Burger King in Saarbrücken

I was at Burger King last night and had a beer bottle with me, unaware that it was a problem. An employee (presumably of Indian origin) approached me very rudely and silently slammed a cup on my table. He didn't respond at all to my request to be more polite. Luckily, another employee (presumably of Arab origin) came along, remained calm, brought me a new cup with a straw, and calmed the situation down. I also recognize the rude employee from the Christmas market there; he sold me a water bottle for €5, which, in retrospect, seems like a rip-off to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If nothing changes, I won't recommend the branch to anyone else and won't visit it again. ****I only mention the origin here so that the employees in question can be better identified on site, not for any negative reason. I myself have a different origin and mean this in an entirely neutral way.

Disaster – I will never enter this juice shop again I am absolutely horrified! After my visit to Burger King, I felt worse than ever. Immediately after eating I felt sick and shortly afterwards I vomited several times. The stomach cramps were so severe that I couldn't sleep all night. Something like that is simply unforgivable! I seriously wonder whether any attention is paid to freshness and hygiene here. It can't be that you get so seriously ill after eating a simple burger. I will definitely never enter this place again and can only advise anyone not to eat here. Something like this shouldn't happen!

Today we ordered food for 34 euros. I could have saved myself that, the food was cold, half of it was missing, the staff was very unfriendly and simply overwhelmed. This branch cannot be missed.

Although I ordered and paid for the largest form of fries and drinks, I received normal fries. I asked if that was true but they insisted that the order was fully prepared... I would never eat there again, at least not order a menu...

Unfortunately, you can tell from the air and background noise that this BurgerKing doesn't have a window in the visitor area. It's all quite tight and close together. You order yourself at the displays at the front of the entrance, although the cash registers are so far away that you can't even quickly ask for help when there's a rush.

A joli cadre dans le quel ont se sent bien et qu'on a envie d'y revenir. On y mange bien et ont y a bien chaud. A beautiful setting in which everything feels good and you want to come back again. You eat well and it's nice and warm.

It was a joke that a milkshake was just ice cream and syrup.

I just ordered 3 long BBQ burgers for just under 20 euros and none of them had any BBQ sauce on them. (See image) This is a disgrace!!! Never with you again...

Worst Burger King branch I've ever seen. Anyone who still goes there to eat and supports something like that can no longer be helped. Dirty, rude and the fact that small children are not allowed to go to the toilet just because they haven't eaten anything is the bottom drawer for me... where is normal common sense left in that!

You don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, especially not in the city center... the food is as usual, as is the ordering and service, but the toilets were out of order :( the newer branch in Neunkirchen is also like the ambience more pleasant...

Today more than ever. The toilet is closed, the ice cream is terrible, there are chunks of ice in the ice cream, the nuggets on the children's menu are oaky and overcooked, the potatoes are dry and not salted. One star only for the burger and the toy,

Far too little space. The food is anything but fresh. I ordered a long chicken burger with cola and fries. I got café crème plus a burger with old salad and cold hard fries, super cool. The toilets are never open as there is always only one disabled toilet for each visitor. everything but top.

Fantastic taste of the USA. Chicken wings with spicy jalapeño cheese was an interesting flavor combo, but the chicken wings were good quality and cooked perfectly. Better than some wings in the USA (wing stop, buffal wild wings) and cheaper too! Come here for good cheap eats.

Brother, what are you doing with the store? I got chicken, long chicken and crispy chicken. I eat them on the go and within half an hour I had a stomach ache. The chicken also tasted absolutely strange, as if it had been made with old fat. Never again

I ordered a vegetarian burger, but a patty with meat was served and part of the order was forgotten. When asked, people just laughed stupidly and then asked which soccer team they were for. Employees and customer friends want to hit other customers because they want to go to the bathroom and complain about the rudeness. Employees specifically want to provoke an escalation.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars, it would be deserved. The service is so bad that you come in as a customer and find yourself standing in front of an unoccupied cash register or counter. After a few minutes, draw attention to yourself because there are around 5 employees milling about in the kitchen area. After several "Hello" or "Nobody there, customer", but nothing. Extremely unfriendly employees (branch manager), during our visit customers were shouted at just because they wanted to go to the toilet. Never this Burger King again!!!!

One star is already too many. Dirty tables, unfriendly employees. Toilets that you are not allowed to enter. It's better to spend your money somewhere else. Well I have to say, I think it's the smallest Burger King I've ever been to. But I've never had my food so quickly! And it was freshly made. The restaurant is small and cozy when there isn't much going on.

Ordered a chicken clubhouse and Chicken chili cheese and somehow didn't get any chicken even tho it was wrapped in a crispy chicken wrapper, also dude just left my food on the counter said the number and left after what 3 other people came to it and inspected the food because they didn't hear or understand the number. What is that service, if you don't like your job just quit there is no reason to do stuff like that, you gotta respect other people's food... But at least the service was fast (maybe that's why the completely screwed up my order!)

