Burger King in Saarbrücken

The fact that a strawberry milkshake is now just a vanilla milkshake into which the Burger King employee squeezes strawberry syrup is an absolute joke! Especially since the shake looks exactly the same as it used to when you order it (completely pink). And then to charge €4.99 for THAT, and be served rudely without even an apology, is an absolute outrage! That was definitely my last visit to this chain!

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars! The customer service and friendliness leave a lot to be desired. The toilets were abysmal. We wanted to go to the toilet before!!! ordering. The employee replied, FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY! OK, we want to order, but not when my children and I urgently need to go to the toilet. And when we came out of the toilet and wanted to go to the ordering terminals (which are in the entrance area), an employee yelled at us that we wanted to order! I'm not a dog. Then I had enough and left the filthy, unfriendly store. We have never experienced such unfriendly and condescending behavior from employees who are supposed to be interested in customer loyalty and satisfaction.

It's not exactly the prettiest BK branch. The food was freshly prepared and tasted good.

Well, not my thing. Toilets already stink at 10 o'clock in the morning, the food was not the best either.

We ordered a Plant-Based Long Chicken meal with extra ketchup. What arrived? A Crispy Chicken meal NOT PLANT-BASED!!! with mayonnaise 😾 The cashier at the checkout was extremely unmotivated and listless. That was the first time something like that had happened to us, impossible!!!!!! Preferably 0 stars.

It's well located and clean, and the restrooms are also adequate. There are even tables outside, right in the pedestrian zone.

First of all, I waited far too long for my burger – about half an hour – which is outrageous for a place that only sells frozen food. There were also black spots in my meat! I'm among the top 10 percent of fast food chain reviewers (proof attached). Therefore, you should believe me and read carefully without doing anything else at the same time, otherwise you might not understand me because it's quite complex. So, the Burger King had a brown floor. The Burger King had a Burger King ad on the wall and a Burger King top ad outside, which is why three top stars are already lost here, ouch, because it's just boring. Yes, I've seen that at at least three or four Burger King restaurants now. I recognize such things, Mr. Burger King Master (or Ms.). I also had an unpleasant encounter in the restroom with a police officer who said it's illegal to use a hand dryer because of new regulations. But I googled it and it's completely legal (as of July 1, 2025). I told him, but he said I didn't understand and that the hand dryer was defective, which is why it doesn't matter whether it's legal or illegal to use it anyway. I had wet hands, but since I'm in the top 10% of reviewers, I thought (much later, like an hour or so) I'd introduce my own review system, with ratings up to seven gold stars. Unfortunately, because the app only goes up to five, one star is simply converted to 1.5 gold stars, so I'd say 6 gold stars for Burger King once you've calculated everything, and yes, that's why it's four out of five stars, converted because it only goes up to 5. And otherwise, you can only use two-thirds of the last star here in the app, because otherwise you wouldn't reach seven, since they're worth 1.5, so it would be 7.5 for 5 stars (just solve for x using an equation). Logically, my review was helpful, and if you still have questions, you probably misunderstood it.

No, I can't recommend fast food!

Food was as you'd expect from burger king. They do have dynamic pricing though, my order had jumped a euro by the time I went to pay for it. Ample seating, toilets downstairs.

The burger was really tasty, the lady at the checkout was also friendly, but when I had to go to the toilet afterwards I was a bit shocked. There were remains of dried excrement on the toilet seat and the toilet itself and there was a somewhat transparent dried excrement on the floor. When washing hands, the hand dryer didn't work and there were no towels. I eat at BK, but it was my first time using the toilet and I have to assume that it hasn't been cleaned properly for days or maybe longer. An absolute no-go when it comes to gastronomy, which is why I really have to think about going there again

I went to Burger King last night and had a beer bottle with me, not knowing that was a problem. A member of staff (probably of Indian origin) then approached me very rudely and without a word slammed a cup on my table. He didn't respond at all to my request to be more polite. Luckily, another employee (presumably of Arab origin) came who remained calm, brought me a new cup with a straw and calmed the situation. I also recognize the rude employee from the Christmas market where he sold me water for €5, which in retrospect seems like a rip-off to me. Such behavior is not acceptable at all. If nothing changes, I will not recommend the branch or visit it again. ****I only mention the origin here so that you can better identify the relevant employees on site and not for a negative reason. I also have a different background and mean that in an absolutely neutral way.

