The chicken pieces were not fully fried (breading was light yellow almost white) there were no toys in the kids menu, only upon request there was a ridiculous plastic cup as a "toy". The fries were also too short in the deep fryer.

The quality of the food is generally quite good. Even if the waiting time is sometimes quite long. However, the employees often appear listless, unfriendly and disorganized. Overall the restaurant could be cleaner. Anyone who can only “solala” in the visible area is not suggesting anything good behind the scenes. Unfortunately one of the worse KFCs in the region. Recently, drinks are only available as a ZERO version. But I don't like them. Why can't I choose this myself?

Nice shop. Unfriendly staff speaks little to no German. The first three employees couldn't answer my question about where the toilet was. Then the manager, probably, came and asked if I had ordered anything. Once I had a rough bearing of where the toilet was, I was able to find the rest of it by nose. The toilet smells like no one has ever peed IN the toilet. And they are not responsible for the quality of the food.

One star is too many.. Poor treatment of customers, they need to learn a lot about respect. Bad food and it just kept getting worse, second floor is always closed, I don't know what exactly they put there that people aren't allowed to see. Lastly, the meal takes at least half an hour, no matter how big the order is. So, no longer there because I have dignity.

The boss said that this was only available at the drive-in and that he would have to speak to his superior. OK. I pull myself a Pepsi from the refill machine, the thing is already spraying a lot. I drink lukewarm non-carbonated Pepsi. The boss says I have to wait 10 minutes because they have just replaced a gas cartridge. OK. Should I wait until my food is cold, or do you give me a cold bottle of Pepsi from the fridge to satisfy me? I imagine everything a little differently, Saturday lunchtime at 12 p.m.!

Absolute disaster. I ordered, then a group of 12 people came and I was the last to get their food. The drinks machine didn't have any carbonated drinks. All soft drinks were basically stale straight away. The waitress has no desire for his work or for people. KFC remains king, but the store here is absolutely K.O.

Typical KFC, not particularly nice or cozy. The food is just fast food, greasy and tasty. Waiting times are very long at peak times. If the RNZ closes there is a separate entrance/exit.

1. Dealing with customers is hard. If they don't like their job, they should change jobs or have more courage to serve customers. Just like the man and woman in charge: if I don't have anything good to say, it's better to keep quiet. 2. You don't allow the second one to be used. Floor. (I don't understand the point of not letting people eat upstairs, the whole place is paid for, what's the point of putting a chain that restricts access to even going to the bathroom????) 3. Better take away ordering ( these are served in no time because if you eat on site you will have to wait up to more than 30 minutes.) 4. A vending machine offers better customer service and attention than this particular place.

I have eaten at a lot of KFC and I can say that this is the worst I have ever eaten. The chicken tasted like flour with old oil, the Pommes with pure chili cheese, no beans and the service took 15 minutes to serve and in a bad way because we even complained about the lack of the order and they looked at us badly. My recommendation: spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth it

We ate here during the week and actually had a pretty good experience. The waiting times for food were quite long, especially by fast food standards. But at least the food was warm (more like hot), fresh and tasted very good. There are some seats, but in the lower area it can quickly become a bit tight as the tables are sometimes very close to each other. But it was still okay. The cleanliness could actually be improved somewhat. Not all tables were clean. All in all, it was completely OK here and if you're hungry quickly, it's definitely recommended.

When visiting, it was impossible to pay by card. This is inconvenient.

The restaurant is dirty. Not a single clean table. Toilets are not allowed to be used. We waited 20 minutes for two crispy chickens, which were also cold. There was a tiny piece of meat in the whole crispy chicken. You basically eat a dry burger bun with ketchup and melted cheese.

Terrible experience. Food completely desolate. Nothing seasoned or fresh. Drinks empty. All tables are full but the upstairs is closed. Having to negotiate with the employee to get all the sauces that I paid for according to the receipt.

These were the most disgusting fries ever. They tasted like a toilet smells. I have no idea if the oil the fries are bathed in is rancid or if something is highly contaminated but the experience was beyond disgusting! If salmonella had a taste it would probably taste like this... I hope I stay healthy.

