McDonald's in Neu-Isenburg

I was on a business trip and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat in the evening. Ordered at the terminal. Shortly afterwards the food was ready. The fries were very positive as they were hot and crispy. Everything else was delicious as usual. The ambience was standard, the toilets were clean, I can't complain.

Unfortunately, in-house consumption was stopped 25 minutes before the posted closing time. Furthermore, the floor was full of rubbish and the tables would have benefited from a round of wiping. This is just a snapshot, maybe it was just a bad day, but that's how it was.

Very friendly MC Drive employee, I found it really nice. McDonald's food was pretty good, everything was hot and seemed fresh.

Unfortunately the cleanliness is poor, I hope it was just a coincidence

I ordered via the app. A normal Big Rösti was selected in the promotional coupon instead of the Big Rösti Raclette. Because of the coupon there was no price difference. I wanted to have this changed at the counter, but I was immediately told "the order has already been paid". Nice service is something else. The fries were no longer fresh and soggy. The nuggets were almost hard. That was the first and last time we got food from this branch.

Worst McDonald's around, spit in this sandwich. November 24th, 11 p.m. I'm going to get another sandwich like that from you and take it home, I'm going to check it right there and I'm going to throw it right in your face. I don't recommend it to anyone. This is big Rösti spicy

It's okay - staff at the drive-in restaurant are friendly

Closes on a Saturday at 11:30 p.m. but according to opening times it's open until 2 a.m. on Saturdays. They do whatever they want!! Employees don't speak German and don't give any reasons.

Very disappointing stay at this McDonald's. I ordered with the app and correctly clicked that we were eating on site. The person at the checkout was told the correct code by my mother. Subject on the device something with €27.xx. Then I came along and said that according to the app the price had to be €20.98. He then entered a €4 discount at the checkout and I asked him what was wrong with him. Then someone with a shirt came along and took over. Then I went to the place, mother came after me and got a receipt for €11 with completely wrong things on it. I had to go to the checkout again and the person with the shirt printed out the correct receipt. I asked if I could get a number so it could be brought to the table, but didn't get one. He also kept the receipt. I said we'd sit in the back corner (with mother and daughter). At some point after a long wait I went forward and our things were just sitting there stupidly and getting cold. The service was really miserable for us at that moment. Also: I have never had as few onions in the two McRibs as there are here. And I eat this burger as well as I can at a variety of locations. Really a shame.

I used to enjoy going to this branch, mainly with my grandchildren. The two of them don't want to go to McDonalds anymore - they prefer to go to KFC, quick service, fresh, hot goods. I wanted to buy 3 pieces of cake at the McDonalds branch today. Five employees stood around looking bored. Still, it wasn't possible to pack three pieces of cake. After the five of them had watched me for a while, an employee took the liberty of asking me if I wanted to buy something. After I said yes (why else would I be standing in line at McCafe), she sent me to the checkout. First order the cake, pay, then go to the cake counter and wait for someone to come and pack the cake... I'd rather go to the pastry shop.

I ordered a salad and it was a disaster, the salad was old and without cheese Only 3-4 pieces of chicken. Wrap was so stuck in the paper I threw everything away.

Be sure to check takeout food. Every time something is missing. Every time, whether McDrive or at the counter. Isn't the overstock slowly becoming noticeable, or is there a method?

Last night MC Drive was full, ok thought I'd order from the restaurant. Ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay in cash until the completely overwhelmed lady (management?) told me it was too full and she didn't have time to cash out. Service is different, because the checkout process would have been quick and unfriendly on top of that...what a shop...Never again!!!!

The stupid ice cream machine is always broken. Whyoooo? Over 30 degrees and you basically never get ice cream in the store!!!

And another catastrophe here. Fanta without carbonation, fries without salt, long waiting time. There was no ice cream that was ordered at the terminal and at first they didn't want to pay the money back but instead wanted to force me to do something else.

I don't know either. I wonder HOW? Why?! I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon without tomatoes and I got a dry patty without a bun, without sauce, without lettuce, without cheese, onions & bacon.. 👀 instead of five nuggets there were two in the packaging, instead of cola just one water. 12€ was definitely not justified for that. Unfortunately it was only noticed at home. Unfortunately, half of the order was missing.

Food was good, service was fast and atmosphere was a bit boring.

Pure stress, never again. - Acceptance only spoke German with a strong accent and didn't understand it well. - A lot sold out, like the mango chili burger - The card reader cable was too short, so I had to get out in the rain. - Stupid cap on the drink, messed up the car - Didn't taste good.

There aren't even straws in McDonald's anymore. All that's left is cardboard lids that don't hold and come open every time you touch them. I've already messed up the car twice because of it.

Today, July 7, 24, I went to get food at the MC Drive counter at around 4 p.m. The Eastern European lady with short hair and glasses at the counter was quite unfriendly and unhelpful, so the shopping wasn't nice!! So it's no fun buying food there.

Basically like a "normal" McDonald's, but there is never ice cream... neither Mc Sunday nor Mc Flurry, which is really annoying! CHANGE THAT!

