Burger King in Saarbrücken

I really enjoy getting a meal there sometimes. The staff is very friendly. You can enjoy your meal there. They have two floors and and a balcony too. It's very lovely to sit there on the balcony in summer. The meals there are delicious and my favourite sandwich is Long Chicken and my favourite burger is Dobble Whopper.

After work, I went to the drive-thru to eat at Burger King for the first time in a year. The food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, I paid by card and didn't look at the receipt until I got home. I was charged €4 for reusable packaging. I neither ordered nor received it. A blatant rip-off, I'll never go there again!

We received a very unfriendly welcome at 11:45 PM on December 30th. The lady at the cash register seemed to be unhappy with her job. When we got home, we discovered that all the burgers were extremely greasy—so much so that even the buns were soggy and inedible. That was €30 for us. If a restaurant is open until midnight, the quality should be right until the end. Too bad—it was our last visit.

Good burgers, friendly staff. The last time we were there, they were running low and unfortunately, they were out of fries. The people who came in left relatively quickly. That was a bit inconvenient, as it was right around lunchtime.

We've been loyal regulars at this branch for many years and have watched its development with great joy! In the past, there were occasional minor challenges when ordering at the drive-thru, but in recent years, the service has improved enormously – reliable, accurate, and incredibly fast. We were particularly impressed by the MyBurgerKing feature with its code system – ordering has never been so easy and straightforward!

No self-ordering at stations, the employee wasn't very friendly at first, but eventually, they were. You had to wait a really long time for your order to be ready. I also think €2.89 for the vegan nugget burger is pretty steep.

Is everything okay? That used to be a really good BK branch with really good hot burgers and fresh burgers. But for about a year now, things have really left a lot to be desired. But actually it started since BK only offered these boring specials, almost always the same thing. Nevertheless, the branch has really deteriorated. At first the burgers arrived significantly slower for me as a customer. Well, you have to prepare them fresh for me because of an allergy, but it's always been that way. I only get incorrect orders, either the cheese is missing or something else is wrong. Since I unfortunately only notice this when I get home, because I actually hope that the burger is the way I want it and I don't bite into it on the way, but just check briefly to see if everything is included, it's really bad. Sometimes it contains exactly what I ordered, sometimes it's the wrong burger in the wrong packaging, sometimes everything is really cold (I live 5 minutes away), sometimes something is mixed up. It's also often the case that "newer" staff are really unfriendly, sometimes sit on your ears in the drive-thru and are really slow. That's a real shame because the branch was really great. You got fresh, hot burgers, fries were great, drive-thru was also good and there were rarely any mistakes. Maybe it will happen again, but for now I'm sticking with my pretty poor rating. There's a lot of room for improvement and it's also become expensive for quite poor quality.

If I could give zero I would! The staff's tone is as if you've just insulted their mother just because you ordered something. Zero friendliness, just annoyance. The fries were old and greasy, and the drink seriously tasted like soap. I don't know if the dispenser wasn't cleaned or if someone accidentally poured dishwashing liquid into it, but it was absolutely inedible. Never again

Incapable of anything. They can't even get the simplest orders right. It's just incredibly difficult to read anything off a screen. They pack chili cheese nuggets in a kids' meal instead of a cheeseburger. Unfriendly, no hello, please, thank you, or anything else. No fries packed, but the main thing is fries sauce. Ordered a long chili cheese burger, but packed a long chicken. It happens to a lot of people, and there were a few who complained.

Been there twice recently and there's a lot more going on... the current staff is really ruining the reputation and making the place look ridiculous... Eating causes physical problems and it is not advisable to eat anything there at the moment. I had extreme discomfort the next day and it was actually almost clear that something was going wrong...or I didn't want to know what exactly was going on...

The restaurant was very clean - both the tables and the toilets were in perfect condition. The checkout staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was OK. Overall a good experience.

Today there was another surprise package! A Plant Based Long Chicken menu, 6 nuggets, and a hamburger were ordered. We got a plant based long chicken menu, no nuggets and a cheeseburger. The last two times I was totally surprised that they managed to do everything right twice in a row, but today you noticed once again that they are staying true to their line. Seldom seen something so incompetent!

Came to the restaurant today at 10:21 (according to Google, open from 10 a.m.) Was at the drive-in counter and waited -> no response. Called several times -> no response Pulled up to the window -> there were no lights there. After that, more than 5 minutes had already passed, which in the end didn't fit into my schedule. So I left hungry.

I just had 20 chicken nuggets, which tasted terrible! They weren't crispy at all but completely raw and disgusting! It's like you just warmed up frozen nuggets in the microwave! That's exactly how it tasted!

