WHERE ARE THE FORMER GUYS!!??😭 This used to be the best, the friendliest, the fastest, the tastiest MC!! They were really good at it, bring them back, please!!

Not good service, always checking at the drive-thru, something has been missing several times, apple turnovers are never in stock, always have to wait for them

What can I say? It's just a McDonald's. There's no service, it's just for a quick snack. No atmosphere, more like mass processing, like everywhere else at McDonald's. You feel like an unwanted piece of livestock that needs to be dispatched quickly!!!

Things are constantly being forgotten; many of the staff now barely speak or understand German, and those who can are often overexcited and unfriendly... what a pity!

This branch used to be one of the best addresses in Saarland. The last time we went, it was lukewarm, bland, and somehow skimped on the sauces. Yesterday, we had a second chance, about two weeks later, with the same result. It's a shame. Unfortunately, it's absolutely terrible now, and this is definitely the last time we'll eat there.

Hire decent people... They can read what you're ordering! And know what each product is... There's always something wrong. Absurdly long wait times, as well as unfriendly staff. Plus, you only fill the fries halfway, which is a total rip-off. You order a Double Big Mac and you get charged for it, & what do you end up with?! A regular Big Mac, for a lot of money. Ordered a pineapple bag, got an apple bag instead. On Google, it says you deliver from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. But when you try to order from Lieferando, it says you're not open. Plus, everything is always cold & soggy when you finally deliver it after ages... Disappointing

Extremely unfriendly and unreliable, the branch manager simply leaves during the conversation and serves others, I cannot recommend it at all, the food was still not there after more than an hour and after repeated inquiries she says we don't have your order at all, let alone I'm glad I didn't get any food given the hygiene and how long the food had been there

The food is okay, but the service is a disaster. I came with my older sister and her husband. I waited 20 minutes for my order, while they waited about 15-20. I absolutely do not recommend it, I will not recommend it, and I will not be returning here.

Check your order to make sure everything's there. Unfortunately, this branch doesn't have that. And seeing disappointed people at home because not everything is there isn't my favorite. The temperature of the food is just about okay. I'll avoid this branch in the future.

I ordered a large McMenu today for €13.49. The fries were ice cold!!! I wonder how something like that is sold? The main thing is to make a profit. After I told them, all I got was a shake of the head. Your branch is simply embarrassing!!!

I ordered two large fries, each weighing 160g. When I got home, I put them on the scales and, lo and behold, they only weighed 214g. My kitchen scales aren't calibrated, but a discrepancy like that can't be explained away by a non-calibrated scale. At least I was promptly refunded, although the comment that they didn't have a scale didn't help matters. The Calibration Act also applies to McDonald's.

McDonald's is the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. It's always cold or missing something. The burger has been sitting there forever, and the cheese is stuck everywhere. The ice cream is almost always sold out or the machine isn't working. The staff are completely unfriendly when you ask questions.

I've been there often, but today was the last time... The wait at the McDrive was over half an hour, and then another 20 minutes for the food. Especially since the food was incomplete and completely cold. The employees there seem to be very overwhelmed. The food was inedible, a real disgrace.

The cleanliness of the toilet leaves much to be desired and there is no possibility to dry your hands

We waited 40 minutes at the McDrive! There were about 10 customers in the store, but they were already eating. The employees were angry because we complained.

My wife went to McDonald's in Dudweiler to get us something to eat this evening. I was worried something had happened because it took so long for her to get home... we live in Riegelsberg. Luckily, nothing happened; the wait was just beyond fast food. Anyway, you look forward to the food and unpack everything first. Everything? That would have been nice. We were able to pay for everything, but unfortunately, a few small things were missing: my daughter's ice cream, the sauces for the nuggets, and oops, my entire meal... And at those prices! Great service, great team, keep up the good work! You can give us a proper thumbs-up in the future!

One restaurant is like another, which is not meant in a negative way. You know what you're getting. You can't complain about the quality if you like eating fast food. With the app and the ordering stations, it is now completely uncomplicated to be served directly at the table. For the little ones there is an outdoor playground, an interactive play table and the obligatory balloons. After a long wait the cold food arrived. With onions despite another order. The burger that was delivered then had onions again. The third one was handed over to us unfriendly, but at least without onions.

This is the fourth time there and every time something is missing, this time two expensive special menus and paid for in full. Again, what does it mean that the food you brought before is now ice cold. It's always the same if you get three people or more and nothing works at the front or back. And after waiting almost two hours, we called the delivery service to find out where our food was, and the answer we got was that we couldn't find their address even on Google Maps. What a club. No thanks, I'd really rather go to Burger King because since the new system was introduced, nothing is missing at all. The store saw the five of us here. Can't recommend it at all.

First I waited about 10 minutes, then I went home and realized that there was only half the food in there. So please people don't go to McDonald's in Dudweiler.

My friend and I (both nut allergies) wanted to try the new Minecraft ice cream. Instead of the pistachio sauce we wanted caramel. The employees fought tooth and nail. So we drove without any ice cream. We would have even paid extra for it and they didn't care. But lo and behold, we went to another McDonald's and it worked. That's what you call friendliness and customer satisfaction, my dears. This store won't see me anymore.