I was in this McDonald's branch yesterday and was very, very disappointed. My menu was as I ordered it, the quality was also good, just like it should taste at McDonald's. Soo, but the service from the employees. They had their private conversations in their local language (I have no idea what that was), looked at their cell phones and laughed. I felt a bit fooled then. Well, I went out with my tray, the weather was nice, and I looked for a clean table, but there was none. I don't know much about McDonald's either. So I cleaned my table myself. I sat there for a while, the clearing cart was very full, the slight breeze that was blowing blew the empty boxes down to the floor. A gentleman's fries fell off the tray (his fault) he picked up a few, but not all of them, the rest were on the floor and no one from the staff took care of the dirt on the floor. That means fries and lots of empty packaging from the clearance cart. Before I wanted to continue my journey in the car, I quickly went to the toilet. That was the mega disaster. Both women's toilets were dirty. The toilet paper was too deep in the small hole that I couldn't get it out of the small hole. Thank God I had tissues with me. Then I wanted to see when the toilets were last cleaned and/or checked. This piece of paper (haccp) was not there at all. I don't know about McDonald's. It's a real shame for this McDonald's branch.

Observations: Cell phone used during shift and service, sneezing into hand and then touching food, dirty tables. Money is touched and then the food is nicely touched. My previous comment with really constructive criticism and laboriously written sentences was unfortunately deleted. But I don't want to leave this uncommented because this is about health and FOOD.

First forgot half of the order, then waited 20 minutes for two McFlurries and got one when asked. The managing director then copied the missing one himself. Anything can happen when you're overwhelmed, but then becoming stroppy? Someone like that doesn't belong in the service.

Today there is feedback for Mc.Donalds Neu-Isenburg. For the first time in several visits, MC.Donalds Neu-Isenburg managed to put exactly what was actually ordered in the bag. Last time, chocolate instead of strawberry shake, wrong dips not ordered with the nuggets, even no napkins when taking away from home. And since everything was right today, I'd like to praise it! Greetings and keep it up!

Juice shop! Breakfast until 10:30 a.m. Everything sold out by 9:30 a.m. No mess at the payment window at Mc Drive. Were chased back and forth until we got our food. Whoever runs this should think again.

Cheeseburger looks like it was hit by a truck, with 1 piece of onion on it. The chicken burger probably ended up under the same truck and the patty was a third smaller than the bun, mayonnaise was forgotten, very unfriendly reaction when asked why there was no glass with the menu...

Unfortunately, McFlury is always only half full here, as we have often experienced. This is not the case with other McDonald's in the area run by the same operator. The employees describe it as “normal here”

Well, an MC Donald's, I was hungry and wanted to know again... how does the MC Plant Burger actually taste again 🤔 In the end I knew again why I only go to "Donald" 4 times a year... the burger was cold, the fries were ok and the tomatoes in the salad were a bit unruly to eat 🥴 I don't think there's anything to write about the price/performance ratio; in my opinion, this is now beyond comprehension. Will I go again at some point: probably yes, but it will probably be autumn/winter🤷🏻

Was there this evening, May 7th, 2024, just to quickly grab something. First I waited forever, then everything I ordered had to be refilled again. So far so good. I finally had my order, but when I got home I was completely blown away because I can't count!!! We're talking about adults who won't be able to live until the age of 10!!! to count... Apparently you have to take all the items apart first to check that everything is there!!!!

Sorry but really the last shop. My wife ordered an MC Plant that had real meat on it (MC Plant box). I ordered a Big Tasty Bacon without lettuce and tomatoes and got a burger without bacon and cheese, but with lettuce and tomatoes. The cola tastes like it was diluted with too much water. That was really just bad. And you spend almost €30 on something like that. We won't be coming back!

Complete catastrophe at its finest. Ordered from this McDonald's for the first and hopefully last time on April 20th. When it was number 225 shortly before 8, I took my food into the car and drove off. Instead of Cola, I was given Lipton iced tea, my companion got 2 chesseburgers, a chicken burger instead and my Big Tasty Bacon became a BicMac. I've never experienced a McDonald's with such incompetent staff. It's really an imposition that the employees can't even do the simplest tasks. I would really advise anyone not to eat here.

ATTENTION: 50 EUR given after ordering at the drive-thru. Was asked if it was smaller, then given 20 EUR. Get change for 20 EUR. After finding out and complaining after 10 minutes (unfortunately I didn't get the 50 EUR given back at the beginning) and checking the cash register by the boss, I got the information... no, that can't be, everything is fine (yes, no, it's clear if the Employees who put 50 EUR directly into their pockets instead of into the cash register cannot be checked by the boss). Thank you and never again!!

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review. We were very disappointed when we visited the restaurant and found that it closed at midnight, even though the internet said it was open until 1am. It would be helpful if opening hours were updated online to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.

