Two McSundae with caramel sauce picked up at McDrive. 2€ okay, everything is more expensive, but the fact that there is hardly any ice in it is pretty cool. Three times with the spoon and it's empty. The cups were really full at one point but that really just sucks. Just barely covered the ground with ice and that was it. That was definitely the last time.

Incredibly disrespectful and completely incomprehensible! I can hardly believe what happened to me. Recently I had an important meeting near a McDonald's, and as is often the case, there was simply no available parking space in the area. So I decided to park in the McDonald's parking lot. I was aware that parking here isn't usually free, so I went straight to the restaurant to ask. A young employee told me that I could park for free for 1.5 hours. However, knowing that my meeting would last longer (around 2-3 hours), I asked if it was possible to park longer with a purchase. She said no, but kindly offered to take down my license plate number so that I could park for free throughout the day. Of course I gratefully accepted this generous offer. After my meeting, which lasted about 2.5 hours, I went back to the McDonald's to make sure everything went well with getting my license plate number down. The employee confirmed again that my license plate number was recorded correctly and that I would not have to expect any problems with a parking ban. Now imagine my surprise when I received a parking citation in the mail a few days later! Simply incredible! It is not only disrespectful, but also completely incomprehensible how someone could make such an offer to me and then still issue a fine. I really can't believe how untrustworthy and unprofessional the behavior was here. Such behavior is simply unacceptable!

At noon on Saturday January 4th. - The parking lot was jam-packed. So we went to the drive-in. Order placed, paid for and drove up a few meters with the goods. Checked the contents and unfortunately found that a part was missing. So back to the drive-in. The nice lady was able to remember and then received the part promptly. With so many customers it can get hectic, that's normal for me.

Orders were often incorrectly recorded and no replacement was received after the order was received. "That's what the monitor is for" so... always check.

Always there when you're hungry for a burger, and the staff is extremely friendly. The rib is neatly prepared, almost everything looks like the photos, they really seem to pay attention to that here.

Tables are often dirty and no one bothers to wipe them properly. Employees prefer to stand in groups of 3-4 and have a laugh. If the shift manager is on site with the c class, then it's better to turn around straight away. The food won't taste good and everything will be dirty.

You got to keep your expectations in check, a McDonalds can only be so good, but this one does everything more or less right. Food is good and fresh at best and adequate at worst, so better than your average McDonalds. Service is also fast and the location is also decent, cant really complain about that either. Overall a good McDonalds but nothing to write home about.

I would like to complain about one of your suppliers. Today he delivered an order in Neuallermöhe (Stellbrinkweg/Sophie-Shoop-Weg in 21035) and threw away his bill NEXT to his car. I then pointed this out to him and he picked up the bill and threw it away again after 3 seconds when he thought I didn't see him anymore. I kindly ask you to train your employees again if necessary if they do not know how harmful thermal paper is for our environment. The time of the confrontation was at 2:25/2:30 p.m. on 08/30/24.

I regularly visit different McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Hamburg area and in Schleswig-Holstein. I usually like to eat at McDonalds. But in my opinion this branch doesn't even deserve this one star. The women's toilet is a pure smelly, dirty toilet. The food was mediocre to not exactly warm. The coffee was medium warm. I will never go to this McDonalds again!!!! Absolutely cannot recommend it. ⚠️ Parking: Beware of rip-offs with valet parking ⚠️ After a meal with a friend, we got a coffee from Mc Café and promptly received a bill for 41 euros about a week later because of the overtime parking. Really now 41 €??? Although I was able to prove with the receipts that I spent the entire period (approx. 2 hours due to the long checkout line) at McDonald's. Unfortunately it was a very bad store because the toilets were totally disgusting and totally dirty, the whole floor was totally sticky, then we placed an order for 7 people and looked at what was at home and of course something was missing again and even though we asked on site if everything was there and we got a yes, we got home and what was it, half of it was missing called and wanted to put us off, really not recommended with larger orders they are really overwhelmed

Anyone who gets a fine from parking lot monitors. Be sure to go to their website and take a close look at the photos. Two weeks ago I drove in at 6:25 p.m. and was gone at 7 p.m. and had to get something for the family and drove in for the second time at 8 p.m. Now I got a letter saying that I had parked for 1 hour and 35 minutes. I looked at the photos and see the speed bumps that are in the driveway and it looks like I drove out backwards. I tried the phone. to explain to the parking system employee, but then I realized that the monkey would do it quicker. So be careful, look carefully at the photos. Don't let yourself be fooled.

We ate there with 7 people. The seat was completely glued together and otherwise it wasn't very clean. Only suitable for take away. We won't eat there anymore. It was pretty disgusting

Lately I've been there with a friend for 4 to 9 hours every day. The staff are friendly, table service is great, the toilet is sometimes clean, but there are cases where it isn't nice. We went in at 5:23 p.m., ordered food...then coffee, more coffee and more coffee. I ordered a McCrispy, ate the first bite and then discovered a green mold spot on the bottom of the bun. The burger was complained about being stupidly dressed up and what was there with it. We got a new burger but no apology.

Fries were excessively over salted. Seats glued. And unfortunately the special glasses that are supposed to attract you were once again not available... At least the employees are still sensible.

