect. Bad food and it just kept getting worse, second floor is always closed, I don't know what exactly they put there that people aren't allowed to see. Lastly, the meal takes at least half an hour, no matter how big the order is. So, no longer there because I have dignity.

No matter who works there, I expect respect and customer service! Today we ordered a menu at the checkout that was advertised there. The boss said that this was only available at the drive-in and that he would have to speak to his superior. OK. I pull myself a Pepsi from the refill machine, the thing is already spraying a lot. I drink lukewarm non-carbonated Pepsi. The boss says I have to wait 10 minutes because they have just replaced a gas cartridge. OK. Should I wait until my food is cold, or do you give me a cold bottle of Pepsi from the fridge to satisfy me? I imagine everything a little differently, Saturday lunchtime at 12 p.m.!

Absolute disaster. I ordered, then a group of 12 people came and I was the last to get their food. The drinks machine didn't have any carbonated drinks. All soft drinks were basically stale straight away. The waitress has no desire for his work or for people. KFC remains king, but the store here is absolutely K.O.

Typical KFC, not particularly nice or cozy. The food is just fast food, greasy and tasty. Waiting times are very long at peak times. If the RNZ closes there is a separate entrance/exit.

1. Dealing with customers is hard. If they don't like their job, they should change jobs or have more courage to serve customers. Just like the man and woman in charge: if I don't have anything good to say, it's better to keep quiet. 2. You don't allow the second one to be used. Floor. (I don't understand the point of not letting people eat upstairs, the whole place is paid for, what's the point of putting a chain that restricts access to even going to the bathroom????) 3. Better take away ordering ( these are served in no time because if you eat on site you will have to wait up to more than 30 minutes.) 4. A vending machine offers better customer service and attention than this particular place.

I have eaten at a lot of KFC and I can say that this is the worst I have ever eaten. The chicken tasted like flour with old oil, the Pommes with pure chili cheese, no beans and the service took 15 minutes to serve and in a bad way because we even complained about the lack of the order and they looked at us badly. My recommendation: spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth it

We ate here during the week and actually had a pretty good experience. The waiting times for food were quite long, especially by fast food standards. But at least the food was warm (more like hot), fresh and tasted very good. There are some seats, but in the lower area it can quickly become a bit tight as the tables are sometimes very close to each other. But it was still okay. The cleanliness could actually be improved somewhat. Not all tables were clean. All in all, it was completely OK here and if you're hungry quickly, it's definitely recommended.

The restaurant is dirty. Not a single clean table. Toilets are not allowed to be used. We waited 20 minutes for two crispy chickens, which were also cold. There was a tiny piece of meat in the whole crispy chicken. You basically eat a dry burger bun with ketchup and melted cheese.

Terrible experience. Food completely desolate. Nothing seasoned or fresh. Drinks empty. All tables are full but the upstairs is closed. Having to negotiate with the employee to get all the sauces that I paid for according to the receipt.

These were the most disgusting fries ever. They tasted like a toilet smells. I have no idea if the oil the fries are bathed in is rancid or if something is highly contaminated but the experience was beyond disgusting! If salmonella had a taste it would probably taste like this... I hope I stay healthy.

So I've been eating here every now and then for years, but for about a year now the restaurant has simply been giving out dry chicken to customers even though the standard should be juicy meat, let alone that meat should be HOT, which it wasn't at all! Breading was far too salty and the meat is becoming less and less because the chicken pieces are simply made smaller and they cheekily charge more money for it. Fries were fresh but unsalted. Hotwings now come with a ton of breading and are barely spicy until garnished! The staff didn't want to replace the cold chicken parts with new ones because after a call to the manager I was told I should put up with the cold meat because it had supposedly already been 10 minutes?? A bold impudence, first less meat and then dry then cold too and then rule so cheekily!! Really a disgrace!!

Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm and the portion was very small. The restaurant was very dirty and apparently the guests have to mop the floor themselves, as the bucket with a floor mop is at the window between the tables. We were there for 30 minutes and it was there. Ordering at the terminal is the new fashion but the number on the receipt is not displayed anywhere. When I asked, I got our food. A pity....

Were we near a KFC. My wife is pregnant (8 months), she felt bad and sat outside KFC with the child, I went to buy water, my wife told me that they would beg (please go away...). I came for the second time, the employee said it was my wife. I'm not feeling well, I'm pregnant. And the employee again says there is no order, please leave. I told him to call the manager, the manager came and also told us that there was no order, please leave, I said that my wife is pregnant, drink some water, she will feel better then will we go. It is discriminatory and I cannot imagine such treatment. It is unacceptable that a woman who feels unwell at an advanced stage of pregnancy is asked to leave... This is blatant discrimination!

We got there at 11:40 p.m. and wanted to order at the control panel and were told we should do it faster and not play around. The employee was brutally rude, never experienced anything like that. Google says it's open until midnight and he claims the store has been closed since 11 p.m., even though people are eating, which is rude. Absolutely not recommended, never had such problems at other KFCs

I find KFC brand product prices expensive, but unfortunately we love them very much and sometimes we hesitate to visit them. We especially love the boneless chicken sticks. The gravy and coleslaw are also my daughter's favorite dishes.

Kentucky Fried Chicken failed as an alternative food for me after the third attempt. Waited forever for the food here in Viernheim, the drinks are lukewarm because the system is down, the fries taste very mushy as if they weren't fried properly and the biggest shame is that the toilets are closed because none of the staff want to clean them. Pretty catastrophic. Poor quality. Unclean. You sometimes wait 15 - 20 minutes for your order (and that's in a "fast food restaurant"). Order terminals defective. Drinks dispenser dirty. An entire floor was blocked off, even though customers were literally piling up on the ground floor. In addition: The toilet is upstairs, i.e. in the restricted area. Which is actually unacceptable. The finished goods are on display for too long. Whole chicken pieces in particular are often dried out. And unfortunately often unfriendly. But what annoys me most is that you get fewer chicken pieces than you ordered. At least for me, chicken pieces were missing twice. That seems like a method somehow. KFC again after a long time. Catastrophic! Operation in absolute slow motion. The sloths in the film Zootopia, on the other hand, are pure sprinters. That you can work so slowly. Waited forever with many others. One of the worst dining experiences I've had And it has been since entering the place in the Rhein-Neckar Zentrum The lack of organization was evident due to the very poor service, the terrible level of food, and the absolutely unacceptable price. My desire was to eat fried chicken pieces, not sandwiches or strips. For this reason, we ordered the 12-piece box, considering we were 3 people, and it was actually only one chicken, and then I added 3 soft drinks, french fries, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Of course, the amount was around 60 euros. We got half of the chicken pieces after 20 minutes and had to pick up the rest after another 20 minutes. The pieces were saturated with oil. As a result, I do not recommend the place at all.

Went there with the family last night. A complete mess in the store. The best possible branch manager was an arrogant guy and treated the customers in an impossible way. When we asked where the toilets were, we were given the finger. However, the way there was blocked off with a chain and you actually had to crawl under the chain.

Highly recommended if you don't know the area and don't want to go wrong 💫👌🏻
