The food was cold and the toilets were very dirty.

Something is always missing from the takeaway bag. It's really annoying.

The fact that something is always missing is nothing new. But getting fries/curly fries that aren't fully filled takes the cake. That's just outrageous.

This place is terrible. What has happened to McDonald's? The burgers are cold and wrapped so tightly in paper that they're still 3 cm thick. The staff are wearing winter jackets and slouchy looks, and they're snacking on fries out of the tray. Everything seems very lackadaisical and unclean.

Extremely long wait at the drive-thru: 20 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. Received a Royal Cheese Hamburger without onions...

A relatively small McDonald's restaurant. I've been there several times and it was always busy. The staff was friendly and the food was as expected. It was a shame that both the empty tables and chairs were often very dirty. I would have felt more comfortable if I could have sat at a clean table.

Unfortunately, something is always missing or wrong at the Lebach branch. The wait time at the McDrive is getting longer and longer (even though it's barely open). There are only a few friendly employees! It's a real shame; things are much better at other branches!

The food there actually tastes pretty good, but lately you have to wait a long time for your order, which isn't very pleasant.

Since my girlfriend is from Lebach, we rarely go there to eat, so only twice or three times a year at the most. Unfortunately, I've experienced it smelling of urine several times now. The food is okay, but sometimes cold, and the fries are okay, but sometimes they're so greasy, I don't know. Service is good, always friendly, but the rest is better in Saarland.

Honestly, the operators should be ashamed of themselves for charging people for such poor food!!! It's a disgrace to call something like this a "Bürgermarkt" (burgers). It's getting worse and worse, everything is getting smaller and smaller, but it's incredibly expensive. 👎 Recommended option: go to Kaufland. A kilo of meat pads costs €11, salad costs €1, 0.99 cents for the "Bürgerbrot" (burger bread), tomatoes cost around €1.30, some barbecue sauce and remoulade mixed together, and you've got the Big Teasty for €2, fries for €1.79 a kilo!!! I'm so disappointed with McDonald's. It's incomparable to the 80s. Save your money. 💰

The staff was friendly, and the order was complete and correct. However, the wait times at the Drive-Thru are truly abysmal; we were in line for over half an hour. Other McDonald's manage to do this quickly, even with large crowds, and this wasn't the first time.

It's just a mess. Since the new system, nothing's been working. They're cutting costs everywhere, on staff, on quality... so many employees are already annoyed, and it's being passed on to the customers, which is completely understandable. I don't blame the employees at all, but rather the management. Orders are pushed away before they're ready, and then suddenly the questions start, "What did you have?" etc., which is really annoying. The tables looked great again. "Irony."

Yes, everything was super clean and the ordering/pickup process was quick.

I wanted a Happy Meal with a specific toy. It was no longer available. I then asked for the display; I was interested in the toy. I was told that the display case could no longer be opened. I ordered nothing and left. Now I have a crying child at home. As a paying customer, I find this approach absolutely unacceptable. McDonald's has been seeing me for the longest time...

Every single time something is missing

The service at the table was terrible. Card payments weren't accepted, but they only informed you of this after you've completed your entire order and are about to pay. Then they even asked if you didn't have any money. People, we live in 2025. There are countries where they don't accept cash at all. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The worst MC I know.

There was a very, very nice woman there who was wearing a wrist brace...she was more than just nice...she really made an effort and her mood was super good...it would be really great to see more people like that there.

Hello, I was at your McDonald's in Lebach today and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order – even though I used the drive-thru. The wait time was, in my opinion, completely unreasonable, and the service also fell short of the standard one should expect from McDonald's. In addition, the pineapple pie I ordered was not included. Unfortunately, I only noticed this later, as I was handed two large bags and couldn't fully inspect the contents on the spot. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the process accordingly.

Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. I can no longer confirm my first positive review for Mac Lebach. I find the hygiene measures catastrophic. At least six heavily soiled tables were "cleaned" today with a tiny cloth that wasn't washed. Other branches use a bucket of lye. I spoke to the employee politely. He went to his supervisor and shared my concerns with her. From my seat, I could see and partially hear the conversation. She looked in my direction, seemed to be having fun, laughed, and waved a dismissive hand. I specifically waited until there were no more customers at the counter and politely addressed her about the hygiene situation. She didn't address my concerns at all. After every sentence I said, she said with a smug smile, "Have a nice day" (several times). I'm sure the boss would be pleased with such a "clean" and ignorant employee. As I left, all I could say was: I hope the hygiene measures in your kitchen are better. The apple turnover I wanted to eat at home ended up in the trash. Conclusion: Lebach...never again

A small branch with very attentive staff. All the employees are extremely friendly and courteous; I've rarely experienced that at a McDonald's. The food was prepared as ordered, even changes were accommodated, and everything was hot and fresh. The food trays were taken before they were even put in the cart, and we were wished a pleasant evening. The table service was also impressive; the staff were friendly and quick, and we wished everyone a good appetite. The employee even brought us stickers for an ongoing promotion to our table. Everything was clean, too.

I was at the McDrive earlier and ordered food... the waitress was extremely unfriendly. Half of it was missing. I called her over and told her. She became even more unfriendly and complained. She then went to get the missing food, held it out to me through the car window, looked in the other direction and didn't even say a word or apologize. No waitress should treat a customer like that... it's simply unacceptable.

An ice cream in between is always possible

We visited the Lebach branch on June 23, 2025, at 11:16 PM with five people. We encountered a very nice, young employee who was very polite. We received our food quickly and had a pleasant conversation. The food was delicious and the atmosphere wonderful. The employee's first name begins with J. We always get our food quickly. And it's usually hot. The staff are always friendly and cheerful.

I paid almost 9 euros for a cold burger, and the cheese isn't even melted yet. What a disgrace! How long has it been sitting there? From now on, I'll check the quality immediately! This is unacceptable!

I can't lie, this is probably the 5th or 6th time we've ordered from there and every damn time something has either been missing or the wrong thing. But of course we've paid the full price every time and it's really strange that it almost always happens to the same person. Just like just now on June 19th at just before 1:00 a.m. First the order we wanted was confirmed and when my PayPal was charged half of it was missing and it was simply deleted and no one responded to it. And on top of that a burger was missing (again) and instead we got chicken wings which I hadn't ordered at all & of course I paid the full price again. I'd rather go to BK. Incompetent. The fries were terrible. I've never had such bad fries at MCD.

I ordered (and paid for) a double Big Mac and got a regular one, which I unfortunately didn't realize until I got home. Someone before me also complained about something wrong with the food. It can happen, but if something goes wrong with two orders in a row even though it wasn't busy, it's worth worrying about.

For me, it's still the best McDonald's in the area. Maybe that's true. Or maybe I was just lucky. So far, everything has been fine, and nothing has ever gone wrong.

If you order to eat here, you will constantly be beeped in your ear For the second time, pitch black dots can be seen in my coffee; apparently the coffee machine is not being cleaned properly. The mini pancakes are hard, just hard - but still chewable. The burgers are actually always okay, just as ordered.

McDonalds used to be really good in Lebach! Now it's just bad! The heating doesn't work in winter... and has been for 2 years! It's warmer outside than in the restaurant... and in summer you sweat to death! Find the error!

Today we had our things brought to the table via table service. There was a long black hair stuck to the slightly damp drink cup. My wife has short, blonde hair. She brought the cup to the front and complained. Original sound from the saleswoman: This isn't from us, it's from their clothes. I have never experienced such impudence. Maybe when you work in the kitchen you could put on a hat and tie your long hair up beforehand

Horrible branch..2 cars at McDrive..Cashier completely overwhelmed with 2 orders..To eat..French fries cold and wobbly..Cold chicken burger - old rotten iceberg lettuce..and only 2 snippets of it..Food an absolute disaster..never again!

The temperatures of the food and the room were unusually low, as if the deep fryer was connected to the heater. The level was rather unpleasant. However, the extremely nice service staff was a joy in the cold room.

5.38€ for two labbiche chessburgers that's an exorbitant price and then the things look really heartless and that's how they tasted too, so McDonald's is working on the quality of the goods and charging different prices

We ordered online. Then at the Mc Drive I was first told to wait a moment. When I said hello after 5 minutes because I wanted to know when my order would be taken, I was rudely told that she had said, just a moment please. ,. Then I waited again. Then waited again at the window and then again in the waiting area. So when there's so little activity, I've never waited that long. Otherwise, the rest of the McDonald's was classic.

