I visited the newly opened Burger King in Lebach on Sunday evening, January 23, 2022. I hadn't eaten at Burger King in a long time and was really looking forward to it. Outside was quite chaotic, as construction wasn't finished yet. Inside, it wasn't very busy because of the "two plus" rule. There was a lot going on in the work area in the back, and the drive-thru was full of cars. We ordered our food and waited for takeout, which didn't go so well. We waited quite a while, and I suspected some things would get cold. Finally, everything was supposedly ready, so I packed it into a large bag and headed home. Unfortunately, as I suspected, the fries were stuck together and lukewarm, as were the burgers. Two packages of nuggets were missing, so I'm not looking forward to my next visit. Maybe in a few months when things are running more smoothly. Update from November 27, 2025: Three portions of fries were completely cold, one was warm. 😢 Sad

The food itself was a great treat. BUT – the service was nonexistent. Since when is it common practice for employees to bully each other? To hold loud conversations in foreign languages??? We felt like we were in a bazaar abroad. After eating half our meal, we simply took the rest to go because the atmosphere in the restaurant was unbearable. We're regulars at SLS – this was our last time in Lebach. A real shame.

One star – but only for the sole cashier who speaks German (and is German himself). What's going on in that store? Foreign-language staff who only speak their native language and laugh at customers (you feel like you're being laughed at). Careless food preparation and aggressive behavior seem to be the norm there. I've been there a few times...it's just sad. I'd rather go to the competition and pay a little more.

They should at least hire people who are proficient in German! I've been there a few times already, and there's always something wrong!

The last time I visited, the burger was a bit cold.

We've been coming here regularly since it opened. I'm seeing a doctor in Lebach and always like to combine my appointments with a visit to BürgerKing. We've never had any problems with the food or drinks. Everything is fresh, tasty, and flawless. The staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, I once witnessed a man becoming very abusive, racist, and loud during a complaint he himself made. However, the staff responded in a de-escalating manner and were able to calm the man down quickly. The employees here did everything right. I would have thrown him out, but they all remained calm and friendly. On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Ms. Khadja Mahmoud served us. She was also very friendly and quickly took our order, asked questions, and prepared it. For us, this branch is our favorite.

my friend droped his cola, and when i walked to the desk a very kind lady wearing a red burgerking shirt haves beautyfull black hair, gave us a extra cola for free! i want to thank this employee for her kindness. and if burgerking supports its employees give this lady a raise or a bonus atleast she deserves it!

The staff were very friendly and everything was clean, no question about it, but the food was all lukewarm and some of it was even ice cold. We ordered for 3 people and it was very expensive, a real shame, but we won't be coming again, it's really not worth the money.

I was at the drive-thru when it was relatively quiet. All the burgers were cold, and the taste was correspondingly poor. I only ate half. There were no napkins either.

We went to Burger King in Lebach with the whole family and had a really pleasant visit. The team was very friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately welcome. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious – just as you'd expect. Everything was also suitable for the children, which made the visit very relaxing. Ordered plant-based food, got ground beef. Wrong sauces, missing sauces, missing burgers. Tomatoes on a burger that doesn't belong there. Something is done wrong over and over again. It's so frustrating. How can a service provider fail so often?

I only went because McDonald's was packed. There weren't many customers, but it still took forever. The burgers were cold and poorly put together. The one star is only for the ice cream, which was delicious.

Even 1 star too many! Hygiene at this place = 0. The burger was topped with the wrong ingredients. When I pointed this out, an employee, who had her hands in her pockets, got annoyed and picked the ingredients off with her fingernails. Disgusting, no hands were washed or gloves worn. I'll report this to the consumer protection agency tomorrow.

The wait times are excruciating, even when the restaurant isn't busy! The Golden M 30 meters away gets served faster when the restaurant is busier. The store is completely overwhelmed!

I've been eating a Big King XXL at Burger King for over 20 years, and it was by far the worst in my life. I'm really sorry, but it's the truth. :-( The taste is a disaster. Maybe it's due to corporate regulations. I don't know. I only go there once every two months, but not so much anymore... My girlfriend was happy with her Summer Crunch.

The food was cold and inedible. Instead of the curly fries we ordered, we got leftovers of all sorts of fries. Never again!

The food was terrible, we had 2 chicken burger menus, once with onion rings and jalapeno cheese fries, which we also had in our stomachs after eating. Then the salt and pepper were forgotten and despite the fact that it was lunchtime and there was only one person in front of us, we waited almost 20 minutes. Once and never again. The staff obviously have no hygiene training etc. They weren't wearing work clothes and none of the staff had taken off their chains and other jewellery. I work with food myself and that should be the case.

Apparently, they're always a bit overwhelmed or disorganized: Whenever I go there, the menus are always incorrectly prepared. I drove all the way from Riegelsberg to Lebach, ordered three menus, and when I got home, I noticed that the fries were missing from all of them! Absolutely unacceptable. I had two children with me, so I couldn't check all the menus. So, I wasted all that money.

Very nice and friendly employees. We also eat freshly and quickly prepared meals with special requests.

The food was of good quality. Unfortunately the fries were cold and had to be complained about. The waitress wanted to argue and touched my fries with her fingers. I don't think it's ok. Complaint processing was rather “poor”. The ambience is modern, but seems rather cool. All in all, I would go again. I think the employee (mwd) just had a less good day. Maybe I can improve my review shortly.