Lots of people, not enough tables but decent staff

Far TOO MANY Muslims and beggars everywhere! Even inside the Burger King bothering everyone. Granted it's like this everywhere but unfortunately the staff do not care to rid the building of these creatures. I've been to many many cities all over this planet and this Burger King could show a little initiative to clean up the place. The bathroom here is also absolutely disgusting. It's pretty much an open public toilet so didn't expect much of anything. Saarbrucken is a reflection of its policies in every way. Rundown, impoverished and Muslims everywhere.

The friendliness leaves a lot to be desired... and I've been there a few times so far and the toilets have never been clean!!!!! But what happened to me there is simply the highlight and the reason that prompted me to write a review. I only ordered three cheeseburgers and they were cold. Well, okay, I can still sort of overlook that. But when I wanted to go to the toilet and saw that, I didn't know what to do. Of course, the employees sometimes have a lot of stress, but that's no reason to make such a stupid impression on me. The picture is of the ladies' room, and I could also hear from other conversations that it had been like that for at least an hour. So I stood in front of the disabled toilet when an employee came up to me and wanted to go in there. I told him that the toilet was occupied and there was a mother with her child in it. He looked at me in surprise and said: yes, why do you want to go to the toilet????? I said that I didn't know who was in charge of the toilet downstairs, but that you definitely couldn't use it and if he could possibly let someone know. Then he snaps at me in a tone like: YES I KNOW IT'S A DISASTER, BUT ARE YOU A CUSTOMER HERE AND DO YOU EAT SOMETHING HERE???!! It didn't work at all...🤣🤣🤣I can understand that the employees are upset, I mean, who leaves a toilet like that? But that's no reason to be so stupid about me.😂Then maybe they should provide more cleaners... I “censored” the picture a bit because it is just disgusting.

Where should I start eating cold and incorrectly issued. Went to management and he had the order changed, i.e. my citizen was then processed with cheese, I say. Came back to the table, the cheese was cold from the refrigerator, partly frozen and went back to the line, my citizen put it in the microwave and said please warm it now 😱 I personally found that too stupid and then went back to my table where other family members were too sat whose food wasn't particularly warm and then left the restaurant. Some of the toilets are very dirty and the smells are really extreme. The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired. I don't want to go there anymore, that was the last time

Recently stopped accepting coupons from the app, which has made it completely uninteresting. It's a shame, it was an interesting option for vegetarians. Except for the Crispy Chicken, which mysteriously can never be offered in the plant-based version...

The cleanliness is basically non-existent. None of the tables were worn out and the floor stuck together worse than any club in the city. Really not recommended. The employees work without gloves. This store is a case for the health department!

Longer waiting times, which is due to the fact that the branch is directly on a busy shopping street. The advantage is that you can order from a terminal yourself. It's not very big but it's enough. The toilets are in the basement, what I noticed is that the toilets are extremely rich in chlorine. However, there is also a disabled toilet upstairs so this branch is disabled friendly. Easy to reach from the entrance to the counter.

I've never seen such a dirty shop. Toilets are totally filthy, tables are all dirty, staff are totally dirty and work without gloves. Disgusting 🤮. I will never enter the store again. A case for the health department!!!!!

Der Burger King in Saarbrücken, ist von der Platzauswahl etwas eng aber das Essen war wieder besonders lecker und der Service auch!

Personal war bisher immer freundlich, klar, weil Fast-Food-Kette ist der Geschmack jetzt nicht der kulinarische Kracher, für was kleines zwischendurch aber okay.

Dass Burger war alt geschmeckt nicht frisch gewesen..

Ich war heute bei euch und wollte euch seit langem mal wieder die Chance geben. Resultat ist: Meine Kids wollen nie wieder ins Burger King. Die King Jr Menus waren so heftig schlecht, dass es fast nicht in Worte zu fassen ist. Die Nuggets sind viel zu lange frittiert worden und ich habe leider 2 Stück davon probiert. Seitdem stoße ich alle 5 Minuten vergammelte Eier Luft aus und muss mich, wegen dem Geruch, fast übergeben. Und nein, ich habe heute noch nichts anderes gegessen, außer den Müll von euch. Die Whopper habt ihr gut hinbekommen, aber das wars auch. PS: Gerade wieder aufgestoßen und fast auf mein Handy gek0tzt.

Wir haben uns 3 Menüs bestellt, daraufhin haben wir leider kein Kassenzettel bekommen wir haben uns dabei leider Nix gedacht. Als unsere Zahl aufgerufen wurde hatte eine selbe Dame die gleiche Zahl. Wir sind dann an die Kasse gegangen und haben gesagt das ein Menü fehlt, ohne ausreden zu dürfen wurde ich angeschrieben ohne jeglichen Grund als wir dann auf dem Handy gezeigt haben wie unsere Bestellung lief wurden wir wiederhol angeschrien es hat sich herausgestellt das ein Burger und ein Getränk gefehlt hat es wurde einfach ohne Nix hingelegt ohne irgendeine Entschuldigung