Something was missing from the order again. If the ladies at the counter didn't chat so much with each other, this definitely wouldn't happen so often. That's how you can make money. The rest of the food was ice cold and the usual cheeseburger had probably been sitting around for a while. The buns were tough and dry (I don't know that from other branches). For me, McDonald’s Lebach is history. Then it's better to go to a nearby competitor.

It's not clean inside either. At the clearing station, the cola runs all over the floor and the entire area is covered in ketchup. It's a shame about the store.

Unbelievable. The employee falls over because he had to carry two trays, none of which can be held securely, the sprite around everything runs over me and the table floats. As an apology he tried to offer me a Sprite or apple turnover several times. Which I refused every time in exasperation. After all, the food was cold, so they could have brought something new. Waited 30 minutes for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wrap with egg was still cold. But the latte macchiato was very good and the rest of the breakfast was also good. Tables and floor dirty. Staff seemed overwhelmed. No changing table. Due to the rain, a lot of water was dripping right next to a lamp on the ceiling, which looked dangerous.

Wohoo... fries were finally ready to be enjoyed warm... BUT 1. The tables outside are all dirty and haven't been cleaned in a while... 2. All 4 of the tablet trays were full, the one from outside was just pushed in... They were all overflowing... 3. Several customers had to wait longer at the checkout and no one came to serve the checkout; Instead, people preferred to talk on the phone outside... 5. Food was once again served incompletely 6. Women's bathroom was dirty and both toilets had no toilet paper left... Instead there was some on the floor... The floor in the entire bathroom was sticking...

We went to the McDonalds in Lebach quite early today because we wanted to test the new breakfast products there. The staff was really very friendly, especially the red-haired employee was friendly and absolutely lovely! 😊Our food was made quickly and everything was fresh and delicious! From now on we'll only be happy to go to this McDonalds!

So getting just the right one out of 5 burgers ordered almost seems like bullying...

Very family friendly, dogs can go outside. Sanitary facilities clean, but very narrow. Nice staff, quick preparation, table service: everything was great.

Burger kalt, Pommes überall auf dem Boden, Tische dreckig, Rückgabe-Container voll. Wir waren hier gute 45 Minuten Vorort und haben in der gesamten Zeit nicht eine Servicekraft gesehen die hier mal einen Tisch oder Boden sauber gemacht hat. Ja, es war einigermaßen viele Leute da, aber trotzdem muss man seinen Laden sauber halten.

Für mich bester McDonald's ever. Das Essen war ausnahmslos frisch zubereitet. Top! Eine Seltenheit bei McDonald's. Einzig der Service in Bezug auf Sauberkeit hätte ein wenig besser sein dürfen. Ambiente war nichts besonderes, eben typisch McDonald's.

Wenn man neben einer ausländischen Großfamilie sitzt und da die jugendlichen Kinder mit vollaufgedrehter Musik sich gegenseitig battlen und es ringsum aussieht wie bei Schweins hat man schnell die Lust verloren. Denn schauen brachte nichts und keiner der Angestellten hat es für nötig gehalten etwas zu sagen. Zudem haben an diesem Tag die Burger geschmeckt als wären sie schlecht. Oder die Soßen darauf. Lebach und St Wendel McDonalds sehr sehr sehr schlecht geworden. Auch in der Führung und beim Personal

Pommes meistens kalt. Cola ist ne Katastrophe. Keine Eiswürfel, keine Kohlensäure, kein Strohhalm mehr und alles im wackeligen Pappbecher, das ist ekelhaft. Diese Pleurre verdient den Namen Coca Cola nicht. War früher viel besser. Hier gibt's nur Sirup mit Wasser.

War seit langem mal wieder im MC..... Service und Ambiente wie gehabt. Allerdings der "Doppel-Bigmak" im Menü für fast 12€ .... fast 5€ mehr als früher ein normaler BM , dafür aber knapp halb so groß und das Fleisch zu tode gegart.....