Only get incorrect orders. They can't give you the things from the car beforehand and then forget half of them.

McToast… just embarrassing, cold and sloppy

So, I was actually just in the bathroom at McDonald's yesterday, but hey, it was worth it. The music there was incredibly loud, especially "Stumbling In," which was really awesome. I didn't eat anything because I was just passing through, but the place looked cozy. If the burgers are as good as the bathroom playlist, then you can't complain. 5/5 for the musical atmosphere in the restroom.

I think that Mc Donalds is very good when you poop. The music is playing and the atmosphere in the toilet is very pleasant. You are guaranteed to have a very good poop. I can only recommend it.

I've been waiting for my food for almost three hours, and I still haven't received it. I won't order again; I'll just drive by in person. Absolutely ridiculous. I can't reach anyone. It's already 9:30 p.m., and I don't even want to go to dinner! It's really stupid.

Chaotic conditions at McDonald's Drive-In. Three cars take 20!!!! minutes. Unbelievable. The friendly employee at the checkout counter had to deal with all the frustration and handled it very kindly and well. In a word... bad! The burger and food were warm. That was it. The cheeseburger was incredibly dry, as was the Mc Chicken. The Mc Rib, on the other hand, was very good. We ordered our food, and after 10 minutes, the board said it was ready... but it wasn't. After another 10 minutes, the food was ready.

At this McDonald's, you can easily expect to spend an hour navigating the drive-thru. Absolutely terrible. At the window, they tell you, "I'm never coming to work on Sundays again." Well, it's much quicker to cook three courses...

Okay for a quick snack. The place is okay except that the ice cream machine is constantly broken and hasn't been for years. It's sometimes very dirty because the employees don't keep up with cleaning, but despite that, they're always friendly.

This store is an absolute joke! Order arrived after 2 1/2 hours. The driver left so quickly that you couldn't say a word, let alone check the order. We are missing a part of the order that had already been paid for via Lieferando. The restaurant couldn't be reached by phone for over 3/4 hours, after which I gave up! Absolute impudence, we don't order anything!!!!

Very unfriendly staff, or rather the management there. I ordered an ice cream, it started to be prepared, and then it was simply set aside. Then, when I asked when my ice cream would be ready, the cup that had been there for some time (it had already run out), was refilled. When I pointed out that the ice cream had been there for a long time and I didn't want it that way, a new cup was filled, but now only liquid came out of the machine and no ice cream. I pointed out to the manager that there was only liquid ice cream in the cup and I didn't want it that way. To which she, very upset, said I would just have to wait. After another five minutes, I asked how long I had to wait until I got my ice cream. She just said, very unfriendly, that the ice cream was too liquid for me, so I would just have to wait. She also felt bothered by me and said I was being rude. At least I got my money.

Why doesn't the screen ever work? Every time it says "ready for pickup," it's never actually ready. Then it disappears at some point, and then a while later, it's called. Is this a system error or McDonald's policy?

Average McDonald's. Nothing positive and nothing negative that would be worth mentioning. You come there and get the usual McDonald’s quality. The only disadvantage: you can no longer call it FAST food because you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for your food. This has nothing to do with FAST anymore.

I recently drove through McDonald's Drive-Thru again after a long time. The reward was greasy burgers with little flavor, but for a lot of money... The conclusion remains: I won't be going to McDonald's anymore.

Zero stars would be appropriate for this failure. I had to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru, even though there was only one vehicle in front of me. The employee didn't know the clear menu. Questions like "How much does it cost?" or "I don't know what a McRib is." It then took another 13 minutes to serve the food. The food itself was abysmally bad. It couldn't get any worse. What a pity about the food.

One star is already too many. Four more people came in after us, and they all had their food before us. After half an hour and asking questions, I got a stupid comment, but the main thing is that the staff are just chilling and chatting.

We ate at this restaurant once and never again. We ordered table service at the terminal, sat down, and waited... and waited... and waited... 20 minutes. Then the first order arrived (a burger, Coke, and fries). 5 minutes later, the next one. Meanwhile, friends also ordered at the terminal but without table numbers (there were none left). At 10:24 a.m., I ordered a Big Morning Farmer and a McWrap® Scrambled Eggs Bacon. Two customers ahead of me! I received my order at 10:47 a.m. The McWrap was already cold.

Food – McDonald's, of course. But after waiting forever for your food, you get disposable cups instead of the reusable cups you paid for: No comment, it could work. Upon asking, the deposit was refunded – only instead of three Fantas, you get a Coke. Read the receipts!!!

It tastes like any other McDonald's. But the service and speed are awful! 25 minutes for three burgers with no special requests? Absolutely unacceptable! It's been this way for almost a year now, no matter what day of the week. It's even worse on weekends.

When I'm there everything is always fine. Service is always nice and I never have anything to complain about there. Definitely one of the better branches.

What a store! Putting employees at an MC Drive-In counter who are overwhelmed with orders... At first, no one answered the radio until I called for their attention. They only answered for a moment, and four minutes later I called for their attention again! Again, they're patient!!! Mmm, after a total of seven minutes, I drove through without placing an order!!!
