Unbelievable! Just waited at the drive in from 12:35 a.m. to 1 a.m. until we were told they were no longer taking orders. The cars in front of us didn't move any further because they had to wait forever for their order. No one who worked at the drive-thru was able to tell the cars behind us that they were no longer taking orders. The staff was completely incompetent and overwhelmed. I wish you much success, but in the future without us...

What the staff allows themselves is not possible at all! 10 minutes before the regular closing time, while you have been standing at the ordering counter for a long time, simply turn off the light and say the kitchen is closed! If you want to make a complaint, just lock the door and close the windows!!! There were 5 hungry people in our vehicle; We received a friendly welcome at MC Donalds and all 5 of us will no longer go to Burger King in Lebach... Great performance!!!!

Hello everyone, we visited the store one afternoon and wanted to see for ourselves. As we all know, TV and the media like to exaggerate!!!! Unfortunately it was very sobering, we waited a long time for our order and personally felt like we were at a foreign youth meeting with "old and seldom talk!" Well noticed by the employees 😕 we weren't the only ones who were upset about waiting so long and also having to endure all the chatter. We don't want to go there again 😞 it's just not like it used to be.

Unfortunately the burgers were almost cold. But everything was clean and enough parking spaces.

At the beginning it was really good, but for about 3 months the food has been terrible... burgers are cold, extra ingredients are paid for but don't end up on the burger, the fries are no longer edible. The music is often so loud that you can't hold a conversation. This was the third time in a row.

The burgers are no comparison to McDonald's and there is much more choice for vegetarians.

Today, June 9, 2024, I was at the drive-in in Lebach around 3:30 p.m. and placed my order. Since it often happens that things are forgotten there, I checked the order in the car. I was missing 2x curlies and 1 burger. Get out of the car again and describe everything about the operations. One of them laughs and has a lot of fun with the statement: Yes, your burger is here, the curlies would be delivered to the car in 2 minutes. The 2 minutes turned into 5 minutes and the previous food in the car was already starting to get cold. He also became rude and rude in the car. When I got home I unpacked the King Nuggets, lo and behold, they were already coal briquettes. I kept turning a blind eye there in Lebach, but at some point it's over.

Now to the negative experiences: At this point it should be said that you have to be aware that the branch is new and the team has to get used to it and that the organizational structure in the branch has not yet reached its final state. *Waiting times are a disaster at the moment, but I'm sure that will improve. With certain competitors it is also common for waiting times to be long, especially on weekends. *I went to the drive in twice and, as always, ordered a Big King menu, with drink and everything. Unfortunately, it happened twice that the drink wasn't included. Sure, I could have checked it, but I have to admit, I messed it up :), it's actually my own fault. It only occurred to me how I ate my menu. This happened twice. Addendum: I deducted one star Second addendum: I deducted another one. I think it won't work anymore. I also can't shake the feeling that they are also making fun of customers or something. I don't want to insinuate anything, but I can't eat this stuff with an appetite. I recently went to Burger King in Lebach and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The employee was extremely unfriendly for no apparent reason. It couldn't get any worse. One star is already too many. They actually can't do anything right there. And even though there wasn't a single customer there other than me, I got an old, completely dried-out burger that was just as cold as the fries. On top of that, there were rotten jalapenos that were probably already past their best-before date. . The other bad reviews are completely consistent with my experience. This Burger King should close again.

The place is beautifull, does nit smell, the people are very nice and the food is one of the best

Just been to Mc Drive, ordered 3 items and waited 20 minutes. Now at home my husband is looking forward to Whopper, Big King and Large Fries, he opens the bag and what happened? Burger cold, fries carelessly thrown around in the bag and all in all for the trash. A pity. Was the last time.

Fast food in a hurry, it's okay - you know you won't get a star menu. Burger King. Restaurant clean, service friendly, food fresh. Prices are just steep these days, there's better P/L elsewhere.

Various burgers and fries absolutely tasteless/bland. Salad with dressing tastes like salad without dressing. The wooden cutlery has the strongest flavor of its own. Now I remember why I've been avoiding the store for years.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. I tried for 5 minutes to make it clear to the cashier that I would like the list of coupons. Every cashier only speaks choppy German and it takes at least 10 minutes to place your order because they don't understand anything!