Unter aller Sau!!!! Waren gegen Abend dort essen. Der Aggressive Mitarbeiter der sich „Chef“ nennt, griff uns an und wurde schon fast handgreiflich. Waren mit unseren Kindern dort essen (2 Frauen). Uns wurde nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit nicht mal das vollständige Essen was wir bestellt hatten, serviert. Die Mitarbeiter in der Küche trugen keine Handschuhe, und anstatt zu arbeiten wurde sich auf deren Sprache unterhalten. Es war kaum was los und trotzdem haben uns Burger gefehlt , Pommes waren hart und kalt und Burger ebenso und ungenießbar. Als wir aufstehen und gehen wollten, kam der Mitarbeiter der sich „Chef“ nennt, stellte sich über unser Tisch und schrie uns mit einem 1 cm Abstand an, mit den Worten „ob es denn bei uns zuhause beim Essen auch so aussieht“ und fing an uns auf seiner Sprache (syrisch) zu beleidigen und auf Deutsch zu fluchen. Wir hatten Kleinkinder dabei, die 2 Pommes runter fallen ließen. Nachdem wir fragten warum er denn mit so einem unfreundlichen und aggressiven Ton spricht , wurde er noch lauter und drehte durch und wurde uns gegenüber fast handgreiflich. Als ich den Filalleiter sprechen wollte, erwähnte er daraufhin , er sei der „Chef“ und ihm gehöre „Burger King“. Und schmiss uns raus. Also sowas schreckliches haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Stehen bis jetzt noch unter Schock und vor allem unsere Kinder. Es hat nur noch ein Bissen gefehlt und ich hätte die Polizei gerufen. Auch andere Gäste waren über den Vorfall Einfach nur schockiert. Sowas gehört einfach nicht an solch einen Arbeitsplatz. Schrecklich und gruselig zugleich. NIE WIEDER BURGER KING SAARBRÜCKEN. Dem Gesundheitsamt werde ich auch noch über die Unsauberkeit berichten. Sowas gehört einfach nur WEG!!!!! Schrecklich wie solch ein „Mann“ Frauen gegenüber steht!

Leckere Burger to go und freundliches Team Wir waren in Saarbrücken unterwegs, als wir Lust auf Burger hatten suchten wir den BK in der Bahnhofstraße auf. Wir hatten Burger nach Wahl und den King des Monats ein Long Chicken mit Salat to go, alles lecker zubereitet! Das Team war freundlich und ging auf die Sonderwünsche bei der Bestellung ein.Gerne empfehlen wir den BK deshalb weiter

Ein kleiner, düsterer und lauter Burger King inmitten von Saarbrücken. Hier dringt kaum Tageslicht durch die Eingangstür, was eine leicht deprimierende Atmosphäre schafft. Leider ist die Burger King App aufgrund des fehlenden Empfangs direkt nach dem Betreten des Restaurants unbrauchbar. Trotz des hohen Betriebs wird das Essen schnell serviert und entspricht dem gewohnten Burger King Standard in Geschmack und Qualität. Ich würde beim nächsten mal den Weg zur Europa-Galerie gehen um woanders zu essen.

Oft bekommt man das Gefühl dass sie Mitarbeiter überfordert sind, bei weitem nicht mehr so gut wie es Mal war.

Sorry, vielleicht war es nur eine Momentaufnahme. Ich kann jetzt nur meinen Eindruck schildern. Essen ist okay, man weiss was man bestellt und genau das bekommst du. Das Team wirkte nicht wirklich motiviert. Im Hintergrund wurde irgendwie das Essen etwas halblebig zubereitet, den Service an der Kasse fand ich jetzt nicht SO kompetent im Umgang mit den Kunden. Etwas freundlicher, besser geschult an dem Kassensystem und ihrer Produktpalette würde mir sicher noch den ein- oder anderen Stern herauslocken. Recht kleines Lokal, wirkt wie ein Gang. Rechts und links Stühle und vor der Kasse/Ausgabe feste Regeln zum hin- und weggehen...

Burger sehr sehr trocken..... Und Sauberkeit im Restaurant (Tische, Toilette , Boden ,Essensrückgabestationen waren ALLE(5-6!) komplett voll) läßt auch zu wünschen übrig .....

Ich find die Burger von BK immer besser als andere. was mich bei dem Laden echt nervt, man muss immer seine Tüten kontrollieren. Die Hauptsachen sind drin, aber so was wie Ketchup fehlt dann und bei den Pommes sind die echt sparsam, das kenne ich so nit von anderen BKs

Alles ist in Ordnung, mir hat alles gefallen, bis auf den Mitarbeiter, der mir auf Wunsch mehr über die Aktion erzählt. Was ist Sommer Festival..Verursachte eine Welle von Missverständnissen und eine seltsame Reaktion auf die übliche Frage nach ihrer Aktion Der Mitarbeiter sagte: „Gehen Sie auf die Website und sehen und lesen Sie dort alles..“ Aber ist es wirklich schwierig für Sie, es Ihnen zu wiederholen und zu erklären und nicht alle ab dem dritten Versuch auf die Website des Unternehmens zu schicken und mich um alles zu bitten?

2.99 € für eine kleine Cola finde ich etwas übertrieben und dann war noch die hälfte Eiswürfel.