Please be careful not to park there for longer than 1.5 hours! I was there with friends, first eating...then drinking coffee...then having a delicious ice cream while chatting. I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's Lehfeld 2 in Hamburg. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that my order wasn't processed correctly. Despite multiple tips and explicit special requests, these were again ignored, resulting in an unsatisfactory experience. My children only eat cheeseburgers without cheese, without pickle slices, without mustard and without onions. This may seem out of character, but it is their personal preference. We emphasize these special requests clearly with every order. But apparently it's too much to ask the staff at McDonald's Lehfeld 2 to pay attention to this. It is frustrating that despite clear instructions and payment for a specific food combination, my children are repeatedly confronted with unwanted ingredients, or ingredients that should actually be on the products they ordered are simply removed. As a loyal McDonald's customer, I expect a certain quality of service and that my wishes are taken into account. Unfortunately, this expectation was again disappointed on my last visit. It is unfortunate that even after repeated incidents there is no improvement. In the future, I will probably reconsider my orders from McDonald's Lehfeld 2 in Hamburg or visit other branches that are better able to fulfill customer requests. I hope that my review helps ensure that this issue is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Annoyed by a bill for €31.01 due to a parking timeout of 1 minute and 5 seconds (mind you, this is measured when driving up and down the site and does not describe the duration of parking!). The revocation, which I have already sent twice via the ticket system, probably went nowhere. In any case, the company Ai-PARKING GmbH did not contact me within the specified 48 hours or even afterwards. You will also not receive a shipping confirmation for the cancellation by email, as you would expect from a reputable digital service provider. So you're left without proof. So I paid the money before I had to fear further, harsher sanctions because of 1 minute and 5 seconds. Ai-PARKING makes this very clear on the website. Unfortunately, since then I've lost my appetite whenever I see that golden M. Good for my wallet and for my figure, thank you Ai-PARKING GmbH! I've definitely learned from it and now I'd rather snack on an apple or a banana more. It's actually a shame, because the staff in the restaurant do a good job and always served quickly and friendly. The food was always okay. The cleanliness of the seats can still be worked on.

You don't check your order.... Special requests for the burger were completely ignored, you paid 90 cents for cheese that wasn't on it and the 6 nuggets were simply forgotten. This is absolutely not possible, almost every order is missing something or half of them are simply wrong.

Friday March 1st at 7 p.m. visited the Lehfeld branch. As soon as I entered the store I lost my appetite. Dirty floor, leftover food is under every other table. Table feet look dirty. Benches dirty, there were old fries on them too, salt spread or greasy. The tiles need to be cleaned really intensively. Ordered menu with coupon. Burger pattie lukewarm and dry. Cheese curd isn't even remotely melted. Drink, fries and chicken nuggets were good. Haven't been to McDonalds in a long time. That won't change any time soon. Price performance quality cleanliness didn't convince me.

0.5 Cola completely warm and non-carbonated several people have complained. Then you just got more ice cream in! It wasn't drinkable, given the prices. Especially when you're super thirsty!!! Never go there again! Prices are way too high for things like this

The best McDonald's in Hamburg! I am a big fan of McDonald's and have eaten at many of the chain's branches. But the McDonald's in Lehfeld is by far the best one I've ever visited. The service here is simply top. The staff are friendly and attentive and strive to make you feel comfortable. The order is taken quickly and correctly and the waiting time is short. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The toilets are clean and the tables are wiped down regularly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the McDonald's in Lehfeld. These great ordering terminals don't work and the lady at the checkout can't figure out the code either. Another colleague runs through the restaurant with headphones on and is unresponsive. The rest of the ladies stoically repeat that it works straight away but it doesn't, it's a shame I actually go here every day.

Unfortunately it takes a while to find a seat. Not because it was crowded, but because it was dirty. Fries in there a little too short. Soft and greasy. Contents in wrap too cold. A pity. It was different there. But the employee was friendly and helpful.

Normalerweise mache ich mir keine Gedanken über die Bestellungen bei McDonalds. Ich nutze nur den Drive Inn Service. Den werde ich in dieser Filiale nicht mehr nutzen. Bei den letzten 6 Besuchen hat alles einfach zu lange gedauert. immer dachte ich, dass es ja mal vorkommen kann. Aber dann hat es wieder lange gedauert. In anderen Filialen klappt das einfach besser.

Schöner Ort mit einer Spielecke für Kinder. Leider darf man nur 1 1/2 parken was ich nicht genug finde. Eine Familie braucht manchmal halbe Stunde um auszusteigen, WC zu besuchen, passendes Menü für jeden zu finden und und und bis zur Bestellung. Am Ende braucht ein nochmal aufs Klo und wieder einsteigen und hat man die Zeit überschritten.. Denn die Kamera zählt ganz normal von Anfang an. Deswegen finden wir zukünftig eine andere Lösung.

An sich gut wenn man an der Sauberkeit noch etwas arbeiten würde (Sitzbänke) was aber noch in Ordnung war, schlimmer ist das die Parkplätze schon eng sind und die eigenen Lieferwagen den einzigen Rollstuhlparkplatz regelmäßig blockieren. Und wenn man die Mitarbeiter darauf anspricht kein Kommentar geben.

Diese Filiale nimmt leider mehr und mehr ab. Erwarte nie sonderlich viel von Fastfood Ketten, aber im Vergleich zu ein bis zwei Jahren vorher mag man schon gar nicht mehr überlegen ob man sich die seltenen Male noch für McDonald’s entscheidet. Beispiel McRib, es gab Zeiten wo der Burger vor Sauce fast ersoffen ist und dafür war er auch bekannt. Die letzten 4 Male wo wir bestellt haben war exakt „ein Kleckslein“ Sauce auf dem Burger und Zwiebeln mehr neben dem Burger als darauf. Dann stelle ich mich lieber an Tagen wo ich Bock auf einen Burger hab auch selber in die Küche.

Guter heißer Kaffee. Nette Bedienung.