The drive-in has been closed for over three months. When something goes down for so long, it makes a very unprofessional impression! It's extremely annoying when you have to go in for take-away food. It is very doubtful whether this will happen again

We had dinner here today. Lots of guests and not enough staff full of stress. We don't feel comfortable here so there was no ketchup with the fries. I had a McRib. I hadn't eaten it for at least two years. I noticed that it is at least 20% smaller. And it was still dry. My little one had a happy meal with hamburger, which was also dry. For me and my family, that was it for now with McDonald's. Am very disappointed

I'm reviewing a McDonald's here, a fast food restaurant, not a 5 star restaurant, and here I can say that the dining room looks clean, the staff is friendly, the food comes to the table quickly if you want that service. The food tastes good. There is a small terrace and also a small corner for children.

#ORD 36 -KS. 51 from February 11th, 2024: I placed a mobile order and later discovered that there were no fries in it and instead of the apple bag there was the cookies & cream bag. How can you work so uncleanly? There wasn't even much going on.

Eigentlich sind wir generell keine Fast-Food-Fans. Diesmal musste es aber auf dem Heimweg „schnell“ gehen. Dort angekommen, am Terminal bestellt, nach 70 Minuten noch immer kein Essen. Es herrschte einfach nur Chaos. Sehr viele Besucher, zu wenig Personal. Zwei mal musste ich nach unserem Essen fragen. Irgendwann kam eine Dame, nahm mir meinen Kassenbon ab und brachte uns das Essen. Leider fehlte ein komplettes Menü, hier gingen nach Reklamation wieder 15 Minuten ins Land. Sehr schade…

Sie haben es geschafft bei 2 von 3 Bestellungen den richtigen Bürger zu bringen. Das Restaurant ist verschmutzt und die Bedienungen nicht hilfreich.

Die Mitarbeiterin wollte die McCafé Hot Chocolate im Plastikbecher zubereiten. Auf Hinweis diesseits wurde das Ganze einfach in eine Tasse gekippt, was das Getränk sehr dünn werden ließ. Die am regulären Counter erworbene Apfeltasche war recht trocken.

Leider war man nicht in der Lage, meinen Coupon aus der McDonald’s App anzuerkennen, ich sollte den vollen (doppelten) Preis zahlen. Da der Coupon aber im System eingegeben wurde, ist er jetzt für mich auch woanders nicht mehr nutzbar. Vielen Dank dafür!

Was soll man hier beschreiben. Entweder man liebt McDonalds oder nicht. Es war köstlich. Der Service war toll - der Bauch voll. Perfekt.

War dreimal dort im Drive und musste immer wieder parken und wegen falsch Bestellung rein gehen. Den Laden Besuch ich nicht mehr.

Sauberkeit lässt arg zu wünschen übrig. Die meisten Tische waren verschmutzt, der Boden fettig. Dann noch das falsche Essen an den Tisch gebracht und bei der Reklamation am Tresen habe ich aufgegeben, entweder man wollte mich nicht verstehen oder sie konnten es nicht.

Die freundliches Personal das Essen ist sehr frisch im Großen und Ganzem das beste Mc Donalds in Hessen kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht kompetent genug um einer Bestellung nachzugehen das 3 mal jetzt das man was anderes bekommt als man bestellt. Man hat schoko cookies bestellt und kriegt was ganz anderes.

Wir nutzen nur den DriveIn, es war aber alles frisch und es wurde nichts vergessen, kurze Wartezeit, so soll es sein

Nach mindestens 5 Jahren ein doppel Hamburger royal TS .....richtig gut. Ab und zu mal fettig tut es gut. 🤔

Leider komme ich als seltener Besucher mit den Bestell Terminals nich zurecht. Putzen wäre dort mal angesagt......ob auf der Toilette auch im Gastraum........... 3 Damen die rumstehen da nix los war........Jedoch sie waren nicht in der Lage den vollen Geschirr Rückgabe Wagen mal leer zu machen....... so das ich es halt oben drauf Buchsierte..............Selbst auf meinem weg zur Tür.........hat das obwohl sie mir zu gesehen haben......keine interessiert......... Tut mir leid............da müsste mal Jemand ein Machtwort sprechen.........sie können nichts dafür das nicht so viel los ist.........aber dann kann man doch denken könnte eine mal den Wagen holen usw.

Ein Stern Abzug wegen Sauberkeit vom Restaurant, zwischen den den Polstern (3-5cm) könnte man auch putzen 😉

Alles ok. Vergessen gerne mal die ein oder andere Sauce. Aber ansonsten ok!

Ich würde sagen wenn man einen McDonalds kennt, dann kennt man alle. Ich glaube es kommt auf die Mitarbeiter an. In diesem Fall waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und halfen auch bei Nachfragen gerne weiter.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant zu lange Wartezeiten.

Zwischenzeitlich seit 8 Wochen kein Eis, heute nicht mal Apfeltaschen. Angeblich gäbe es keine Ersatzteile. Belegschaft überlastet bei 18 Personen im Loka und 5 Fahrzeugen am Drive in. Kinder wollen ebenso nicht mehr zu MC in Neu-Isenburg. Schade!

Das Essen war recht zügig fertig, freundliche Mitarbeiter.