The burgers are no comparison to McDonald's and there is much more choice for vegetarians.

Please be careful what you eat there, a friend was served a moldy burger there! When he showed this to the employees, they responded as if they experienced this every day and just offered to make a new one. He didn't get the money back either! It doesn't work at all!

All in all a clean restaurant, nice staff too. But unfortunately I “had” to go to the toilet, which was almost unusable due to the defective toilet seat. 8 employees are not able to serve 5 customers. After 20 minutes in front of the counter we still hadn't placed our order. Eating the wrong food, eating cold food, and listlessness are absolutely normal here. Eternal waiting times inside like in the drive. I'm a self-confessed whopper fan. I once treated myself to a whopper with cheese and ham. The first one was cold and I let it go back. The second one was also cold because all the ingredients probably came fresh from the fridge and the burger cooled down immediately. The ham was also ice cold and limp. The whole thing for €8. Burger King has really slowed down a lot.

Burger King standard quality meets Lebacher population level. Update after several visits: ordered 4 times at the drive in, got the order wrong 4 times. This time even with an announcement. If I order three burgers with bacon and the ad shows a burger with 3x bacon and the waitress says to my face that it's fine... Guys, work on your service or you'll have even fewer customers than you already have.

I'm not normally a person who goes here regularly. October '24 I paid almost €27 for a little food for one person... ...and what was on the tray was a train wreck and landslide at the same time... Not again...

Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm despite there being few customers. Gloves are not worn when preparing the burgers. The newest burger being touted everywhere tastes like regular hamburger.

People in the drive in can hardly speak German! Extremely annoying to order here as a German. 95% of lebach probably don't have this problem. The green area around the "restaurant" looks more than stunted

Unbelievable! Just waited at the drive in from 12:35 a.m. to 1 a.m. until we were told they were no longer taking orders. The cars in front of us didn't move any further because they had to wait forever for their order. Hello everyone, we visited the store one afternoon and wanted to see for ourselves. As we all know, TV and the media like to exaggerate!!!! Unfortunately it was very sobering, we waited a long time for our order and personally felt like we were at a foreign youth meeting with "old and seldom talk!" Well noticed by the employees 😕 we weren't the only ones who were upset about waiting so long and also having to endure all the chatter. We don't want to go there again 😞 it's just not like it used to be.

Unfortunately the burgers were almost cold. But everything was clean and enough parking spaces.

At the beginning it was really good, but for about 3 months the food has been terrible... burgers are cold, extra ingredients are paid for but don't end up on the burger, the fries are no longer edible. Fast food in a hurry, it's okay - you know you won't get a star menu. Burger King. Restaurant clean, service friendly, food fresh. Prices are just steep these days, there's better P/L elsewhere.

Various burgers and fries absolutely tasteless/bland. Salad with dressing tastes like salad without dressing. The wooden cutlery has the strongest flavor of its own. Now I remember why I've been avoiding the store for years.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. I tried for 5 minutes to make it clear to the cashier that I would like the list of coupons. Every cashier only speaks choppy German and it takes at least 10 minutes to place your order because they don't understand anything!

Allgemein sehr sauber, Musik war ganz in Ordnung für meinen Geschmack. Essen war relativ schnell fertig, auch um halb 12 noch. Toiletten sind sauber gewesen, nur das Klientel zu dieser Zeit war etwas unangenehm...

Einmal Pommes 🍟 vergessen und 2 Saucen zu wenig auf Dem Tablett. Was sich allerdings als gar nicht mal so schlimm dargestellt hat, weil die gelieferten Saucen waren einfach nur ekelhaft.

Grauenhaft, ich habe auf dem Gelände Ratten gesehen, und das Essen war grauenhaft

Ich war sehr begeistert von ein paar äußerst motivierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Nicht alle dort sind motiviert und super freundlich, aber die Rezession gilt denen, die es sind. In allem ein echt guter Burger King! Vielen Dank für die Arbeit.

Heute war das mein 3-ter Besuch in diesem Burger-King, gleichzeitig auch mein letzter. Zum zweiten Mal hat was gefällt, aber das scheint in dieser Filiale normal zu sein. In den 10 min. wo ich auf mein Essen gewartet habe, waren weitere 3, in Worten drei Reklamationen. Meine Reklamation war dann die vierte. Salat, aber keine Soße. Der Big King war sehr lieblos zusammengeschustert. Der Salat war so ziemlich überall, aber nicht da wo es hingehört. Sehr Trocken und nur lauwarm bis kalt. Für mich das schlechtester Burger King in dem ich je war. Wieso darf ich nicht 0 Sterne vergeben ?

Eines der besten - wenn nicht DAS Beste - Burger King im Landkreis Saarlouis. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut und vor allem ist das Essen reichlich. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, speziell die große, junge Dame aus Spanien/Lateinamerika.

Es ist immer top sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer ganz nett :)

Burger mit Extra Käse bestellt, dies auch bezahlt, aber kein Extra Käse bekommen.

Top und gutes Tempo, leider immer wieder mal ein fester Knorpel im Fleisch. Ruiniert leider immer wieder alles...

Mir schmeckt Burger King einfach nicht aber mein Mann mag es.
