It's approaching winter, it was freezing cold in the restaurant and the air conditioning was on. I politely asked if the air conditioning could be turned off. No matter where you sit, there is always a cold draft from above. It was kindly explained to me that only a company can do this. Dear restaurant operators, let your restaurant management and managers set this up themselves, especially during the transition period. I've noticed more and more that it's freezing cold in your restaurants. This is neither cozy nor inviting. Food was ok. It quickly became cold due to the climate. I had a mcrib menu and 1 hamburger. I eat very quickly and always have to wait for my wife. The hamburger at the end was cold. Service addressed my concerns about the climate in a friendly manner, confirmed that it was cold, but unfortunately it can only be passed on. Very bad when guests have to sit in the restaurant with a jacket

Where do we start? Prices overpriced, quality good, quantity low. It seems to me as if the Big Macs have shrunk. Rarely anything hot. The staff absolutely incompetent. The software at the checkout is a disaster. App says Mc Sunday for one euro, cash register says "No".🤣. The voucher also only works for 1 piece. Everyone then has to access their app to get the voucher. ☹️. New slogan: It's just bad at McDonald's. And the chairs are screwed far too close to the tables for the extra large ones.

The service in Neunkirchen or St. Ingbert is significantly better. We had ordered something to drink in a glass or cup from Mc Café (both large) and small cups were brought to us. When asked, large drinks were brought in a glass or cup, but still not nice. Above all, there really wasn't much activity.

Frankly, we'll have to take control of ourselves a little in the face of competition which is much cleaner and more dynamic.

Since we really wanted a hamburger, we were willing/happy to eat there again, despite our negative experiences at McDonald's. Unfortunately, as usual, both the Big Mac Bacon TS and the Hamburger Royal TS were almost refrigerator cold! After a complaint, we were both served a new menu and only after asking. It was emphasized that they had made fresh French fries especially for us!! The hamburgers were just as cold as before. McDonald's is clearly incapable of serving a hamburger more than lukewarm. Apparently due to energy saving measures, the hamburgers are only served cold or lukewarm. I refuse to eat such cold food!!! Too bad for the money too. We really don't need anything like that. After several bitter disappointments, we will NEVER go to this McDonald's again!

Actually, all McDonalds feel the same: the ambience is therefore stable, modern and beautiful. I don't know if it's because of our daughter's smile, but the staff also came directly with a balloon and also gave her a few crayons and paper to paint with in a quiet moment. Phenomenal! Leider wurde der Süßstoff im Kaffee vergessen, nicht schön beim togo. Dafür dass der Kaffee ohne mir nicht schmeckt, viel zu teuer.

McD, egal wo man weiß was man bekommt. Vom Parkplatz "Goldene Bremm" über ein kleines Tor im Zaun fußläufig zu erreichen.

Le système de commande à distance est génial, plus besoin de faire la queue aux bornes qui ne sont pas en nombre suffisant. Le service est un peu austère, aucun employé n'a le sourire et c'est même pire quand on est identifié comme français .... par contre la carte est beaucoup plus fournie que celle en France et les produits changent souvent.

Prima McDonald's. Eigenlijk precies wat je er van mag verwachten. Lokatie is wel handig gelegen maar niet echt inspirerend.

Ich wollte mir mit einem Gutschein die doppelte Portion zum Preis von einer abholen. Schon bei der Bestellung gab es Probleme: Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wusste ich dann, dass ich mir erst die App runterladen musste und dann meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Habe ich gemacht und musste dann feststellen, dass ich meine Finanzdaten hochladen sollte. Fazit: Kompliziert und kundenunfreundlich. Ich habe mir dann irgendwas an der Kasse bestellt - war halt Mc Do: teuer und nichts Besonderes

War schnell zubereitet auch warm und das Personal ist freundlich und sorgt auch für Sauberkeit ständig jemand der abgestellte Tablettes wegräumt. 1 Punkt Abzug wegen Fastfood.

Nachdem wir eine unangenehme Begegnung mit einer Mitarbeiterin hatten sind wir letztendlich von dem Franchise Nehmer sehr zufrieden gestellt worden, großes Dankeschön und ein Lob an Herrn Beck.

Ein McDonalds in Autobahn- und Grenznähe zu Frankreich. Ein McDonalds wie man es erwartet, mit allem was man erwartet. Habe schon sauberere gesehen. Aber es ist ein McDonalds ;-)

Eines der wenigen Restaurants dieser Gruppe wo immer alles klappt. Liegt strategisch gut aber warum sind die Parkplätze fur LKW blockiert...? SVG wahn...?