We went from Germany for the Squid Game Collaboration. Everything was very clean and the employees were nice :) The food was also okay, the chicken was a bit greasy because it was fried. We were happy to be there

Okay, nice and spacious. You don't sit on top of each other, the tables are at an appropriate distance from each other. There is also another floor upstairs where you can sit comfortably inside or on a few terrace seats. The counters for self-ordering are near the cash registers. If you need help, someone is there. However, the toilets are upstairs (stairs, no elevator), I'm not sure if there is one downstairs for wheelchair users or similar.

I think this Citizen King is very good, maybe it's complaining at a high level but PLEASE!!!!!! brings out normal wooden forks or whatever again with the picker in the picture you can't eat chili chees fries/fries (fries with cheese sauce) because you mess up your fingers a lot. Savings are being made in the wrong place I will definitely revise my review in the future when this problem has been resolved in the restaurant!!!!. Otherwise I can actually recommend this Burger King.

Yes, everything is getting more expensive, but the prices are now an outrage for the quality offered. Fries nothing special, some flaky. Onion rings can't do anything - just greasy, limp, bad-tasting breaded onion rings. The plant based long chicken tasted at least ok. Unfortunately, my stomach didn't tolerate something about the menu well. My partner also feels unwell the day after the visit. Probably because of the food. For the price you could expect better quality...

Always good promotion. And really more than attractive prices compared to its competitors. The only downside of this fast food restaurant is that it lacks parking because it is quite busy.

It happened on a Saturday, we met at the Burger King to test the new highlight, the Bikini Bottom Burger. We were as excited as 12 and couldn't wait any longer, we went to the checkout and all wanted to make a purchase. The staff then threw the burgers at us and we took them upstairs. We didn't know we were in the children's playground, so we sat with the children and started unpacking the burgers. The burger was full of green slime that I would almost describe as edible, the patty was made of something that wasn't meat, the burger was so inedible that we just threw it at the kids and left. Afterwards we puked all over the place and now we've come away with a failing liver. I can only recommend the burger if you want to throw small children off with it

Was ok. But in general, these fast food chains have all become too expensive. 2 Cgeeburgers + medium milkshake almost 10 euros. Then I'd rather go buy something decent and grill it myself.

It's a Burger King. Gastronomy system. This means i. W. all the same. That's the concept. Here you can say that it is well managed and clean. The employees are friendly and quick. So everything is as expected. Just the ambience, it's often crowded and loud.

So all in all my favorite branch in Sbr. From arrival to leaving the restaurant it was good. You got the food very quickly, the food was fresh and hot as always. But one thing really shocked me during my visit. A middle-aged medium-sized employee with short brown-reddish hair and a Ukrainian or Russian accent wearing private clothes (a bluish shirt and not a BK shirt or anything else) took a paper towel and cleaned the entire lower area or all the tables with a spray bottle "ONLY WITH THIS 1 PAPER TOWEL" ANYTHING BUT HYGIENIC!!! She also served subsequent customers with an organ so loud that my head soon burst. Well, there's nothing you can do about it, but you could try to adjust the sound volume a little, with every word you think she's shouting at someone. So not really good if you as a customer just want to eat there in peace and there was no business there. So the employee should work on the cleaning behavior. 1 PAPER TOWEL PER TABLE AND NOT 1 PAPER TOWEL FOR 12 TABLES!

The Edam burger was definitely delicious!

The fries are now just flabby things like McDoof's, but the burger isn't prepared "attractively" and the taste is now at McDoof's level and 13€ for your run-of-the-mill fast food menu... It was the last time I got anything there. I'd rather have a kebab menu around the corner for €9, it has substance, but what are you supposed to do about one at night...!?

The food was as usual but unfortunately the staff didn't really speak German which made everything very difficult. I think in a restaurant like this where things have to be quick it's important to understand the customers!!!!

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with the food here. The fries are actually always warm, but unfortunately we have often had very bad experiences with the burgers. Not so good in taste and now for the third time I've had physical complaints after eating burgers at this location, even though I'm actually not sensitive to food or burgers. The service could also be better, but I don't blame the employees due to the demanding working conditions at this location. What was annoying was that I recently spent almost 10 minutes in Drive Instand without being served and then drove back without ordering. My feeling is that the operators here urgently need to increase the quality of the kitchen. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a visit to the Burger King Römerkastell.

If you eat outside to have peace and quiet (no one else on the balcony) and then an employee stands 2m away and takes a cigarette break, the smoke then drifts towards me, is that disgusting?

My favorite branch. 2 years ago I had constant problems with old lettuce and questionable meat. That has changed massively recently. The last few times the burgers were always very fresh, nothing was ever forgotten and special requests were always taken into account. Keep it up!