Allgemein sehr sauber, Musik war ganz in Ordnung für meinen Geschmack. Essen war relativ schnell fertig, auch um halb 12 noch. Toiletten sind sauber gewesen, nur das Klientel zu dieser Zeit war etwas unangenehm...

Einmal Pommes 🍟 vergessen und 2 Saucen zu wenig auf Dem Tablett. Was sich allerdings als gar nicht mal so schlimm dargestellt hat, weil die gelieferten Saucen waren einfach nur ekelhaft.

Grauenhaft, ich habe auf dem Gelände Ratten gesehen, und das Essen war grauenhaft

Ich war sehr begeistert von ein paar äußerst motivierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Nicht alle dort sind motiviert und super freundlich, aber die Rezession gilt denen, die es sind. In allem ein echt guter Burger King! Vielen Dank für die Arbeit.

Heute war das mein 3-ter Besuch in diesem Burger-King, gleichzeitig auch mein letzter. Zum zweiten Mal hat was gefällt, aber das scheint in dieser Filiale normal zu sein. In den 10 min. wo ich auf mein Essen gewartet habe, waren weitere 3, in Worten drei Reklamationen. Meine Reklamation war dann die vierte. Salat, aber keine Soße. Der Big King war sehr lieblos zusammengeschustert. Der Salat war so ziemlich überall, aber nicht da wo es hingehört. Sehr Trocken und nur lauwarm bis kalt. Für mich das schlechtester Burger King in dem ich je war. Wieso darf ich nicht 0 Sterne vergeben ?

Eines der besten - wenn nicht DAS Beste - Burger King im Landkreis Saarlouis. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut und vor allem ist das Essen reichlich. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, speziell die große, junge Dame aus Spanien/Lateinamerika.

Alles in allem ein sauberes Restaurant, ebenfalls nettes Personal. Aber leider „musste“ ich auf Toilette, diese war aufgrund der defekten Klobrille nahezu unbrauchbar. Ich denke sowas sollte in einer Fastfoodkette fix behoben werden und ist daher eher ein No-Go.

Es ist immer top sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer ganz nett :)

Top und gutes Tempo, leider immer wieder mal ein fester Knorpel im Fleisch. Ruiniert leider immer wieder alles...

Burger mit Extra Käse bestellt, dies auch bezahlt, aber kein Extra Käse bekommen.

Standard Burger King. Gute Lage in Lebach.

Qualität der Burger abhängig vom Personal das gerade arbeitet. Spät abends immer alles top, gegen nachmittag weniger. Burger komplett zermatscht, als wäre einfach alles aus 2 Meter Entfernung auf gut Glück draufgeschmissen.

Zubereitung ging flott von statten. Das Essen war gut und der Bestellte Chilli Cheeseburger war nicht so übertrieben voll beladen mit Jalapeños das er ungenießbar war. Das Proplem hatte Ich schon in einigen Filialen.

Essen war ok, Ladenlokal auf den ersten Blick soweit sauber. Toiletten absolute Katastrophe. Waren auf der Durchreise und werden dort nicht mehr halten.

Optisch ein sehr gelungenes BK. War alles sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich! Essen ging trotz mehreren Personen zügig. Essen war lecker, Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Es war alles in Ordnung und ich werde sicher wieder kommen! Die neuen Terminals finde ich sehr gelungen. Macht weiter so!

Es war mein erstes Burger King, das Essen wo wir hatten war nicht der Hit, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache, vielleicht das falsche genommen. Bei der Bedienung kam es mir vor, dass sie etwas genervt war, freundlich ist anders. Obwohl nichts los war, war es nicht gerade sauber, wir wechselten den Tisch, weil es verdreckt war, auf den Boden lag auch diverse Sachen.

Hatte nur Salat bestellt, bezahlte Menue bekam Menü. Wurde aber noch nicht gefragt was ich trinke möchte, aber bestimmt kein Cola was aber bekam.

Naja... jedes mal fehlte was im Drive In. Mitarbeiter wissen selbst teilweise nicht, was zum Menü gehört. (Vor allem Getränke werden regelmäßig vergessen.)

Egal was ich an Saucen bestelle...ich bekomme immer etwas anderes. Natürlich tauschen sie direkt um. Teilweise echt laut in der Küche. Aber alles in allem...was man von einem Fastfood Laden erwartet.