Disaster – I will never enter this juice shop again I am absolutely horrified! After my visit to Burger King, I felt worse than ever. Immediately after eating I felt sick and shortly afterwards I vomited several times. The stomach cramps were so severe that I couldn't sleep all night. Something like that is simply unforgivable! I seriously wonder whether any attention is paid to freshness and hygiene here. It can't be that you get so seriously ill after eating a simple burger. I will definitely never enter this place again and can only advise anyone not to eat here. Something like this shouldn't happen!

Today we ordered food for 34 euros. I could have saved myself that, the food was cold, half of it was missing, the staff was very unfriendly and simply overwhelmed. This branch cannot be missed.

Unfortunately, you can tell from the air and background noise that this BurgerKing doesn't have a window in the visitor area. It's all quite tight and close together. You order yourself at the displays at the front of the entrance, although the cash registers are so far away that you can't even quickly ask for help when there's a rush.

A joli cadre dans le quel ont se sent bien et qu'on a envie d'y revenir. On y mange bien et ont y a bien chaud. A beautiful setting in which everything feels good and you want to come back again. You eat well and it's nice and warm.

I just ordered 3 long BBQ burgers for just under 20 euros and none of them had any BBQ sauce on them. (See image) This is a disgrace!!! Never with you again...

Worst Burger King branch I've ever seen. Anyone who still goes there to eat and supports something like that can no longer be helped. Dirty, rude and the fact that small children are not allowed to go to the toilet just because they haven't eaten anything is the bottom drawer for me... where is normal common sense left in that!

Today more than ever. The toilet is closed, the ice cream is terrible, there are chunks of ice in the ice cream, the nuggets on the children's menu are oaky and overcooked, the potatoes are dry and not salted. One star only for the burger and the toy,

Far too little space. The food is anything but fresh. I ordered a long chicken burger with cola and fries. I got café crème plus a burger with old salad and cold hard fries, super cool. The toilets are never open as there is always only one disabled toilet for each visitor. everything but top.

Fantastic taste of the USA. Chicken wings with spicy jalapeño cheese was an interesting flavor combo, but the chicken wings were good quality and cooked perfectly. Better than some wings in the USA (wing stop, buffal wild wings) and cheaper too! Come here for good cheap eats.

Well I have to say, I think it's the smallest Burger King I've ever been to. But I've never had my food so quickly! And it was freshly made. The restaurant is small and cozy when there isn't much going on.

Ordered a chicken clubhouse and Chicken chili cheese and somehow didn't get any chicken even tho it was wrapped in a crispy chicken wrapper, also dude just left my food on the counter said the number and left after what 3 other people came to it and inspected the food because they didn't hear or understand the number. What is that service, if you don't like your job just quit there is no reason to do stuff like that, you gotta respect other people's food... But at least the service was fast (maybe that's why the completely screwed up my order!)

Lots of people, not enough tables but decent staff

Far TOO MANY Muslims and beggars everywhere! Even inside the Burger King bothering everyone. Granted it's like this everywhere but unfortunately the staff do not care to rid the building of these creatures. I've been to many many cities all over this planet and this Burger King could show a little initiative to clean up the place. The bathroom here is also absolutely disgusting. It's pretty much an open public toilet so didn't expect much of anything. Saarbrucken is a reflection of its policies in every way. Rundown, impoverished and Muslims everywhere.

Well, okay, I can still sort of overlook that. But when I wanted to go to the toilet and saw that, I didn't know what to do. Of course, the employees sometimes have a lot of stress, but that's no reason to make such a stupid impression on me. The picture is of the ladies' room, and I could also hear from other conversations that it had been like that for at least an hour. So I stood in front of the disabled toilet when an employee came up to me and wanted to go in there. I told him that the toilet was occupied and there was a mother with her child in it. He looked at me in surprise and said: yes, why do you want to go to the toilet????? I said that I didn't know who was in charge of the toilet downstairs, but that you definitely couldn't use it and if he could possibly let someone know. Where should I start eating cold and incorrectly issued. Went to management and he had the order changed, i.e. my citizen was then processed with cheese, I say. Recently stopped accepting coupons from the app, which has made it completely uninteresting. It's a shame, it was an interesting option for vegetarians. Except for the Crispy Chicken, which mysteriously can never be offered in the plant-based version...