9:30 p.m. Restaurant downstairs completely closed upstairs - already cleaned. There is no ice cream for hot brownies because the ice cream machine is already clean.

First of all: This rating goes to the management, not to the employees or the quality of the food. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1-star review because the branch is not technically up to date. There are no ordering terminals on site (which there are in France and also in Merzig, a small town; this is a branch in a big city that is also the state capital), and there is also no possibility of placing a mobile order via the App (which is easily possible with competitors who are only a few meters away). In 2024, I think something like that is sad. Also, strangely enough, when ordering from Lieferando, it wasn't possible to order French fries, which I initially thought was a bad joke, but they actually weren't available. Something seems to be going technically wrong here.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Saarbrücken in my eyes, I have already eaten in other BKs abroad (Ireland, United Kingdom...) and I can say that this one makes the best burgers and Double Steakhouse!!! Clean restaurant compared to other fast food restaurants.

The burgers are worlds better than the competition 100m away, they taste fresh, they actually taste different and not uniform, what is advertised is what it says, the restaurant itself is orderly, there is no rush even with a lot of orders, that's why This restaurant is the only fast food in Saarbrücken.

King Junior menu costs €4 in France and King Junior + (=larger) costs €5.50. Children's menus are much cheaper in France! Why not the same prices? Especially for children. That would be great! Otherwise, everything OK.

The only positive thing about the branch was that the woman at the checkout who served us was very friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. Some of the fries were still raw and otherwise totally tasteless and not crispy. The nuggets were also far too little fried and the ice cream was inedible. Wouldn't recommend the branch at all!

On y mange bien et on y revient. Ce qui est appréciable also c'est leurs amplitudes horaires qui vous permettront même en sortie de soirée d'aller manger un morceau. It's just a little bit high level and has a lot of food on the fries. We eat well and come back. Also noteworthy are the hourly amplitudes, which allow you to grab a bite even after dinner. The only small downside is the slightly heavy salt content on the fries.

Just a juice shop. Disgustingly dirty. Toilet pissed and not cleaned at all. But the fact that 6 employees are standing around and smoking outside is the ultimate hardship. I'll spare you the pissy toilet. Oh yes, they couldn't tell me how much a Chiliseburger costs. After the long queue I had to go to the price board at the other end of the store. All in all just concentrated dirty incompetence. You go here once out of necessity and then you know again why you shouldn't come here. Just fast food

Absolute ordering chaos at the checkout, even though there were two employees there and only 3 customers. The employees were very busy discussing loudly with each other and with the guests. I would have liked an ordering machine at that moment. I waited forever for 2 burgers and they were still cold.

Actually, I've always been quite satisfied, but this evening I was at the drive in and ordered 2 smart menus and was still wondering why I paid €12.89 instead of €11.89. After the free additions of ketchup, they simply charged me twice more for ketchup for €0.50 each, even though it wasn't even ordered. Of course you can make money that way too.

The shop was empty, Sun 12pm. Everything freshly prepared. BUT fries, flaky onion rings, bacon on the burger too. The quality is poor, so the quick preparation is a disadvantage.

I come here at least once a week, often just to have coffee. Very friendly staff and always clean toilets. The food is always served hot, better than the competitor.

Es war sehr kalt im gesamten Restaurant. Bestellt hatten wir ein kleines und ein großes Menü. Berechnet und ausgegeben worden sind zwei große Menüs. Auf der Treppe ins Obergeschoss lag eine Pommesspur auf mehreren Stufen.

Gerade eben im Drive gewesen. Nicht eine Serviette in der Tüte bei 3 Produkten (KCC Combo 6er Nuggets mit Süß-Sauer) und „Mayo“ anstatt dem bestellten Ketchup. 2 grobe Schnitzer, aus meiner Gast Sicht, bei so einer einfachen Aufgabe. Packt es doch einfach so, als würdet ihr für euch selber packen. Es ist sehr unangenehm, unterwegs, ohne Serviette zu essen😏 Die Mitarbeiterin im Drive war sehr freundlich, ich hoffe Sie hat nicht gepackt.

c'est en endroit que nous fréquentions souvent car le personnel est sympa , le service très rapide (rien a voir avec la filiale en France ) et les burgers sont bien préparés . L'environnement est correct (sans plus) mais là où le bas blesse c'est au niveau de la qualité de la viande .. Cela fait plusieurs fois que mon fils a retrouvé des morceaux d'os dans le steak (3 dans le dernier burger ) ça l'a refroidit , dégoûté et lui a enlevé l'envie d'y retourner .. Dommage !!