Wir waren am 21.05.2023 im BK Lebach und es war soweit alles ok, ABER der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse könnte definitiv eine Schulung in Sachen Gästebetreuung gebrauchen, denn willkommen zu sein, stelle ich mir etwas anders vor. Geil ist es, das man vegane Burger bekommt und es nach dem Skandal bei BK, nun auch wirklich besser darauf geachtet wird, das sich so ein Skandal nicht noch einmal wiederholt. Die Preise finde ich definitiv zu hoch, aber ok ... Bedauerlicherweise ist der Whopper nicht vegan und es gibt auch keine veganen Desserts. Das Restaurant war sauber und das Essen war für Fastfood ganz ok.

Waren an einem Samstag Nachmittag als Familie hier essen, eine Katastrophe!!! Pommes waren Kalt, viel zu viel Soße auf dem einen und zu viel Mayo auf dem anderen Burger. Ketchup bei dem Kids Menü wurde vergessen diesen musste ich mir holen gehen, die süß-sauer Soßen wurden vergessen diese musste ich ebenfalls holen gehen und mir wurde unterstellt dass sie diese Soßen doch rausgegeben haben, ich sollte bitte richtig schauen! Aber es waren keine Soßen vorhanden, auf erneutes nachfragen hin bekam ich sie letztendlich, die Pommes mit Käse waren kalt, labbrig und das Essen hat zudem ewig gedauert, hinter der Kasse und im Zubereitungsbereich befanden sich insgesamt 9 Menschen, von denen aber nur 5 arbeiteten, die einen unterhielten sich prächtig und die anderen beiden haben einen Show Boxkampf untereinander aufgeführt. ( dachte ich bin im falschen Film 🤦🏼‍♂️ ) Also dies kannte ich so nicht von Burgerking, bin wirklich enttäuscht und ich weiß nicht ob ich wieder herkomme!!

Personnel blasé, borne pour commande qui rame ....

Leider war meine Lieferung unvollständig. Es haben alle in 6 Menüs Pommes gefehlt, was wir erst zu Hause bemerkt haben. Bei der tel. Reklamation wurde uns zuerst angeboten, dass wir die Pommes noch abholen können, was uns aber zu umständlich war und wir erst die Burger essen wollten. Daraufhin sagte der Mitarbeiter am Telefon wir sollen dann später vorbeikommen und wir finden eine Lösung. Als wir dann später dort nochmal hinfuhren wollte man uns die Pommes fertig machen. Was sollte ich damit, wir hatten schon gegessen. Eine Frage nach einem Gutschein oder ähnliches wurde einfach abgetan bzw. ignoriert. Nach mehrmalige hin und her habe ich dann resigniert das Angebot für 6 kleine Eis angenommen. Gefühlt hat man mir dies nur angeboten, damit ich endlich gehe. Zudem war die Verständigung recht schwierig aufgrund sprachlicher Hürden. Es gab auch nur ein widerwilliges "tut uns Leid". Guter Kundenservice funktioniert anders!!! Insgesamt war der Besuch im Resteraunt sehr unangenehm. In der Küche schreit man sich in verschieden Sprachen relativ laut an. Das Personal redet sehr plump mit den Kunden. Insgesamt herrscht beim Personal eine unangenehme Hektik, obwohl im Restaurant nicht viel los war. Bei den Preisen die Burger King inzwischen für seine Menüs aufruft, erwarte ich einen besseren Service.

Moderne, kürzlich erbaute Filiale; Sehr schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellungen, große Bestellungen werden sogar richtig zusammengestellt, zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich :)

Ein Fast Food Restaurant, wie viele. Gutes Mittelmaß also.

Das Essen schmeckt natürlich, sonst würde ich dort nichts kaufen. Aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr langsam wird man bedient, von 5 Bestellungen fehlt bei mindestens 4 Bestellungen ein Teil, der seltsamerweise aber immer mit abgezogen wird. Wenn die Mitarbeiter länger dort arbeiten würden, wäre der Service wohl besser. Aber leider sind immer Neue da, die es erst lernen müssen. Trotzdem gehe ich gerne zu Burger King (man muss eben nur die Tüte kontrollieren, bevor man losfährt)