So I've been eating here every now and then for years, but for about a year now the restaurant has simply been giving out dry chicken to customers even though the standard should be juicy meat, let alone that meat should be HOT, which it wasn't at all! Breading was far too salty and the meat is becoming less and less because the chicken pieces are simply made smaller and they cheekily charge more money for it. Fries were fresh but unsalted. Hotwings now come with a ton of breading and are barely spicy until garnished! The staff didn't want to replace the cold chicken parts with new ones because after a call to the manager I was told I should put up with the cold meat because it had supposedly already been 10 minutes?? A bold impudence, first less meat and then dry then cold too and then rule so cheekily!! Really a disgrace!!

It is as good as any kfc is, is fast, its hot and there is lot of wandering within the mall to do. They could open the top floor, which has been closed since corona times.

Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm and the portion was very small. The restaurant was very dirty and apparently the guests have to mop the floor themselves, as the bucket with a floor mop is at the window between the tables. We were there for 30 minutes and it was there. Ordering at the terminal is the new fashion but the number on the receipt is not displayed anywhere. When I asked, I got our food. A pity....

Were we near a KFC. My wife is pregnant (8 months), she felt bad and sat outside KFC with the child, I went to buy water, my wife told me that they would beg (please go away...). I came for the second time, the employee said it was my wife. I'm not feeling well, I'm pregnant. And the employee again says there is no order, please leave. I told him to call the manager, the manager came and also told us that there was no order, please leave, I said that my wife is pregnant, drink some water, she will feel better then will we go. It is discriminatory and I cannot imagine such treatment. It is unacceptable that a woman who feels unwell at an advanced stage of pregnancy is asked to leave... This is blatant discrimination!

We got there at 11:40 p.m. and wanted to order at the control panel and were told we should do it faster and not play around. The employee was brutally rude, never experienced anything like that. Google says it's open until midnight and he claims the store has been closed since 11 p.m., even though people are eating, which is rude. Kentucky Fried Chicken failed as an alternative food for me after the third attempt. Waited forever for the food here in Viernheim, the drinks are lukewarm because the system is down, the fries taste very mushy as if they weren't fried properly and the biggest shame is that the toilets are closed because none of the staff want to clean them. It doesn't work at all

I find KFC brand product prices expensive, but unfortunately we love them very much and sometimes we hesitate to visit them. We especially love the boneless chicken sticks. The gravy and coleslaw are also my daughter's favorite dishes.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had And it has been since entering the place in the Rhein-Neckar Zentrum The lack of organization was evident due to the very poor service, the terrible level of food, and the absolutely unacceptable price. My desire was to eat fried chicken pieces, not sandwiches or strips. For this reason, we ordered the 12-piece box, considering we were 3 people, and it was actually only one chicken, and then I added 3 soft drinks, french fries, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Of course, the amount was around 60 euros. We got half of the chicken pieces after 20 minutes and had to pick up the rest after another 20 minutes. The pieces were saturated with oil. As a result, I do not recommend the place at all.

Went there with the family last night. A complete mess in the store. The best possible branch manager was an arrogant guy and treated the customers in an impossible way. When we asked where the toilets were, we were given the finger. However, the way there was blocked off with a chain and you actually had to crawl under the chain.

I will never eat anything there again, the chicken on the burger was half raw and only lukewarm, the only thing that tasted good was the coleslaw, which in my opinion is way too expensive at €3.29, and the Pepsi tasted more like water than anything else , 2 menus for almost €28 are way too expensive. Pre-ordered online via the app for pickup. At home we discovered that two salads were missing. On December 30th 23 complaints...after 2 weeks I received an email saying that the money would only be returned with receipts...this was sent in (screenshot in the app and original receipt) and the position was marked...everything as requested. I have now complained two more times, the last time on February 7th. I'll put it this way, for a global corporation this is pretty bad behavior when dealing with customers. Since no one is in touch anymore, I'm making it easy for myself. We won't be in touch anymore either. My boys, who were there at least 3 times a month, prefer to go to the competition.

Auch bei einer schlechten Bewertung sollte man sachlich bleiben - aber hier fällt mir das wirklich schwer... Wenn ich mit meiner Frau gemeinsam essen möchte, dann ist das auch so gemeint, dass wir beide unser Essen auch gleichzeitig bekommen. Hier ist das Team aber unfähig - die beiden Herren am Empfang haben nichts anderes zu tun als das Essen herauszugeben, kein kassieren etc. und trotzdem darf man warten bis das Essen final kalt ist. Auf meine Beschwerde hin hat man mir gesagt ich hätte ja bereits anfangen können zu essen. Ja klar ich nehme sonst auch das Dessert vor dem Hauptgericht... Irgendwann hatte ich dann auch keine Lust mehr, habe das Tablett mit der unvollständigen Bestellung zurückgebracht und nach unnötigen Diskussionen mein Geld zurück bekommen. Hierfür gibt es einen Stern von mir... Das ich nicht wieder kommen soll ist kein Thema für mich - dieser Drecksladen sieht mich auch nicht wieder. Während meiner Wartezeit habe ich auch noch die Krönung erlebt. Ein türkischer Junge hat wohl aus Unachtsamkeit einen Burger mit Bacon bekommen. Er hat diesen geöffnet zurückgebracht und gesagt er darf kein Schwein essen. Hier hat man ihm dann ohne Probleme direkt einen Burger ohne Bacon gegeben. Was macht der Herr aber aus dem Service? Er macht das Papier wieder richtig herum und legt den Burger wieder in die Auslage #lecker Ich bin mit meiner Frau im Anschluss zur Nordsee gegangen - hier gibt es frisches Gerichte und trotzdem haben wir diese super schnell verspeisen dürfen. Vor allem am Umgang mit Kunden sollten die Herren vom KFC mal ein Praktikum bei Nordsee absolvieren!!! KFC zero points

Seit Jahren mal wieder hier Rssrn geholt, zum mitnehmen. Pommes schmecken nach altem Fett, Getränke total wässrig ausser Pepsi, Veggi- Burger wabbelig und einfach nur ekelig. Wir gehen oft nach Sandhofen und sind immer zufrieden aber hier werden wir nichts mehr holen. Teuer und ekelig. Ach ja, wärend der Wartezeit ist auch aufgefallen, dass die Tische verschmutzt waren und klebrig.

Eben dort gewesen seit langer Zeit mal wieder. Wir hatten zum mitnehmen und was soll ich sagen es fehlten zwei Bestellungen die wir bezahlt hatten in der Tüte. Würden wir nicht 30 km weg wohnen wäre ich direkt hin und hätte das Reklamiert. Für 43 Euro und dann fehlen zwei Sachen, unmöglich der Laden. Gewartet haben wir auch fast 15 min. Nie wieder!!!!!

Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht generell gegen das Personal, sondern gegen diese Form der Systemgastronomie. Automaten zum bestellen aufzustellen ist ja leider usus geworden, aber dieses Programm ist eine Katastrophe. Leider habe ich zu spät gesehen, dass es auch möglich gewesen wäre, an der hintersten Kasse persönlich zu bestellen. Vielleicht bin ich zu alt, aber ich blicke bei diesen Boxen und Menüs nicht mehr durch. Am Ende habe ich für einen Haufen Geld nicht das bekommen, was ich eigentlich wollte. Sehr unbefriedigend. Muss man nicht mehr hingehen. Schade, ich habe früher gerne bei KFC gegessen, obwohl es immer etwas teurer war.

Der Burger war überraschenderweise sehr gut, an der Schnelligkeit und kundenorientierung muss noch gearbeitet werden.

Ich denke zum Essen brauche ich nicht viel zu sagen, ist KFC und die Produkte schmecken wie immer sehr gut 👍. Hier nur 4 Sterne da ich die obere Etage noch nie in "offen" gesehen habe, was ich wirklich schade finde.
